Continuing along as a newly engaged couple, Britney Spears and Jason Trawick were spotted arriving at JFK Airport in New York City on Friday (December 30).
The ?I Wanna Go? songstress and her former agent beau looked to be in good spirits as they sauntered past paparazzi while hitting the shops almost immediately after leaving the metro terminal.
Just a few days ago, Spears took to Twitter to spread some Christmas joy, writing, ?I had a wonderful Christmas I can't wait for the New Year. Love u all! Xxoo.?
As for the couple?s upcoming nuptials, it is being reported that they will be opting for a ?traditional Southern-style wedding? surrounded by a close group of friends and family as opposed to a glamorous Hollywood wedding.

Opposite of shocking, party of two. After a lot of reports about their crumbling marriage, it looks like Katy Perry and Russell Brand are over. Who would have thought? Oh, right. Everyone. The only thing that is somewhat shocking is that it looks like Rusty is the one who is pulling the plug.
A year after their fairy-tale wedding in India, it seems Katy Perry and Russell Brand won’t be living happily ever after.
Brand, 36, filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences.
“Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage,” he said in a statement to PEOPLE. “I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”
The Superior Court filing, which lists Perry by her given name of Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, does not list a date of separation.
The pair have been spotted without their wedding rings in recent days amid reports they spent the holidays apart, with Perry in Hawaii and Brand in the U.K.
The California-born pop star, 27, and the British comedian-turned-actor began dating in 2009. Brand popped the question four months later, and they were married in October 2010 in a lavish ceremony ? that included two elephants as well as acrobats and jugglers ? at a luxury resort in northern India.
In the early months of their marriage, the two were giddy in their compliments to each other.
Perry called Brand her great man of God, while Brand said his spiritual and emotional connection to his bride made him “love everyone.”
In Redbook’s April issue, Brand said he had been more than happy to give up his partying ways to settle down.
“I think I was ready for it,” he said. “If you’re wild, like a wild animal, marriage won’t contain you. I think that’s how a lot of people get into trouble.”
But in recent weeks, they faced a drumbeat of rumors of trouble in their marriage. Both laughed off the reports, with Brand telling Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month, “I am really happily married.”

Look, I’m not one of the people who is going to pretend to get all sad about this. This union had “disaster” written all over it. The single biggest signal for me was that Rusty & Katy got married on literally their only free week in a year full of competing schedules. Just after their wedding, Katy was promoting her album and on tour, and Russell was promoting and shooting films. And when they were together, it was constant fighting and bickering, despite the denials and photo ops. The writing was on the wall during the VMAs in September, when Katy was wasted (and talking about how wasted she was) and Russell was only there to discuss Amy Winehouse and sobriety. Disaster. Oh, and I totally think Russell was screwing around too. He and that blonde were looking very friendly.
Oh, and they can both eat a bag of dicks for announcing this late on a Friday before a holiday.

A report earlier this week claimed Lindsay Lohan was ringing in the new year on the Queen Elizabeth 2 in Dubai. Another site confirmed Lindsay’s appearance.
However, sources say Lindsay is pissed because that’s not true and people are just trying to use her name to promote the NYE party on the famed yacht.
Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, tells TMZ … ?Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.” TMZ
Lindsay’s lawyers are sending out a cease and desist and are thinking about suing if the organizers continue to lie. Which is to be expected. Dina is probably frothing at the mouth hoping they keep using her name so they can sue for $300,000 in lost appearance fees. Though if you really want Lindsay to come to your party for free, just tear out pages from a script and make a trail to your club. She’s sodesperateat this point, she’ll be picking them up one by one trying to collate them.

Gwyneth Paltrow offered some pretentious New Year’s Day hangover advice on her GOOP newsletter but thankfully Dr. Michael Lucchesi is here to rain on her parade. Lucchesi, chief medical staff at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and accomplished alcoholic, debunks most of Paltrow’s hangover cures.
First, Lucchesi wasn’t too impressed with Gwyneth’s health elixir Mercy, a company she has a stake in. Paltrow praised the “amino acids, vitamins, minerals and herb” drink andsuggestsmixing it with alcohol for hangover prevention. The good doctor shook his head, scoffed and said the elixir is no more beneficial than water or Gatorade explaining it’s the salts and electrolytes that provide relief and not Gwyneth’s buzzwords.
Lucchesi was also confused as to why Paltrow wants you to drag your ass to a hot steam room. “Alcohol is a diuretic. Why would you want to engage in an activity that would cause you to lose more water and salt?” Well, because a famous person said so. Duh! What a silly question.
As for the vitamin supplements and herbs she and her celeb doctor Dr. Oz suggest, bahumbug. “Most of these are totally water soluble. If you’re drinking water throughout the evening, you’ll just urinate them out.” Somewhere out there Gwyenth went “Aw, crap,” because her scam has been found out.
Paltrow isn’t a complete idiot though. A few things the real doctor agreed with was that you should eat something beforehand, drink lots of water, take Aspirin or Tylenol if needed and eat something palatable. All of which will cost you way less than buying celebrity Gatorade but obviously won’t taste as good since none of these are fortified with the tears of the unborn and Gwyneth Paltrow’s hopes and dreams.

Rihanna and Chris Brown are possibly getting all schmooopy-woopy on Twitter, but they haven’t specifically named each other, so it’s not for sure. Ah, love from afar. It’s just like Romeo and Juliet, if Romeo had a penchant for cold-clocking Juliet in the face. OK! Magazine says,
…Rihanna and Chris Brown are raising a few eyebrows. After their tumultuous relationship and break-up seemed to finally make its way out of the headlines, it appears the former lovebirds are posting tweets about love.
Whether or not they’re directed toward each other remains cryptic since they’re not tweeting directly to each other, but they are both tweeting about love! Coincidence? Hmmm.
Chris started by posting, “Love U more than u know!”
Merely two minutes later as E! News reported, Rihanna responded with a tweet of her own: “I’ll always love you #1love.”
It would be shame if they don’t end up together. Those pictures of her with a shiner and a busted lip would look awesome in a slideshow of their best moments together or artfully displayed in a scrapbook for their coffee table.

Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that she is seeing in the New Year in Dubai.
The actress insisted that she will not be holding a New Year’s Eve party on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship, contrary to a party planning company’s claims.
Lohan’s rep Steve Honig said in a statement: “Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so.
“She will be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.”
According to TMZ, the star will pursue legal action against the source of the rumors.
I once kicked a stranger in the groin because his tie reminded me of the upholstery on my Nana’s couch, which got stained because I peed on it, and she smacked my knuckles with a wooden spoon for it. That totally doesn’t make any sense, but neither does this threatened lawsuit. Just trying to stay with the theme.

The ?Hotel for Dogs? actress hit up West Elm donning skinny jeans, a striped sweater, and brown sunglasses as she combed the racks.
During her retail romp, Emma took time to make a few calls on her iPhone, most likely to her hunky beau Chord Overstreet.
Of her own personal style, Emma told press, ?I think when you're young it's all about being comfortable. When I'm older, I'm probably going to have to look much more put together. At least that's what I imagine.?
?I like to be a little more disheveled - I like throwing on a motorcycle jacket with a gown because I'm young, and I can. When you're young it's much more fun to mix and match, do that kind of hobo-chic look.?

Angelina Jolie and Madonna have hated each other for years. Well? maybe ?hate? is the wrong word. I personally think that Angelina views Madonna as a wannabe, an annoyance, a try-hard and a dilettante. And I personally think that in 2006, Madonna decided her latest incarnation was going to be as ?Angelina Jolie? or some half-hearted, Jolie-esque figure. Madonna decided to focus her efforts in Malawi, where she first ?adopted? David, and then Mercy. Incidentally, Madge also did a ton of photo ops for her Malawian charity (Raising Malawi), with the idea that she would build some huge school there, but earlier this year, the charity pulled out after losing millions of dollars, likely because Madge staffed the charity with grifters and con artists. In the long run, Madge?s efforts in Malawi were deeply offensive – she did not follow through on any of her promises, she ?adopted? two children by basically bribing and paying off Malawian officials, and she posed for photos. Lots and lots of photos.
Back in 2006-07, Angelina was asked about the Madonna-Malawi situation in an interview. Angelina was quoted as saying, ?Madonna knew the situation in Malawi, where (David) was born. It’s a country where there is no real legal framework for adoption. Personally, I prefer to stay on the right side of the law. I would never take a child away from a place where adoption is illegal.” Angelina later retracted (partially) that sentiment, telling People Magazine, ?The article included many falsehoods. I said many positive things that were omitted. I feel we must focus on the present and I encourage everyone to be supportive so that every child can adjust nicely to their new home. I have been horrified by the attacks she’s been subjected to. All that should count is the happiness of her little David.” I should also point out that I remember Madonna saying some veiled criticism of Angelina around this time, but I can?t find the quotes right now.
Anyway, as the years have gone by, Madonna and Angelina never seem to be in the same place at the same time, which I tend to think irritates the hell out of Madge. When Madge was married to Guy Ritchie, Guy and Brad were still tight and they would hang out whenever everybody was in London, but Angelina and Madge still never met. This awards season, Madonna?s W.E. is up for some technical and music awards at the Golden Globes, and probably some other awards shows. And Angelina?s In the Land of Blood and Honey is up for the GG Best Foreign Film too. So Madge and Angelina will be at the same awards ceremony at long last. What will happen? Star Magazine claims that if they meet, Angelina is totally going to cut a bitch:

?Angie?s been taking potshots at Madonna every chance she gets,? a source tells Star. Angelina is up in arms because people have been drawing comparisons between her and Madonna – who?s been criticized for such cinematic failures as Swept Away, Body of Evidence and most recently, W.E.
?Angie considers Madonna a nuisance and a distraction from her own work. She?s said Madonna has no talent whatsoever for filmmaking and that W.E. is a big-screen joke.?

?Madonna reached out to Angie, suggesting they get together to discuss moviemaking,? the source explains. ?But Angie just didn?t see any upside to meeting up.?
As the Hollywood awards season gets underway, the tension is bound to rise. While W.E. earned two Golden Globe nods, Angelina?s In the Land of Blood and Honey was nominated for the Best foreign language film.
?Angie?s gunning to score big,? the source says. ?She doesn?t think Madonna has a chance. But she wants awards – that?s all the validation she needs.?

These are photos of Ashley Greene from late November in NYC, when she was filming several episodes of ABC?s budget-Mad Men show, Pan Am. Funny story about Pan Am – they stopped airing the show in December, and ABC claims that they?ll finish airing the season in January, but after that, it?s looking more and more like the show is being canceled. Anyway, before Pan Am?s producers figured out that ABC wasn?t going to support the show for very much longer, the producers decided to hire world-famous movie star Ashley Greene to ?guest star? in a three-episode arc. The same Ashley Greene who is a legend in her own mind, and who conjures a litany of ?WHO?? from great swathes of non-Twihards. So, with that in mind, enjoy this story of Ashley acting like a C-U-Next-Tuesday while deigning to grace a peasanty television show.
The skies aren?t so friendly with Ashley Greene around! Greene is ruffling feathers on the set of Pan Am – clashing with cast and crew during filming of her three-episode arc on the struggling TV show.
?Ashley came rolling on to the set acting like a queen bee,? an insider tells Star. ?She was stuck-up with the crew and acted like appearing on TV amounted to slumming. She referred to herself as a ?real movie star,? and said she was sure her guest stint would boost ratings.?
And while she publicly gushed about guest-starring on the ABC drama, Ashley was completely cold to her costars.
?Ashley didn?t want to socialize with Christina Ricci or Kelli Garner, the stars of the show,? the source says. ?They had organized a welcome lunch for Ashley, but she blew them off. That was extremely off-putting to everyone.?

Several days ago, Dina Lohan called TMZ and muttered something about Lindsay Lohan ?refusing? to take any of the paying gigs she was offered for New Year?s Eve party celebrations. Nevermind that most hostessing gigs offered to Linnocent include a payment system of some crack and a bottle of vodka. LL?s reasoning for turning down several offers? She?s not a party girl anymore, and she thinks taking a paying gig will hurt her rep. My theory – at the time – was that LL had a lucrative offer for a ?private party? in some rich john?s pants come New Year?s Eve. Anyway, some site is claiming that the Cracken will actually be on QEII, sailing around Dubai. Seriously?
It?s going to be a celeb-packed New Year in Dubai on board the legendary QE2. Lindsay Lohan, Pamela Anderson and former England cricketer Allan Lamb are just some of the names confirmed to attend the celebrations on December 31 2011 on the vessel that is currently docked at the Port Rashid Cruise Terminal in the city.
It is the first time that the QE2 has been opened to the public for such a celebration.
Apart from LiLo and Pamela, Liam Cunningham, US sitcom and film star Lamman Rucker, English model, socialite and aristocrat Lady Victoria Hervey are the other celebs on the guest list. Rumour has it that Kate Moss might attend, as also Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal (who?re all in Abu Dhabi for the Mubadala World Championship from 29 to 31 December).
The vessel, Queen Elizabeth 2, often referred to simply as the QE2, is one of the most iconic ever built. Since her launch in 1969, several members of royal families, stars, musicians and celebrities from around the globe have featured on her passenger list.

Yeah? I don?t think so. I?m pretty sure LL is not allowed to leave the country. That being said, the California court system is so disorganized and idiotic, I bet no one thought to take her passport away, so it?s conceivable that LL COULD leave the country. (Sidenote: they need to invent some kind of crack lojack for her.) That being said, I still think my scenario is more plausible. The Cracken will be in NYC, being paid to party at some private situation.

So, we’re really late today in bringing you more posts. Can I make it up to you by posting pictures of Kate Beckinsale? Having ventured back to her homeland to celebrate the holidays, Rihanna was spotted enjoying a day at the beach in Barbados on Thursday (December 29).
The "We Found Love" singer was surrounded by family and friends as she covered up her two-piece swimsuit with a sheer blue cover while also donning a backwards blue ballcap for the Caribbean fun in the sun.
RiRi's visit to her native Barbados comes after another big year, with the 23-year-old most recently lent a hand to boost interest in the launch of Secret Scent Expressions.
In the video found below, Rihanna is seen alongside Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger with the pair collaborating on the song "Winning Women" for the brand.
