I’m not sure how old Nicolette Sheridan is now, I’m going to assume she’s roughly sixty-ish, she was on Knots Landing decades ago, but she’s wearing a bikini down in St-Barts and I’m alright with it. Obviously her face has seen better days, but I’m actually kind of impressed with her beach body. Not bad

Looking fabulous, Nicollette Sheridan showed off her impressive bikini body while vacationing with her new boyfriend in St. Barts on Friday (April 13).
The former ?Desperate Housewives? actress sported a hot Pink two piece swimsuit as she took a dip in the ocean waters while flaunting her toned arms and flat tummy.
The trip comes as Miss Sheridan is getting her mind off of the recent legal battles in which she faced a few weeks ago during her court faceoff against her former employer.
The 48-year-old star had sought $5.7 million from ABC and Touchstone in a wrongful termination lawsuit, which ended up being declared a mistrial.
A new trial date has been set for Friday, April 18 after attorneys for both sides have indicated that they plan to retry the case.

Although Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry claimed in court last week that Nicollette Sheridan’s character was killed off because of budget restraints resulting from a decline in the show’s ratings and not because the he and Sheridan had a falling out, Sheridan’s attorney presented the court with a surprise voicemail from a “low-level ABC employee” who claimed to have “mistakenly received an email indicating that ABC was going to wipe all the hard drives clean to erase evidence of their intention to kill off her character Edie Britt on the show.” Dun dun DUN! Radar Online says:
[The voicemail said]: “I?m an employee of Desperate Housewives. I received an email soon after Nicollette filed suit; I think it was meant for a much narrower distribution, but it regarded having IT come in and wipe clean the hard drives of the producers in response to the correspondence that they?ve had email wise about firing Nicollette.
“Um, I think I got it by mistake; I believe they were going to have the Disney IT person come in to do the sweeping of the hard drive… that?s about all I know; you obviously can check this number and figure out who I am but I really don?t want to get involved.”
Mark and his partner Patrick Maloney want to have the employee called in as a witness, but the ABC lawyers contended this was “the first we’d heard of this,” to Judge Elizabeth Allen White and Tuesday is supposed to be the last day in the trial.
“I?m a real low level employee there and I shouldn?t have got that email, I?m on the general email list,” the staffer continued on the voicemail.
“But there was definitely a conspiracy to cover up the correspondence on email wise in regards to Nicollette.”
Last minute surprise witnesses? Dramatic court re-enactments? I’m still not entirely sure this isn’t just the script from season finale.

Continuing to fight her way through a major lawsuit, Nicollette Sheridan was spotted going into the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on Tuesday (March 6).
The former "Desperate Housewives" actress kept a straight face as she made her way to the legal building in Los Angeles, unlike the man she is suing, the creator of Desperate Housewives Marc Cherry, who offered up a big grin to onlookers and media members upon arrival.
Sheridan filed a lawsuit against Cherry in April of 2010 for allegedly "attacking" her on set when he hit her in the head "very hard" during a rehearsal on Sept. 24, 2008 after she questioned him about a script change.
As for why she didn't report the incident immediately, the blonde bombshell - who played housewife Edie Britt for five seasons - welled with tears as she told jurors, "Quite frankly, I was worried about being retaliated against."
During his testimony, Cherry told jurors, "I felt I had permission," and claimed he "tapped her head," saying only his "fingers" touched Sheridan.

Nicollette Sheridan has filed a lawsuit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry and ABC for $20 million. Sheridan alleges that Cherry hit her on the face during an argument on set in September 2008. According to Sheridan’s lawsuit, her character’s death last season was in retaliation for complaining about the incident.
Former “Desperate Housewives” co-star Nicollette Sheridan has filed a lawsuit so over-the-top it seems perfect for Wisteria Lane.
The actress has sued ABC Entertainment Group, ABC Studios, Touchstone Television and series creator Marc Cherry for $20 million, claiming that she was physically assaulted by Cherry and fired when she complained about it.
The complaint was filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court by attorneys Mark Baute and Patrick Maloney.
Sheridan alleges Cherry struck her in the head in September 2008 on the set of the hit ABC series. “After she complained to her employer about Cherry’s improper behavior, Cherry arranged to have Sheridan terminated from the show, resulting in her losing millions in future earnings,” the complaint says.
ABC did not immediately respond to a request for comment. UPDATE: ABC Studios just gave us the following statement: ?While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit.? Cherry could not be reached.
Sheridan says Cherry punched her in the head during production on the the series’ fifth season. He allegedly apologized but then arranged for her character, Edie Britt, to be killed off the show. Sheridan claims that she informed ABC about the whole mess, but producers did nothing.
The seven-count complaint alleges causes of action for wrongful termination; assault and battery; gender violence; discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and age; retaliatory termination; breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Some other allegations from the complaint:
Sheridan says the assault went down like this: “On September 24, 2008, during a rehearsal for the show, when Sheridan questioned Cherry about something that was in the script, Cherry took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head.”
She says she was “physically and emotionally injured, humiliated and stunned by Cherry’s sudden physical violence and stated, ‘you just hit me in the head, that is not okay. THAT IS NOT OKAY!’ ”
Sheridan says Cherry’s abusive behavior was well-known on the set: “After an incident where Sheridan’s co-star on the show Teri Hatcher went above Cherry’s head to speak to ABC executives, Cherry told Sheridan, ‘I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies.’ ”
Sheridan, whose character was killed off near the end of Season 5, also says her compensation for the show was $175,000 an episode for her fifth year, $200,000 for her sixth season and $250,000 for her seventh. She claims she stood to earn millions if she hadn’t been fired.

If this is as cut and dried as Sheridan claims then of course she’s entitled to compensation. I’m not sure $20 million is at all warranted, but if she’s telling the truth and she was fired for complaining about physical abuse from a supervisor then she has a right to sue. That’s a big if though, and given the things we’ve heard about Sheridan I wouldn’t put it past her to either exaggerate, misrepresent, or make up something like this in order to get a big cash settlement. I’m thinking we haven’t heard about this until now because Sheridan was hoping that ABC would settle her claim with seven figures or more. Maybe when they refused to give in she decided to make this public.
Last year, Sheridan made some bitchy comments about Cherry. She said that he had personal issues that led him to kill off her character. “I think whoever Edie represented in Marc?s life was somebody he didn?t like. And he had a very difficult time distinguishing between fact and fiction.” Cherry claimed that he axed Sheridan’s character in order to cut costs, but he also gave her a backhanded compliment, and said she “performed the aging, neighborhood tramp better than anyone has ever done before.” Given the expense involved with defending the network against Sheridan’s lawsuit, it may have been cheaper to keep her on.

Vampy vixen Edit Britt has been dead for nearly a year, but Nicollette Sheridan is determined to avenge her demise. The actress filed suit Monday against ?Desperate Housewives? creator Marc Cherry for assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. Sheridan claims Cherry attacked her for questioning his script, then launched a vendetta against her for reporting him to ABC. When the network refused to take action, Cherry killed off Edie Britt.
OK, why did Sheridan take a whole year to file this? And don?t the producers of TV series have the right to hire and fire characters? Sure, Edie was sweet eye candy, but this series kills off characters all the time.

Nicollette Sheridan has no problem stripping down to her bikini as you can tell in these candid pictures of her in Malibu. I was just looking back at all the pictures we’ve posted of Nicollette Sheridan and found it funny that they are all bikini pictures of her!
