Foster?s rep added, "This guy's behavior was completely inappropriate. and the police report is a fabrication of the incident."

I don?t even know how long Elinore has been working for Lindsay, but if it?s been at the very least two or three months, then that?s a lot of shenanigans to ?assist?. And to get through it all to the point where Lindsay is relatively sober most of the time, and choose that moment to quit? Lindsay must be funnier and/or easier to handle when she?s wasted. She takes her clothes off so often, I don?t even know if that?s true. Anyway, the only thing keeping me from declaring these photos full-on gorgeous is Heidi?s unfortunate haircut. I?ve already bemoaned this look - calling it the hair equivalent of mom-jeans. And on Heidi, it just feels and looks dated. Like “Outtakes from The Reader.” Look at this photo:
Sure, it?s striking. Beautiful. Lovely. But I didn?t even notice the half-boob because I was so distracted by her shaggy, over-grown Jagger cut. And those BANGS. Of course I have bangs trauma, I?ve had it since I was little. Now whenever I see someone with big bangs, I twitch. That?s probably one of the reasons I dislike Lea Michele - her bangs are out of control.
Other than that, the rest of the photos are lovely. It?s totally crazy that she?s had four kids, all within?.what? Like, six years? Crazy. Her body bounces back like a champ. And HuffPo had some meager interview excerpts/translations too. Apparently, Heidi said “Okay, I’m 37, not perfect, mother of four children. But so what? Angelina Jolie might play Cleopatra, according to several sources. This isn?t some tabloid bullsh-t either. Author Stacy Schiff wrote the book Cleopatra: A Life, and it?s being adapted for the screen currently. When Schiff was out promoting the book, she dropped the bomb: Angelina is attached to the project while it?s in development. This isn?t just some chick trying to sell her book either - super-producer Scott Rudin (The Hours, Doubt, No Country For Old Men) not only confirmed that the film is in development, but also confirmed that Angelina is attached. Or his office, anyway: ?Rudin’s office confirms that the project “is being developed for and with Jolie.”" Here?s more:
Legendary Egyptian queen Cleopatra is one of those subjects that always seem to cause trouble whenever Hollywood dips her into the milky bath of filmmaking. Back in 1963, Joseph L Mankiewicz? version all but emptied the coffers of 20th Century Fox and became more famous for its troubles than its release.
More recently, Steven Soderbergh has been trying to get an epic musical version on its feet, going as far as locking in Hugh Jackman, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Ray Winstone to star with members of popular indie rock combo Guided By Voices linked to the score. But that?s been shoved aside in favour of the 17 other projects he?s juggling at the moment and seems no closer to making his To Do list just yet.
So producer Scott Rudin will be hoping he has more luck with his own take on Cleo?s story, which he?s developing ?for and with? Angelina Jolie.
According to author Stacy Schiff, who talked to USA Today (via The Playlist), Rudin is pushing ahead on the project, based on her book Cleopatra: A Life, which he optioned for Sony back in 2006 when it was just a young, 10-page proposal.
Now the tome is actually on the shelves, and while Schiff was out on the rounds promoting it, she dropped Jolie?s name as a likely star for the adaption, with Rudin confirming that she?s involved in developing the film.
Of course, whether it actually comes to fruition is another matter, especially since Jolie is a woman in demand, and she?s involved with any number of films that have little chance of ever making it out of limbo.
Still, she?s not a bad choice for Cleopatra ? she proved she could do the ancient queen shtick in Oliver Stone?s Alexander (whether or not you think the movie worked, she looked the part), so it?s not exactly outside the realms of possibility. When asked who she?d pick as Marc Anthony, Schiff sparked to the distinctly unimaginative choice of Brad Pitt, but surely you lot can do better? Have at it?

Now, is this a smart choice? I know in my heart that after all of that inbreeding, Cleopatra looks nothing like the romantic, beautiful idea (here for Hollywood?s last idea of Cleopatra) we have of her. But let?s go with the Hollywood notion that Cleo was gorgeous. Is Angelina the best representation we have? Well, I find her beautiful, but I?m sure a lot of people are going to start yelling about skinny bitch this, blah, blah that. If that?s the case, who would be a better choice? Very few modern actresses have the ability to do period drama and actually look authentic or timeless. I was also going to say that I thought Angelina might be too old to play Cleo, but she?s not, I looked it up. By most accounts, Cleo was probably in her late 30s when she (SPOILER) killed herself. My verdict? Angelina might be one of the better candidates for Cleo, and if the film gets made, it would be nice to see her in the role. Just don?t let her do an accent, for the love of God. So? who will play Marc Anthony? How about that gorgeous Daniel Craig? And Caesar? He was old when he boned Cleo. Maybe? Ian McKellan? Noooo.

As for her courtroom woes, Santa Monica criminal defense attorney Steve Cron told FOX Pop Tarts that he foresees jail time in LiLo's future.
With six months being the maximum sentence for Lindsay's probation violation, Cron tells, ?I will be very surprised if she doesn?t go to jail. I have known Judge Revel for a long time, and she isn?t one to let people get away with wrong doings. It seems Lindsay doesn?t care much about anything and has no perception of the real world. The judge just isn?t going to accept that.?
On a more positive note, Miss Lohan's "Inferno" director Matthew Wilder heaped praise on her acting skills - as he thinks that people will see her for the artist that she is once the movie's released.
"What I'm hoping now with our project is it's going to turn the ship sort of," he tells E!. "They're not going to see this whacked-out person?They're going to see the artist coming out."

Lining up another high-profile role, Angelina Jolie has reportedly agreed to star in the remake of the classic film, "Cleopatra".
The movie will be based on Stacy Schiff's recently released book, Cleopatra: A Life, with Miss Schiff saying that Angelina is "physically perfect" for the role.
The film's producer, Scott Rudin, also confirmed the "Wanted" actress's involvement with the upcoming project, telling USA Today that the click is ?being developed for and with Jolie.?
Along with "Cleopatra," Angelina is also currently working on "Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom of Doom" - which is the second helping of the animated tale co-starring Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen and Jack Black.
