The quirky and fun-loving actress could be seen getting make-up touch-ups applied and going over her script while also sneaking in a quick coffee break.
Miss Deschanel's new FOX series focuses on the life of Jess (Deschanel), an offbeat young woman who moves into an apartment loft with three single men after suffering a bad breakup.

Kate Winslet looked like she was having an awesome time on Italian TV show the “Chiambretti Wednesday Show.” She joked around with the little orange and blue host, and even had the guy sit on her lap at one point. Kate is promoting the 3D re-release of Titanic, which I honestly assumed was out and gone already. (I was hoping, I think.) It’s coming out on April 4, though. I remember exactly when I saw Titanic in the theater in 1997, and I remember the tween girls talking excitedly around me when then-hot Leonardo DiCaprio was on screen. I’m not sure I’ll see it again in 3D, sometimes 3D films give me a headache and I would rather watch 2D movies for cheaper. If a friend wants to go with me I might though. Will you see it?
So this begs the other question that often comes to mind about Kate – what has she had done plastic surgery and injectable-wise, if anything? If you would have asked me what year it was that Kate Winslet spoke out against plastic surgery and I didn’t look it up I would have said “2009? and made a joke about how she’s obviously changed her stance on it. I looked it up, and Kate spoke out against plastic surgery in August, 2011, just eight months ago.
A lot of you firmly believe that Kate is all natural, and she could be. Her skin looks radiant and her eyes look somewhat different to me, like wider or something. She does have natural lines but there’s something different about her lately. Maybe it’s just because she’s so pretty and her face has thinned out.
I’ve been looking into “non-invasive” procedures that don’t involve Botox or fillers. One of the things that interests me is laser skin resurfacing, which can supposedly significantly reduce lines, make eyes wider-looking and make your face look much younger overall without looking noticeably “worked on.” (Yesterday I was looking up costs and watching YouTube videos of it. It looks painful, and I’m chickensh*t about that, but it might be worth it.) There are also chemical peels, which could achieve similar results from what I understand. (Remember how Kate was looking much more “refreshed” last year?) So I’m wondering, is this why Kate Winslet looks slightly different but still natural, and could I benefit from this too? (Strokes chin and squints thoughtfully.) I would have said the same thing about Sandra Bullock a few months ago too, (basically get me what she’s having in the same amounts) but fast forward to now and she’s just gone too far, poor lady.

Still, it?s always nice to hear about Sandra Bullock, especially after her not-so-amazing appearance at the Oscars. CB didn?t care for Sandra?s Marchesa, but I thought it was one of the better Marchesa creations I?ve ever seen (damning with faint praise). What really bothered me (and CB) was Sandra?s jacked face. The film with Clooney is Gravity – that?s the one where producers really, really wanted Angelina Jolie and they offered Jolie a truck full of cash to do it, but she still said no. Sandra was the second choice. Still, it?s good to see her back at work, and I would love to see her adopt again. I think Louie fulfills her and grounds her, and he?s become the love of her life. She seems like a great mom, and it wouldn?t surprise me if she was considering another adoption. God knows, she might have actually adopted ten more babies, but she?s just so good at keeping that information locked down, we won?t know until she tells us.

Sienna Miller covers the April issue of Vogue UK. She?s not promoting a film project, a theater project or a television project. She?s not promoting her fashion line, which she co-designs with her sister (although Sienna just pulled out of the line). She basically got the cover of Vogue UK simply because she?s pregnant. The baby-daddy is Tom Sturridge, a young English actor and friend of Robert Pattinson. Sienna and Tom might be engaged (although she doesn’t confirm it). Even given all of that – the lack of anything going on in her professional life, the interest in her personal life – Sienna still feels the need to remind everyone that she?s not going to talk about her personal life. Then why did she get the cover again?
She?s feeling good: “I’m feeling fine. It’s all progressing nicely and it’s very exciting. It’s nice to start a new decade.”

Just when I start to like Sienna Miller a little bit, she reminds me of why she just rubs me the wrong way. She?s spent the last eight years trying to NOT overshare? FOR REAL? And while I have sympathy for her part in the Hack-gate scandal, it seems disingenuous to plant a vague denial that although she was hacked, the press still got it wrong. Rii-ight. Look, if she wants privacy and she doesn?t want to talk about her life, that?s cool. That?s fine with me. At the end of February, Uma Thurman?s rep confirmed her pregnancy by Arpad Busson, her longtime, on-and-off boyfriend. Busson is crazy rich and crazy connected, but Uma has never seemed like she was at his beck and call. Honestly, it never seemed like they were a couple destined to last. But still, there?s going to be a baby in the mix, and hopefully everything will turn out well. As many of you theorized, Uma seems to be the ?reveal? in Lainey?s blind item about a woman who feared that her drug use at the beginning of the pregnancy would affect the child. Lainey made it sound like the woman was considering terminating the pregnancy, so I was surprised to see Uma roll out the news in every publication – everyone got a confirmation, and there?s no mention of any scandal. We?ll see. Anyway, Life & Style claims that Uma is having a girl:
It’s a girl! Life & Style can reveal exclusively that Uma Thurman’s two children (with ex Ethan Hawke), Levon, 10, and Maya, 13, are getting a little sister!
“Uma is having a baby girl,” a friend of the actress tells the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now.
Life & Style was the first to report that Uma is expecting her third child. “She’s happy and just a few months along right now,” the insider says. “She’s due in late summer.” A rep for the star later confirmed the happy news.

Uma also has a new interview with Stylist Magazine to promote her upcoming film, Bel Ami. That?s the one she did with Robert Pattinson. You can read the whole piece here – she seems very nice and down-to-earth, although not incredibly interesting. She does have kind words for Sparkles, though – “He’s very serious. He did a huge amount of rehearsal in his own time. I think that’s what you do as a young actor, when you take your work very seriously and want to take it to the next level?You know, when you’ve been doing this a really long time it’s hard to take it all so seriously. I said to him ‘Don’t get too upset about it because before you know it, Twilight will just be an old film that made you lucky enough to get another job.’ But when you’re in that position and you’re young, it’s hard to hear through the noise.” Basically, Uma was trying to get him to chill out.

Kanye designed the shoes too – they retail for $6000. Fo? real.
Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West more than just friends? Kim flew over the pond to Paris, France today to support her longtime pal and rumored lover at his Kanye West Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 show at Halle Freyssinet.
The 31-year-old reality star looked beautiful in off-white leggings, platforms and a fur shawl draped over her shoulders. Her long hair was straight, parted down the side and flowing down her shoulders.

Alicia Keys has been in Paris for a week. For whatever reason, she got invitations to sit front-row at all of the big shows: Givenchy, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney. These are photos of Alicia from yesterday?s Chanel show. Look? okay, go ahead and call me boring. I like a clean silhouette. I like minimalism. I like simple, easy elegance. I don?t ?get? excessive lace. I don?t get giant, poofy skirts. I don?t get skinny jeans. And I really don?t ?get? headpieces or forehead jewelry. I don’t get why Alicia thinks she’s making this look “happen.” She’s not.
This isn’t the first time Alicia has blinged-out her forehead either. While she was pregnant with her son Egypt, Alicia really got into the whole “Cleopatra Keys” thing (credit: Bossip). She wore elaborate forehead jewelry on various red carpets, and she even wore some forehead/headpiece stuff for her wedding too. But I don’t think she’s ever worn a piece this… MASSIVE. It looks idiotic. Why is Alicia so obsessed with styling herself like Cleopatra?
The weird part? If Alicia had left the forehead bling at home, this would have been the best she’s looked in a really long time. That outfit is gorgeous, and her makeup and styling (other than the jewelry) is gorgeous. I especially love the pants, and I want them.

Jessica Simpson is going to cover the April issue of Elle Magazine, I think. Elle hasn?t released their cover or anything, but Page Six has a preview of Jessica?s interview. This will be the first major magazine interview Jessica has given during her pregnancy, I believe. It?s interesting that she waited until she was so far along, and it?s interesting that she waited until she had something to promote (other than her pregnancy). She?s promoting Fashion Star, of course, where she acts as the Tim Gunn-like mentor to young designers. We?ll see how that works out. Anyway, in Page Six?s preview, Jessica confirms to Elle that she?s having a girl!!! And she confirms that her girl will be one big baby.
Jessica Simpson has confirmed she?s having a baby girl and says her impending bundle of joy is expected to weigh in at a healthy 10 pounds. The reality-star-turned-fashion mogul further reveals in Elle?s April issue that she and fianc Eric Johnson have already picked out a ?nontraditional? name.
?We?re sure,? Simpson said of the choice without revealing the name. ?We?re embroidering it on things.?
She says the name is ?nothing shocking and nothing you?ll have to add to the dictionary? When people hear it, they?ll know . . . why.?
And it won?t be ?Chicken of the Sea? after her most famous line from ?Newlyweds.? According to Elle, Simpson?s moved beyond her days as a reality TV ditz to a ?billion-dollar-per-year business? with her Jessica Simpson Collection, as well as star of NBC?s ?Fashion Star.? The mag says TV exec Ben Silverman is developing a sitcom for her.
She also reveals that she initially found it difficult to wrap her head around abstaining from top-shelf whiskey while pregnant. ?Givin? up my Scotch? My Macallan 18? That was hard for me! . . . Though now . . . being pregnant. You crave other things. A big thing of water sounds great!?

LMAO. I kind of love her for talking about how difficult it was for her to give up drinking. Ten bucks says she starts drinking again when she?s breast-feeding. Seriously. That baby girl is going to be drinking White Russians every night. As for the 10-pound baby girl? well, obviously. I never really thought Jessica was carrying twins, I just thought she was carrying really big, because that?s her body type and that?s who she is. She was always going to look this big while pregnant. And considering the 10-pound-baby? well, I really hope she does go in for the C-section. I don?t want 10 pounds of anything coming out of my vadge, which is probably how Jessica feels too. Allegedly, she’s due later this month. God knows, though. Poor Jess.

Like, I think she?s the very definition of ?Man-Repellent? and I think it?s funny how clueless she is about men and relationships – this is a girl who vajazzles to feel special, and this is a girl who has three ?pre-selected? engagement ring options at Tiffany?s, which she shows the men she?s dating. And then she acts all, ?WHAT? Why can?t I find a man?!?? Poor J. Love. So how does she still manage to get boyfriends (of declining quality)? Well, she?s pretty. And she has great boobs. Continuing to fight her way through a major lawsuit, Nicollette Sheridan was spotted going into the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on Tuesday (March 6).
The former "Desperate Housewives" actress kept a straight face as she made her way to the legal building in Los Angeles, unlike the man she is suing, the creator of Desperate Housewives Marc Cherry, who offered up a big grin to onlookers and media members upon arrival.
Sheridan filed a lawsuit against Cherry in April of 2010 for allegedly "attacking" her on set when he hit her in the head "very hard" during a rehearsal on Sept. 24, 2008 after she questioned him about a script change.
As for why she didn't report the incident immediately, the blonde bombshell - who played housewife Edie Britt for five seasons - welled with tears as she told jurors, "Quite frankly, I was worried about being retaliated against."
During his testimony, Cherry told jurors, "I felt I had permission," and claimed he "tapped her head," saying only his "fingers" touched Sheridan.

It’s a good thing models make relatively great money because they’re often asked to walk the catwalk in some very strange outfits. In this case, Miranda Kerr is wearing a bejeweled creation from Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel at Paris Fashion Week. Miranda doesn’t look entirely thrilled (although she still appears professional) to have been fitted with matching eyebrows, which don’t so much look bejeweled themselves but more like they’ve been adorned with Dunkin’ Donuts sprinkles. Surely, Miranda must have been paid quite well for this little jaunt down the runway:

Clad in Chanel’s creations for fall/winter 2012, the Victoria’s Secret model, who’s used to strutting her stuff in lingerie, rocked rectangular strips over her eyebrows that were adorned with tiny stones.
In addition to the avant-garde face jewelry, Kerr’s hair was slicked back into a wet-looking ponytail and the rest of her makeup was kept simple and at a minimum.
While the 28-year-old model worked the catwalk, stars like Alicia Keys, Poppy Delievigne and The Misshapes’ Leigh Lezark sat in the front row.

Having arrived in the City of Lights the previous day, Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out to get her fill of Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday morning (March 7).
The Carrie Bradshaw babe looked ever the vixen in a sheer white top which revealed her black bra teamed with a white skirt while grabbing up a front row seat at the Louis Vuitton Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 show alongside fellow attendees including Natalia Voidanova, Poppy Delevigne and Fan Bing Bing.
The PFW doings come just as SJP chatted with Alexander McQueen Creative Director Sarah Burton for a column featured in the March issue of Interview magazine.
The 46-year-old asked Miss Burton about what to expect when it comes to the next collection for McQueen, to which she replied, "I?ve literally just started on the next show today. We?re trying to find the right feeling and the right spirit for what to do, which is fun but also a bit daunting."
Meanwhile, the Miss Parker wasn't able t get too many details upon asking Burton to dish about the experience of designing Kate Middleton's wedding dress, as she said, "Um, I mean . . . I?m not actually allowed to talk much about it at all. It was a precious, magical time that I?ll always treasure, and I feel like she gave me a gift in many ways. I feel incredibly privileged."

In the new issue of British GQ, Olivia Wilde says she was sexually mature at a young age which is part of the reason she “pulled out” (puns!) of the Linda Lovelace biopic. She thought someone more innocent deserved to play Lovelace. The part eventually went to the doe-eyed Amanda Seyfried.
“I was very sexually mature at a very young age,” Wilde says. “I was very comfortable with it and talking about it, and once someone hears a young woman speak candidly about sexuality, it’s like, ‘Whoa!’ You get labelled.”
Wilde even “pulled out” of the Linda Lovelace biopic because she wanted to be viewed in a different light. “I decided that it should go to someone who is not already sexualized by the public — Linda Lovelace was an innocent. Amanda [Seyfried] will do an amazing job.” Us Magazine
Wait, so a girl who stuffed penises down her throat for a living was considered an innocent? Maybe in the very beginning, but when a guy starts tickling your tonsils and stretching your esophagus with his junk, you lose that innocence pretty quick. I’d dare say it could have even been lost right when she signed up for the scene.

Looks like Zoe Saldana could be the next big name to join Christian Bale in an upcoming revenge thriller set in the 1970's.
The "Avatar" star is reportedly in talks to join the cast of Relativity Media's "Out of the Furnace" as Bale's ex-wife working as a waitress who is re-married to the town sheriff.
The film follows Christian Bale as he plays an ex-con looking to avenge the death of his brother as soon as he is released from prison.
Saldana is currently working on the yet-untitled Star Trek sequel set to hit theaters May 17.
