Making for a sour experience, Mischa Barton and boyfriend DJ Ali Love were pulled over by police after allegedly throwing unidentified items out of their cab window on Wednesday (January 5).
Looking worse for wear, the couple left a hotel together before hopping into a black cab to make their way to the next stop.
Unfortunately for the cabbie, Mischa and her man were feeling mischievous and tossed unknown objects from the car - which led the driver to being stopped by the cops.
According to an onlooker, the police had a word with the cab driver before letting them go on their way.

Rumors of coupledom sparked over the weekend when the blonde babe and the newly single rocker spent New Year?s together in the Big Apple.
The news comes less than a week after Mellencamp's spokesperson announced that the singer had split from his wife of 18 years, but insiders claim the couple had already parted ways when the rocker reportedly first stepped out with Ryan in November.

With allegations that Lohan may be charged for being under the influence along with battery, LiLo's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has now spoken up about the drinking claims.
She tells in a statement, "I had numerous conversations with Betty Ford counselors and doctors over the course of Lindsay's treatment there and it was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs. Her discharge letter from the facility is totally consistent with that."

Cote De Pablo plays bad-ass Israeli agent Ziva David on the hit show NCIS, but in real life she’s more of yoga-addicted Latina homebody with refreshingly down-to-earth views on weight and body shape.
I always describe myself as sort of a hippie. Deep inside, I’m not a glamorous person. I come from a traditional, conservative world.
You don’t seem like a hippie, though.
I always say I’ll be a great older character actor [laughs] because I somehow identify with women who have gone through things, like the women in Stephen Sondheim’s musicals. Maybe it’s because I’m an older soul. I don’t know why at such a young age I could understand where they were coming from. Maybe it was the loss of my country at such a young age. Maybe it does something to you.
So you love food–but you’ve never had a weight problem.
I had lots of issues with my stomach a few years ago. I had wanted to get off the Pill, because I’d been on it for a while and I thought that at some point I would want to get pregnant. So I took a shot of Depo-Provera for birth control. Within two months, voom, I gained fifteen pounds in my belly because it felt like it was pregnant. It was an eye-opener.
It really affected you, didn’t it?
There were two ways of looking at it: You could say, “Oh, God,” and cry about it, or say, “You know what? This is who I am. I’m going to be carrying a little more weight, and I don’t care.” Sometimes nature needs to do what it has to do to get something out of your system. And then, once it’s out, you’re fine.
How long did it last?
It took me about two years to get back on track. I went back on the Pill, and eventually everything went back to the way it had always been. I feel so much better now.
What sort of yoga do you practice?
Four or five days a week, I do open flow Vinyasa [breath-synchronized yoga]. I bring a teacher, who happens to be a great friend, to my house. You look at this woman’s body and you go, “Wow, the benefits of yoga!” You can see that there’s a lift everywhere. And it’s completely natural. There’s nothing fake about her body. I love natural beauty.
In what ways do you identify with Ziva?
My character?s strength is like mine, to a completely different degree. Losing family members because of a war… I have moments when I just have to hold my heart. But I also have to remember that if I played the character from my point of view, she’d be falling apart all the time. She has to keep it together–it’s the world she grew up in.
What were some of the bigger challenges you faced in order to play her?
I had literally forty-eight hours to learn a monologue in Hebrew. That was terrifying. I used to look down on people who were, for example, playing a Latin role, because I could tell that they didn’t speak Spanish. It would get on my nerves. Then I realized, Oh, God, I’m in that place right now. Everything I had judgments on has turned around and bitten me in the butt.
NCIS fans want more quality time between Ziva and Tony [Michael Weatherly]. Are you dating anyone in real life?
I’m in a long-term relationship with [actor] Diego Serrano, and I’m very happy. He’s the worst influence that I have ever had in my entire life, and I love him for it. [Laughs] Every once in a while, he turns to me and goes, “Live a little.” I’ll have chicken with broccoli and he’s like, “What about the chocolate cake?” If it weren’t for him, I’d be the most boring person in Los Angeles.
What do you like to do together?
My partner’s idea of fun is to dress up, get in the car, pump the music, go clubbing. I could not be further away from that. I love being at home, having friends over. For me, a great time is an intimate dinner, candles, fantastic bossa nova in the background, wonderful wine, food, conversation for hours without having to go anywhere. So we balance each other.

And here’s her recipe for what sounds like a delicious pasta sauce.
“One of my favorite things in the world, and also one of the simplest things to make, uses cherry tomatoes–the ones that are really sweet and really tiny.
“In winter, I heat up a big pan or wok and put in a lot of olive oil and a lot of garlic, pepper, and salt. I get a big yellow Spanish onion, put it in the food processor, and dice it. I throw that in the pan with the garlic and caramelize the onion so it’s nice and brown. Then I cut the tomatoes in half and throw them in, and let all of that cook for a while–I like my tomatoes caramelized with the onions. Put this sauce on top of any pasta, and throw any cheese you want on it. Delicious.”
I like her character on NCIS, especially the sexual tension with Tony (which I hope they don’t consumate until the very last episode of the series). I find it interesting how Cote seems like the anti-Ziva in real life. The Prevention article talks about how she hurt her neck doing a stunt for NCIS and turned to yoga to help with the pain. I can’t picture Ziva doing that.
Plus, she doesn’t seem to be obsessed with being thin and wrinkle-free, like so many Hollywood actresses. If you’re healthy inside, it will show on the outside, and Cote is a great example of that.
Note by Kaiser: I love her! Ziva David is a great television heroine. And I think Ziva and Tony have already consummated plenty. Remember that trip to Paris?

It turns out Lindsay Lohan may be in hot water again, as it is believed that she violated her probation on multiple levels during her altercation with a Betty Ford worker in December.
According to a report from TMZ, LiLo is now being investigated by the Palm Desert Police Department and could be headed back to jail.
A police source told press, "The investigation and facts in evidence has revealed other possible violations by Ms. Lohan relating to certain conditions of her probation terms."
Besides the assault and battery charges, Lindsay may also be in trouble for refusing a breathalyzer test on the night in question.

The Daily Beast has a new interview with Hugh Hefner, in which they ask him about the details about life at the mansion in that Bunny Tales book that was written by his former girlfriend Izabella St. James and came out a few years ago. Hef tries to discredit St. James by questioning her motives and saying she was kicked out the house for not getting along with the other girls. He pretty much confirms everything she said about him though: that he pays the girls $1,000 a week, makes them come home at 9pm, and doesn’t bother to wear a condom while having sex with them all. He defends himself by saying that they do STD testing and that most of the other women he paid for their company speak highly of him. That’s probably because they still earn good money to show up at his parties. Here’s part of the Daily Beast’s interview, with more at the source.
Hef?s responses to St. James/Kasprzyk?s claims are variously dismissive and indifferent:
* On the charge that he paid each his girlfriends, out of safe in his bedroom, $1,000 a week in cash: ?That part is true. If you write it and make it sound sleazy, that?s easy to do. But the girls got a clothing allowance.?
*On the claim that he imposed a strict 9 p.m. curfew, by which time all his girlfriends had to be at home or else: ?That was also true?and widely publicized. It wasn?t a big secret.? Why the curfew? Hef laughs: ?So they wouldn?t be running around on me!?
*On St. James/Kasprzyk?s allegation that he handed out Quaaludes as aphrodisiacs: ?If she was taking Quaaludes, she was taking them on her own. I wasn?t supplying drugs to the girls.?
*On her account of Hef?s downing Viagra at a nightclub and then consulting his watch so he?d be ready with the girls when it finally kicked in: ?The description of the Viagra thing is a fantasy that reflects an ignorance in terms of the use of Viagra. Once you take Viagra, you don?t have to be looking at a watch. Viagra takes about an hour to kick in, but lasts for about half a day? It simply permits normal sexual activity.?
*On the charge that nobody was medically tested for safe sex: ?Nobody in the group had sexually transmitted diseases. I was very careful and very concerned about taking care of everybody in terms of sexually transmitted disease. Absolutely there was testing. One of the things that can be pointed out is that over all the years of extensive sexual activity, nobody ever got pregnant, and nobody was having any serious problems with diseases. The only time anybody ever got pregnant in a relationship with me was the two times I was married.?
*On the claim that he refused to wear a condom: ?I think one of the ways that you resolve that problem is to have sex with people who don?t have sexually transmitted diseases.? That claim, in other words, appears to be true.
According to Hef, ?her self-serving, clearly fabricated stories in the book give the impression that they are somehow reflective of former girlfriends. The reality is the opposite of that. My former girlfriends, as I?m sure you know, speak highly about the relationship with me, they speak with great love. One of the things that sets my relationships apart from many others is the fact that I have managed to remain close to many of my former girlfriends, including my former wives, because I?m a decent human being. And I treat women very well. I take pride in that.?
Hef argues that the book?s description of life at the mansion is wildly at odds with generally accepted reality. ?The point is we?re not talking about some place in Transylvania?some place that nobody has visited,? Hef says.
As for being a jealous lover, ?Kendra?s wedding was held here,? Hef says. ?She and Hank, her husband, are very close friends. As a matter of, I got a very sweet Twitter, or tweet, from Kendra a week ago congratulating me on the marriage.?

Hef has a point. He’s not a nasty pimp, and his requirements of his paid companions are rather tame compared to life on the streets, or even in some sultan’s harem. (Although there’s probably more jewelry and cash involved when you’re screwing an oil heir and his buddies.) He’s just a very old dude in a mansion with 70s decor who surrounds himself with beautiful surgically enhanced women and pays them with the cash he makes from featuring them in his magazine. It’s technically legal probably, but that doesn’t make it much different from prostitution, whether he’s a nice guy about it or not.

You barley hear anything about former American Idol star and country singer Kellie Pickler, but from what little I’ve heard of her I find her refreshingly funny, down to earth and normal. This latest story just confirms it for me. Pickler, 24, got married in the Caribbean over the holiday season, but she didn’t release any photos to the press and she only issued two very brief statements about it on Twitter. “Yes, it’s true, @kylecjacobs and I said “I Do!” Thank you Jesus!” and “Private Island. Country singer Kellie Pickler married her boyfriend Kyle Jacobs this weekend on a private island in the Caribbean, her rep tells FOX411.com.
While no photos or details of the ceremony were released, her rep said the ?intimate ceremony? took place on New Year?s Day.
Pickler, 24, and Jacobs, a songwriter, met back in 2007. Jacobs, 37, has penned hits for singers Tim McGraw and Garth Brooks, as well as working on Pickler?s latest album.
Jacobs popped the question this summer, but the couple kept quiet on any plans for the big day.

Demi Moore was photographed working a bikini in the Caribbean over the holidays. (Video above) I’m trying to decide if she looks too skinny or if she’s gorgeous that way, and I think the answer is a little from column a, a little from column b. (To rip off a phrase from Kaiser.) She could stand to gain ten pounds but she looks amazing. When I see women who look like this I wonder how much they eat and if they go hungry a lot. With Demi, we know she does starve frequently because she touts that “Master Cleanse” diet that consists of maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. The longest I’ve gone without eating solid food is an entire day for a colonoscopy prep and I never want to repeat that. I wouldn’t do it for an enviable bikini body either, as I’ve had plenty of chances and have passed them up in favor of chocolate, coffee, red wine and hard rolls. (Not necessarily in that order.) I know a lot of people say they would “kill” for a body like hers, but they totally wouldn’t starve.
So is it worth starving to look like this? (I’m not saying you have to starve to get a great bikini body, just that we know Demi does it.) In her case, it probably is. It’s important to her to be whippet thin for her much younger husband with a wandering eye, and for the sake of her public image. She’ll go to lengths the rest of us won’t, but it’s not like she’s working a 9 to 5 either. The skinny bitch. She wouldn’t survive very long during a zombie apocalypse, despite the amount of training and preparation her husband claims he’s doing for it.

Yesterday, the police issued a statement about the ongoing investigation, and Lindsay?s de facto battery of Dawn Holland. Well, now Lindsay?s crack legal team (you like that one?) has begun that crack hustle to explain away this nonsense. First up: an interesting little hit job provided by TMZ:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the Palm Desert Police Department was rabidly trying to get Lindsay Lohan arrested just days after her altercation with a Betty Ford Center staffer.
Sources say a police lieutenant contacted L.A. County Deputy Probation Officer Barbara Parker shortly after Lindsay’s December 12 run-in with Dawn Holland, asking her to come to Betty Ford and arrest Lindsay for violating her probation. When Parker told the lieutenant it would be premature to take such drastic action, we’re told the lieutenant began arguing with her and it got “extremely heated.”
We’ve learned after the call, the lieutenant’s boss called Parker to apologize.
As TMZ reported earlier today, the police are now saying Lindsay violated her probation by committing a battery. What’s interesting is that it’s for the L.A. County Probation Department and ultimately a Beverly Hills judge — not the police in Riverside County — to conclude if Lindsay violated probation.
Sources tell TMZ … the L.A. County Probation Department will take no action against Lindsay unless she’s convicted of battery in Riverside County.

Wait, so a lieutenant (not an officer, not a sergeant, not a detective) contacted the probation department to inform them of Lindsay?s probation violation, and urged them TO DO THEIR JOBS, and when they wouldn?t, got into a verbal dispute. And now the whole thing is being positioned as if the lieutenant did something wrong? Fascinating.
Also, Shawn Chapman Holley returned from her bender (poor bitch) to issue a statement about the Palm Desert Police Department?s investigation of her client for battery, amongst other crack shenanigans:
Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer says Palm Desert police investigators overstepped their bounds when they announced the troubled actress violated her probation.
“The important, yet limited, investigatory role of the police to gather facts and collect evidence is well-established,” Shawn Chapman Holley tells PEOPLE in a statement. “The fact that the Palm Desert Police Department went outside this limited role to issue a press statement expressing its opinion about what should happen in Ms. Lohan’s case is highly unusual and deeply troubling.”
Holley?s response comes after police on Monday said the actress did, in fact, commit battery against a Betty Ford employee in a Dec. 12 scuffle ? and said they plan to hand the case over to local prosecutors for review. Lohan, 24, was released from rehab Monday and faces a routine Feb. 25 progress review hearing.

Eh. That legal argument makes more sense that whatever TMZ was trying to pull. Basically, Holley is saying that the police shouldn?t be issuing any statements if and until they file charges. Considering the investigation seems to be ongoing, and has been for weeks, however, don?t you think the investigating officers already have proof of battery? That?s how I took it.
And lastly, for the finale part of the Crack Hustle Trifecta, Radar has a piece about how Lindsay isn?t going to seek to prosecute Dawn Holland for Dawn?s battery of Lindsay. Because Lindsay is the victim of all of this, remember? Dina Lohan sipped her fourth vodka martini of the evening and took a long drag from her Newport, telling Radar: ?I am not considering prosecuting this woman because Betty Ford was great to Lindsay. They did the right thing, they let her (Holland) go immediately. She (Holland) has her own past in rehab and she needs to deal with that.” Because all Poor Little Lindsay did was break curfew because she was out drinking, and when she was told to undergo a Breathaylzer, she smacked the crap out of Dawn Holland. But Lindsay is the VICTIM. But you won?t hear her say anything about it. *sniff* Victim, I tell you. CRACK HUSTLE COMMENCE.

Gwyneth Paltrow bugs me, and I’d prefer to hear from her once a week when she goops for the benefit of the less pampered masses and to move on. She’s all over the place promoting Country Strong, though, and that means multiple interviews and quoteables. You have to hand it to her, she can sing and she’s working hard for some semblance of a “comeback.” She did a great job on “Glee” and really brought it for the Country Music Awards.
One thing she can’t do is get her story straight, however. As many of you pointed out in Kaiser’s last story on the Goop, she told Good Housekeeping that her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, taught her to play guitar in preparation for Country Strong. She told the Daily Mail in November that he couldn’t be bothered, though.
On Good Morning America this week, Goop said of her husband that “He was of course supportive and amazing, but I really relied more [for role preparation] on my girlfriend singers like Faith [Hill] and Beyonce.” In an interview with Yahoo, Gwyneth elaborated on how Beyonce and Faith helped her play an alcoholic country singer:
“I drew inspiration from so many people in country music and also pop music as well. Faith Hill was also my height and so I studied her physicality and then I also studied a lot of Beyonce’s concert footage and… I went to her concert twice, just because she has that incredible superstar performance on stage and so I thought if I can just get a thimble full of what she has then maybe I can pull this role off.”
In her GMA interview, Robin Roberts asked Goop whether she would do a collaboration with Cee-Lo for their joint Saturday Night Live appearance on January 15. (Gwyneth performed a censored version of Cee-Lo’s “F-ck You” on “Glee”.) She said “We’re e-mailing each other. We don’t know where that’s going to go, but I’m such a big fan of Cee-Lo, he is so gorgeous and talented and amazing.”
Cee-Lo has confirmed that he recorded a new version of the song with Gwyneth over the weekend. He didn’t provide much detail, and just said “She sings like a natural.” That she does. Yahoo! has some new videos of Gwynnie performing live studio versions of two songs from Country Strong, and she sounds great. The question is - will she perform live with Cee-Lo on January 15? Probably, and that means that we’ll see more of Goop and her new squinty face in the weeks to come. Country Strong is out this Friday, January 7.

Mila Kunis has an extensive interview in the new issue of The Advocate and? God, I just love this girl. She seems so laid-back and cool and sweet. The interview is very long (full piece here), but she covers most of the hot topics Advocate readers want to hear about - the Black Swan?s lesbian scene, Mila?s gay BFF, bullying, her sex scenes with Justin Timberlake in Friends With Benefits, and whether Family Guy is anti-gay. I took out a bunch of Family Guy stuff, though, just because I found it a little boring. Mila is obviously proud of the show, and she stands up for it, and for Seth Macfarlane. Anyway, here are my favorite parts (there are a lot of them):
The Advocate: Did you know how much gay audiences were going to swoon over Black Swan?
Mila Kunis: Well, we didn?t have Cher in our movie, but we figured gay people would still be into it. [Laughs] I grew up in West Hollywood, in the heart of the gay community, so I?ve always been attuned with the gays. My first gay friend came out in junior high, but I always gravitated toward gay people.
How do you explain that connection?
I was raised in a household where there wasn?t a separation between straight people and gay people, so I never saw being gay as something out of the ordinary. When I first started going out, I?d go to the Abbey, Micky?s, or Akbar, because all my friends were gay. I?m a massive ?fairy princess,? as I like to call it. But even at the age of 10, I never thought it was weird to see two guys holding hands and making out. It wasn?t until I was about 19 when I realized that the whole world didn?t share the same views as I did.
Tell me about your best gay friend.
I?ve known David for many years, and he?s awesome. He comes from a half-Hispanic, half-white family; half didn?t accept him when he came out of the closet, and the other half completely embraced it. But looking at David, I still don?t understand how anyone in his family didn?t know he was gay. [Laughs] We like to see movies together, and we travel a bit. He likes hipster music ? he wears skinny jeans and Converse shoes ? so sometimes I?ll go sit and suffer while he listens to random bands that I?ve never heard of. He?s also the only person I trust to watch my dogs when I?m out of town. David has a boyfriend, and they want to get married. He and I go to a lot of the gay functions, the AIDS walks, and we protested together when Prop. 8 first passed. I?m still baffled that it passed, and I swear it?s because so many people were confused about the wording of the proposition. I?m not some big public activist, but I privately support all of my gay friends who are affected by that verdict.
Long before the film came out, the media was already focusing on Black Swan?s same-sex love scene. Did that annoy you?
No, but it is surprising how many times that?s all people wanted to talk about. I just wish everyone could walk out of an hour-and-a-half movie with something to talk about other than that one scene.
Did you see Lily, your character in Black Swan, as a lesbian?
Not at all. I just saw her as a free spirit living her 20s in New York City.
Did you go through a period of experimentation?
There was no need to experiment because I knew what I wanted. I was a very late bloomer, so it took me a long time to become comfortable with who I was, physically and sexually, but once I did, I knew what I liked. All my friends were experimenting around me, though.
So you lived vicariously through them?
I actually live vicariously through the characters I play. I love that I get to live all these different little lives.
ADVOCATE: Your next film, Friends with Benefits, also looks pretty racy. In the trailer, you?re shown standing in front of a naked Justin Timberlake and sizing up his goods. Set the scene: What were you really looking at?
KUNIS: We had two weeks worth of sex scenes to shoot. Justin would just wear a sock that covered his frontal parts, so yeah, I could pretty much see everything. And I had tiny nipple pasties and a little pasty on my hoohah. We couldn?t have been more uncomfortable in the beginning, but by the fourteenth day, we?d just drop our robes, like, ?Hey, how?s it goin???
ADV: Does your boyfriend, Macaulay Culkin [with whom she has since broken up], ever get jealous of that kind of thing?
MK: Well, when you sign up for a movie called Friends with Benefits, you kind of know what you?re getting yourself into. But it?s work. It?s all very strategic, because there are 150 crew members trying to light you and make sure no one can see your pasties. And Justin couldn?t have been more of a gentleman, because it can be very awkward.
A very similar-sounding rom-com, No Strings Attached, stars your Black Swan costar Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher, with whom you starred on That ?70s Show. Am I the only one blown away by this coincidence?
You know, in however many weeks of press I did for Black Swan, you might be the first person to point that out to me.
In a flash-forward episode of Family Guy, Meg becomes a transgender man. How do you see her sexuality?
Meg is still exploring her sexuality. Meg just wants to be loved, so she doesn?t really give a hoot who it comes from.
ADV: In another [Family Guy] episode, Meg pretends to be a ?super huge mega-lesbian? to infiltrate her school?s lesbian club because being gay makes her cooler.
MK: Being gay is cool. I just wish gay kids realized that earlier in their lives.
In the 1998 HBO movie Gia, you played the younger version of lesbian supermodel Gia Carangi, who was played as an adult by Angelina Jolie. What do you remember about that experience?
My parents never let me read the script, so I didn?t even understand what movie I was making. I had no clue until the premiere. Angelina Jolie was very sweet to me and my family, but when you?re a kid in Hollywood, there aren?t many people who aren?t nice to you.
I imagine it?s quite an honor to be cast as a young Angelina Jolie.
Absolutely, but I was too young to appreciate it when it was happening. I?m sure I would?ve rather been doing another Barbie commercial at the time.
Because your family moved you to Los Angeles from the Ukrainian SSR at the age of 7, you?ve spoken in past interviews about how you felt different and ostracized at school. Do you have any words of comfort or encouragement for today?s victims of antigay bullying?
I?ll never know what it?s like to be gay, so it would be unfair for me to compare my situation to something as extreme as the bullying of young gay people. Yes, I was bullied, but I was bullied for having big eyes and a funny accent. Yes, I cried when kids picked on me, but it didn?t make me second-guess who I was. This bullying today is making gay kids second-guess themselves, which is leading some of them to go take their own lives. It?s just absurd that this kind of thing is still going on.
Your Snooki spoof on the Late Late Show and your Audrina Patridge impersonation for FunnyOrDie.com gave me the impression that you frown upon the vapid young Hollywood scene and likely wouldn?t enjoy a night on the town with Lindsay Lohan. True?
True. Sometimes I wish I had a little bit of that in me, but I just don?t. I prefer to stay home, take a bath, have a glass of wine, and watch Bravo. I don?t want to go to the hottest club, dance on tables, get photographed, and then spend the next day denying it ever happened.

Meanwhile, Miss Meester is in the midst of final promotions as her new movie "Country Strong" hits theaters on Friday, January 7th.
Of shooting the film, which co-stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw, Leighton recently told Seventeen magazine, "It was very inspiring being around all these people who make really good music and write amazing songs that tell stories."
She added, "There's a lot of really talented people in Nashville and the music they make has been around forever. They are real musicians, it's not just a computer."

Tending to red carpet duties for his soon-to-be-released movie, Nicolas Cage was on-hand for Relativity Media's premiere of "Season of the Witch" in New York City on Tuesday night (January 4).
Held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater, the Oscar winning actor was joined at the event by fellow cast members including Robert Sheehan, Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Foy and Ron Perlman.
Due out in theaters on Friday (January 4), the Dominic Sena directed work finds "14th-century knights transport a suspected witch to a monastery, where monks deduce her powers could be the source of the Black Plague."
Denying that he took the role only to pay off reported multi-million dollar debt, Cage recently told USA Today, "(Season) I needed to do more than (for) necessity reasons, but because I genuinely connected with the ... material. But there's always that other element too, you know, as a result of what has happened that has been made very public."

Aside from her family travels, Miss Alba recently chatted with The Independent about how she's different in real life than portrayed in her media persona.
She told, "I grew up Catholic so I have lots of guilt I can't seem to shake away. I'm really just a simple girl from the suburbs. But, a lot of the time, the magazines don't show that side of me. I'm proud of my heritage."

Previously talking with Jay Leno on the "Tonight Show" about the movie's workout regimen, Emma said, "The other day, after work, I was supposed to work out with our trainer and [Andrew Garfield] said 'Would it be OK if I worked out with you guys?' And I was like 'No, that would not be OK.' He said 'Why? It'll be a bonding experience.' And I was like, 'Because you can lift a car and I am a weakling beyond belief.' So, it's pretty brutal; we're on two completely different ends of the spectrum."
She also hinted that she's locked in for multiple Spidey works, as she dished, "There's a few 'Spider-Men' [movies]. So I may have to keep [my blonde hair] for a couple of years."

Trying to keep up a healthy post-rehab routine, Lindsay Lohan stepped out for a workout session in West Hollywood on Tuesday (January 4).
The "Georgia Rule" actress appeared in high spirits as she arrived at the gym for a training session to help relieve the stresses of her current legal woes - as Miss Lohan has been in headlines all day stemming from her incident with a chemical technician at the Betty Ford Center on December 12.
Earlier in the morning, the Palm Desert police department said that they've decided to pass battery charges on to prosecutors while also readying to notify Lohan's probation officer of the violation,
Complaining about the department spokesperson having made the public announcement, LiLo's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said, "The important, yet limited, investigatory role of the police to gather facts and collect evidence is well-established."
She continued, "The fact that the Palm Desert Police Department went outside this limited role to issue a press statement expressing its opinion about what should happen in Ms. Lohan's case is highly unusual and deeply troubling."

Venturing out for a midday pampering session, Britney Spears was spotted paying a visit to a local nail salon in Calabasas, CA on Tuesday (January 4).
There to get her nails freshly manicured, the "Gimme More" pop princess was all business as she made a quick exit through the back door with the help of her bodyguards upon completing the beauty treatment.
The sighting comes as fans anxiously await new music from Miss Spears, who recently cleared up rumors about plans for her upcoming single ?Hold It Against Me?.
Her manager, Adam Leber, recently tweeted, "Lot of misinformation out there regarding the release of Brits 1st single. Don't believe everything you read. Unless of course it's an official announcement coming in January. STAY TUNED....."
"That said, the single is DEFINITELY coming in January. PS- happy new years people. Sorry guys, but never pay attention to unofficial announcements. Just trying to clarify. Please don't 'hold it against me.' "
