Fresh off of an overseas flight, David Beckham was spitted passing through the terminal at Heathrow Airport in London on Tuesday (October 6).
Sporting a budding beard, the soccer star was joined by his mother and father-in-law as he strolled to the exit while granting a few autograph requests along the way.
Meanwhile, David will be joining up with the English soccer team when they compete in the World Cup in South Africa next year, with coach John Terry talking to press about his importance.
Terry tells, “He plays a massive part in the squad. He has always made me feel welcome and still does that with everyone now. His performances, whether they be for LA Galaxy or AC Milan, have been brilliant and he has been great for England as well.”
Coach Terry continues, “Whether he has started the game or come on as a substitute he has done fantastically well. He trains extremely hard and is a great example for everyone in the squad. He also passes on advice at half-time and plays a key role.”

Closing in on her due date, Kourtney Kardashian isn’t afraid to tell what she craves while being pregnant.
The mommy-to-be tweeted: “My most intense craving was a waffle with butter and syrup. weirdest maybe a relish and mayo sandwich, but only once thank god!”
The 30-year-old also said the same day that she wanted sweets from Hollywood shop Famous Cupcakes.
“Honestly it’s worth the LBs. Those famous cupcakes are sooooo addicting. I need rehab! LOL Immm obsessed!” she Tweeted to sisters Khloe, 25, and Kim, 28.
And, although she craves sweets most of the time, she isn’t going to let her body go that easily.
Kourtney said she gained 13 pounds in September, but was spotted hitting the gym with the baby’s father Scott Discick and taking hour long yoga classes.

Throughout Mariah Carey?s long career, there have been rumors of insane diva behavior. There?s the infamous one about how she only eats blue M&Ms. Really, her demands have become the stuff of urban legends. A quick google provide the following supposed ridiculous demands:
? Mariah has been known to have 11 bodyguards surround her restaurant table so diners can’t see her eat.
? When signing autographs this week at Selfridges department store, Mariah demanded a 50,000 antique table, covered with silk cloth, to scribble upon, flown in from New York. She sat on a 1,000 throne and was surrounded by roses and butterflies.
? Mariah has a steamy time in the bedroom … but it’s got nothing to do with her sex-life. As part of her obsessive campaign to preserve her all-important vocal cords, she insists on maintaining rainforest levels of humidity.
? She insists on wearing high heels at all times, and has even been filmed in her stilettos while using her home-gym equipment. “I can’t wear flat shoes,” she sighs. “My feet repel them.”
? She only consumes soft drinks through a straw and insists on these being available whenever she makes a personal appearance. She even has people to hold her drink as she sips.

However Mariah says that this is all ridiculous and just rumors that have gotten out of hand. She doesn?t say she?s down to earth by any means, but rather that she?s a lot more normal than people think.
Mariah Carey insists her “diva” behaviour has been blown out of proportion - critics just to make up stories about her odd mannerisms. The Hero hitmaker has been dogged by claims she is a prima donna throughout her career, with countless bizarre allegations of her backstage demands, but she is adamant the reports are untrue - brushing off rumours she only eats blue M&Ms and once snubbed a hotel because she wasn’t greeted with flowers upon her arrival.
She says, “I try not to be a jerk. I really do. I try to be nice and cordial. I’ve seen the real extreme diva behaviour and I don’t think that’s who I am.
“I think I have mannerisms and that whole thing, and I’m running around in these shoes. But even before I had any type of fame, I was like this. Seriously.
“I don’t even eat (M&Ms)… They said I wouldn’t come into a hotel unless there were petals on the floor. I’m like, ‘Do you really think at 3am I give a s**t what I’m walking on?’”

I definitely believe that last one. But I think she?s also doing quite the PR campaign between her praised role in ?Precious? (she?s even gotten Oscar buzz) and her talking on and on about babies with Nick Cannon. I think she?s trying to soften her image and appear more grounded. But if that?s the case, it would serve her well to acknowledge that she used to have diva moments and then say something about how she?s matured or something. Because she definitely used to. Because that straw in the soda held by an assistant thing? There?s photographic evidence.

As we all witnessed over the weekend, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally brought their 14-month old twins out in public. Brad and Angelina took Knox and Vivienne to an ice cream shop in Amman, Jordan, where random people and fans took several pictures of Brange and the kids. It?s been said before, but it looks like Knox is a dead ringer for either of the Spears-Federline boys. Do all blonde boys looks like that, or is it just an eerie coincidence? As far as I can see, Vivienne looks a lot like Shiloh, maybe with slightly darker hair.
It was the first time Knox and Vivienne have been photographed since January, where the whole Jolie-Pitt clan created a media frenzy in a Japanese airport. Since the twins weren?t seen for so long, many tabloids ran with stories about the twins? alleged health problems. I wonder what the new rumors will be after this outing? Also, after their return to France, Angelina took her older girls out - and Shiloh dressed up in a tie! Meanwhile, Empress Z still looks gorgeous. Sigh. Too pretty.
We also have just gotten access to new photos from Brad and Angelina?s trip to Syria. Not only did they spend time visiting with Iraqi refugees housed in Damascus (see the UNHCR press release here, and go here for the UNHCR Donation page), the Brange also toured Khan As’ad Pasha, which was closed to the general public for Brad and Angelina?s tour. I had to look it up - Khan As’ad Pasha is an architectural gem in old Damascus, with many features that would be of interest to an architecture buff like Brad (see an awesome picture here). Once used as a commercial building, it is now used as a tourist site, and it houses the Natural History Museum of Damascus. Sounds like we may have stumbled upon the reason for Brad?s tag-along with Angelina on her UNHCR trip - Brad cares about the refugees, sure. But he really wanted to go sight-seeing in old Damascus. Sigh. I wish I was sightseeing in old Damascus.

Rihanna's voice and face are everywhere these days — owing to her guest spot on Jay-Z's hit "Run This Town"
and multiple appearances out on the town, respectively — and she's been working on new material with Justin Timberlake,
Norwegian hitmakers Stargate,
All-American Rejects' Tyson Ritter and U.K. duo Chase & Status.
Later this month, she's slated to hit the studio with Tricky Stewart, who (with frequent collaborator The-Dream) helmed her 2007 breakthrough hit, "Umbrella," now the producer has revealed that he plans on working with the singer again on her forthcoming album. Although the pair has yet to hit the studio, he said that the songs he's been working on for the singer are ones he's "in love with" — and he hinted the singer might be releasing new music before the end of this year.
"I do believe it is [going to drop this year]," Stewart told RapUp.com. "We're actually just getting started. I just wrote some records that I'm in love with this past week.
"Rihanna and I will be getting in the studio sometime in the next two weeks, so we actually have not recorded anything for her new album yet."
At press time, reps for Rihanna had not responded to requests for comment on the status of her new recordings.
Stewart explained that despite the success of "Umbrella," they have no intention of trying to repeat that song's formula.
"Man, you know we can't do that. We come out with something that sounds like 'Umbrella,' they're gonna be saying that we tried to do something that sounded like 'Umbrella,' " he said. "That's not what the great artists do. They don't even allow you to do stuff like that. Every great artist always wants to hear something they've never heard before."
Stewart also said that Rihanna hasn't changed since they first started working together. "She's just a pleasure," he said. "She's a very sweet, down-to-earth person. You would never know how successful she is 'cause she's just so nice and warm. I guess maybe it's her background of being from the [Caribbean]. She's just a really sweet, warm person to be around."

The “Top Chef” hottie looked proud of her baby bump, which was very visible beneath her sheer black evening dress which she teamed with a pair of black and white heels.
And while she still hasn’t revealed the father of the child, Padma’s ex-husband Salman Rushdie recently told press he wishes her the best.
Rushdie stated, It’s great. I hope it goes well,” as he chatted with press at the 2009 National Art Awards in New York City.

In celebrity legal news, Madonna has accepted the damages from a British newspaper for publishing pictures of her wedding to Guy Ritchie that may have been stolen from her home.
Although the singer did not appear at court, her lawyer says that she accepted “substantial” damages from Associated Newspapers, publisher of the Mail on Sunday.
No amount has been said, but layer John Kelly says that she would donate the money to her Raising Malawi charity.
Madonna and Ritchie divorced previously this year and had taken damages in excess of $8 million.
Kelly also added that they went above and beyond to keep their December 2000 wedding private, but three years later, an interior designer working at Madonna’s home copied 27 photos at least from the wedding album.
The designer then took them to a woman who offered to sell them to the Mail on Sunday. Kelly said the paper did turn them down at first, but then bought the pictures last year after the couple announced their public divorce.
The Mail on Sunday then published them without consulting or warning Madonna. If they had, Madonna would have gone to court to order that the pictures not be published.

According to insiders, the couple will be walking down the aisle, but are keeping their nuptials behind closed doors away from the media.
“They tried to keep it very private and quiet,” a source said.
The Spanish actors started dating in 2007, but first met in 1992 during the filming of Jamon, Jamon.
The 35 year-old actress recently hinted that she was ready to settle down, telling press: “I want to have babies one day but not right now. When I do it I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don’t know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children. I have a tendency to become a mother to everyone around me. My brother and sister are always complaining that I’m too protective.”
And it sounds like she adores the possibly daddy-to-be-someday, adding that, “He’s a wonderful man, a great actor.”

After spending any amount of time looking at the horrible pictures of Lindsay Lohan on her big, jacked, cracked-out, sketchy Paris trip, most people have come out with several opinions about LL. First, the girl?s style is bullsh-t. Secondly, the girl is messing up her face big time. Something about lip injections, but her forehead and general puffiness might indicate something a lot more serious in the plastic surgery department. Third, the girl is on drugs. No one?s eyes are that glassy without some major help from some kind of pipe.
Michael Lohan disagrees with us. Sort of. Lindsay?s dad thinks that her problem is a prescription drug addiction. Michael has given an interview to Radar where he describes how he?s the one who will save Lindsay from the clutches of the? prescription drugs?.? I?m still not buying it. That girl is on something heavier than Adder all (which sources have claimed in the past that Lindsay was/is addicted to). Lindsay Lohan’s Spring 2010 collection for Ungaro debuted over the weekend in Paris to lukewarm reviews. But it was the actress’s shockingly frail appearance that garnered the most attention.
Wearing a white, asymmetrical mini-dress, Lohan looked out of it and gaunt as she walked the runway following Sunday’s show.
Now in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, is speaking out about his daughter’s downward spiral; one he blames on prescription drugs.
“I’m going to get her off the prescription drugs that she’s on,” Lohan told us in a candid interview. “I hate it when people talk about illegal drug abuse… because it’s not just drinking and illegal drugs that kill you. Prescription drugs can destroy and kill a person and are sometimes harder to stop. Look at Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson.”
Lohan asked us not to reveal what specific medications he believes his daughter is abusing, but says they’ve taken over her life.
“You know why Lindsay’s not acting in feature films right now? Because she can’t,” he said. “Because the girl with all the talent is hidden and buried deep inside this fungus that’s grown because of the prescription drugs. She can’t be herself. When you hug her she’s like, vacant inside. When she kisses or holds me I get chills, and not in a good way-in a bad way.”
Lohan had a chance to spend some quality time with his oldest daughter following the break-in at her Hollywood Hills home. He says he was shocked by how much she’d changed.
“She’s a different person. I was out there for a week when she was living at the Sunset Marquis Hotel and I would sit there and cry. It was horrible. This was not the kid I raised,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com.
Lohan says he’s speaking out now because he’s worried about Lindsay’s health and fears she’s being taken advantage of by those he calls “enablers.”
“I don’t care what anyone says about Lindsay. The Lindsay Lohan I lived with when I was married was a focused, intelligent, gifted girl that needed no prescription medication, no assistance from a therapist. Whoever the people are that came into her life and convinced her otherwise should be thrown in jail, because they’re the same type of people who are responsible for the deaths of Heath Ledger, Michael Jackson and DJ AM,” Lohan said. “Everything was fine in our family until Dina and I got divorced. And that’s when all the kids’ lives started to unravel… including Lindsay’s.”

I think she was screwed up long before then, but I?m willing to give significant blame to both Dina and Michael. They?re unquestionably (in my mind) terrible parents who are still trying to profit from Lindsay at any cost, even as her career, beauty, and talent has evaporated. Michael?s just the parent who?s trying the angle of profiting from his daughter?s drug abuse. In any case, it doesn?t really matter. I?ve said it before, Lindsay isn?t going to get help for anything because in her mind, she?s functioning. And that may be the saddest thing of all.

Nicole Richie was rear-ended by paparazzi yesterday afternoon while on her way to… eh, who really cares. The New York Daily News says
“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her,” said the Beverly Hills Police. “Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene.”
Richie, 28, reportedly complained of pain, however opted to skip going to the hospital to see her own private doctors. Her two children were not in the vehicle.
The unidentified driver, who rear-ended the new mom, was arrested and booked for driving without a license.
The real joke in all this is the dumbass paparazzi, who lost his car and possibly his illegal immigrant status under the misguided notion that people actually care about seeing pictures of Nicole fucking Richie. Just like how one might say I am under the misguided notion that you actually want to read about what happens to Nicole fucking Richie. Well-played, readers! Well-played.

Even though there were rumors Jay and RiRi were getting busy, I tend to think Jay is like an overprotective brother to Rihanna - and this story seems in line with that. Apparently, Jay is worried that Rihanna has been partying too much, staying out too late, and generally losing her ?professional edge?. Jay is concerned that RiRi has been in a ?downward slide? ever since Chris Brown beat the crap out of her - so Jay has assigned a bodyguard to look after her, according to the Enquirer.
Rapper Jay-Z thinks success has gone to Rihanna’s head - so he’s hired a bodyguard to watch over his chart-topping protg.
The Grammy-winning hip-hop artist “invested his heart and soul into transforming Rihanna into a superstar,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.
“Now he’s outraged because she’s out clubbing most every night. He thinks she’s losing her professional edge.”
Music mogul Jay-Z plucked Rihanna from obscurity in2004, signing her to his former record label Def Jam.
She scored huge hits with “Umbrella” and “SOS,” but in February, the 21-year-old Barbados-born singer made worldwide headlines after a brutal attack by her former boyfriend, Chris Brown.
Her behavior since then has Jay-Z, so concerned that he recently assigned one of his own bodyguards exclusively to Rihanna, said the source.
“Jay-Z’s take is that Rihanna’s been on a downward slide ever since the Chris Brown beating,” the source said.
“He wants to keep an eye on Rihanna to make sure she doesn’t wind up in trouble. He’s unhappy that she appears to prefer partying to making music.”
After the MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 13, Rihanna partied up a storm at New York City hotspots 1OAK and Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club. Days before, she was seen throwing back shots at M2 Ultralounge in the Big Apple.

I tend to think there?s a lot of truth to this story. Rihanna has been out a lot lately - there are new photos of her entering or exiting clubs on a daily basis, she gets into all of the hot fashion shows, and she seems to think her job is ?fashion trendsetter? rather than ?working pop star?. I do think that Jay?s interest is probably as much financial as it is brotherly - after all, Rihanna is still a product Jay?s trying to successfully market. I also think Jay?s got a right to be concerned - I?m kind of worried about Rihanna too. I think she didn?t deal with the Chris Brown situation properly, and I worry that the two of them are still in contact. Perhaps that?s another reason the bodyguard was hired - to keep Rihanna away from douche bag abusers, because that girl obviously has horrible judgment on that front.

Oh God oh God oh God. Get your hands off of him, you tramp! Here are some pictures from yesterday of Sienna Miller trying to get her claws into the very happily married Jonny Lee Miller. They were taking some kind of walk in New York, where they?re starring together on Broadway, in the play After Miss Julie. The baby is Jonny?s son Buster, who will be one-year-old this December. Buster?s a cutie, isn?t he? And I still think the name is an Arrested Development reference. Buster?s mom is Jonny?s wife Michele Hicks, and I seriously doubt Michele is happy with these photos.
Yes, I know, Sienna isn?t really this home wrecking tramp (except she is). But from all indications, she?s still with George ?Slinky Wizard? Barker, although she hasn?t been photographed with him in more than a month. So, yeah. That relationship is probably over, I think. And Sienna?s itching to start something, because she?s that girl. You know that girl. The one who is always in a relationship, and the relationship is almost always full of drama. That girl is annoying.
In truth, Jonny and Sienna have been friends for a while - I think Sienna even met Jonny before she met Jude Law, who is Jonny?s best friend. If Sienna?s vadge hasn?t itched for Jonny so far, he might be safe. He?s not the kind of drama she usually goes for - he seems pretty well adjusted and happy. Sigh. I love Jonny. I find him so unbelievably hot. He seems confident, but not arrogant, sweet but not cheesy, intelligent but not haughty. He?s lovely too, in that ?I could totally meet him? average-guy way.
Yesterday, I spent too much time reading and re-reading the Telegraph?s lovely interview with Jonny, and for all of us who adore him, it?s a great read. He talks about his wife (?’we were introduced in a bar by a mutual friend, and that was it?), his parents (?They?ve given me a great deal of love and support, and it?s been wonderful to give them a grandchild, their first.?) and playing Mr. Knightley in the BBC?s new version of Emma (?’I just really liked the script. Because I didn?t know the book I thought she was going to end up with Frank Churchill.?). Swoon. Maybe I?m mad at Sienna because I would try to get my claws into him too?

Simon Cowell’s $2 million dollar, nine-hour long birthday party this weekend was a marvelous testament to narcissism and Caligulan excess. The Daily Mail says
A 60ft high image of Cowell was beamed across the frontage of the palladian mansion venue at Wrotham Park, Hertfordshire. The waiters [all] wore Simon Cowell masks.
Endless [$1000] magnums of Louis Roederer champagne were on offer. He even had baby sharks swimming in tanks in the lavatories.
The party’s entertainment included exotic topless dancers, naked women gyrating behind a big screen, and a guest enjoying a good whipping on stage from a dominatrix.
But the highlight of the show was the appearance on stage of a giant replica of female genitalia, joined by two giant sex toys.
And of the guests:
The model Jordan, mother of three, was so drunk she could hardly stand. Kate Moss anticipated being so out of it that she insisted no photographs be taken of her that night. Amanda Holden left with her knickers in full view of the cameras. One man departed in a limo completely naked [great shot of him here].
Well, once at my birthday party, I had a clown and a magician, and my dad came downstairs in the middle of it without any pants on, so I think I kind of understand what Simon’s birthday party was like. Only instead of a 60-foot high image of me and giant dancing genitalia, my Dad bumrushed the magician through a sliding glass door because he thought he was the step-aerobics instructor my mom had been sleeping with. I spent most of that party giving a statement to the arresting officer and picking glass out of my hair. Turning nine really sucks.

Miley Cyrus was down, but she's not out. After postponing a few concerts last week due to a nasty bout of strep throat, the teenage titan will be back on the horse Tuesday night (October 6) for a show in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
"Got the go ahead from the doc & the beast is ready to be unleashed!" Cyrus, 16, tweeted early Monday morning. "I always love performing in MI but this show is gonna get crazzzzyyy!"
Not that Cyrus is totally out of the woods just yet. Just a few hours later, she lamented, "Sore throat ughh! Resting up for a killer show tomorrow! I LOVE MICHIGAN! I love it when it actually feels like the right season."
By Tuesday morning, though, Cyrus appeared fully charged up to return to the stage, telling her fans, "gotta get up at 6:30! It's my first day back for goodness sakes! You'd think they'd learn their lesson and take it a little slower but nooo."
Cyrus struggled through a show on her Wonder World Tour last Tuesday night in Salt Lake City due to the effects of strep. Though she had a few days off, she was still forced to cancel a show in Omaha, Nebraska, on Friday night, as well as a Saturday show in Kansas City, Missouri, and a Sunday show in St. Louis. Those shows have all been rescheduled for, respectively, October 13, October 17 and October 28, according to her site.

Taking her traveling show to the Big Apple, Pink was spotted rocking out onstage at Madison Square Garden last night (October 5).
The “So What” songstress was in fine form as she performed in front of a sold out crowd, going through several wardrobe changes before the evening was over.
And it sounds like Pink was pumped to be back in Manhattan, as she took to her Twitter page to convey her feelings.
She tweeted, “Good mornin’ New York City!!! Carebear just brought me coffee in bed. He’s my sugar,” followed by, “There is nothing quite like the first days of fall in NYC.”

It’s no secret that Russell Brand has always had a thing for Katy Perry - but apparently he now finds himself “in love” with her!
The comedian told his friends that he doesn’t want to be a player anymore and wants to do it all for the singer.
“I think I’m in love,” Brand told British newspaper The Sun.
One source spilled about them, saying, “Russell has fancied Katy for ages and was like an excited schoolboy after they got together. He really sees her as an ideal catch and is prepared to stop seeing other girls.”
But the actor is always keeping things hush-hush about the “Waking Up in Vegas singer. “He doesn’t want to talk about it yet as he doesn’t want to blow his chances.”
And the source does say that the couple will be making a love affair appearance soon. “You will find out very soon. Katy knows about Russell’s reputation but finds him really charming and funny. She’s keen to make a go of it.”

Russell Brand and Katy Perry have been spotted out together several times since their hookup after the VMAs and it looks like things are moving quickly for the British comedian and the American pop star. Russell, 34, is quoted by UK tabloid The Sun as saying about Katy, 24, “I think I’m in love.” It’s hard to tell if he was serious or joking, and given the source it’s possible he was talking about something else entirely or they made it up. Maybe the notorious ladies’ man has changed his ways, though. I used to think Russell was kind of gross, but as I mentioned in an earlier post about these two, I heard a long radio interview with him and now I get his appeal. The guy is really smart and funny as anything. Plus, I like Katy and think she’s handled fame very well. I would love to see these two happy together. Russell has admitted to a sex addiction, along with his other vices, and they’re both in show business so the odds are against them. That’s part of the reason I’m rooting for them.

Nicole Richie was in a fender bender yesterday afternoon in Beverly Hills in which her Range Rover was rear ended by a photographer. The mother of two, who just had her second baby on September 9, was driving with another unnamed adult passenger. Luckily none of her children were in the car at the time. The freelance photographer tailing Richie was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license and police sources quoted by People say that it’s “likely [to] be a misdemeanor traffic violation, and the photographer’s vehicle will be towed.” There was another photographer in the car with him at the time.
Richie reportedly told police that she was in pain following the accident, and was photographed crying - presumably by either the guy who hit her or his buddy. No paramedics were called. While People reports that it’s not known if she went to the hospital, photo agency Fame has pictures of her leaving her house for Cedars Sinai shortly afterwards with her boyfriend, Joel Madden. (We are not publishing those, but are including photos of the guy who rear ended her.)
This makes me mad not only because the creep must have been following Nicole closely, but also because he clearly profited from selling the photos of the accident that he caused - while driving without a license! Did he hit her on purpose in order to get better photos? This reminds me of something George Clooney once said about the paparazzi - “It?s high-speed chases and they?re competing with each other. They?re not trying to catch me doing something stupid, they?re trying to create me doing something stupid.”
Around the time Britney had her breakdown in early 2008 there was a lot of talk about passing additional laws to put limits on paparazzi in LA County. From what I can tell, the police were more aggressive toward breaking up throngs of photographers using existing laws but no new laws were passed at the time.
There was an earlier law passed in California in 2005 that was meant to protect against the very thing that Clooney was rallying against - photographers causing a disturbance in order to get more valuable photos. Paparazzi are liable for three times the amount of normal civil damages in the case of “assault committed with the intent to capture any type of visual image, sound recording, or other physical impression of the plaintiff.” Maybe that law will apply in this case, although the fact that the guy was driving without a license makes it seem as if he wouldn’t have deliberately rear ended Richie, and was probably just following too closely.
