Meal 1 – 10 oz filet w/ 4 egg whites. 50 oz oatmeal or Cream of Wheat (measured dry).
Meal 2 – 8 oz chicken. 2 cups white rice. 1 cup broccoli.
Meal 3 – 8 oz halibut. 2 cups white rice. 1 cup asparagus.
Meal 4 – 8 oz chicken. 12 oz baked potato. 1 cup broccoli.
Meal 5 – 8 oz halibut. 1.5 cups white rice. 1 cup asparagus.
Meal 6 – 8 oz filet. 9 oz baked potato w/ salad.
Meal 7 – 30 grams casein protein. 10 egg whites scrambled w/ onions, peppers and mushrooms.
I think my body would explode if I ate all that. And the pee. My god, the pee. It must smell terrible with all that asparagus. He also posted his workout schedule.

I think Clooney tries to spend July and August in Italy every year, and he schedules projects around his annual summer vacation. What was surprising was that Stacy Keibler didn?t seem to be anywhere around Lake Como ? allegedly, she?s in LA right now. She?s ?working?. So, of course, there are new rumors that Stacy and George are over. Personally, I think they?ve been over for several months ? in May and June, George was working in England and Stacy was pretty much everywhere BUT England and George even had to deny that he was canoodling an ex-girlfriend in London. And now the UK tabloids are making it into a thing.
They’re used to speculation surrounding their romance, but it seems that George Clooney and Stacy Keibler’s relationship is perhaps finished for good as sources claim that the pair spend one of America’s biggest public holidays apart.
The actor spent July 4 celebrating Independence Day thousands of miles away from his blonde bombshell in Italy, while Stacy spent the holiday partying in Malibu, fuelling speculation that he has laid another relationship to rest.
The movie hunk, who has been busy filming a war biopic in the UK alongside Matt Damon, jetted to a party at the exclusive Villa D’Este Hotel on his speedboat, while his model girlfriend posted pictures online of herself partying stateside.
Reportedly, the pair haven’t been seen together in public for three months, but Clooney has allegedly refused to call time on their two-year relationship despite a source claiming that The Descendants star is quietly distancing himself from Stacy.
And it seems that one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, who has enjoyed a string of romances since his divorce from actress Talia Balsam 20 years ago, has no plans to make more time for his 35-year-old lady.
?It?s not like George and Stacy couldn?t find time to get together if they really wanted to,” an insider confessed, according to the Sunday People. ?George is quietly backing away from the relationship. It?s always the same. As soon as he feels a woman is getting too close he pulls back.?

“Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that,” a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE exclusively. “They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago.”
The source also says Clooney, 52, and Keibler, 33, will remain on good terms: “They talk every day. They were friends before they started dating and they’ll be friends after. It was a friendly [breakup].”
Although she wants to be a mom one day, it’s clear Keibler is already a dedicated godmother. She Tweeted a birthday wish to her goddaughter with a series of hashtags ? “#mylove #myheart #mygoddaughter” ? on June 10, before posting an inspiring message the next day about going through tough times. “Trying times are not the times to stop trying,” she Tweeted.
The news of a split comes after the pair have spent a lot of time apart. They were last photographed together in March in Berlin, where Clooney was filming his upcoming drama Monuments Men.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE to promote her new show Supermarket Superstar, premiering July 22 on Lifetime, Keibler spoke about her hectic schedule and her desire to travel this summer.
“My schedule is keeping me pretty busy until the show airs and then hopefully I’ll get the chance to go to Europe,” she said. (Look for more from Keibler’s interview in an upcoming issue of PEOPLE.)
But while Clooney was photographed boarding a boat near his Italian villa on July 4, Keibler partied with girlfriends in Los Angeles at a starry bash thrown by top Hollywood manager Guy Oseary and sponsored by DeLeon Tequila.
“They haven’t seen each other in a while and they’ve both been working so much, so in recent months, they’ve started growing apart,” a second source tells PEOPLE.

Keep in mind, the Us Weekly story was written before Kaley and Henry stepped out for such obvious pap-shots. Apparently, when Kaley and Henry crossed paths at a Hollywood party in late May, Henry was ?completely flustered? and ?he was nervous. He?s always wanted to date her.? Us Weekly stresses that Henry and Gina were already over because Henry ?asked if Kaley was single because he was.? And Kaley had just come out of a relationship with Bret Bollinger, so she agreed to go out with Henry and they?ve been together ever since and ?they are totally hot for each other.?
Then Us Weekly hilariously goes on and on about how ?discreet? they are together and a source actually says ?they are keeping it private and they will wait before we see them out together.? A source also tells Us Weekly that ?he?s a massive Big Bang Theory fan!? Of course. Jesus, I still don?t know if this is coming from Team Cavill, Team Cuoco and a combination of both. Here are some new photos of Angelina Jolie and her sons arriving in Oahu, Hawaii yesterday. Ordinarily, I would have thought they were either on vacation or merely stopping through Hawaii on their way to some war-torn refugee camp. But as it turns out, Angelina and the Jolie-Pitt family are going to spend much of the next two months in Hawaii while Angelina films her second feature film, a film adaptation of Laura Hillenbrand?s historical novel Unbroken.
Angelina signed on to the directing gig last December, and I had sort of forgotten about it in the last few months as we dealt with the news of her double mastectomy. But it?s still happening, and I?m assuming that Hawaii is going to stand in for several Pacific islands during World War II.
As a special envoy to the United Nations, actress Angelina Jolie doesn’t usually get nervous in crowds. So when dozens of smiling locals greeted her very warmly as she touched down in Oahu, Hawaii Sunday, the 38-year-old smiled back and indulged in small talk with her fans as she made her way through the airport.
The Girl, Interrupted actress was accompanied on the trip with her two eldest sons, Maddox, 11 and nine-year-old Pax as she returns back to work after her elective mastectomy.
Jolie will reportedly bring in her other four children to stay with her on the island while she films Unbroken. Unbroken will be The Changeling’s star second turn at directing, having already helmed in The Land of Blood and Honey.
Unbroken is based on the novel by Laura Hillenbrand about the heroic tale of Olympian-turned-WWII prisoner-of-war Louis Zamperini. It will be filmed on location throughout the 50th state.
According to reports, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their six kids will live in Oahu, Hawaii for eight weeks while Angie directs.

Oh, how rough on the Jolie-Pitt family! Eight whole weeks in a Hawaiian paradise over the summer! Of course Angie will be working, so I?m assuming we?ll get some blurry long-distance shots of her while she directs. But this also means that the paparazzi will get lots of shots of Brad with the kids, don?t you think? I bet all of the paparazzi have talked to their agencies and they?re trying to get an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii to dedicate themselves to getting Hawaiian Jolie-Pitt photos.
Also: it?s sort of funny to me that Brad and Angelina are going to be in Hawaii for two months because Justin Theroux has a house there, I?m pretty sure, and because Hawaii was one of the alleged ideas Jennifer Aniston had for a destination beach wedding. Now JustJen?s wedding is on hold and they can?t even visit Hawaii without it becoming a ?thing?. Ha.

Here are some new photos of Natalie Portman, Benjamin Millepied and little Aleph in LA over the holiday weekend. According to Fame/Flynet, they were doing some shopping in ?Little Tokyo? in downtown LA. It makes me wonder? I thought they were moving to France? Was that just tabloid gossip? I really believed that they were moving to France because Benjamin got a really big job offer and Natalie thought it would be easy to use Paris as a home base for her work. Maybe that?s still happening and they?ll just move there later this year. Or maybe it?s not happening at all.
Currently, Natalie seems to be filming Jane Got a Gun in LA. That?s according to IMDB ? they claim JGAG is still ?filming? although it?s possible the movie is still on some kind of hiatus while everyone gets their sh-t together. The project has almost a completely new cast and a new director and everything went to hell during the first week of production. Natalie is producing the mess too, and there are tabloid reports that she?s not a very good ?producer?. All I know is that we seem to be getting somewhat regular photos of her lately, and she never looks too stressed out or anything.
Aleph is a cutie too ? and Benjamin seems like a hands-on dad. That?s nice.

When I think of Jennifer Lopez’s sense of style, the image isn’t really a negative one. In my mind, JLo is a risk taker, and she isn’t afraid to wear body-conscious ensembles that are fierce and flamboyant while (usually) managing to flatter her figure. Make no mistake, Jennifer possesses a fantastic body, and she must work awfully hard to maintain it, but it must also be a challenge to tailor clothing to her assets that probably aren’t easily flattered by off-the-rack items. Whatever the case, I certainly do not think of Jennifer in terms of classic fashion (except for her recent wrinkly turn in Christian Dior on the Walk of Fame), but she seems to think that descriptor fits her. In fact, JLo insists that her style is very obviously a blend of Jackie O, Ava Gardner, and vintage, 1980s Madonna. Now I can sort of see the latter, but as far as Jackie and Ava are concerned? Bitch, please:

Recent guests include Lil Jon, Brande Roderick, and Nelly, and it’s not like any big celebrities have clamored to promote their projects in that venue. So one would imagine that if Jenny received a more lucrative invitation, she’d probably drop this VH1 gig like a hot, spraytanned potato. In fact, Jenny is preparing to do just that because she’s reportedly in “serious talks” to replace Joy Behar on The View, who is set to leave the show in August after a sixteen-season run. Does Jenny seem like a good fit for the show? Producers seem to think so:

“She is in serious talks right now,” an insider tells Us Weekly of the star, 40, who is currently hosting her own low-rated chatfest on VH1. “Her show isn’t quite working out, so she’s definitely open to it.”
The sassy single mom would replace Joy Behar, 70, when the comedian moves on in August, reveals another source. “The cast and crew get a kick out of Jenny,” adds a set source. “She’s a good fit. She may not be able to carry a show, but she works well with a group ensemble.”
A third insider adds Brooke Shields, 48, is also in talks to replace Elisabeth Hasselbeck, 36, come fall. Us exclusively revealed in March that Hasselbeck will not be returning as a cohost, but she has yet to confirm the news.
In addition to Behar announcing her departure from the show, Barbara Walters revealed in May that she plans to retire in summer 2014.

Well, all I can really say about this is that producers certainly will want to replace Joy with a polarizing figure who will help maintain ratings. Losing Joy will be a shock to the show because besides Barbara Walters (who isn’t around all that often anymore), Joy is the only one who’s been around since the very beginning. Joy is a rock, and it will be impossible to totally replace her because her presence will be missed. As for Jenny, she’s certainly a controversial figure with her Playboy covers, anti-vaccine stance, and tendency to wear “cougar” costumes and adopt the mindset of a 15-year-old on Halloween. Will she tone down the clothing at least for morning television? One can only hope.

I can?t believe we?re still talking about what did or did not happen to Leonardo DiCaprio during the Cannes Film Festival. I guess this is when you know you?re really a super-star celebrity: people are still talking obsessively about what went down when you blew through town seven weeks beforehand. Anyway, as we already know, Leo was kind of gross at this year?s Cannes Film Festival. He spent the entire time partying, yacht-hopping, promoting his movie and trying to nail anything with two legs and a pulse. Allegedly, Cara Delevingne wasn?t having any of it, but Leo did end up finding a girlfriend (20-year-old Toni Garrn), but only after having sex with a steady stream of ladies and models and such. Well, as it turns out, Leo kind of destroyed his hotel room in the process of all of that bonin?.
Leonardo DiCaprio doesn?t have a party-boy reputation for nothing! Star has learned that he racked up $50,000 in damages to his suite in the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc during the Cannes Film Festival!
?Every night, Leo would throw parties,? a source tells Star. ?He left cigarette burns on the carpet, bed and couch. And the bathtub and toilet were clogged, which caused a huge mess, and women?s underwear was everywhere!?
But, the source notes, Leo did seem to pick up some of Jay Gatsby?s infamously impeccable manners.
?He was definitely a gentleman in the end and gladly forked up the money to pay the $50,000 bill for the damage.?

Sure, he was a ?gentleman? for paying for the damage, but I wouldn?t say he was a gentleman when he was creating all of that mess. It reminds me of Leo?s hotel-room-destroying youth. Or am I confusing that with the character he played in Woody Allen’s Celebrity?

Leonardo DiCaprio and his mother had fun with their new significant others at a celebrity-packed Fourth of July party. The playboy actor was spotted canoodling with Victoria?s Secret model Toni Garrn in front of his mom, Irmelin Indenbirken, who brought her new boyfriend to the bash.
We?re told the ?Great Gatsby? star hit the dance floor with Garrn at a party thrown by Madonna?s manager Guy Oseary, Spotify and DeLeon Tequila at Nobu in Malibu. Nearby, his mom danced with her beau, David, whom she?s been dating for a year.
One guest told us, ?While Leo was proud to introduce his mom to everyone, he was getting down on the dance floor canoodling with Garrn, while mom danced with her boyfriend,? says a source.
We?re told when a partygoer asked how Indenbirken met her new amour, David revealed their kids had played Cupid. ?He said Leo and his [own] daughter, the wife of a Black Keys band member, set them up on a blind date, and they?ve been together ever since,? said our witness.
The source continued, ?The two danced next to Leo, who had sunglasses on the entire night, and partied away until the wee hours.?
Other celebrities in attendance included Charlize Theron, Owen Wilson, Ed Norton, Mel Gibson, Woody Harrelson, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Stacy Kiebler, who was there minus boyfriend George Clooney.
?Get Lucky? creators Daft Punk were also on the guest list, but the French duo had some trouble at the door. ?They have thick accents,? says a witness, and security could not understand one of the pair?s names. ?They were held at the door until Guy Oseary himself walked in while the exchange was happening, and pulled them in.?
DiCaprio and Garrn were first spotted on a yacht in Nice following the Monaco Formula One Grand Prix in May, and were seen in June touring the palace of Versailles in France.

I kind of feel bad for Toni because Leo is never really going to let another woman into his life in any real way because his mom is his permanent lady. Leo?s relationship with his mom is half-adorable and half-?oh, that?s why you?re a compulsive modelizer and womanizer.? But I guess it?s cute that Leo set his mom up with a boyfriend.

Victoria Beckham covers the August issue of Vogue China, and she looks like a delicate little … China doll. Over the past decade or so, I’ve always thought that Victoria seems incredibly fragile from a physical standpoint as she is not naturally thin but appears to deprive herself by looking at a cake and choosing to eat a celebratory fruit plate even on special occasions such as birthdays. I honestly don’t mean to knock ultra-skinny people at all, but Victoria always looks so hungry and full of self deprivation, and this cover is no exception. I love her sarcastic, witty personality, but I worry about Posh. For real.
While the bustier shot on the cover isn’t very flattering, Victoria fares better in the editorial, which is rather subtle and photographed by Josh Olins. This black coat is rather gorgeous, isn’t it? That’s my favorite shot of the bunch. The interview isn’t anything special and mostly involves VB talking about her work-induced guilt as a mother of four. Victoria has talked about this subject very recently in terms of balancing work and motherhood, but I suspect that it weighs very heavily on her mind especially after giving birth to little Harper Seven:
On staying on top: “When you are successful, the hardest thing is maintaining that level of success, so you work harder to maintain what you have achieved.”
Working motherhood is tough: “It’s a huge juggling act, when you are a working mother and looking after your family. Millions and millions of women around the world are doing this every day, but it’s not easy and yes, you feel guilty every time you walk out of the door to go to work.”
But it’s all worth it: “I have been in the limelight for over 20 years. I am not on an ego trip; empowering women and making them feel sexy and great when they wear my clothes means more than thousands of people clapping. Empowering women is what makes me feel good.”
She’s a China girl: “I love China. The women really understand fashion and I can honestly say the women who come to my events are some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. They have remarkable bodies and are happy and positive and I love that. I think they know what looks good, how to accessorise and have beautiful hair and flawless skin.”

I suspect that, at this stage in the fashion game, Victoria could get away with a hefty amount of delegation, but she enjoys maintaining a high level of control over her empire. And that’s fine. She and David appear to be very close to their children, and David won’t be away nearly as much from the family now that he’s officially retired from professional soccer. Now it’s Victoria’s time to shine, but I understand her working-mom guilt completely.
By the way, is anyone else wondering what Victoria means by the “remarkable bodies” of women in China? I think she meant to say, “petite.”

Here are some cute photos of Orlando Bloom and his son Flynn Bloom out and about in NYC over the Independence Day holiday. You know what this makes me wonder? Flynn was born in America, wasn?t he? So, Flynn is an American citizen, Orlando is a British citizen and Miranda Kerr is an Australian citizen?? Is that all, or do any (or all) of them have dual citizenship somewhere? At this point, it seems like Orlando and his family split their time between NYC, LA and Australia. We?ll see how that works out in the future.
Miranda and Orlando took a pap-stroll walk on the Fourth of July too ? you can see photos here. I have to give them some credit ? I didn?t think they would still be together at this point. I assumed that they would be over by now. So, they?re keeping it together. Good for them?
I do think these photos are particularly cute ? Orlando seems like a hands-on dad when he?s around. He also seems to light up when he?s around Flynn. Orlando is just looking particularly hot in these photos, right? I?m not an Orly-loonie by any means (he?s never done anything for my lady parts), but the combination of nice arms, good hair length, sweat and a dad being sweet with his son? it?s working. He?s hot in these pics, minus the weird skinny jeans and the too-small sunglasses.

These are photos of John Travolta being honored for his outstanding contribution to film (with a Lifetime Achievement award) at the Karlovy Vary film festival in the Czech Republic. The festival also celebrated Oliver Stone with the same award, and oddly enough (not really) both stars were already scheduled to be present because they premiered their new film, Killing Season at the festival.
In celebration of his award, John sat down with the Guardian for an interview during which he sings the praises of L. Ron Hubbard’s gospel of Scientology. You’ll notice, of course, that John continues to dance for David Miscavige even when Tom Cruise realizes it’s time to shut up — because John really wants to be the poster boy for the cult. Most recently, Travolta told the tale of healing a car crash victim with a Scientology “assist,” and now he’s deflecting questions about the challenges rightfully heaped upon the CO$ over the last several years. He never really answers the questions about Scientology at all … it’s as if he can just change the subject and make people magically believe him. Whatever:
The best life advice he’s received: “Marlon Brando gave me great advice: never expect things from people they can’t give you. That’s hot. That’ll save you a lot of heartbreak. And, think about it: it has a lot of tentacles. Because if you don’t analyse what a person is capable of doing and if you’re expecting one thing but you’re getting another, well, why didn’t you see that they could only give you that first thing? It’s very powerful.”
Does he still love to dance? “Oh yeah, dancing’s part of my soul. I enjoy it, it makes people happy, and it makes me happy.”
Is he weary of fame? “I don’t do as many movies now, so the pacing of them is better. Back in the days when I would do two or three movies a year and have to do world junkets for each of them — that was tiring, to be completely frank. But when I do a movie a year or so, or go to an event like this, there’s not enough to tire me out.”
On Scientology’s negative press: “Well, you know, I love Scientology. I’ve been involved for 38 years, and I don’t think I’d be here without it because I’ve had a lot of losses and different negative things that have happened over the years and it really got me through brilliantly. I would walk in to a session feeling one way and walk out feeling a lot better.”
Why he gave up Catholicisim for CO$: “There are techniques for actually ridding you of stresses and pain as opposed to an advisory or recommendation on how to live. I believe L Ron Hubbard resolved the human mind, and in resolving it he has also resolved human pain — that’s what I really think has happened here.”
His memories of James Gandolfini: “I’ll tell you two small stories that will explain how I feel about him. The background is that my father sold automobile tyres to his father in New York, and he would see my photograph in the store window, and it inspired him to be an actor. Later, we ended up doing five movies together. When my son passed away, (3) he would not leave the city until I was OK, he was worried about me, and I felt it was so human, and so unusual for an actor to have this depth of feeling about someone. Before that, we were shooting a little movie with Salma Hayek [Lonely Hearts]. He was going through a divorce and was very sad. I saw him backstage and said: ‘Jim, did I ever tell you something?’ He said: ‘What?’ and I said: ‘I loved you the moment I met you.’ He started to cry, because he needed to cry. That was a true connection, and I hope these two stories explain it a bit.”
On career lows: “You have to understand my origins. I’m from a working-class family. We didn’t have a lot, but we had the arts. You’re talking to a guy who is making a living at doing what he loves doing — acting, singing and dancing. So any career ups and downs were not that significant to me, the only things that really powerfully impinged on me were my losses, and there were many in my life. Those had an impact, but short of that, movies — I love them, but they’re not life.”

On one hand, I feel slightly terrible for John because he’s basically living a lie while going overboard on PDA with wife Kelly Preston in an effort to convince us that they’re totally happy together even though John regularly ducks away for sailing trips with the boys when he’s not slapping the ass of the nearest male masseuse. On the other hand, John has all the resources in the world to pull away from this cult, but he just doesn’t want to do it. So he’s content to live in his own little bubble forever, and to me, that seems like a wasted way to spend one’s life.

You might mistake these photos for some kind of Independence Day-themed magazine pictorial, or some kind of professional photoshoot involving Taylor Swift and some very photogenic models. You would be wrong. Taylor posted all of these photos (and many more!) on her blog ? from what I can see, the photos were just taken by her friends/employees. The other people are from her Red Tour, and they had the Fourth of July off, so she hosted a huge party at her Rhode Island mansion (I guess that?s where they are). Swifty posted these pics with this message:

I have to admit, these photos made me kind of jealous of Swifty?s vacation. It looked like wholesome fun in the sun, with lots of posing and face-painting and straw hats. When I was Swifty?s age, I usually spent Independence Day drunk off my ass (or worse) and passed out cold by the time the fireworks began. Does Swifty even allow alcohol in her house? I guess those red cups could be for some kind of keg, right?
Oh, and that older man is Swifty?s father. I?m not sure about the way she?s posing against him? I don?t know. That?s not the father-daughter relationship I had, but maybe it?s not unusual. Last thing: BOLT-ONS! There they are.
