Making her promotional rounds, Katy Perry recently paid a visit to the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" to talk about her new perfume, among other topics.
During the gig, Katy confessed her admiration for Gwen Stefani for being "effortlessly cool" while also performing a version of her hit song "Firework" to the audiences delight.
Aside from Miss Stefani, Katy interview with Maxim magazine in which she gave props to Lady Gaga and Ke$ha - though she said she's gotten past her Justin Bieber crush.
"I love what Gaga is doing, and I love what Ke$ha is doing," Perry dished. "I've known Ke$ha forever. She's actually in the 'I Kissed a Girl' video."
As for Bieber, the 26-year-old told, "I've said Justin Bieber [was my celebrity crush] quite a few times, but I think I'm over it now. I think it's probably safe to say I married my celebrity crush. Don't barf on this magazine."

Allegedly set to perform a song at the sure to be fancy affair, a source told press of Miss Richie's plans: ?She?s keeping the dress a secret and hasn?t even told her bridesmaids who the designer is. Christina, who ironically is going through a divorce, will be performing a song. She has been a good friend and wants to be there for Nicole.?

That being said, the trailer doesn?t lack at all when it comes to creating excitement for the film, as it begins with the great lunar landing back in 1969.
It looks like Michael Bay has done it yet again, and ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? will be a massive hit when it comes to theaters on July 1, 2011.

Last night was the London premiere for the film - and Colin showed up in what I can only identify as an ?ascot?. Is that right? At first I thought it was a clown tie that Colin was wearing for fun, but Colin is really trying to bring the ?Brad Pitt in Tom Ford? ascot vibe, isn?t he? Thoughts? Can Colin pull this off? He?s always been an eccentric dresser, almost a mini-Johnny Depp. When someone like Pitt wears an ascot, it seems like an aspect of his dandiness, his fussy dressing. On Colin it seems like a way to pick up women, right? Like, ?Baby, do you like my ascot? It?s the perfect length to tie your wrists together while I?m boning you like there?s no tomorrow, love.? Verdict: Colin can pull off the ascot. And I would pull it off? with my teeth.
The rest of them? here?s Jim Sturgess. I actually felt kind of bad yesterday when I claimed that Sturgess looked like the kind of guy who would pump for a minute and then burst into tears. So I looked up some videos of him singing. Um? okay, he was totally the kind of guy I would have been in love with when I was 18 years old. He?s also a pillow-weeper, for the love of GOD. There?s a reason you fall for guys like that when you?re 18 years old - you don?t know any better. You think when a guy pumps for a minute and bursts into tears, it?s because of his sensitive soul. It?s not. It?s because he sucks. Also: the boy has bangs trauma. Like, Peggy Olsen-in-Mad-Men level of bangs trauma.

There was also a minor story about Jake and Swifty?s visit to the Gaylord hotel in Nashville, thus summarizing, however inappropriately and immaturely, my take on their relationship. Anyway, this week?s Us Weekly story is, as I said, minor, but that?s only because Gwyneth Paltrow is such a minor demon these days. Yesterday we saw some semi-nude candid photos of Christina Aguilera wearing pasties, a bodice draped with chains and little else. It was the same outfit she wore in the Not Myself Tonight video, only we got to see much more of her. Other photos of XTina from that series had her wearing a long robe that she lifted up to show her stomach, and modeling leggings and a white t-shirt without a bra. It all looked like typical “sexy” photos that a starlet would release to drum up interest, and given what we’ve seen of Aguilera it wasn’t particularly scandalous. Only now her people are insisting the photos were “hacked” from her “stylist’s” computer. Give me a break.

?The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina?s personal stylist?s account,? her rep told JustJared.com in a statement. ?The photos were taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera?s home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist.?
?We find the actions of the hackers and the press who purchased and/or obtained these photos to be irresponsible and actionable. We are attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively. Their conduct is reprehensible,? Christina?s rep added.

If a “hacker” did this, why didn’t they send takedown notices to the blogs? Egotastic and The Superficial still have all these photos up. That’s right, because XTina loves the publicity and she loves to show off. She should have just left these photos out there instead of concocting up a ridiculous cover story. There may be something else Christina wants us to notice in these photos. It really looks like she has a large bruise on her cheek and around her eye (photo NSFW) in at least one of the pictures. She also has a large bruise on her knee (linked photo NSFW) and a cut on her leg although that could be a dancing injury. There were rumors of domestic abuse in Christina’s marriage around the time she announced her separation. These photos aren’t going to do much to quash the pregnancy speculation either.
What do I have to achieve in life to get a closet like that? I’ve seen shoe stores with less options.

Nicole Richie is finally (allegedly) going to marry her longterm boyfriend and the father of her children, Joel Madden, this weekend. Preparations are said to be underway at Nicole’s dad Lionel Richie’s compound, with the paparazzi capturing photos of moving vans making dropoffs there, along with additional security on the property and some kind of massive outdoor party-like construction happening. (Photos here). We’ve heard rumors for a few weeks that Nicole and Joel were planning a wedding this holiday season, but I didn’t make much of them because we’ve heard this rumor for years now. There’s more evidence this time around, and this could really be happening. Sources say the wedding will take place on December 11. Here’s a good overview of the various stories, from Hollywood Life:

Nicole even made a trip to NYC on Dec. 3 to be fitted for her Marchesa wedding gown.
?Nicole brought her stylist Simone Harouche with her,? an insider tells Us. ?A lot of thought went into her dress ? it was a priority for her.? ?She?s deciding between two dresses: Marchesa and vintage Chanel,? adds another source.
Joel and Nicole have decided to keep the guest list tight. ?Mindy [Weiss, the wedding planner] called all of the guests personally,? a friend of the couple tells Us.

But certain stars like Christina Aguilera and Lindsay Lohan?s ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson will most likely be in attendance.
Nicole?s 2-year-old daughter Harlow will be the flower girl, and Lionel will escort Nicole down the aisle. Nicole?s best friend, Masha Gordon, will be her maid of honor and Joel?s twin brother, Benji Madden, will serve as best man.

If this is really happening, congratulations to these two. I thought they would remain happily unmarried as long as possible. Even though they’re getting married at the end of the year, they’ll get the tax advantages of married status for all of 2010. It sounds unromantic, but it’s practical. I love that Nicole snubbed some people too!

Amy Adams was spotted outside Good Morning America yesterday with her fiance, actor and artist Darren Le Gallo, and their nearly seven month-old daughter, Aviana. I think we’ve seen Aviana before, but I just can’t get over what an adorable baby she is - and she has her mom’s gorgeous red hair!
Adams is promoting her role in The Fighter, out December 10, in which she plays Mark Wahlberg’s girlfriend. She told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America yesterday (video below) that she took boxing lessons to prepare for her ‘feisty’ role but that her experience as one of seven siblings also gave her experiences to draw on. They showed a clip from the film and it looks incredible. There’s Oscar buzz around this film, and Amy has of course already been nominated for an Oscar this early in her career. She’s certainly made some excellent film choices and she’s one of my favorite actresses. I love how low key and normal she is without making a point of it.
On motherhood, she told Robin “it’s really really good, it’s fantastic. Aviana is here actually. She comes with me everywhere.” She also explained that she didn’t want her career to affect her daughter at all “I want her to feel that she has her own identity, and her identity isn’t caught up in what I do. That’s really important for me.” You know, we see so little of Amy when she doesn’t have a film to promote that it’s a real treat to watch her interviews. She’s always impressed me.

When it comes to cheaters, Eva Longoria?s estranged husband Tony Parker hints it takes one to know one! The latest bombshell in the Desperate Housewives star?s nasty divorce battle has Tony Parker wondering if Eva carried on an affair with bicycling champ Lance Armstrong! The couple?s storybook marriage exploded recently when Eva, 35, found sexually explicit text messages that her 28-year-old hoops-playing hubby had exchanged with Erin Barry, the wife of his former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry.
Tony never slept with Erin, a close friend of his told The ENQUIRER. However, after being confronted by the texts, Tony admitted to Eva that he was ?obsessed? with Erin. It was Eva?s close ties with fellow Texan and Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong that sent Tony?s suspicions into overdrive.
Although they had a prenuptial agreement, Eva is seeking alimony. She earns a whopping $400,000 per episode for Housewives and has multimillion-dollar endorsement deals, but Tony is even wealthier.
He recently signed a four-year, $50 million contract extension with the Spurs. A spokesman for Tony denies he as accused Eva of cheating, but the hoops star has told his friends that Eva was ?no saint? during their marriage, and he?s not planning to roll over in the divorce.

I kind of like how the general consensus is that Eva isn?t some innocent victim of a cheating douche. Even if she was wasn?t screwing around on Tony (a big IF), she still had a hand in screwing up her marriage with her constant famewhore try-hard. I mean, what?s more important, flying down to Texas to spend the day with your husband, or walking yet another red carpet for the opening of whatever envelope? Also: I?ll buy that Eva was screwing around, in general. Basically, I?m surprised their marriage lasted this long.

Ready to delve into their debut efforts as "American Idol" judges, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler both were spotted arriving to work on the hit FOX show in Pasadena on Wednesday (December 8).
With longtime judge Randy Jackson also turning up, the group headed pass awaiting press members and inside to continue putting together the final group of talent.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, there have been a few changes made for the new season aside from J Lo and Steven being added as judges.
First, the show is taking place on different days and set to be kicked off with a two-night premiere event on Wednesday, January 19 and Thursday, January 20 at 8:00 P.M. ET/PT.
Another change for "Idol" is that, for the first time, contestants will be able to get to the Top 12 without having to go through the Top 24 round first.

The sighting comes shortly after Miss Scherzinger voiced her desire to someday adopt a child with her F1 racer beau, Lewis Hamilton.
The 32-year-old recently told the Daily Star, "Yeah, I'd like to adopt. I would like to have a couple of kids in the future, no more than that. I won't be surrounded by children."
