Models can’t just model anymore. That’s so 2000. Now you have to do more. You have to have a talent or at least trick people into thinking you have a talent. That’s why H&M got Bob Sinclair to produce Gisele Bundchen’s cover of Blondie’s “Heart of Glass.”
With enough autotune, anyone can sound like a superstar. I think that’s the same lie they told Paris Hilton.

Speaking of models singing. 31-year-old Australian model Miranda Kerr debuted her first single with Bobby Fox. It’s a cover of Elvis’ “You’re The Boss.” There’s a lot less autotune going on here compared to Gisele’s cover and she sounds a bit better. Not my style of music but at least she doesn’t sound like anything out of Ark Music Factory.

After an on and off relationship that has spanned seven years, Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson have called off their engagement for a second time.
The "Kill Bill" beauty first began dating the hedge fund manager back in 2007, only to call off their engagement in 2009. They got engaged once more in 2011 and have a 21 month old daughter.
The duo were slated to attend the Room to Grow Gala together last week, however, Uma showed up solo and sans ring.
Neither camp has commented on the split, but a source told Us Weekly, "It's true."

| Johnny Depp & Amber Heard step out in NYC: somber or normal? | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
These are photos of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard yesterday in NYC. Do they look somber to you? That’s the conclusion some people would draw from their downward gazes. Especially since Transcendence became Johnny’s fourth consecutive flop. I keep saying Johnny needs a break. He can afford a break, right? He’s got plenty of money, and that private island can always be liquidated. After another Pirates movie and the Alice in Wonderland sequel, he’ll have more millions.
By the way, I wasn’t the only one who wondered what the heck happened with Transcendence. Deadline published a full analysis yesterday afternoon. It’s an interesting read.
These pictures don’t seem too different from Depp’s mangagement ring debut a few weeks ago. Johnny looks a little sheepish, but Amber doesn’t seem any different, moodwise. Those braids are very “young,” but she can get away with the hairstyle. Maybe Johnny’s into braids. He probably wants braids. His hat is still the worst.
I do wonder about this couple and if they’ll make it to the altar. Johnny wants it bad, but Amber may not. She’s very aware of her own box-office flops. She called herself the “common denominator” between those movies, and perhaps Johnny’s flops also worry her. I’m not saying that it’s Amber’s fault AT ALL that Johnny’s films aren’t doing so hot since they got together. He’s responsible for wearing a damn dead bird on his head. He’s the one who starred in an unmarketable film last weekend. I’m simply saying that if I was Amber, I would worry that people would think it was my fault. Because people are awfully mean to her.

| Kate Upton in a grey Dolce & Gabbana at LA premiere: unflattering or cute? | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some photos from last night?s LA premiere of The Other Woman. Kate Upton wore this Dolce & Gabbana dress which is very unflattering, right? Like Bedhead, I like Kate Upton. She really grew on me and I want her to do well and I want her to be that rare big-breasted woman who can find flattering designer clothes. But this D&G number doesn?t do much for her. It ADDS weight to her mid-section and the skirt is an unflattering length. Plus, I kind of think she should have worn her hair down.
Cameron wore Stella McCartney ? Bedhead discussed it a bit in her Camy post earlier. I think the top part has a weird design ? I mean, we know that Camy has breast implants, but this makes her look somewhat flat. It?s weird.
Leslie Mann wore this bright Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014 two-piece (is it two pieces?). I don?t really care for this current design trend of trying to make bandeaus or tube tops glorified or ?high fashion.? No one in a tube top ever looks high fashion. But I like the colors and that Mann got out of her comfort zone.
And finally, here?s Nicki Minaj. I can?t even describe how much I love Nicki?s recent make-under. No more crazy wigs, crazy costumes or crazy makeup jobs. It?s like she?s no longer trying to be a budget Lady Gaga. I think Nicki looks so refined and elegant in this knit Steven McQueen dress. Beautiful. Perfection. She?s the best one out of this group.

| Cameron Diaz: 'I?m not a spinster who didn't have a kid' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Cameron Diaz is still with us. She is still promoting The Other Woman, which must come out soon. When? Oh good, this weekend. It’s about time. Cameron’s managed to saturate every bit of media with her thoughts on various girly topics. She’s hitting up the Telegraph for a new interview. She talks more about how everyone gets cheated on in a relationship, which is becoming a pet topic of Cami’s. I left that part out — ha! — she’s talked about cheating over and over, and I’m so tired of it. Here are some slightly juicy excerpts on other topics including why she hasn’t had kids. Did they really ask her that question? Wow:
On being 41: “It is the best time of my life. I love being this age, are you kidding? I can?t wait to be older. This is something we really need to reframe. The most interesting parts are for women who are over 40. We don?t see it that way, because they?re not the sexy parts. Look at the Oscar nominees in the last decade.” Diaz reels off a list that includes Meryl Streep, Helen Mirren and Dame Judi Dench. “We’re not giving those women enough credit for what they?re accomplishing, which is beautiful performances.”
On her girls: “The wonderful thing about female friendship is that we are always rooting for one another. We go to each other?s houses for dinner, hang out, watch movies…” She stops mid-sentence, distracted by the shimmering afternoon light pouring in through the window. “Oooh, look at the sun on the side of that building… So beautiful.”
Her high school: “It was stark and barren, but it was multicultural, and I think it gave me tools to relate to people and understand them. We had to learn to get along. Not that everybody did all of the time. There was violence. You have that many kids, there?s bound to be conflict. I learnt to be good at being friends with everyone. You have to be tough, especially when you?re a skinny white girl. Where I grew up, the options were slim to nothing [to become an actress]. In any given year there were at least seven to 10 girls walking around school pregnant. A lot dropped out. A lot ended going to jail, dying or falling victim to drug abuse. But there were also a lot who pulled themselves out of it — [like] Snoop and I. And some of them have a family and a nice job and live comfortably.”
Thoughts on fame? “The thing about fame is that it doesn’t change you — it actually makes you more of who you are. People who are famous are held more accountable than other human beings. You can?t go out into the world without somebody taking [a picture] and sharing it with everybody else. So you do your best to be the person that you want people to see you as. For me that means being as authentic as possible. I?m no different when I am with you than with anybody else.”
Her small house: “I come from a frugal upbringing so I?m not just going to throw my money away. I love to be close to my family and friends, so I spend money on plane tickets, having feasts, buying a ton of groceries and cooking, or going out for a beautiful meal, knowing I don’t worry about how much the bill cost. I did a little surprise party for my girl friend?s 40th birthday. We took her to the airport — she didn?t know where she was going — and we flew to Tuscany. [We went] truffle hunting, wine tasting and horse-riding.”
On Botox, etc.: “Life is long. There are things that you try that work for you and things that don?t work for you. I?m not going to say that I haven?t tried those things, because everybody has, all my girl friends have, things like Botox and fillers. It?s part of figuring things out, knowing yourself and going, ‘Oh right, this doesn?t work for me.’”
On the possibility of motherhood: “I?ve never said never to anything in life. If I wanted kids, at any point in life, I would have them. But I?m certain that if at any point I wanted a child, that child would find its way into my life, whether through adoption, or through being in a relationship with somebody who has a child. I can?t see the future, but one thing I do know is that I?m not childless. I have a ton of children in my life. I can have a kid any second, if I want. All my friends would be like, ‘Sure, come and get them.’ Also, by the way, have a lot of girl friends who don?t have children. It?s not like I?m the spinster who didn?t have a child. I just didn?t do that in life, and I?m OK with that. I know the choices I made. I know why I made them. I?m very much a person who lives in the moment. When you come from where I do, there are so many ways my life could have gone.”
[From Telegraph]
Cameron was losing me for a moment in this interview. When she started rambling about how “fame makes you more of who you are,” my thoughts floated towards her ex, Justin Timberlake. Fame must make him more of a douche than he really is! I don’t think that’s what Cami means. Or maybe that’s exactly what she means. Nah, she’s only telling us that she’s a nice person and feels obligated to be even nicer because we’re all watching her. Hmm.
Her thoughts on deciding not to have children DO make a ton of sense. Why does society feel the need to pressure women to get pregnant? Like Kaiser wrote last week, there’s nothing wrong with females who don’t plan their entire lives around procreation. A good friend of mine (who has three kids, including twins) once revealed that he pressures friends to have kids out of sadism. His theory is that parents secretly want non-parents to have kids so they can “share the pain.” I thought that was funny. He’s kidding, mostly.
Here are some photos of Cameron at last night’s LA premiere of The Other Woman. She’s wearing a Dolce & Gabbana dress that looks like a Playboy bunny.

| Olivia Munn covers Allure, claims: 'I would never let my man see me shave' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
|
Olivia Munn got the cover of the May issue of Allure for some reason. Even though I don?t think much of her as an actress or anything like that, I have to admit? I?m digging this Allure shoot. The cover is straight out of the glamazon ?80s and early ?90s. It reminds me of old Sassy covers. And I LOVE Olivia?s freckles. Anyway, Olivia has lots of ideas and thoughts about beauty, fame and her boyfriend Joel Kinnaman. Some highlights:
What she would never do in front of her boyfriend: “I would never let my man see me shave. I just don’t think that you ever look like you’re in a nice position.?
She makes fun of the models & actresses who pretend to love food: “‘Like, I’m going to have French toast because I always eat,’” she says, doing her best Valley girl impression. “‘I can eat whatever I want. I’m just lucky like that!’” She rolls her eyes. “I remember reading these articles when I was younger, and I just felt like, Well, in order to look like that, you have to have some secret, magical unicorn blood that makes carbs disappear as they go into your body. I prefer the truth,” says the actress, who had melon and green tea.
She always signs autographs: “I think it’s strange when people don’t sign autographs for people. Fans are just people who are helping you make your dreams come true.”
Dating Joel Kinnaman: “If there was ever going to be a girl who would want her man to bring home a RoboCop suit, it would be me. Joel is truly fantastic in it.”
Playing Sloan Sabbith in The Newsroom: “What I really love to do for a role is make the woman unapologetic for who she is. They wanted to put me in a turtleneck, and I said no. They’re like, ‘We want people to take her seriously,’ and I said, ‘People will take her seriously because of her brain. It’s not her problem what somebody sees when they look at her.’”
[From E! News and Allure]
I?m not sure what I think of Olivia?s criticism of women who pretend they eat all the time ? she would have a field day with Candice Swanepoel?s recent comments, wouldn?t she? I guess I like that Olivia is publicly honest about dieting and watching what she eats, and yes, I would prefer that honesty to some lie about how whatever model finds it SO difficult to put on weight.
As for not letting men see her shave? some men like it. I mean, some men like to see that. I hesitate to call it a fetish, but some dudes do like to watch women shave their legs (or other parts).

| Beyonce & Jay-Z took Blue Ivy to see the Beverly Hills Easter bunny: adorable? | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
|
|
You know what I just realized? The majority of the stories I?ve written about Beyonce in the past year have originated with her Tumblr, and Beyonce posting new photos on her Tumblr. Beyonce has achieved what so many celebrities can only dream of: she?s pap?d rarely, she maintains her stardom meticulously, she keeps a 24-7 archive of all things Beyonce and, most importantly, she almost always controls the story. I wouldn?t be covering this if Beyonce didn?t WANT me to cover it. Slow clap for Beysus.
Anyway, Beyonce posted these adorable photos of Blue Ivy and the Carter family?s Easter holiday. Blue Ivy got to chill with the Easter bunny (please tell me the Easter bunny is Jay-Z?!?!) and Blue and her mom both wore bunny ears. According to People Mag, the Carter family (plus Tina Knowles) spent Easter in Beverly Hills, at the Beverly Hills Hotel?s Polo Lounge. The hotel apparently set up a special Easter egg hunt for the kids, and Blue got a special Easter basket plus she got to interact with peasant children. People Mag also says Beyonce was really nice to everyone, even the peasants.
PS? I love Blue Ivy?s Easter dress. But I dislike her mom?s ensemble.

| Duchess Kate wears beige Roksanda Ilincic, talks about George's 'fat rolls' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Prince William and Duchess Kate had another ?holiday? yesterday, after their activities on Easter Sunday. On Sunday, they went to church and then took George to the zoo. Then they spent some downtime as a family yesterday, although they were photographed by the press (there was a bit of a kerfuffle about it). But these photos show a couple going ?back to work? for a visit to Ayer?s Rock (Uluru). They?re actually going to camp out at Uluru overnight, without George.
Upon her arrival, Kate wore Roksanda Ilincic. Kate has worn a version of this dress in a different color before, several years ago during the North American tour. For the actual trip to Uluru, Kate repeated the checked Hobbs Wessex dress that we saw in 2012. Boring. I really dislike her in beige.
When Kate was talking to people during this visit to Uluru, she was given lots of presents and she spoke about Prince George. Kate said he likes to chew on her bracelets. She?s also being criticized because she told one student that George has grown ?an extra roll of fat? during the tour and that he can get ?a bit grumpy? when he flies. Babies are supposed to have fat rolls, correct? It?s like Kate thinks the baby should go on a diet. While George the Bruiser does seem to be very large for his age, and he obviously has a good appetite, isn?t that a good thing?

| Olivia Wilde on pregnancy: 'Look at me making a human! I am a goddess!' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Olivia Wilde covers the May issue of Lucky mag. My first thought was that she was promoting her pregancy. I’m kidding. Olivia is promoting The Third Person, which is a relationship drama where she romances Liam Neeson. Of course! His movie girlfriends get younger and younger, but that’s how it works for most leading men. That’s just a fact of Hollywood life.
Olivia is a strange celebrity to cover from a gossip standpoint. For awhile, she and Jason Sudeikis were messing with us with a bunch of sex talk. That was irritating. Then Olivia dropped that act and launched an assault on plastic surgery. She also has thoughts on women in Hollywood and seems painfully aware of her own place in the machine. I dig her now, and her pregnancy style has been second to none this year. Let’s do some excerpts:
On turning 30: “Your twenties are about hustling: getting into the workforce, making a name for yourself, supporting yourself, learning as much as possible. It feels like this wonderful plateau, a vantage point where you can look and say, okay, now that I?ve seen all this stuff, I know which way I?d actually like to continue and what really isn’t true to me. That?s what?s happened over the last two or three years.”
Her teenage style: “At 13 years old, I was wearing a lot of corduroy suits with wide-collared polyester shirts. My nickname at that age was ‘thrifty girl,’ which I think of now and is so weird. But at the time, I couldn?t imagine paying more than $20 for a pair of jeans.”
Her current style: “My style is never uncomfortable … it?s part of my nature to look a little messy. When in doubt, look to the French. For literally everything in life. It?s just minimalism at its best.” After seeing girls in Paris wearing vintage tees tucked into pencil skirts a few years back, she says she thought she had solved the what-to-wear conundrum forever. “I remember thinking, I?m going to go home and buy a bunch of pencil skirts so I can do that. The same thing happened with suspenders. I saw someone in suspenders and I thought, Yes! Suspenders are everything!”
Her pregnancy style: “I just thought, Oh I?m going to hide this forever. But I ended up getting kind of excited to show the bump, as a badge of pride. Like,”–here she affects an Oprah-like bellow–”I?m a woman! Look at me making a human! I am a goddess! I?m like, double D, hello! I?ve never been in this section of the bra store! I?ve been flat-chested my whole life, so it?s a wonderful new world.”
Her unborn son: “He?s moving around in there and no one else can tell–it?s a little secret friendship.”
She’s so chill now: “Pregnancy does shed away all of the bullsh-t. It gives you more empathy because you look at everyone and you think, You were a baby! Pregnancy brings you into this sort of commune–you feel connected to women in a way that you never have.”
When will she and Jason marry? “It?s certainly not something I feel pressured to do before we have the baby. I?m such a believer in marriage and I think of him as my husband anyway. I get that it?s not peaches and cream every day.”
Her vintage engagement ring: “All they know is that it went through Paris around 1921. I love imagining the story of this ring. Who had it? It?s a bit of an aqua emerald, not a deep dark green. Jason said it reminded him of my eyes, which is very sweet.”
She’s no femme fatale: “Playing the ideal girl is much harder for me than the basket-case mess. Now when I look at roles, if it says, ‘In walks in the femme fatale, the epitome of perfection and desire,? I say, ‘No, that’s not going to work.’ I?m not interested unless she turns out to be psychotic and murders everyone in the room. I’d rather be Ursula than the Little Mermaid.”
[From Lucky Mag]
You know, I’m sure there are some readers out there who also felt like a “goddess” during pregnancy. I did not. I was like, “Let’s get this sh-t over with.” I was tired of feeling huge and having aching hips and wanted to meet the kiddo. No “secret friendships” occurred until after she came out, and then it was true love. The goddess thing seems kind of silly, but maybe some of you can explain it to me.
This Lucky shoot was probably shot a few months ago. Olivia hadn’t yet hit the third trimester, but she was styled in loose sweaters to cover up the burgeoning bump. I’ve included some of Livvy’s recent street style photos too. The “bumblebee” sweater is not a good look.

| Julia Roberts on celeb culture: 'There is a dehumanization that goes with fame' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Does anyone else think this is quite possibly the loveliest Julia Roberts has looked in years? I usually hate when she?s doing this blonde-with-roots look, but this Wall Street Journal photoshoot is amazing. So pretty. Anyway, you can read the full WSJ piece here ? WSJ has really stepped it up with their celebrity interviews over the past year or so, and this piece is one of the most intensive Julia interviews I?ve read in a while. It?s a good piece, and it probably helps that Julia is promoting a project that she cares about: the HBO movie The Normal Heart. Some highlights:
Living in Malibu since 2007: “We’re just grateful for the sense we have of being like any other family down the street. I don’t question it, frankly.?
Time away from Hollywood: “By the time we had kids, I had accomplished things and felt secure about that part of my life. I was so joyful moving into the family phase of my life in a sincere way.” As a result, “for a long time,” she says of her children, “they weren’t even aware I had a job because I was home so much. Now they get it.”
Acting in a wheelchair: “It was the most actor-y I’ve ever been. But you don’t want to be bumping into walls and doorjambs and scraping your knuckles on things. I thought being in a wheelchair would be so easy and quiet, but it was actually quite tiring.”
She?s happiest in ensembles: “My preference would forever be ensemble. It’s where I started, and it’s what I love. It’s just fun and interesting to see what your fellow actors are coming up with. Mystic Pizza was like that, Steel Magnolias was like that. It’s like being in a big family.”
Working with her husband Danny Moder: “I find it nerve-wracking in the best schoolgirl kind of way, and he knows that and is a good sport,” she says. “I am usually hoping he’s not looking into the camera and thinking, ‘What is she doing?’ We have worked together a lot and whenever we get there, I think, ‘Why are we doing this again?’ But it’s great, and it allows us to travel together.”
On the current fame game: “I think there is a dehumanization that goes with fame, especially in the present culture of it, which isn’t the culture I started off in. There wasn’t this analysis of every iota of every moment of every day. Nobody cared about what you wore, nobody cared what haircut you had, if you had on makeup or didn’t?it’s become this sort of sport.”
The old fame game: Roberts is nostalgic for the Hollywood of her early career, where having arrived meant a dinner invitation to agent Sue Mengers’s house and “there seemed to be a method to it,” she says. “You had your job and you got paid $1, and you got your next job and got paid $2. It made sense to me? It used to be that you could build from weekend to weekend and people talked. Now, if there have been two showtimes and it hasn’t sold 10 bazillion tickets, you’re dead in the water. I don’t consider myself a celebrity, [at least not] how it is fostered in our culture today. I don’t know if I’m old and slow, but there seems to be a frenzy to it.”
Her sister?s death: “It’s just heartbreak. It’s only been 20 days. There aren’t words to explain what any of us have been through in these last 20 days. It’s hour by hour some days, but you just keep looking ahead. You don’t want anything bad to happen to anyone, but there are so many tragic, painful, inexplicable things in the world. But [as with] any situation of challenge and despair, we must find a way, as a family. It’s so hard to formulate a sentence about it outside the weepy huddle of my family.”
Not having any projects on the horizon: “It’s nice. We have the rest of the school year. The thing about being a parent is that as your kids get older, Fridays start to get super exciting again, and Sundays start to get melancholic. Spring break is exciting again.”
[From the Wall Street Journal]
Ah, I remember Sue Mengers. Sue Mengers was old-school ? one good word from Mengers could make a career. One bad word and you were done in Hollywood. Mengers was still trying to play the game until the end ? I remember reading an interview with her in the late 00s about how Jennifer Aniston is the biggest, brightest movie star or something.
As for Julia?s quotes about her sister Nancy? I don?t have anything to say. It?s a tragedy and I like that Julia and her family handled everything very quietly. Julia?s quotes here sound rehearsed, but I don?t blame her. If she said anything more about it, her words would be parsed ad infinitum.
Julia also talks a lot about how she prepared for The Normal Heart, where she plays a doctor with polio who is fighting for more HIV/AIDS awareness ? she says this was the most she ever prepared and researched for a role, which confuses me because she?s played some complicate characters in the past. It?s like Julia is saying that she phones it in most of the time.

| Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop.com is hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
Last week, we heard about Gwyneth Paltrow?s latest conscious uncoupling, this time with Sebastian Bishop, the CEO of Goop. As I said last week, I was actually surprised that Goop had such a professional CEO-type running the business end, because Goop is a somewhat budget endeavor. I guess the branding is ?these are just tips that Gwyneth is giving to her fans,? like it?s a personal blog or something. But it looks like Goop has grown into a legit business with significant profits. The problem is that Gwyneth spends money like it?s going out of style and she and Bishop were both taking ?interest-free loans? out of the coffers. Radar is about to throw a lot of numbers at you, so just stick it out!
Gwyneth Paltrow?s marriage isn?t the only area of her life that?s in shambles. Just days after the CEO of her lifestyle company, GOOP, announced his unexpected departure, RadarOnline.com has uncovered disturbing corporate filings that reveal the company?s dire financial state: For two years running, they racked up serious losses totaling more than $300,000 ? thanks in part to an interest-free loan Paltrow took from the company coffers!
According to the most recent corporate documentation filed with the Companies House in the U.K., in 2011, GOOP ?incurred a loss of $255,312 (152,060) and had a net liabilities of $259,969 (154,834).? And in 2012, they reported ?a loss of $39,823 (23,718) and ? net liabilities of $298,512 (177,788).?
It?s not that GOOP wasn?t making money. In fact, in 2012, they raked in more than $1.5 million (908,378), thanks in part to $463,486 (276,040) in product sales, as well as an impressive (222,243) from Groupon promotions and $373,159 in commissions. All told, the company made $1,893,065 (1,127,456).
But that same year, GOOP spent $98,150 (58,456) on Goop.com, $79,961 (47,623) on the notorious GOOP newsletter, $189,590 (112,918) on product costs, and a whopping $1,564,995 (932,096) in administrative expenses,? adding up to the grand profit total of a loss of $39,823 (23,718).
Chief among those ?administrative expenses? were Paltrow and CEO Sebastian Bishop?s ?renumeration,? or salaries, for which the company allotted $587,653.25 (350,000), a sizable increase from the previous year?s figure of $172,585 (102,788), despite the company?s losses.
The documents also show that in 2012, both Paltrow and Bishop were the recipient of interest-free ?loans to directors,? with Paltrow?s listed at a balance of $49,025 (29,200), of which none was paid back, and Bishop?s at $83,617 (49,800). Other expenses in 2012 included $456,007 (271,584) in other wages, $34,507 (20,551) on travel, nearly $4,000 (2,118) on ?Entertaining,? and nearly $5,000 (2,951) on ?Staff Entertainment.?
All told, the expenses swallowed up the entire $1.8 million profit for the year and then some, resulting in a loss of $39,823. Paltrow and Bishop?s report had an excuse, insisting, ?As the company started product sales in June 2012, the directors are of the opinion that predicted profits will provide sufficient resources to enable the company to continue trading for the foreseeable future.?
The continued existence of GOOP, it seems, would depend upon it, since the report noted that in addition to the losses, the company owed creditors more than $1.2 million (722,111), all of which would come due by the end of 2013.
[From Radar]
Radar goes on to say that Goop has donated to charity too – $2000 to the David Lynch Foundation so kids can learn transcendental meditation, plus about $9000 more to other charities.
If you really look through the numbers and the details about the business, there are some startling realizations, at least for me. I want to know about the ?commissions? especially. When Gwyneth began Goop, she claimed that people weren?t paying her to promote various products, but that claim seems less and less likely. I also think that the bloated figures given for Goop?s ?expenses? mean that Gwyneth is using company money to go on vacation and whatever trendy therapy she?s into at that moment, and then she writes about it in a Goop newsletter, thus making it ?business.? And how can they spend that much money on operating Goop.com and still have such crappy servers?!
Anyway? just further evidence that Gwyneth?s Goop is just a sketchy scheme to write off her vacations and pay herself to party.

Kristen Bell poses completely nude in the May 2014 issue ofAllure… covered in sand. Aww, god dammit. This was all part ofAllure’s much anticipated annual nude shoot which included other celebs like Minnie Driver, Jenna Dewan Tatum and Nia Long. Kristen Bell had the best shot though because of some fantastic side boob.
“My belly skin has made me self-conscious, and it’s only gotten worse since I’ve had a baby,” says the 33-year-old actress (House of Lies, Veronica Mars). “I have definitely and happily used a body double. It’s a very nice thing to be able to rely on.” So why pose nude for Allure less than a year after having her baby? “I talk a big game about being comfortable no matter my size,” she says. “I wanted to put my money where my mouth was.”
Of course, it doesn’t hurt that they could photoshop any loose skin off her and smooth out the rest. Also, it’sa little disingenuous when she talks about “being comfortable no matter my size” considering 90% of women would kill to have her bodyespecially after having a babylike her. It’s like when you meet a really attractive person and they talk about how they’reinsecure about their rough hands. Um, ok, lady. You already made me jizz my pants. I don’t think rough hands is going to be a problem here.

I’ve never seen a single episode of Good Morning America, probably because I’m not 80-years-old, but I might have to start after this. Because here’s Sofia Vergara bringing her hotness into the studio, and I’ve always dreamt of waking up to Sofia in the morning, although this isn’t exactly what I meant. That said, if […]

Emma Stone is in the May edition of Vogue. There’s not much you learn from her that you couldn’t have already guessed. Like, she’s never seenEasy A because there’s too much of herself in it and her boyfriend Andrew Garfield is super duper cool. Not her exact words. Pretty much your down to earth celebritywho hasn’t let fame swallow them up ala Justin Bieber.
Stone?s not being falsely modest. She is the rare person in public life who will straight up tell you that yes, she has Googled herself. ?I don?t usually like what I find,? she says. ?But some of it is really funny.? Stone mentions Internet comments that referred to her as a ?Bland Basic Bitch,? which was probably meant as a dig, but she found it hilarious, to the point that at dinner she now begins to refer to herself as ?That Bland Basic Bitch.? Friends claim she isn?t swept up by fame. ?She is just a breath of fresh air, she really is,? says Octavia Spencer, who recalls meeting Stone before makingThe Helpand thinking she was a precocious fourteen-year old. (?The coolest little fourteen-year-old I ever met,? she jokes.) Spencer and Stone remain close; she has Thanksgiving with Stone?s family. ?What you see is what you get,? Spencer says. ?It?s not pretend or a feigned humility, it really is who she is.?
You’re not going to see her drunk driving down Hollywood Blvd. anytime soon. Which is a real shame because it worked out so well for Lindsay Lohan.
