She?s always been a rather petite girl, and Kourtney Kardashian lost a whopping 45 pounds since the birth of her son, Mason, last December.
According to OK! Magazine, the ?Keeping Up With the Kardashians? star stuck to a diet designed around frequent portion-controlled meals and a strict workout routine.
"They say it takes a full year to really get your body back," the reality star admitted. "I believe that. I was 140 pounds when I gave birth and I'm 95 now."
Adding what she thinks is most important, Kourt continued, "For me, it is about being a healthy mom, and not being a certain weight."

The ?Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? actress looked cute and casual as she exited Scotts Restaurant with an unidentified male friend.
Kate is enjoying some time in Mother England for the holidays while her kids are back in the States for school.

The ?Simple Life? babe is off the hook more than a month earlier than what had originally been scheduled.
Richie?s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley paid a visit to a Los Angeles courtroom this morning with evidence that Nicole had completed all the terms of her probation.
And it looks like the judge was in a giving mood- Richie?s good behavior and persistent attendance of her alcohol education program seemed to do the trick.

The duo has been dating for over a year, and many speculated this would be the relationship that sticks for the all-American Reese. “They are extremely happy,” a rep tells Us Weekly magazine.
The Oscar-winning actress, 34, began dating Toth, 40, around January 2010, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal. The duo went public with their romance in March during a romantic birthday weekend in Ojai, Calif.

How many Kourtney Kardashian bikini covers have we seen already? Like didn’t she lose her baby weight eons ago and already cash in on her minor weight fluctuations with various tabloid covers? A quick review of our archives shows that she scored a Life & Style cover in March about how she lost 33 pounds at that time, and a Life & Style inset feature in April with more diet and fitness secrets. Plus there are all the countless bikini diet covers we’ve been subjected to featuring Kim, Khloe, and Kim and Khloe, not to mention their various heavily photoshopped bikini ads. (The Huffington Post has even more Kardashian bikini covers in this slideshow.)
So here’s Kourtney in a bikini on yet another tabloid cover. They photoshopped her face to the point where there’s something “off” about it, like it doesn’t really look like her. It looks like they changed the shape of her eyes, doesn’t it? Kaiser reminds me that Kourtney has done plenty to her face on her own.
Inside, Kourtney reveals her diet and exercise tips, which feature a lot of plugs for that QuickTrim crap that her sociopath boyfriend shills. (She drinks the shakes, which are ok for breastfeeding moms, unlike the caffeinated diuretic pills.) It’s all about eating frequent small healthy meals and doesn’t contain any particularly groundbreaking advice.
Kim Kardashian is also shown in an inset on Life & Style this week, with the title “How Kim Lost 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks.” This must be that 10 pound weight gain she was complaining about in mid December, and sounds like the same article as her “revenge body, 5 pounds in 5 days.”
I think the takeaway here is that the Kardashian sisters somehow became the most prominent faux celebrities in 2010, despite the fact that you would be hard pressed to find anyone who would admit to being a fan. It’s reached the point where minor weight losses earn them tabloid covers and extensive interviews. They’re probably yo-yo dieting on purpose to enhance their brand.

The E! reality babe hopped out of her red sports car while heading into a local office complex - with it sounding as if Kim may have been auditioning for a new gig.
Tweeting about the day's outing - while keeping tight-lipped about the specifics - Miss Kardashian wrote, "OMG u guys have no idea what I'm doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!!"
And while she's been involved in numerous endeavors ranging from TV to movie to public appearances, Kim was definitely a bit overwhelmed by her secret work meeting, as she later tweeted, "OMGGGG I'm nervous!!!!!!"

FFS. Just ONCE this week I?d like to return to my laptop after a refreshing holiday nap to find that some celebrity has NOT gotten engaged. The latest in the neverending string of engagement announcements is Reese Witherspoon and her CAA agent boyfriend Jim Toth. According to Us Weekly, who got a confirmation from Reese?s rep, they got engaged at some point, although there is no confirmation as to when it happened. Christmas engagement? Ugh. At least all of these weddings will help the economy?

She and Hollywood agent Jim Toth are engaged, her rep confirms exclusively to UsMagazine.com. “They are extremely happy,” the rep tells Us.
The Oscar-winning actress, 34, began dating Toth, 40, around January 2010, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal. The duo went public with their romance in March during a romantic birthday weekend in Ojai, Calif.
Toth works as an agent at L.A.’s Creative Artists Agency; Witherspoon is a CAA client, but Toth doesn’t represent her.
Witherspoon and actor Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2008 after seven years together; the former spouses share daughter Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7. Insiders told Us Weekly that Toth has “bonded” with Witherspoon’s kids. In fact, while Witherspoon shot This Means War in Vancouver last fall, Toth stayed with her little ones at her home in L.A.’s Brentwood area. “Ava and Deacon are happy with him,” the source adds.
Witherspoon joked about engagement talk to Entertainment Weekly recently. “My mom always texts me, like, ‘Are you getting married?’” Witherspoon said, laughing. “I’m like, ‘Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married.’”
A pal says of Witherspoon’s romance with Toth: “She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down.”

Maybe it?s just because the onslaught of celebrity engagement announcements has made my eyes glaze over, or maybe it?s just because I?m missing ?the bride gene? (true story), but seriously people, enough already.
That being said, congratulations to Reese and Jim. Out of all of the celebrity engagement announcements, I think Reese and Jim probably have one of the best shots for a long and happy marriage. He seems low-key and happy to give her the spotlight, and she seems less anal retentive and uptight now that she?s in a fulfilling relationship. I wish them the best, and I?m kind of hoping Reese gets pregnant again.
Also - did you hear that? That was the sound of Jake Gyllenhaal’s WAIL OF DOOM. He just moaned/sobbed into his coffee and Swifty stopped daydreaming about John Mayer long enough to say “What’s wrong now, bitch?”
