Stocking up on some fresh produce, Eva Longoria stopped by Ralph's grocery store in West Hollywood on Wednesday (April 9).
The former "Desperate Housewives" star rocked her darling fringe and looked cute in a black-and-gray t-shirt with sandals with jeans as she carried her groceries to her vehicle.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Longoria spoke to Latina magazine about the new Lifetime series "Devious Maids" and its success.
"The fact that we are on the air with this amazing show means we've won about 20 victories already," Eva explained. "From the writing to the casting to the producing to the fighting for marketing dollars - there are so many challenges we overcame to get to this point."
In regards to believing in the show, the 39-year-old actress stated, "I would never do a disservice to my [Latina] community. I was super confident going around the country and the world saying, 'You got to watch the show. It's a groundbreaking opportunity for the Hispanic community and it's really good!"

Fresh from her adventures in Australia at Sydney Fashion Week, the supermodel mommy headed over to 1OAK Nightclub where she met up with partner Jamie Mazur and a group of friends for a pre-birthday shindig.
And as always, Alessandra was the center of attention in her cut-out little black dress with leopard print Christian Louboutin sandals.
Prior to opening Alex Perry?s Sydney Fashion Week runway presentation (her first appearance at the event), Ms. Ambrosio told press, ?I get butterflies so I try to meditate before opening a show. I love the collection, it?s so cool and I love the denim textures and all the lace and transparency.?

When you?ve got the kind of money Peter Jackson has made with his ?Lord of the Rings? and ?Hobbit? franchises, it?s only natural to buy a bunch of old war planes and start a museum.
The New Zealand-born director had the privilege of hosting Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre in Wellington today (April 10), and he gave them a proper tour of his military aircraft collection.
And after Mr. Jackson took some cell phone footage of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge inside his planes, they headed inside for a special presentation- an aviation helmet lined in possum skin for Prince George.
Museum executive Jane Orphan explained, ?We were very keen to mark the occasion with a gift and this is all about preserving the heritage for future generations, we thought what better than to give then a gift for the young Prince.?

I already covered the basics in an earlier post this morning, but we got more photos in from Prince William and Duchess Kate?s trip to the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre in Blenheim, New Zealand, so I thought you might want to see Kate?s Alexander McQueen coatdress from other angles. Also, it?s worth noting that Kate seems to have found some new shoes too ? I haven?t seen those g?damn nude LK Bennetts so far. Also: I like that William is holding the umbrella over Kate. Polite.
Some additional details on the dress, from What Kate Wore: it?s a ?customized? piece from McQueen?s pre-Summer collection. It?s called the Utility Coat Dress or ?Belted Crepe Coat? and it?s offered in light blue and black. There ARE buttons, but they are concealed, so what?s the point, asked the Duchess of Buttons. The dress costs $3875.
The Telegraph has a lengthy piece on what went down during Will and Kate?s ?walkabout? amongst the people. There are some funny details! For one, a baby sneezed on Kate?s dress. Oh dear. One must get the frock dry-cleaned! Kate also received lots of flowers and gifts, including a black bracelet made of rubber bands. One commoner said: ?We asked her about Prince George and she said she would have taken him everywhere but he would have been a bit noisy.” I swear, the descriptions ? from Will & Kate themselves! ? of George are amazing. He?s ?noisy? and ?big? and he ?wails? a lot. He smacks babies and steals toys and cries at 3 am. He?s always hungry. He chews on his mom?s hair. And we already know that Lupo is his best friend in the world.

Taking care of some media promotion, Jennifer Garner showed up at ?The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? to plug her new movie ?Draft Day? last night (April 9).
And when the conversation turned to the topic of life at home with husband Ben Affleck, the ?Alias? hottie made sure to give an accurate portrayal of how things really are.
Jen began, "Benjamin is good, he's great. I get home Friday and he leaves that day for Batman. It's going to be awful though because he's been home now for a few months and when he's really home, he's so in dad mode and I think he's going to have a hard time."
Jimmy asked, "So he's been Mr. Mom when he's home, huh?" to which Garner replied, ?Let's not overstate things. We are divided down a very mom-dad [line.] If it has to do with making food, or [doing] homework or anything that has to do with actually functioning -- sorry it's true -- that's a mom thing. And then coming in just as you're getting them to bed and picking them up by their heels and swinging them around, that's a dad thing. Anything fun, that is Ben."
As for their two-year-old son Samuel, Jennifer noted that Ben has really stepped up. "He's so psyched to finally have a little boy -- he loves his girls -- but he's serious about his son right now. So, he taught him about his bits ... he taught him about his ?P? and his two ?N's.? So now anytime we pass a dog who's walking on the street or we're at a zoo or something, our poor little son is crouching down and looking up and he's like, 'Mama, does that have a vagina or a penis with two nuts ... That's what Ben's been up to!"

The fake inking looks to be the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution all rolled into one, given the ?We The People? intro and the John Hancock signature.
However, there is no document with both of those elements combined, therefore history nerds began slamming the magazine for messing it up.
?Today? anchor Al Roker joked, "[Hancock] would have if it had been like that,? while Savannah Guthrie openly wondered, ?Who first discovered it? Who was looking so closely at that portion of the picture??
A rep from Rolling Stone?s publisher Wenner Media even tried to cover the flub- "The Declaration of Independence is on the other side, but we couldn't fit in all the signatures."

We get emails from PR firms every day letting us know that various, usually lesser celebrities are wearing specific brands of clothing, workout wear, shoes or handbags. We even get emails about what little kids are wearing. Many of these are planned product placements in which a celebrity steps out in the item and calls the paps, some are freebies given to celebrities for this purpose, and I suspect far fewer are happy accidents for the clothing companies.
Sometimes PR firms can be overzealous in pointing out that a celebrity is wearing their client’s brand, as when a firm for Valentino sent out an email about the purse Amy Adams was carrying to Philip Seymour Hoffman’s funeral. In that case Amy just issued a statement through her rep that she was not a paid spokesperson and that “the suggestion she would use this moment to participate in a promotion is truly appalling.”
That seems to be the best way to handle an unwanted association with a brand, issue a statement and put the PR firm on notice. Katherine Heigl has gone a step further though. Hiegl was photographed after shopping at drugstore Duane Reade. (You can see that photo here.) The company tweeted the paparazzi photo of Heigl along with the benign caption “Love a quick #DuaneReade run? Even @KatieHeigl can?t resist shopping #NYC?s favorite drugstore.” The next step for Heigl would logically be to issue a statement or maybe a cease and desist and request an apology. Instead she’s suing Duane Reade. For $6 million dollars. Heigl claims she’ll donate the money to her animal charity, but it sounds pretty suspect to me.
The 35-year-old ?27 Dresses? and ?Grey?s Anatomy? actress filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Manhattan Federal Court seeking more than $6 million in damages.
The lawsuit says Duane Reade on March 18 tweeted the photo of Heigl carrying two Duane Reade bags with the tagline, ?Love a quick #DuaneReade run? Even @KatieHeigl can?t resist shopping #NYC?s favorite drugstore.?
?The Heigl photograph is a typical ?paparazzi? shot, depicting plaintiff walking on the street in New York City, in a private moment looking away from the camera,? the lawsuit says.
?Use of plaintiff?s image under these circumstances improperly exploited plaintiff?s name and likeness, as a celebrity, for defendant?s commercial advertising and purposes of trade, without authorization.?
The lawsuit boasts that Heigl?s films have grossed more than $1 billion worldwide and she ?continues to be in high demand.?
In other words, the blond movie star doesn?t need the money.
Her prescription: she plans to donate any damages paid by Duane Reade to her animal welfare charity, the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation. A Duane Reade spokesman didn?t immediately return a request for comment.

From what I understand, it’s a bold and somewhat rare move to file a full lawsuit without first sending a cease and desist. Heigl possibly sent a C&D first, but I think we would have heard about it. Plus it’s only been three weeks since the tweet. This is a woman who was once a romcom darling, but who has admitted that she’s hurting for cash and has been begging for funding for her indie movie. She’s also a paid spokesperson for Zzzquil, and I doubt Nyquil paid her more than a million to represent them. This sounds like a cash grab and like she’s hoping for a quick settlement. It’s arrogant and somewhat desperate, which seems to be Heigl’s MO lately.

These are photos of Kate Hudson rocking some short shorts, high heels and a little white blouse tied up to show her impressive stomach. She was outside a restaurant called Organic Creations in Santa Monica yesterday, where she met Reese Witherspoon for lunch. As you can see from these photos of Reese outside the same restaurant, she was more demure in a flouncy animal print skirt paired with a black top, jean jacket and red heels.
While Hudson’s physique makes my jaw drop, I’ll say what I always say about revealing fashion: you should strive to reveal one part at a time, like some leg, some stomach or some cleavage. Showing both a lot of leg and a lot of stomach is a bit too much, even if you look superhuman like Kate Hudson. That’s just the mom in me though, and I don’t live on the west coast where this kind of fashion is more typical.
I wonder what’s going on with Kate. Official celebrity outlets announced in February that she was having trouble with her fiance, Matt Bellamy. Then they did a loved-up beach photo op about a week ago to show that they were back together. This outfit says to me that there’s still trouble, but maybe Kate just wanted to show off her hard abs.
This makes me wonder if Kate and Reese have a project coming up together, or if they just met for a friendly lunch. I wouldn’t be surprised if Reese’s production company has something brewing for Kate. IMDB doesn’t have any clues that I can decipher though. Ooh maybe Reese wants Kate to do something with that lifestyle brand she has cooking. I can’t wait to see what Reese comes up with for that. I think she’s going to blow Goop out of the water.

No one has any idea what?s going on with Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston these days. Life & Style says this week that Justin was getting flirty and touchy with another woman at a bar. In Touch says Jennifer is pregnant. And Us Weekly says that JustJen is for sure (FOR SURE) going to get married in Hawaii. This year. For sure.
Jennifer Aniston had strongly considered tying the knot with fianc Justin Theroux in Mexico. But lately the 45-year-old actress has had a change of heart and is now interested in getting hitched in another tropical location – Hawaii – according to a Wednesday report from UsWeekly.
The ceremony will still be small with only about 20 people in attendance, added the publication.
The Hawaiian islands are a fond place for the couple, who have been engaged for nearly two years.
In 2011 they vacationed in Kauai where they were seen holding hands and enjoying the laid back beach lifestyle. They reportedly were staying at Ben Stiller’s mansion.
‘They had a very special trip there,’ said a source.
Not wedding date has been set yet for the Wanderlust co-stars, but the weekly has reportedly the duo will definitely walk down the aisle in 2014.
Though Jennifer and Justin have been working on separate coasts – he has been in New York City making HBO’s The Leftovers while she has been in LA shooting Cake – they did reunite on Tuesday when he stopped by her film set to see her.

Amanda Bynes is a lot better these days. After a year of escalating shenanigans (actually, it went from ?shenanigans? to ?Jesus, someone get this girl some help?), Amanda Bynes finally got some help after her mom was appointed conservator over Amanda?s medical, legal and financial well-being. The arrangement sounds a lot like what Jamie Spears is to Britney Spears. Amanda entered a private facility where she got treatment for more than three months. She got out last December, and she is currently enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County. But don?t just write off Amanda?s problems as some mental disorder ? in a weird turn of events, Amanda?s lawyer issued a statement to all media outlets about Amanda?s current condition:
Long before Amanda Bynes was forcibly hospitalized last July for erratic behavior, rumors ran wild about what ailed the former child star.
“There has been much speculation about Amanda’s medical condition,” her attorney Tamar Arminak tells PEOPLE exclusively. “She asked me to dispel certain rumors. For the record, Amanda does not have schizophrenia, nor has she ever been diagnosed with it.”
The actress, 28, who Tweeted pics of herself on April 5 looking happy and healthy while sunning in a bikini on vacation with her parents in Los Cabos, Mexico, was widely reported to be suffering from the disease and bipolar disorder.
A Bynes family source adds that the actress is making strides in treatment. “She continues to undergo outpatient therapy several times a week,” the source says. “She’s still working through the causes of her past bizarre behavior.”
“Amanda currently is on zero medication,” Arminak reveals. “She’s devoted to living her life as healthy as possible. She’s never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs, and she’s proud to say she’s been marijuana-free for the past nine months.”
After enrolling as a student at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County, Calif., “Amanda is very happy studying fashion and she hopes to one day design her own line,” Arminak says.
Bynes will remain under her mother’s legal control until at least September and currently lives with her parents, Lynn and Rick Bynes, in L.A.
“Her family is closely involved with her day-to-day life but they try to give her as much autonomy as possible,” explains Arminak. “She’s doing extremely well. Her primary focus is bonding with her family and being a student.”
Adds Bynes’s mother Lynn: “We’re so proud of how far Amanda has come.”

So much to talk about! Today in New Zealand, Duchess Kate and Prince William attended a wreath-laying ceremony and then did a public walkabout to meet the peasants who had lined up for hours to get a glimpse of the royals. Kate wore what I think is one of my favorite looks ever (on her): an Alexander McQueen coat-dress in periwinkle blue. Her hair was pulled back appropriately in a stylish ponytail too. She wore sapphire earrings which coordinated with her sapphire ring. The whole look is age-appropriate and stylish and she looks awesome in this shade of blue. You can see more photos here.
Last night, Will and Kate attended a royal portrait unveiling (the portrait was of the Queen) at the Government House. I suppose it was supposed to be a cocktail/formal event, so? no tiaras. Too bad. Kate wore a ?bespoke? dress by Jenny Packham. Going by the photos at The Mail, I thought this was a full-length gown, but it?s not. It?s tea-length. You would think that if Kate was ordering a specially-made dress (probably upwards of $20,000, right?) with a glittery fern design, she would ask for it to be full-length? Not so much. It is pretty though ? I like the fern detail and the sleeves are especially nice. Kate wore her hair down too, which? I still think is the wrong choice for formal/cocktail events in the evening.

He’s a bonny lad and you’ll be pleased to know that he’s currently preparing for life as a prop forward! I cannot tell you how happy I am to be back here in God?s Own Country ? as I have learned to call it ? and this time with my wife and son. When I returned to New Zealand for the first time as an adult in 2005, I came mainly to watch the All Blacks against the British and Irish Lions ? the best way to be introduced to this sports-passionate nation. In subsequent visits, my affection and admiration for New Zealand has only deepened. On this visit, I have no doubt that it will be Catherine ? and not just me ? who falls for New Zealand. The qualities that New Zealanders share in common with one another ? warm-heartedness, generosity, neighbourliness, openness, an instinctive sense of justice and freedom, to name just a few ? are qualities that I suspect ? given your modesty ? you may take for granted. But they are qualities for which New Zealanders are admired the world over.’

These are some slightly dated photos of Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton, and Leslie Mann at the German premere of The Other Woman. I didn’t cover them until now because there was very little interest for either the London or Amsterdam fashion posts. In Munich, Cameron wore a tight little Emilio Pucci mini-dress that was too ornate. Kate went with a red Fendi number that was her best dress of the tour. Leslie looks absolutely amazing in an ivory, cowl-necked, satin dress by the row. With her glamorous waves, she scores my vote for the evening.
Cameron’s been doing most of the talking for this press tour. That’s not surprising. Cami loves to talk. She will talk about her vadge hair and theories of universal cheating until commercial break. Cami did a new interview with the Sydney Morning Herald. Her main topics of discussion were women supporting women and feminism, sort-of. Cameron seems really afraid of the f-word. She dances around her idea of feminism quite a bit:
About The Other Woman: “What women need are more women in their lives. We understand each other. It’s a film about a relationship between three women. [Revenge is] honestly not the focus of the movie. It’s a part of the movie, but the movie itself, I felt when we were making it, is really about these unlikely friendships.”
Does she enjoy revenge? “It’s a waste of energy and time. It’s one of those things that society gets caught up with. It’s instant gratification. We’re addicted to that, but it’s a waste. When you get cheated on, you have to move past it.”
Is she a feminist? “I am not great with labels. I am not a person who likes to put labels on anyone. But in terms of what you can have and what you can’t have, it’s all relative. So, what are we fighting for? What do we want more of? If we are fighting to have what men have, is that really what we want?”
More on labels: “There are certain things we should all have: male, female, straight, gay, whatever ethnicity. Basic civil rights we should all have, absolutely. And we should never stop fighting for that. But representation in film? [That's] not life or death. We can still live those stories, we can still keep building our own understanding of women and our relationships, and can still, in life, be engaged by those things and not see it on the screen for it to proliferate. There are certain things I’d concentrate on, as a human being, rather than a feminist. As a woman, I am not looking to have all the things men have. As human beings, we should all have what we all deserve. I will always fight for that. But whether I feel women are under-represented … I feel there are a lot of ways I can spread that message, and a lot of ways I can be engaged to help people understand that it’s something I think is important.”
On competitive females: “Women are taught that we’re supposed to be pitted against one another. I never grew up that way. I was not drawn to women who were competitive with me. Any time I did, I found myself broken-hearted. [So] I just decided that as soon as I felt that from another woman, I’d go the opposite way. We live in a society where women are self-sufficient, they can take care of themselves, and what they need are more women in their lives. We understand each other, we know each other, we can be compassionate towards one another, the same way guys are ‘bros’ and ‘buddies’ together.”
Staying real despite fame: “It’s all about who you bring into your life. There’s plenty of [false affection] out there. And I could be engaged with that if I wanted to. But I am just not drawn to that, I am drawn to authenticity and real people. I can sniff fakers out real quick and I have always been able to do that. In the past, whether or not they stayed in my life because I allowed them to, or for my own purposes, is one thing or another, but at this point in my life I am not interested in that and it’s not something I have to worry about.”

Cameron at least has a better grasp on the definition of feminism than Miley Cyrus (who thinks being able to degrade her dancers fits the definition). Cami’s fear of “labels” is a bit off-putting. What’s so wrong with calling oneself a feminist? Some people really are afraid of the word. I don’t know what she’s getting at by saying she doesn’t want everything that men have (beyond the obvious anatomical differences).
Cameron’s talked a lot on this tour about being a girl’s girl. I suspect much of that is to promote this movie. Cameron does have many female friends though, so she knows what she’s talking about.

Here are some photos of Kristen Wiig at the Hateship Loveship screening in NYC. She’s wearing a geometric J. Mendel dress that is unlike anything she’s ever worn on the red carpet. Kristen isn’t much of a clothes horse and usually looks a little underdone at premieres, but I think someone hired a new stylist. Did Kristen even have a stylist before now? I don’t know. Those are Alejandro Ingelmo shoes, and they’re just right.
What I really want to talk about here is Kristen’s smashing new hairdo. She has the perfect face shape for a choppy bob, and that’s exactly what she’s doing here. The color looks a little bit ombre from certain angles, but it doesn’t have the “growing-out” look of typical ombre styles. Maggie Gyllenhall showed off new blonde locks this week too, but Maggie went with platinum while Kristen is favoring a warmer shade.
Kristen’s new polished style makes her stand out so much at this premiere. Her clothes are styled perfectly here, and bold red lipstick is a nice touch too. This is a full-on makeover. Kristen comes off as very glamorous and cutting edge, and this whole look works so well for her.

According to Amanda Bynes’ mom, that wacky tobacky is to blame for her descent into madness. You see, Amanda caught a case of the reefer madness.
“Amanda has no mental illness whatsoever,” Lynn Bynes tells E! News. “She has never been diagnosed as schizophrenic or bipolar.”
Lynn says that Amanda’s history of unusual behavior, which includes a 2012 DUI, allegedly throwing a bong out of a NYC building and lots of bizarre social media postings, was all caused by smoking pot. Lynn adds that Amanda “is very sorry for all the hurtful tweets, statements and actions that occurred while she was under the influence of marijuana.”
Whew.Thank god they treated this before she started hanging out in those jazz clubs and having premarital sex with black people.
Bynes’ lawyer echoed most of her mom’s statement. She’s never been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, she’s on zero medication, she’s never abused alcohol or drugs and she’s been weed free for the past nine months.
However, still no word if she wants Drake to murder her vagina.

Working hard to prepare for her journey to the small screen, Halle Berry reviewed her script on the set of "Extant" in Los Angeles on Wednesday (April 9).
The "Monster's Ball" star looked cute in a light sweater, dark jeans, and black loafers as worked with co-star Goran Visnjic.
Recently, the 47-year-old Academy Award winner spoke to People about the latest Steven Spielberg show, saying, "It is like the new golden age of television. As a woman, when I read this, it was such a strong character. I always gravitate toward strong, complicated woman characters. When I heard Steven Spielberg is a part of it, I thought, wow, that is another big reason to be a part of it."
With two kids and her husband at home, Halle notes, "I really wanted to work in town and be with my kids. I no longer can afford to have the gypsy life. There are others who are more important and who I need to think about. This allows me to stay home and still do something really creative and cool that I love."
