She doesn?t say those exact words, but by saying she hasn?t had a ?lousy? boyfriend in the last year and a half indicates that the guy she was dating before then was ?lousy.?

Ashton Kutcher appeared on last night?s Conan. It was Ashton?s first interview since becoming a dad and you can just tell that he?s really jazzed about his daughter Wyatt Isabella. Ashton tells Conan that fatherhood:
?It?s unbelievable. It?s the greatest thing on Earth?We?re really privileged that we have time and can afford to take time. So we don?t have a nanny or a night nurse of any of the stuff. It?s just the two of us. As soon as this child was born, I immediately wanted to call my parents and just apologize because I never knew how much they loved me.?

Ashton also says that he?s learned ?little things that will calm down the baby. So I feel like I?m the baby whisperer now.? And Wyatt is sleeping really well. Ashton also talks about choosing one name but feeling like it wasn’t right, saying: ?when we were pregnant, the name didn?t fit the energy we were feeling.? So Ashton started calling out crazy names until he called out Wyatt and Mila said ?that?s it.? And after they decided, Ashton registered all of the domain names for his daughter just so there wouldn?t be a ?p0rn site? with his daughter?s name. Here?s a clip from the interview:
I?ll admit it, I think Ashton comes across really well here. Maybe fatherhood will make him less douchey? Here?s hoping.
Oh, and Star Magazine has a story about Ashton cheating on Mila? more than two years ago. Like, Star got some archival cheating scandal on Ashton. Star says Mila and Ashton started in April 2012 (which is true, it was March/April, around then) but in June 2012, Ashton had a one night stand with a then-21-year-old blonde named Linn Massinger. They met at a bar, he introduced himself as ?Chris? (his real name) and he took her back to his house. Well well well. I mean, I don?t doubt that Ashton cheats on every girlfriend, but this is still a two-and-a-half year old scandal.

Here are some new photos of Anne Hathaway in London last night and today. Last night she attendd the Maison Assouline flagship store opening and looked very friendly and touchy-feely with Mr. Valentino. So? I guess she wasn?t worried about getting Ebola from Valentino? For the record, Annie?s rep told The Daily Mail that Annie didn?t ?refuse? to shake hands with an Argentine journalist because of Ebola concerns ? the rep said: ?That is nonsense ? she wasn’t shaking anyone’s hands because she was coming down with a cold and didn’t want to get anyone sick.? Okay, but then why was Annie so touchy-feely with costars and Valentino? Something doesn?t add up here, you know?
Meanwhile, Annie has a new interview with The Telegraph, which you can read here. Her new thing is ?woe is Annie? and talking about how sick she is. Some highlights:
Her spacesuit was leaky during Interstellar: ?It was a scene where my character becomes submerged in water and trapped, so I go down in the water expecting it?s probably not going to be warm but I will at least be dry. But after about 10 seconds the suit is totally full of water. I don?t know what?s happening or why, but everybody is hurting and cold so I don?t say anything about it and wonder, ?How long can this last?? Well, it did last and I became tingly and couldn?t feel anything and things were starting to get a bit hazy around the edges. I thought Chris is going to be way more annoyed if I die of hypothermia than he is if I speak up about it and maybe delay filming for five minutes. So I threw caution to the wind and told him what was going on and he said, ?OK, let?s roll right now.? And we were done. I was just really, really, really cold and it?s not that Chris sent me off to get warmed up. Wimps don?t last long on his set.?
Her journey: ?I?m always nervous I?m going to mess up,? she says. ?One of the most important parts of my journey is that I have embarrassed myself again and again and I have failed again and again and eventually that gives you strength of character, so I feel a little bit more comfortable now.?
Her husband: ?I?m very fortunate that my husband has a job that allows him to travel and kind of make his own schedule, so he travels with me whenever possible. Sometimes that?s not possible and whenever that happens, we have a rule that we aren?t apart for more than two weeks. When we got married I thought it was a great party, but I honestly thought we were doing it more for tradition and I wasn?t prepared for the radical shift that my heart was going to have.?
Her ex Raffaello Follieri: ?I got through my pain the way I always deal with unpleasant things and that?s to make a joke of it.?
She claims she has never ?gone Hollywood?: ?I just went to my 10 year college reunion, and it was awesome,? she enthuses. ?I stayed really close with my tight group of friends from college and there?s about ten of us and I still see most of them every day, and I am going to see a bunch tonight actually, and so it?s not like I left college behind when I left; I took the best parts with me. Going back it was nice to see people I had lost touch with as well but after a certain part of the evening …,? she laughs, ?I don?t really remember much.?

Woe is Annie! She almost got hypothermia and no one was looking out for her and she was so tough and brave and professional. ALL THE OSCARS PLS. As for the whole thing about how she?s never ?gone Hollywood? ? gurl, you can still have friends from college and be a Hollywood drama queen. Those two things aren?t mutually exclusive.
She also talks about the science-heavy dialogue in the Interstellar script and how worried she was that she wouldn?t be able to memorize it and even if she did, that no one would understand it. I kind of wonder if Interstellar really is going to resonate with audiences or whether it will just be a snooze. Hm.

Katie Holmes covers this week’s issue of People. They didn’t choose a very flattering cover shot, right? This is very “bride of Xenu,” but People dangles the promise of Katie telling her “story.” So the sleepy, robot look may be on purpose. I am interested to read the full story when it arrives, but I don’t think it will be too dramatic. Katie’s kept quiet on the issue of her divorce to Tom Cruise, and I suspect there’s an agreement in place. Plus we’ve already heard the worst of it. Like how Tom would scream for days on end at Katie and how she had to use burner phones to organize her getaway. What else could she possibly reveal?
Katie’s been doing well for herself. She bought a second home in Los Angeles. She has some indie movies coming out, and she’ll reprise her Jackie Kennedy role. Oh, and Olay hired her as global ambassador, which is probably how she afforded that second home. Here’s what Katie has to say to People (so far):
Katie Holmes has a three-part mantra these days.
“I don’t have any fear now, I don’t have a lot of rules for myself, and I don’t take myself that seriously,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week’s cover story.
And when it comes to her career, “I feel ready for new challenges,” she says.
The star, 35, is poised to reprise her role as Jackie Kennedy and appears against-type as a vigilante school teacher in the new black comedy Miss Meadows.
And Holmes will soon go behind the camera for her feature directorial debut.
Yes, her 2012 divorce from Tom Cruise made headlines around the world, but Holmes has long since moved on.
“I don’t want that moment in my life to define me, to be who I am,” she says of her post-split persona. “I don’t want that to be what I’m known as. I was an actor before, an actor during and an actor now.”
She is also a mom, and life with her 8-year-old daughter Suri “means everything to me,” she says. “I’m learning every day, and I have been since the minute I became a mom.”
Part of that learning curve is accepting that things don’t always go smoothly at home, she admits.
“My patience has grown, but between 4 and 6 p.m. . . . I mean, wow,” she says. “Between tickle fights and glitter art, I try to throw in some manners along the way.”

I completely understand Katie’s desire to not be known as the third ex-wife of Tom Cruise. That must be super embarrassing to realize the whole world was correct about Tom when we all thought he was losing his (lifted) marbles. Katie will be fine. She’s been free for two years, and there’s no going back. She’s completely correct about the hours of 4-6 pm when it comes to raising a child. There’s something about that time of day that brings out the most rambunctious behavior.
Since we haven’t talked about Katie in awhile, so here are plenty of pics. She and Suri went to the farmer’s market together, and I’m jealous of Suri’s hair.

She?s bounced back to success after her extremely public divorce from actor Tom Cruise two years ago, and Katie Holmes is letting everyone know that she wants the world to move on as well.
During a sit down with People magazine, the ?Batman Begins? beauty explained that she wants the world to see her as Katie, not Tom?s ex-wife.
"I don't want that moment in my life to define me, to be who I am," the 35-year-old beauty explained. "I don't want that to be what I'm known as. I was an actor before, an actor during and an actor now."
Katie got her start on ?Dawson?s Creek? in the late nineties and went on to star in films like ?Wonder Boys,? ?Batman Begins? and ?The Gift.?
As for today, she has lots of big projects on her plate, including ?The Giver? in which she stars alongside Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges.

With the endurance of a marathon runner, Taylor Swift made yet another media appearance at ?The Late Show with David Letterman? on Tuesday night (October 28).
The ?I Knew You Were Trouble? songstress was stunning in a white top/black skirt combo as she greeted fans outside of Manhattan?s Ed Sullivan Theater.
During her interview, Taylor talked about becoming pals with Lena Dunham via Twitter- ?I googled her and I saw her quoting my lyrics and I thought, she has to be doing that ironically, she has to be making fun of me?I have this big looser complex from school.?
?[But I realized she] likes my music and it wasn?t ironic at all. Then we met in person?and we've been best friends ever since.?
Additionally, Swift addressed the naysayers who have criticized her new role as official ambassador for the City of New York- ?I don't get any money for that, but I have a song called Welcome to New York and I recently moved here. When I love something I am very vocal about it? I love it with like 18 exclamation marks underneath it, and underlined. I'm like the most obnoxious person to ever loudly love New York and I think they picked up on that.?
Taylor?s 1989 album sold 600,000 copies in its first 24 hours and is on track to moving one million units before the week is up. That would make her the only singer to have three million-selling albums in a row!

The last we heard of Amanda Bynes, she had flown to LA and was immediately ?tricked? into checking into a facility where she was placed on an involuntary psych hold. This trickery was orchestrated by Amanda?s parents and Sam Lufti, of all people. Once Amanda was under a 5150 hold, sources claimed that Amanda?s parents were once again looking at their options. A guardianship/conservatorship would be more difficult this time around because Amanda seems to blame her parents for much of her current situation. Sources said it was possible that Amanda could get an ?LPS Hold? which would mean at least one year at a lock-down facility where she would be forcibly medicated. That?s the last we heard, that her parents were looking at her options and that Amanda?s mental health was and is so frail that a 72-hour psych hold was extended to two weeks. And now it?s been extended again:
Amanda Bynes is in such bad shape … her doctors secretly got an order from a judge that allows them to hold her for another month … TMZ has learned.
We’ve learned Amanda’s doctors asked a judge Monday for a 30-day extension to her involuntary commitment. She’s been in a psychiatric facility for the last 17 days, and if an extension wasn’t granted she would have walked out the front door yesterday.
But Amanda’s shrinks made a convincing case … she is “very ill” and in no shape to care for herself. The judge agreed to the extension.
What’s unclear … whether Amanda’s parents will go back to court to regain a conservatorship over her. Initially we were told they would seek another conservatorship, but our sources say they’ve had a change of heart. Amanda feels betrayed by them for having her committed, so controlling her would be a Herculean effort. The likely scenario is that the psychiatric hold will be extended for a long time.

Well, it?s good that her doctors were on the case and that Amanda was not released into society. I feel sad that we?re using language like ?forced? and ?lockdown? and ?without her consent? because that kind of terminology is so loaded, nevermind the fact that she is just a young woman with significant mental health issues that could conceivably be dealt with in some sort of outpatient way. I partially blame Amanda?s parents too, but not the same way she blames her parents. The parents have been in denial about her mental health issues for too long, and they spent much of the past year claiming that Amanda?s problem was merely smoking weed. It?s not the weed. I hope they realize that now.
Oh, and this was announced late last night – Amanda’s parents were granted a conservatorship for Amanda’s finances. Her parents told the judge Amanda had spent “alarming amounts of money by purchasing jewelry for strangers.” Amanda has a net worth of about $5.7 million, most of it real estate, and that she’s blown through a lot of her liquid assets in the past few months.

Kim Kardashian made an appearance at the Re/code conference on Monday in California. She sat down for a Q&A session and she ended up talking about her branded video game (which is still making crazy money), her favorite phones and her reality show. You can read the full coverage here ? there were plenty of eye-roll moments, but all in all? she has been ahead of the social media curve most of her adult life, you know? Some highlights:
When asked why people don?t take her seriously: ?I don?t know. That is a question that sometimes I get frustrated with. I pride myself with my work ethic, and I work really hard. I think when people hear that I might have gotten success off of a ?reality show,? they take that as a negative. We?re in our tenth season. We have more episodes than ?I Love Lucy.? We have so many milestones that people don?t think about.?
She works really hard, you guys: ?I wake up every single day at 6 am, and go to the gym, and get my daughter up, feed my baby, film all day, sometimes don?t finish until 8 or 9 pm, and that?s every single day, six days a week, for five months straight while we?re filming ? I don?t think reality TV gets the respect it deserves.?
Being called ?the Olympics of oversharing?: ?I?ve always just been open. I?ve been super-open with my life, and that?s just who I am, and that?s how my family is, too,? Kardashian West responded, noting later in the interview that she handles all of her social media posting ? and seemed genuinely flabbergasted that other celebs might have teams do this for them.
She is NOT paid $10,000 per tweet: ?I would have been tweeting every two seconds if it was true.?
Loving Instagram: ?I?m loving Instagram. I think you can be really creative, and a little more intimate. It has more texture than just words, obviously? [I have] a three-image rule. In the same setting, I try not to do more than three. It oversaturates my feed.?
She?s loyal to Blackberry: ?I love my BlackBerry. I don?t understand the reaction I get when I say that. It?s my heart and soul, I love it and I?ll never get rid of it. I do have an iPhone, and I use it for photos. But if you write an email and you need to type fast ? I like having the [key]board. They don?t even have them in stores anymore. I buy them on eBay. It?s a BlackBerry Bold. And I like to have three in my room that I line up in case they break.?
Her iOS Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game and whether it?s really made $200 million: ?We?ll never talk dollars and cents ? It could be more. It could be less. It?s been very good to me.?

She also said that she?s working with video game people to add more ?characters? to the game and it sounds like there will be some updates that will probably add up to even more $$$ for Kim. As for her Blackberry obsession ? I?ve known people, professional people, who are still very loyal to their Blackberries too. I think it?s just like Apple loyalty ? it?s just a preference for user-friendliness and some people are happier with the feel of a Blackberry.
Oh, and she really needs to stop comparing Keeping Up with the Kardashians with I Love Lucy. STAHP.

She?s been hard at work promoting her forthcoming flick ?Interstellar? (due in theaters November 5) and Anne Hathaway told People magazine that her first day on the job was pretty intense.
The ?Les Miserables? lady explained, "When I stepped on the set, I geeked out. And when I put on the space suit, I freaked out!"
Hathaway added, ?The nerdery was out of control on this movie. It's like a real treat to have a practical set to interact with. It helped us escape into the world of believing it."
Furthermore, ?The space suit was my favorite costume I had ever worn. This one was the closest I've ever felt to feeling like a kid at Halloween!"
