The “I’m With You” singer looked uber-sexy in a black and white striped top with a red belt, black skirt, and red heels as she meandered around the entrance area.
Once inside, it looked like Avril was on a mission to get tipsy, as she was spotted having a bottle of alcohol poured directly into her mouth- how’s that for conserving glassware?
Still, Avril’s hubby Deryck Whibley was nowhere to be seen, though they were spotted out on a dinner date in LA earlier this week.

Continuing along with her promotional duties, Megan Fox spoke during a panel for “Jonah Hex” at Comic-Con 2009 in San Diego on Friday (July 23).
Pulling double duty, as she also attended a screening for “Jennifer’s Body” last night, the “Transformers” cutie lit up the San Diego Convention Center as she took the stage for the day’s press obligations.
And though Miss Fox has definitely made her mark in the entertainment business, it seems as if Angelina Jolie isn’t buying into the many comparisons between the two.
When asked about Megan, Angelina allegedly said, “Is she aiding in Africa or sitting in on U.N. conferences? Donating herself to something bigger than Hollywood? I’m not familiar with her work, is she an Oscar contender?”

Walking with an armful of business files and her new white iPhone 3Gs, the former Disney starlet sipped on a diet Coca-Cola as she headed to a business meeting.
Dressed in an oversized white top and baggy black pants, Miss Duff has been keeping a busy schedule – as she’s readying to make her appearance on the hit show “Gossip Girl”.
Lined up for a multi-episode arc in the fall, Duff will play a movie star who enrolls at NYU and catches the eye of Penn Badgley’s character, Dan.

Looking cute in her casual ensemble, the “High School Musical” hottie strutted outside with her coffee drink while chatting on her cell phone.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old recently chatted about relationships – revealing that she’s cautious because of past experiences.
“I have definitely been cheated on. And with someone you really like, if they are cheating on you, you don’t want to believe it,” she said. “But, unfortunately, you either stay in the relationship and keep getting hurt because it keeps happening or you get up and you move on.”
Tizzie adds, “You don’t look back. That’s something that’s very empowering and I think that you should [move on] because you’ll be much happier in the long run.”

Peter Andre, the soon-to-be ex-husband of Katie Price, is taking some sort of legal action against her for implying that he was unfaithful during their marriage. Though he doesn?t specify just what action he?s taking, one can presume it will be a libel suit of some sort. Katie is doing a bunch of press right now as her 32 book is being released. She?s 31 mind you. That?s quite the epic rate of publication, though her books are obviously ghost written. Anyhoo, Katie is talking to any and everyone about her marriage, and is being super passive-aggressive in her responses. And Peter?s pissed.
Peter Andre is taking legal action against his estranged wife Katie Price after she questioned his fidelity on GMTV yesterday morning.
The 31-year-old told presenter Ben Shephard that she hoped any future partners would be ‘faithful’. Asked whether that meant Andre had strayed during the marriage, she responded: ‘Anyway, next question.’ Shephard pressed her further, asking: ‘Was Pete not faithful?’ Price made a deliberate pause before she replied: ‘I don’t know. Was he? I never said anything.’? ‘Well, you know when you split up with someone you hear things, so who knows what’s true, what’s not? But as far as I know I think he was faithful.’
Andre has previously insisted he has had no involvement with anyone else. In his column for New! magazine he said: ‘I can hold my head up high and say I’ve been 100 per cent faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false.’
Later this afternoon, Katie made sure she gained maximum impact at a book signing at London’s Selfridge’s in a sapphire blue leotard and matching tutu. And just to make sure she wrestled back the spotlight from estranged husband Andre, she turned up on the arm of muscle bound male model Anthony Lowther, who she famously partied with on her notorious trip to Ibiza. At the department store to launch new ghost-written book Sapphire, Katie wore a typically outrageous look, while Lowther and a few more similarly bulked up guys just wore blue underpants.
?But the love is clearly waning as Katie couldn’t resist the opportunity to launch a thinly veiled attack on Andre, hinting his decision to play the doting father in public to Princess - and her first child Harvey - is a cynical ploy. She said: ‘I haven?t slated him or anything like that, but one good thing that?s come out of it ? he?s actually doing things for the kids and it?s really nice to see. Whereas me, I?m not doing any like media stuff with the kids because I don?t want to do that, but it?s good to see that Pete?s actually taking the kids out.’

Damn that?s annoying. She didn?t technically say he was unfaithful or she even thought or worried he was unfaithful. She just said she?d heard some things, but wrapped it up with ?But as far as I know I think he was faithful.? It?s cold and bitchy and totally clear what she?s doing, but Katie?s so vague about it I can?t help but wonder how Peter can actually call her on it.
And the whole implication that he?s spending time with their kids in public just to look good is low. Peter is definitely photographed more with the kids than her, but I think most people assumed that?s because she?s flat-out not with the kids as much. Katie?s trying to turn the tables and say she?s not with them in public as much because she?s not trying to use her kids to look good.
If nothing else their divorce is going to make for some incredibly catty gossip. It?s pretty clear Katie is especially intent on sinking to whatever depths she needs to in order to get attention. I feel sorta badly for Peter but really badly for their kids. I?d bet anything they have a lifetime as divorce pawns ahead of them.

And it sounds like Kelly has scored yet another top gig, as she has been invited to take part in the VH1 Divas Live event coming up in September.
Miss Clarkson will join relative newcomers Miley Cyrus, Adele, and Leona Lewis in the first Divas concert since 2004.
A rep from the network told press, “Adele, Kelly, Leona and Miley have all captured the world’s attention with their talent and have earned their designation as VH1 Divas this year. Today marks J. Lo’s 40th birthday and you’d better believe there’s a massive party in the works to commemorate the occasion.
According to a report, guests like Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Victoria Beckham are all scheduled to hit NYC in the next day or so for the shindig, scheduled for tomorrow night.
An inside source told press, “Everything is being kept top secret. Even performers won’t be told if they have been hired until the last minute, to prevent details of the party from being leaked. Organizers are determined to keep the media away.”

Megan Fox is a guy’s girl! The Transformers actress says that she is almost always friends with guys.
“I actually only had one female friend growing up,” said Fox, who was busy screening her new movie “Jennifer’s Body” at Comic-Con last night (July 23).
“Most of my friends were boys. I was such a tomboy. I always enjoyed doing guy things. So I really didn’t get along with the girls in that aspect,” she adds.
But Miss Fox does have some friends who are girls. “My one girlfriend lives in Florida and she works in a mall. She’s the furthest thing from an actress.”
The 23-year-old also finally cleaned up the rumors about turning down a role in the next James Bond film.
“The report about Megan Fox turning down a Bond movie is completely not true,” her rep said. “There have been no discussions nor any offers. Megan is a fan of the Bond movies.”

As Katherine Heigl promotes the hell out of The Ugly Truth, she?s been forced to talk about some subjects that she?d honestly rather not. I think first up for Heigl?s worst topics is her smoking habit. Personally, I?m not a hater (about that, anyway). It?s tough to quit, and it?s even tougher to get to that place where you think ?Okay, I can quit now and really stick with it?. Think about this way - could you ?quit? caffeine? They?re similar addictions. I know some (many) think smoking is worse than illegal drugs, so whatever? agree to disagree.
The second weird topic for Heigl is the whole baby thing. The one thing I?ll never understand is why everyone is always asking Heigl about babies. She?s obviously still a smoker - she will have to quit before she gets pregnant. I guess the tabloids (and perhaps, we, as a society) look at someone like Katherine and we?re all ?she?s married now, she should have babies next!? According to In Touch Weekly, this is just what is going through Katherine?s mind too - according to their sources, Heigl has informed Grey?s Anatomy producers to prepare for a pregnancy:

?They are ready for a child,? says the insider. ?She gave her TV bosses a heads-up, just in case she gets pregnant soon.?
Katherine and Josh reportedly also plan to adopt a child from Korea (where Katherine?s sister was adopted from), but Korean law requires that a couple be married for three years prior to adopting. Since they?ve only been married for a year and a half, they?re trying for a biological baby first. Says an insider, ?They are hoping for a big family.?

Meh to that report. I don?t buy that Katherine?s trying to get pregnant (because she?s still smoking), but I might buy that she and Josh are considering adoption. But why does it always have to be from South Korea? Just because her sister was adopted from South Korea? That rumor has been percolating for a while, and I?m not sure if anything will come of it.
Katherine also talked about her body image, dieting and pregnancy to Star Magazine. She claims she?s ?scared? to get pregnant because she knows she?ll get fat:
Q: You are curvy, which translates as: You don?t diet yourself to death. Do you have a quick beauty fix?
KH: I stop eating! I?m not small-boned, and my bra size went from a B cup to 32DD when I was 18, so there?s only so much I can do.
Q: Are you and Josh thinking about babies?
KH: One day, sure. But pregnancy scares me. I know I?ll be one of those women who looks pregnant all over the body. I?ll get fatter and fatter from my toes up!

Both are claiming that Evangeline and Dominic are engaged again, and this time they?re seriously planning for a wedding. The Enquirer?s version is a lot nicer - they go on and on about how Dominic and Lilly invited his parents to Las Vegas, and announced their engagement all over again:

I really like them as a couple. I respect that Evangeline, who could be some over-exposed professional ?Hot Girl? like Megan Fox, chooses instead to be low-key, with a boyfriend that she seems to have a real connection to. I kind of think their engagement really is back on. They got back together in February of 2008, after a separation of only a few months. They’re both well-loved in the Hollywood scene, and last night (July 23) Scarlett Johansson and Courteney Cox were spotted bonding at the opening night of the LA Shorts Fest ’09.
The “In Good Company” hottie and the former “Friends” veteran were more than happy to strike a few poses for the paparazzi while they chatted in the arrivals area.
And once again, Scarlett was displaying a new hue of hair- she elected to go back to her much-famed crimson coif following a brief bleached blonde look.
Both ladies were in the house for the premiere of the short film “These Vagabond Shoes.” Per the event website the film is described as- “The tranquility of solitude breaks through the cacophony of the city as a man makes his way across Manhattan to the sea at Coney Island - witnessing the majesty, magic and wonder of the city and its inhabitants, as they pass him by.”

And last night, Holmes’ much-anticipated dance routine was unveiled on “So You Think You Can Dance” in celebration of the 100th episode.
Prior to the taped performance of “Get Happy,” Katie stated, “This is an homage to Judy Garland and I am very excited about it. I like to sing and dance so it is really fun.”

Returning home from an overseas trip, Cameron Diaz was spotted arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Thursday (July 23).
Having spent a little time in London, the “Shrek” sweetheart strolled through the terminal in casual clothes topped off with a grey scarf.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miss Diaz is a bit hesitant to take on the reprisal of the lead role in “Sound of Music” - for which she’s the leading contender.
She said: “I don’t know if I would do it because that is one of those awe-striking moments. Julie is amazing and I don’t know if I could follow an act like that.”
Continuing on about the original lead for Maria, Julie Andrews, Diaz added: “I got the opportunity to work with her on two of the ‘Shrek’ movies. I got to spend some time with her during the promotional tour and she is just the epitome of grace and elegance.”

In a 2003 interview, Debbie Rowe explained that Michael Jackson’s middle child, Paris, was named after her place of conception. She didn’t specify how Paris was conceived, although Michael claimed that both Paris and Prince Michael II were conceived naturally with Debbie. Paris Hilton, who thinks the world revolves around her, also believes that Paris Jackson should be thanking her for the fact that she’s named after a skanky punchline. She told reporters that Michael Jackson asked her mom’s permission if he could use the name Paris for his daughter, which she of course magnanimously granted:
“Extra” caught up with Paris Hilton at the screening of her documentary “Paris, Not France” in Los Angeles, where the heiress opened up to “Extra” about her family’s relationship with Michael Jackson — and revealed that Michael’s only daughter was named after her!
“My mom and Michael went to high school together and they were best friends since they were 13,” Paris explains. “So I grew up knowing Michael very well and when he had his daughter, he always loved the name Paris and grew up being an uncle to me. So he asked my mom if it was okay and of course she said yes and I think she’s such a beautiful little girl and I’m proud we have the same name.”
Paris’ documentary, “Paris, Not France,” airs on MTV July 28.
