She?s been living it up in Cannes, France but Lindsay Lohan is in for a rude awakening when she returns to the States for her court date tomorrow.
According to a report, the judge overseeing her alcohol probation has indicated that he?ll be revoking her probation, making it likely that she?ll serve jail time.
Until the following probation violation hearing, LiLo will be forced to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet that will prohibit her from consuming alcohol.
Another complication throwing a wrench in the works is Lohan?s claim to have lost her passport while spending time at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival.
Lindsay?s lawman explained, "Lindsay is doing everything in her power to get back to L.A. She tried to get on her flight yesterday without her passport and was turned away. We were working into the wee hours of the morning trying to get her a temporary passport in order to get her home.?
Unfortunately for Lohan, there was no record of a flight having been booked. If she misses her court date tomorrow, she?ll have a warrant issued for her arrest.

When J-Lo agreed to sing at the World Music Awards she was determined everyone would dance to her tune. Before gearing up for the star-studded event in Monte Carlo last night - where guests included Peter Andre and Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere - Ms Lopez made sure her every whim would be catered for.
We got our paws on her rider as she was ferried by speedboat from Cannes to Monaco - and as far as diva-like demands go, it makes Mariah Carey look small time. As well as a helicopter “on stand-by”, Jennifer, 40, insisted on a custom-fitted speed boat - complete with love seat, faux leather seats and a champagne fridge - oh, and a pair of 3,000 diamond-encrusted headphones to keep the noise of the boat’s motor down.
On her list for when she actually arrived in Monaco was an on-call masseuse, a 12-strong hair and make-up team, a hotel floor to herself and a stretch of private beach.
But when we bumped into the stunning star, who was to receive a WMA gong for Outstanding Contribution to the Arts, she couldn’t have been nicer.
We met Jen as she checked into her five-star hotel with hubby Marc Antony and their twins Emme and Max. And she promptly invited us to join her backstage at the awards.
After ordering a massage, she headed back to her suite, but not before telling us: “Hey ladies, I’ll be seeing you later! Get ready to party.” You’re on.
Our source says: “Jennifer was partying on board Sir Philip Green’s yacht in Cannes before being transferred by speed boat to Monaco for the WMA. Her people requested that she have an entire floor of the hotel to herself to ensure she wasn’t hassled. Privacy was a main concern so she had a piece of beach roped off, too. She spent the morning playing there with the kids. But she declined the offer of a butler, insisting she was happy to do things for herself.”

Kim Kardashian is the June cover girl for Shape Magazine. Once again, just another photo to show just how much work Kim has had done to her face - and how recently. I swear she wasn?t this cat-like three months ago. I?m guessing Kim thinks that everyone will be looking at her body in this little bikini, and they won?t even notice how jacked her face is. She could be right. I didn?t even notice her face the first time I looked at the cover. To her credit, and the magazine?s credit, Kim?s body doesn?t look that ?Shopped to me. I mean, I saw those bikini photos of Kim right after she and Reggie broke up, and she pretty much looked like this. So? good for her. She?s has a lovely figure.
Unfortunately, the scant interview excepts reveal a woman who has had serious body image issues since childhood. Perhaps that?s why she?s still spraying Windex on her food? Could be. It all started when Kim was the first girl in her class to develop breasts:
Even as a ten-year-old girl, Kim Kardashian was a trailblazer.
“I was the first girl in my class to wear a bra,” Kardashian, now 29, tells Shape magazine in its June issue.

However, she admits she’ll never embrace the bane of many a woman’s life - cellulite.
She added: “Just because I feel secure with my body doesn’t mean I think cellulite is cute! It will always be an issue for me. So let’s just say it’s a work in progress.”

It seemed as though their split was going to be amicable, but now Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are butting heads over the custody of their daughter Nahla.
According to a report, the ?Monster?s Ball? babe will be flying to South Africa for a three-month movie shoot, and as a result Gabriel is going to fight for full custody rights.
An insider told press, ?It?s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks. He?s really getting sick of it and it?s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody.?
The source continued, ?He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full time fixture in her life.?
?The latest issue is that Halle is due to move to South Africa during July, August and September to work on a movie and she wants to take Nahla with her full time. That would mean Gabriel not seeing his daughter for three whole months and there?s no way he?s going to allow that.?
?Gabriel requested that he be allowed to keep Nahla with him in Los Angeles but Halle wouldn?t let that happen, so the two reached a total stalemate and it started getting nasty, with both of them looking into entering a legal battle.?
?In the end they reached an agreement. Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she?s there, and to be Nahla?s full-time caregiver.?

Bringing her gorgeousness to the French Riviera, Cheryl Cole was the center of attention at the Hotel du Cap in Cannes on Tuesday night (May 18).
The 26-year-old singer donned a black tulle, strapless Roberto Cavalli dress as she readied for her performance at the swanky de Grisogono Dinner Party.
Spending much of the evening alongside de Grisogono founder Fawaz Gruosi, Miss Cole was paid a whopping $360,000 paycheck for her 30-minute stage duties.
Along with the cash, Cheryl was also clad in her new de Grisogono jewelry gifts - as she was bestowed a boule diamond bracelet and earrings which insiders tell are worth "hundreds of thousands of pounds".
