Pornstar-turned-Tiger-Woods-mistress Devon “Butt Monkey” James filed a paternity action lawsuit against the golfer yesterday claiming he’s the father of her bastard kid, but why talk about boring stuff like that when we can talk about the Dina Lohan Ice Cream Cake Shamefest?! I’ll assume from the silence that you’re all nodding your heads in staunch agreement right now. That’s why I love you guys so much.
It all started when Lindsay Lohan?s mom stopped in a Carvel Ice Cream store to get a cake for son Cody’s birthday. And I say “get” instead of “buy,” because when it was time to pay for the cake, Dina produced a special Carvel Black card — a promotional VIP card that entitles the owner to free ice cream — and said she wasn’t going to pony up any dough because she was famous. And that’s when the Shamefest officially commenced. Dina told Radar Online:
?The shop assistant said, ?Do you have I.D.?’ Next minute he he grabbed my arm and took my card and held it hostage and wouldn?t give me the cake! This guy was crazy!?
All the Lohans have ‘Black’ cards, [but I] picked up Ali?s card [by mistake].
I didn’t think it be a problem! I couldn?t believe this guy… it?s a family card, it just didn?t have my name on it. Next minute, four cop cars showed up, there?s a police helicopter over head and this guy makes it seem to the cops that I?m trying to use a stolen credit card — and for what? Over a free ice cream?!
Finally he gave me my card back. But he told me, ?You can have the card, but you can?t have the cake!? It just shows how we get treated so much worse than regular people.?
Just wait until Lindsay and Ali hear about this. When Ali gets back, I?m going to bring her in everyday to this store — and you can print that!?
But Carvel issued a statement calling out Dina for cashing in on her daughter’s celebrity status:
As part of Carvel?s 75th Anniversary celebration last year, we issued 75 Black Cards to celebrities. These cards were issued in the celebrity?s name and require the card holder to be present at the time of use.
Unfortunately, the Lohan family has been abusing the card. While the card was issued in Lindsay and Ali?s names only, her extended family has repeatedly used the card without either present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back.
Dina Lohan reacted badly and called the police to have her card returned. The police responded and did return the card to Dina with instructions not to use it again. This is an unfortunate situation where certain people feel entitled to use a celebrity?s name for their own purposes.
I’m sorry, I wasn’t listening. I was still reeling from the “It just shows how we get treated so much worse than regular people” comment. I’m a regular person, and nobody gives me any free fucking ice cream. And the cops certainly don’t show up because I call and tell them nobody was giving me any free ice cream and I want something done about it. I’d get charged with making a false 911 call and have to cough up a $1,000 fine and spend six months in jail if I pulled that shit, which is 179 days less than Lindsay Lohan spent in jail for her two consecutive DUIs and cocaine possession. But yeah, they’re treated so much worse than regular people. I’d like to beat all the teeth out of her self-entitled head with a tire iron and rearrange them to spell “fuck you, you stupid ungrateful cunt.” Too bad my last name isn’t Lohan, or I’d probably get away with it, too.

Don?t hate me, but I actually like Megan?s dress in general. Can you imagine Cate Blanchett rocking it? It wouldn?t look sexy on Blanchett, it would just look hardcore. On Megan, it looks sexy (mostly because her boobs are out, and they look bigger to my eyes). Although - it?s not her color? She can wear red, for sure, but wouldn?t you love to see her in a burgundy-red rather than this orange-red? I also like the detailing at the waist - only a skinny girl can pull that off and make it look great. The shoes are meh to me, and Megan?s hair sucks. She?s emphasizing her forehead. Also, some people are saying Megan looks too thin? Eh. She looks the same size as she did a year ago, in my opinion. She?s always been a small girl.
Oh, and Diane Lane came with Josh Brolin. They look cute together. Even though I still suspect that he?s screwing around on her.

As part of People Magazine’s 50 Most Amazing Bodies issue with super buff Zac Efron on the cover, they have a roundtable interview called “The Body Summit: Stars Tell All.” It features lesser celebrities you may need help remembering like Lisa Rinna, 46, Nikki Blonsky, 21, Dayna Devon, 40, Garcelle Beauvais, 43, and Whitney Port, 25. They’re all talking about body, beauty and weight issues, and Lisa Rinna really dominates the conversation. They discuss dealing with pressure from the media to stay thin and look perfect and it’s common stuff that’s moderately interesting. The best part is when Lisa Rinna complains that she never should have admitted to having her lips done. Lisa came clean about her painful-looking obvious silicone injection lip job about a year ago after sporting those puppies for 23 years. I don’t ever remember seeing her without huge engorged-looking lips. She told People that she wishes she never owned up to the work she had done, though, because people just bashed her for it. (Lisa even got in a Twitter war with someone last month and claimed they were “cyber bullying” her for pointing out that her lips looked bad.)

Anyway, exactly ten days ago, Lindsay Lohan?s bail was revoked and a new bench warrant with a new $200,000 bail was set. Lindsay made bail within hours, but the drama continued about exactly what went down. Not-so-allegedly, Lindsay Lohan had a drink or two while out partying after the MTV Movie Awards. Maybe her SCRAM bracelet let off some kind alarm, maybe not. But when the prosecution and the judge met the next day to go over the data that the SCRAM had accumulated, they determined that Lindsay had been consuming alcohol, in violation of her probation. Now, according to Lindsay?s lawyer, Lindsay took a urine test ?shortly after the alert? and it came back ?negative? for alcohol. What the hell?
Lindsay Lohan didn’t have alcohol in her system when her SCRAM bracelet went off earlier this month at an MTV Awards afterparty, according to her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.
A urine test taken shortly after the alert showed a negative result for alcohol, said Holley.

Us Weekly is reporting that Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson have ?taken a break? from their relationship/engagement. I?m so shocked? except, yeah, I forgot they were engaged and they?re both kind of boring. But I?m getting a feeling that something not-so-boring happened between the two of them. According to Us Weekly?s report, it?s only an unnamed source who claim they?re taking a break. BUT, when Us Weekly asked Rachel about her wedding plans on Wednesday, she pointed to her ringless hand and said ?No, no plans, no nothing.? Hm?
Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen are “taking a break,” a source tells UsMagazine.com. The two announced their engagement in February 2009.
Bilson, 28, flashed a ringless finger to Us on the red carpet of the Take No Prisoners event in L.A. Wednesday night. When asked how wedding plans were going, she said, “No, no plans” and pointed to her bare hand. “No nothing.”
The source says the couple — who co-starred in 2008 action flick Jumper — are “taking about a month off” and will then revisit their relationship to decide if they should stay together.
The break began about two weeks ago, the source adds.

I know some people hate GayWatch and my own personal gaydar, but for all the joking around we do about people like Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman, Bradley Cooper and Daniel Craig, Hayden?s vibe makes my gaydar jump more than any of those guys. And Hayden?s gay vibe isn?t sexy like Daniel Craig?s, where I want to see Daniel naked and groping another hot naked dude. Hayden?s alleged homosexuality seems sad to me. The 24-year-old brunette beauty was clad in a Giorgio Armani Priv red silk charmeuse cocktail minidress as she joined up with her co-stars including Josh Brolin and John Malkovich as they promoted their new flick - which hits theaters on Friday, June 18th.
Directed by Jimmy Hayward, "Jonah Hex" finds the "U.S. military make a scarred bounty hunter with warrants on his own head an offer he cannot refuse: in exchange for his freedom, he must stop a terrorist who is ready to unleash Hell on Earth."
Aside from "Jonah Hex," Miss Fox recently stated her hopes of sustaining a long career in Tinseltown.
Of a lifelong acting career, Megan dished, "If I'm lucky enough... I mean, I would love the opportunity to do that. But that's not really up to me; that's up to the world."

The ?Umbrella? singer, who channeled her personal drama into her ?Rated R? album, recently told Elle that she?s a much happier person now, and even gushed a bit about her new baseball player beau, Matt Kemp.
Famous songwriter, Sean Garrett, who?s been in the studio with the Barbadian beauty as of late, says her stable state of mind reflects her new music.
Opening up to MTV News, Garrett said, "I can definitely say that her album is definitely gonna be way more exciting, happy. I hope she doesn't mind me saying this. I love Rihanna. She's fun, she's like a sister, and I tend to think she doesn't really take herself too seriously. And I think that's what this album is gonna be about.?
And of the domestic violence incident involving Ri-Ri?s ex, Chris Brown, Sean added, ?That's just life. But I'm just happy to see her back. And I can definitely say the records that we've been working on are very positive and very explosive. Heavy in the club."
