Taking the long trip over to Germany, Shakira was spotted arriving at the Berlin airport earlier today (November 25).
The “She Wolf” songstress –who is in town for the “Bambi Awards 2009- looked to be in high spirits as she willingly stopped and signed autographs for some fans.
And it sounds like Shakira may be branching out to the hip-music world. She told MTV News, “[I’m] starting to understand and assimilate and internalize hip-hop music and hip-hop influences, so I’m trying to incorporate them within my own music.”
The 32-year-old continued, “I’m never going to be a hard-core hip-hop singer,” she said. “I come from Colombia, but I think music today ... it’s about bringing elements that belong to different universes, even though they’re opposed or similar, and making them exist in this big melting pot that the world is today. The world has shrunk and we’re just a big neighborhood, and it’s kind of cool.”

The “Ain’t It Funny” singer looked casual in a black sweatsuit as she strolled on past the paparazzi after paying a visit to the doctor.
In other news, J Lo and hubby, Marc Anthony, are being sue by a flight attendant who says their “personal protection dog” attacked her on board a private Gulfstream IV jet in 2006.
In documents filed with the Brooklyn Federal Court in New York, flight attendant Lisa Wilson says German Shepherd Dog Floyd “growled and lunged at her,” and “head-butted her leg, and she fell and seriously injured her back.”

According to a report, LiLo will be simulating a mnage-a-trois for an upcoming steamy photo spread in the French magazine Purple.
Famed haute couture photographer Terry Richardson will photograph the “Mean Girls” actress along with both a male and female model.

The “Hannah Montana” babe told “The Morning Mash Up” that she’s not one to get star-struck when she meets celebrities. “No, I’m pretty cool. I’m pretty much the coolest person ever.”
She continued, “There are not many things about me that are like a normal teenage girl. But the one normal teenage girl thing is that I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world. I really, really like him. And it’s weird… it’s weird because he’s my friend.”

These are photos from Rihanna?s performance on Good Morning America yesterday morning. First of all, this girl is a ham. In half of the pictures from her performance, she?s making a silly, funny face. She?s so cute. Secondly, this girl?s style is so crazy. I don?t think it?s even an act anymore, like it?s a trying-too-hard subversive fashion sense. I think she really does have some avant-garde (re: tacky-crazy-high fashion) taste. Anyway, I missed this, but Rihanna busted out of this dress before her performance, and claimed it was because she was ?too fat?. Her exact words: ?My dress! I’m a little too fat right now. The zip busted in the back. They’re like, ‘You’re a minute late!’ I wanted to stitch it up but I couldn’t.” Uh… honey, you’re not fat. Your clothes are just poorly made.
In other Rihanna news, she was interviewed by the New York Times this week, and she comes across as? weird. Like, after her interview with Diane Sawyer, I thought Rihanna had made some kind of breakthrough, and that she was a relatively intelligent young woman with stuff to say. Well, in this NYT piece (complete article here), Rihanna talks more about the Chris Brown incident and aftermath, but mostly she talks about music and fashion. She sounds? vapid. Sometimes. Not ?oh my God, I hate her? vapid, but just ?oh, she?s not as smart as I thought she was? vapid. Here are the highlights:
Rihanna on how ?barf? is a compliment: ?Barf!? Rihanna squealed, at the sight of a pair of pale Pink satin Brian Atwood stilettos. In her world this is a compliment. ?Usually it?s ?ill? or ?I want to throw up on it. But barf is the worst,? meaning the best. ?Barf is 10 out of 10.?

On why she didn?t get therapy at first: ?Everyone wanted me to see a therapist to just talk about it, and I refused,? she said. ?In Barbados we don?t do that. We keep it in our family, and figure it out and move on. I just put my game face on and went on with my life. But deep down inside I had some things to get past, and it came out in the music.?

She?s going to the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and she?s getting paid $500,000 for the performance. I bet that?s a killer party, actually. New Year?s in Abu Dhabi? so romantic!

Treating herself to a much-needed retail romp, Kate Moss was spotted shopping around at the fashion boutiques in Central London on Wednesday (November 25).
Looking quite glamorous in an all-black ensemble, the sexy supermodel is reportedly gearing up for a day of binge eating in public as a response to her eating disorder critics.
Apparently, Miss Moss will be turning herself into a “human eating machine” to prove that she doesn’t starve herself after being criticized for saying “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” during a recent interview.
“Kate was deeply hurt by the backlash against her,” a source told the Daily Mirror. “She does eat and would hate to be a role model for anorexic websites. She is sensible about what passes her lips but she is rarely pictured eating. It’s her friend Fiona’s birthday and Kate has taken control of proceedings. She is insisting on an al fresco dinner — where the paparazzi will be rife.”
The insider adds, “Once she is seen to be tucking into her grub with gusto, Kate hopes to put an end to the criticism once and for all.”

Tending to her all-important motherly duties, Cate Blanchett was spotted out with her adorable young sons in New York City on Wednesday morning (November 25).

As for her work duties, Miss Blanchett is gearing up for her lead role as Blanche DuBois in “A Streetcar Named Desire” - which premieres at New York’s BAM Harvey Theater on Friday, November 27th.
Of the stage endeavor, Cate recently told ABC News, “We were incredibly apprehensive and slightly nervous but in the end that anxiety was the flipside of excitement. And in the end, we were just incredibly excited about bringing this work here; this Australian/Norwegian hybrid interpretation of one of the great masterworks, a great American classic, and bringing that back to its homeland where it originated from.”

Does Hugh Grant need a hit? It looks like it. Either that or he?s going soft in his old age (he?s 49 years old, and I?m joking). My point is that Hugh is out there talking up his new film Did You Hear About the Morgans? It?s like he doesn?t realize the film is awful. Granted, I don?t know if the film is truly terrible, but it certainly looks mind-numbingly bad. Hugh and Sarah Jessica Parker play an estranged, separated couple who witness a mob murder and have to go into witness protection? together. They fall in love all over again, and if you consider that a spoiler, then you have never seen a Hugh Grant movie, so why would you start with this one?
Anyway, Hugh was interviewed by Parade Magazine, and he?s less hardcore than he used to be. Not that he was really butch and punk before, but he had a bit of an edge. Not anymore. Now he just talks ruefully about babies. Seriously! The photographs from Parade are a bit rough too - the man isn?t aging as gracefully as we hoped (slideshow here). The closeup is especially difficult - but I will say that I don?t think Hugh?s had any work done. So, applause!
Embracing the prospect of fatherhood.
“Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have thought about having children at all. But now I have so many nephews and nieces and cousins and godchildren, I like the thought. But that’s on the basis that I can leave after 10 minutes. I don’t know what it would be like 24 hours a day. I think I’d have a lot of nannies.”
Does he think he’ll have children?
“Yes, yes, yes. I haven’t given up hope.”
Does he think he would be a good dad?
“Yes, I do rather. I find I’m not as bad with children as I used to be.”
His hands-off approach to parenthood.
“I see a lot of children over-parented now, by my standards. Over-adored, over-spoiled. I quite like the children left alone to get on with it.”
Indulging in a hobby that is increasingly taking over his life.
“I’m very embarrassed about my golf habit. It’s awful. I wish it had never happened to me. I used to have a well-rounded personality, many interests, and now I don’t really care about anything except golf. I went as a joke [12 years ago]. But I quite liked it. I used to be a big reader. Now I read Dave Pelz’s Putting Bible.”
As a child, he was always putting on plays for the grown-ups.
“Well, it wasn’t me who dressed everyone up in curtains. It was my aunts. But it is true to say I always thought I was the best actor, and I did feel that way at school. It doesn’t mean to say I thought, ‘I want to do this for a living.’ I never felt that.”
His life seems to have settled down some now.
“My laziness is really profound. I’m really interested in where it comes from–it almost feels chemical. And we’ve all got ADD now, short attention span and all that. I found by far the best drug for calming me down is to go out at 5 in the morning and run for 45 minutes. And although I’m calm, I don’t really find life as funny as I do if I’m more miserable and tense.”
His thoughts on what he calls ‘love avoidance.’
“If you have a smothering parent, the effect it can apparently have on a child is to give them, in equal doses, a sense of too much self-esteem, because they are mummy’s little princess or prince, and low self-esteem. It affects future relationships. You want to repeat this smothering thing, and you are very adept at bringing people in to love you, love you, and as soon as they get close enough, you push them away. Then you bring them back and push them away again. You can go on torturing people like that for ages.”
Loving his leading ladies.
“I loved Bullock. And I really love Sarah Jessica. I adore her. She’s very, very original. And funny. Very clever. These girls are amusing and bubbly and charming. You can’t act that. You have to be that.”

We all know Daniel Day Lewis is a strange (yet hot) bird. His big film role this year is as Italian director Guido in Nine, where he?s surrounded by the Oscar-winning likes of Judi Dench, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard and Penelope Cruz. As a matter of fact, only two of the main ?women? are non-Oscar winners - Kate Hudson and Fergie, who plays a prostitute Guido knew in childhood. Fergie also sings (kills, in a good way) ?Be Italian?, the first song that was released on the first trailer. As Fergie is out promoting Nine, she admitted to feeling out of her element of the film set, but says Daniel Day Lewis would write her beautiful little encouraging notes, in character as Guido. Isn?t that sweet?
Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie discovered first-hand the method acting madness of her ‘Nine’ co-star Daniel Day-Lewis when she received love letters from the eccentric actor written as his character Guido. “Daniel is very charming. I’d go into my dressing room, and I’d find this little note. I’d open it, and it would be Guido’s stationary. He would write me little notes as Guido. They were very cute and very charming,” Fergie revealed at a press conference on November 15 at The Waldorf Astoria in New York.
Billed as Stacy Ferguson, Fergie makes her film debut playing the Italian vamp Saraghina performing the song ‘Be Italian’ as she taunts and teases the filmmaker Guido as a young boy. She dove into the world of ‘Nine’ watching every variation of the Federico Fellini film ‘8 1/2,’ but her preparation for the role couldn’t subside the nervousness she felt joining A-list actresses Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, Penelope Cruz and Judi Dench.
She recalls, “Going into this musical, I’m definitely the singer coming into this A-list acting world, so it was intimidating for me flying over and knowing that I was going to be amongst these people who were at the top of their game in their field. I thought maybe I’ll just sit in the corner and kind of be a sponge and not speak and watch how they hone their craft.”
But Fergie had to push aside her fears quickly. “The first person I met was Daniel. It was 15 minutes later where I had to belt out the song right in front of him. I’ve admired his work for years, and I just had to push through it and say, ‘What the hell.’ I was very hungry for this role, and I went after it. I definitely have caught the bug because it’s another way to express yourself, and I’m an artist.”
‘Nine’ will open in limited theaters in New York and Los Angeles on December 18th and nationwide December 4th.

That?s how hardcore method actor Daniel is - he gets stationary in his characters? names and leaves in-character notes for his costars. He?s amazing. Daniel also told Oprah last week that he watched all of the girls rehearse - he would just sit in a corner, in character as Guido, and watch them all do their stuff. That?s pretty amazing too. As far as Fergie?s first movie role second movie role and everything, I?m only judging her from the one song and the trailers, but I think she knocked it out of the park. She looks different, and her voice is amazing. In a few months, will it be ?Fergie, Oscar Nominee??

Oh, yes. It?s a good day. It?s a great day, because someone Photoshopped the hell out of Heidi Montag?s ?Superficial? album cover, and because they made her look worse. Oh, this is so rich. Look at her! I mean, she?s not what I would consider pretty or anything, but she doesn?t look that horrible. It?s like they put in some extra stuff to her eyes to make her look like the love child of Paris Hilton and a donkey. This makes my day, honestly.

Following a performance at this summer’s Miss Universe pageant, Heidi Montag will take the leap into the recording world ? and she’s perfectly aware of what the business is about. (Hint: her debut album is titled SUPERFICIAL).

The high-energy action flick is a post-apocalyptic tale of a man who fights his way across America in order to protect a sacred book that holds the secrets to saving humankind. It hits theaters on January 15th, 2010.

The “Vanilla Sky” actress, who was spotted wearing her blue sapphire engagement ring on “The Late Show with David Letterman” recently, could be tying the knot as soon as this upcoming holiday season.
An insider told press, “They will marry very soon, maybe even over the holidays. Penelope’s parents are conservative Catholics and are really pushing for her to get married. Javier [Bardem] would like to take things slowly, but Penelope wants to make her parents happy.”
As for her wedding gown, Miss Cruz is looking for a Spanish designer for the gig. “Since she and Javier are from Spain, she’d love to have a Spanish designer create her dream gown.”

Britney Spears has been compared to Madonna since she leapt onto the pop scene, dancing around in a schoolgirl uniform. The two did eventually hook up for "Me Against the Music," but Britney's video for "Radar," from her Circus album, really paid tribute to the pop queen and her ultra-glamorous Bedtime Stories period.
In the video, Britney is stuck in a love triangle with two very sexy polo players, who spend a good part of their time trying to woo Spears or riding their horses. Spears hooked up with "Boys" director Dave Meyers for an ode to Madonna's "Take a Bow."
"That was the premise behind 'Radar.' [We were] looking for a way to take her into a contemporary, classy environment," Meyers explained. "I felt empowered by referencing Madonna's video. Britney hasn't done anything like that."
Meyers had a very clear idea of how he wanted the story line to work. "There is a narrative going on, a romantic triangle on a weekend at this polo mansion," he said. "A soap-opera romance."
Britney apparently got nervous around the guy playing her lover (not her official boyfriend) in the clip, but Meyers said that shyness captured the essence of Britney. "She was really shy with this guy. She's really pretty here too," he said. "I think it's the Britney a lot of us know and love. It was nice to bring that out in her."

These photos and this story make me love Katie Holmes. The photos are from the weekend, when Katie and her ?girls? went out to eat in Manhattan, and Katie had several glasses of wine. Her ?girls? are her mom, her daughter Suri, and her stepdaughter Isabella. Ten bucks says that Isabella had a few glasses of wine too. Either that, or Bella promptly called her dad after dinner to narc on her step mom. Anyhoodle, I love when Katie looks animated. Anything to get her out of her morose, robotic Xenu stupor. Now, for this story - apparently, Katie and two girlfriends went to an actual movie theater to see New Moon. And then they talked through the whole thing! Hahaha! I bet the Twihards were about to kill Katie.

Eyewitnesses tell Fox411 that Katie and a group of her girlfriends stopped by a movie theater near her Manhattan apartment Saturday to catch the latest installment of the ?Twilight? series ?New Moon? where they proceeded to ruin the film for moviegoers.
?Katie came into the movie theater with two of her girlfriends in a great mood,? sources tell Fox411. ?They bought tickets in advance to see ?New Moon? like all the rest of the Twihards. They checked out the snacks and then they took their seats and kept talking.?
All that would have seemed rather normal, except for the fact that they kept on gabbing throughout the entire film!
?Katie talked through all of ?New Moon.? It was unbelievable ? they talked nonstop about the movie and everything else. Some people wanted to tell them to be quiet, but when they realized who it was, they stayed silent. No one wanted to shush Katie.?
After the chatty escapade, Katie spent the rest of the weekend with her step-daughter Isabella and daughter Suri (once again spotted in cold weather with no coat). The three girls were spotted shopping Saturday, where Katie seemed completely unaware that she ruined ?New Moon? for a few die-hard ?Twilight? fans.

Late Monday, the G-Unit general phoned in to DJ Green Lantern's Sirius Satellite radio show and discussed the lukewarm early sales for his latest LP, Before I Self Destruct — and Jay-Z's possible dig at him during Sunday night's American Music Awards. During his acceptance speech, Jay said, "Men lie, women lie — numbers don't," and then burst out laughing, which many perceived as a response toward 50's recent baiting of Hov.

NEW YORK — 50 cent has been on a high-octane promotional run for the past few weeks to support his latest effort Before I Self Destruct, and on Monday night, the hulking rapper ended his trek where it all began, on the streets of New York.
Flanked by his G-Unit family and hundreds of fans who waited outside in the cold to catch a glimpse of the entertainer, 50 cent made good on his promise to deliver a good show at Manhattan's Highline Ballroom for MySpace's The 50th Release show.
G-Unit's Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo were first up to bat, bouncing back and forth, exchanging raps as fans waited for the main event.
As he did on the previous night's American Music Awards performance with Eminem, 50 slyly made his entrance onto the stage to the sounds of yells and screams and launched right into his verse from "Crack a Bottle."
"It's bottle, after bottle/ The money ain't a thing when you party with me," 50 rapped as the crowd joined in. "It's what we into, it's simple/ We ball outta control like you wouldn't believe."
Clad in a black-and-tan leather vest, oatmeal Timberland boots and shiny jewelry, 50 went into some of his darkest rap tales.
"I done told you, boy, I'm a soldier boy/ I got no choice but to be a rider/ I approach you, boy, with the toaster boy/ Get to point-blank range and fire," Fif warned on the catchy song "G-Unit Rider, Part 2." 50 followed up the melodic track with more smash songs from his vault: "I Get Money," "What Up Gangsta" and "Crime Wave." The MC grinned from ear to ear, commanding the audience's attention with each lyric.
Next, 50 turned his attention to the many female patrons in the audience with the single "Baby by Me." The song's introduction excited one woman so much, she leaped a few feet from the adjacent V.I.P. area, just to get closer to the stage. Fif then launched into his new single, "Do You Think About Me," joined by guest crooner Governor.
Midway through the show, he turned things up a notch.
"Where my n---a at?" 50 shouted. As Jay-Z's "Do It Again" track sounded off, Beanie Sigel emerged from the bowels of the backstage area and dived head first into his verse off the record.
"You know how Mac come through on the club tip/ Everybody real deep on that thug sh--/ Cop Cris' spray the club on that thug sh--/ Cop frisks suits snub in the club quick," Beanie rapped.
Moments before his surprise appearance Beanie talked to MTV News about his newfound alliance with 50 cent.
"It means a lot," he said of joining 50 for his hometown performance. "I'm here. I'm in New York."

Sigel, with some assistance from 50 cent, has fired a number of pot shots at onetime mentor Jay-Z. But through it all, Beanie says that his music will remain pure. "I'mma continue to do my thing," he said. "And I'mma be in this music business, putting out good music, quality music. And I'mma stay grounded in relation with me and the people who I represent and speak for. The people in the streets who's doing they thing. That's what I'm here to do, and I'mma always do that.
Beans and 50 performed the Jay-Z dis record "I Go Off" for the first time on a public platform.
"I'll give you something to talk about/ Come 'round me frontin' I'll air you out, I go off," 50 rapped.
Following the brief set, 50 got back to reminding the crowd why he's still a force to be reckoned with, sprinting through more hits from his endless catalog, old and new, including "P.I.M.P.," "Just a Little Bit," "Magic Stick" and the open letter to ousted G-Unit members Young Buck and Game, "So Disrespectful."
Shortly before closing out his performance, in true bad-boy fashion, 50 joked on members of the New York Police Department, who were also in attendance.
"Every time I come to New York, you see the police right next to you," 50 said, pointing to the various plain-clothes cops in the crowd. "You gotta watch them. It's the hip-hop police. They make like I'm a terrorist or some sh--. I ain't do nothing to nobody. But you gotta watch them, 'cause they're watching you."

Aside from work, Jess tried to get in as much time as possible with daughter Honor Marie, telling, “Life moves so fast as a new mom. Sometimes I wish time would slow down. Every milestone is memorable, from the numerous wardrobe changes in her first five months due to her explosive diarrhea to the first time she said, ‘Mama.’”
