Checking some items off of her to-do list, Miranda Kerr ran errands in New York City on Wednesday (December 11).
The former Victoria's Secret Angel sported a leather jacket, gray sweater and jeans as she made her way through the busy streets.
Recently, Miranda spoke to Harper's Bazaar Australia about her separation from "The Hobbit" star Orlando Bloom.
"It's difficult for anyone to go through a separation, whether it's on a public scale or not," Miss Kerr explained. "It was important for us long-term to preserve our friendship and the dynamic of being loving parents to Flynn so we dealt with everything openly and honestly."
Miranda continued, "We respect each other and with respect comes understanding. When there's understanding, I guess everything is a little more harmonious. We're still very big parts of each other's lives. There's no reason for us to be anything but a united front."
"We still love and care for each other deeply. Flynn is the most important thing in both our lives. And because we share that bond, we both feel it's important to be united," she added.

Stepping out for media duties, Katy Perry visited the ITV Studios in London on Wednesday (December 11).
The "Roar" beauty donned a khaki trench coat as she stopped to sign a few autographs for fans waiting for her arrival.
Miss Perry recently spoke to Marie Claire magazine about learning to love herself after divorcing her ex-hubby Russell Brand.
"I took a break from my boyfriend [John Mayer], not one that I wanted," Katy explained. "It was like a splash of cold water to search inward on what was going on with me."
The 29-year-old singer continued, "That is what let me to this new awakening, this realizing, If I don't do some self-love, I'm not going to be able to keep the love that I want."
"I still needed to deal with all of my ex-husband stuff. I hadn't. It's almost like if I kept talking about it, it would seem like I actually cared about it. I don't," she added.

It’s a big milestone for the star, who endured fat-shaming and cyberbullying for the weight she gained while pregnant with little Nori earlier this year.
People weren’t exactly shaming her because she was fat. All pregnant women get fat. People were shaming her because the outfits she started wearing made her look ridiculous. But if it’s validation she’s looking for, she’s got it. I am very impressed. One, with her ability to suck in her stomach and, two, with how advanced Photoshop has gotten.

In an interview withAccess Hollywood’s Kit Hoover, Demi Lovato explained how bad her drug abuse had become. She said she would regularly sneak baggies of blow onto airplanes and do lines in the bathroom even while with a sober companion.
?Something I?ve never talked about before, but with my drug use I could hide it to where I would sneak drugs. I couldn?t go without 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine and I would bring it on airplanes,? she revealed. ?I would smuggle it basically and just wait until everyone in first class would go to sleep and I would do it right there. I?d sneak to the bathroom and I?d do it. That?s how difficult it got and that was even with somebody [with me], I had a sober companion, somebody who was watching me 24/7 and living with me [and] I was able to hide it from them as well.?
It’s unclear how Demi managed to smuggle cocaine onto the plane. Has anyone measured the diameter of her butthole yet? Just asking. Thankfully, she realized she had a problem when she was downing vodka on the way to a sober living house.
?I was going to the airport and I had a Sprite bottle just filled with vodka and it was just nine in the morning and I was throwing up in the car and this was just to get on a plane to go back to LA to the sober living house that I was staying at?I had all the help in the world, but I didn?t want it,? she said looking back. ?When I hit that moment I was like, it?s no longer fun when you?re doing it alone. I?ve really never talked about this stuff before? I don?t know if I should be sharing this.
?I think at 19 years old, I had a moment where I was like, ?Oh my God? that is alcoholic behavior. [It?s] no longer, I?m young and rebellious and out having fun, it was, wow, I?m one of those people?I gotta get my s*** together,?? she explained.
No one should party alone. Maybe what she needed was a drunk living companion, not a sober one. But that’s neither here nor there. Interestingly enough, much like everyone else, her mom didn’t know anything was wrong either. Actually, she didn’t want to believe anything was wrong.
?I suspected [she was using drugs]. It?s like any other parent, when you see things, when you see signs you don?t want to believe that?s what actually going on. So when they?re telling you that?s not what is going on? you want too badly to believe them and I think for a long time I was in denial,? she told Kit.
?I didn?t know. I didn?t actually see her, so when she said, ?Oh no, There?s nothing going on. I?m not using, I?m not drinking, I wasn?t doing any of these things,? Why was I not to believe her?? Dianna continued.
Lesson learned. Never believe what your children say. They’re filthy liars. Besides the drug use though, Demi also had an eating disorder.
?It was always there, but then I just acted on it at around 8 or 9 years old. I started overeating, compulsively overeating. I would bake cookies and then eat the whole pan. I went from doing that to being unhappy with my body. I went to just completely starving myself and that turned into throwing up and starving myself and it was just this crazy battle going on inside of me,? she said looking back. ?It got really difficult [and] I would throw up and it would just be blood and it was something that I realized if I don?t stop this, I am going to die.?
Puking up blood would be a warning for anyone. I’m told that’s never a good thing. The upside is, Demi got help and now she just eats the whole pan without vomiting. Success! Coincidentally, her mother got help at the same time for her eating disorder. Ha! Small world.
?I had issues I needed to work on as well because I wasn?t setting a good example for her,? Dianna revealed to Kit. ?I had a terrible eating disorder that I had for many, many years and I didn?t realize it and I had to face up to the fact that I was suffering as well. And a lot of what [Demi] went through with an eating disorder had to do with what she had seen growing up and I also had severe depression and I ended up asking for help actually they did an intervention with me and said, ?Mom, you need to get help.??
You know what they say. The family that rehabs together, stays together. There’s no greater bond between a mother and daughter than a 12 step program.

Have you evertried to hold a baby up to your teat? It’s not easy. Especially when their mother is yelling at you to give her her kid back. Listen, lady. I need to concentrate.

Models aren’t just a pretty face with nice legs and a toned body. They have brains too. And sometimes they use them. So says Candice Swanepoel in an interview with HuffPo Live. She explains that if models want to survive past the ripe old age of 30, they have to develop business savvy to ensure that they won’t be tossed away like an expired carton of milk.
“Some of the smartest businesswomen I know are models,” Swanepoel told Huffington Post Live. “There are so many beautiful girls around that you need more than that. It’s really about being smart now and turning it into a business.”
To be honest, she’s right. Any successful model has built a brand around themselves. Look at Gisele Bundchen. Victoria’s Secret retired her wings, she’s 33 and she has a kid which should be a death knell for any model but here I am still posting pics of her breastfeeding.

The gist of it is that Us Weekly is totally and completely in bed with the Kardashians, so just read this as an advertisement:

Sure. Whatever. Kim still claims she?s doing Atkins, which I sort of believe. I believe she?s dieting, for sure, but I also think she?s had some surgical help along the way, especially since her face has been looking sort of different too. A “source” close to Kim also told Us Weekly: ?She wakes up and does more than 100 squats every single morning. Even now, when she can wear the things she did before her pregnancy, she still wants to tone her body.? Us Weekly puts a number on it too – they say Kim has lost “50 pounds” since giving birth.
Meanwhile, remember that ?controversy? about Kim?s eBay auctions and how only 10% of the money (if that) was going to charity? Well, Kim wants to explain the situation:
I feel compelled to speak about something that is in my head and my heart. Over the years, I?ve had to grow a thick skin. Being in the public eye, there are times I feel like I get criticized for any and everything I do. I?m used to it now. I just choose not to feed into negativity or become consumed by it.
The problem comes in when I get attacked for giving and trying to help people. My dad always taught me the importance of giving back. I don?t publicize everything I do to help charities and people all over the world. I do it because I want to. I do it because my dad taught me to. I do it because it?s the right thing to do. So for people to attack me for giving 10% of my eBay auction sales to the people of the Philippines, that hurts.
I do eBay auctions monthly and change the charity or church from time to time. I give 10% of all my earnings to charities, not just these eBay auctions. This month it?s for the people of the Philippines, last month was Life Change Community Church.
In regards to these eBay auctions, when the eBay numbers get broken down, the auction management agency that posts for me gets a percentage for all of their hard work, then eBay listing fees, end of auction fees, eBay Store fees, Paypal fees, etc., all add up to about half of the sale. Then I give 10% to a charity.
Truth is how the # is broken down, is neither here nor there. The people of the Philippines need all of our help, no matter how big or small.
Over the last 5+ years, I have listed thousands of items on eBay Giving Works for various causes. I will continue to do what is in my heart and am happy to know many others have enjoyed purchasing from me, as they too are giving with me.
Giving comes from the heart. We all need to be reminded of this as we celebrate the holiday season this year.

I believe her when she says that she consistently gives 10% to charity no matter what. I really think she does that. The problem was never that 10% of her profits go to charity ? the issue was what she claimed going into an auction. If you say ?the proceeds go to such-and-such charity,? then that?s what needs to happen. Don?t put it in small print at the bottom ?oh and only 5-10% of the proceeds actually go to charity.?

Even though you guys didn?t care about yesterday?s Kristen Stewart post, I am undeterred. In fact, your ambivalence just makes me MORE interested in seeing what she?s up to. As it turns out, she was NOT flying out of LA to meet up with Rob Pattinson or some sketchy, as-yet-unknown lover. She was flying to Dallas for a Chanel event ? you can see the photos here. CB and I were laughing about what the Chanel people gave her to wear ? those are the most hideous leather palazzo pants I?ve ever seen in my life.
Ordinarily, I would just think that Kristen was just picking up some supplemental income by flying all the way down to Dallas for that event, but as it turns out, Kristen has just been named the newest (lip-biting) face of Chanel. She will be representing the 2013/14 Mtiers d?Art Paris-Dallas collection ? it?s ?Texas themed? apparently?? Apparently, Karl Lagerfeld is shooting the ad campaign himself and the first images should be out in April or May of next year.
Previously, Kristen has represented Balenciaga?s perfume line, although I think her contract was not renewed after Alexander Wang took over the line (but I could be wrong about that). I think this is Kristen?s first time representing an actual fashion line, and why not go for Chanel? Chanel has been trying to appeal to the younger American consumers for a while ? remember how Blake Lively was the face of Chanel?s handbag line? Hahaha. But overall, I?m not expecting much from this ad campaign. Kristen isn?t a great model and Karl Lagerfeld doesn?t shoot the best ads. It will be a non-event.

Or perhaps: ?Brad Abandons Angelina, Angelina Put On Terrorist Watch List!? Something like that. The basic story is that Angelina forgot to renew the registration on her fancy Cirrus plane, so now she can?t fly it. But I think Angelina owns several planes, and she still has her pilot?s license in America and England anyway, so couldn?t she just borrow someone else?s plane?
Angelina Jolie has been banned from flying her personal plane after she failed to renew its registration in time.
According to FAA documents, the 38-year-old movie star did not file a new airworthiness certificate for her $360,000 red-and-white Cirrus SR-22 before the current certificate expired June 30.
A renewal application was sent to the agency by Jolie?s team for the plane, one of the world?s fastest single-engine aircraft, but we?re told it didn?t arrive on time.
An FAA letter to Jolie?s Chivan Productions, sent at the beginning of September, said the certificate could not be renewed because the application was too late.
Despite this, flight records allegedly show the plane was flown in Montana in October. The documents don?t indicate who piloted it, but show it was flown without a valid certificate.
Jolie has previously been spotted taking Brad Pitt and their kids Shiloh, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and their twins, Vivienne and Knox, in the jet ? which can reach 300 miles per hour and can deploy a parachute to land the entire plane safely.

During the show, Kristen was unveiled as the new face of Chanel?s Paris-Dallas 2013 Metiers d?Art Collection, coming to stores in May 2014.
Stewart will work directly with Karl Lagerfeld for the campaign, and we can?t wait to see how the photos turn out!

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian made an appearance at last night?s Academy of Country Music Awards. LeAnn even performed, but thankfully she didn?t do anything from Spitfire (ha). Instead, she got to perform a tribute to Patsy Cline (this year is the 50th anniversary of Patsy?s death). While LeAnn did change gowns for the tribute, for the red carpet she wore this Reem Acra gown which I actually kind of love. It?s very pretty and it flatters her figure beautifully. It actually makes her bust look smaller, which made me wonder if LeAnn might have something done to her implants? Or maybe it?s just a really flattering gown with great foundation garments underneath (I could swear that she?s wearing a corset or a girdle). As for Eddie? well? yeah, whatever. He?s there too.

Our ad company has warned us not to post “strategically covered nudes,” which definitely describes these photos, so we could either post the Esquire photos of Emmy here and blur the hell out of them or you can just go see them over on E! They’re pretty revealing, Emmy is showing underboob and she’s in tiny panties. The Photoshopping makes Emmy look like more like a smooth doll than a person, as is typical for magazine spreads. Emmy’s interview with Esquire’s Ryan D’Agostino was conducted via Skype, and it’s very chatty. It’s just a transcript, which is a great idea because Esquire can editorialize and their journalists can be exceptionally harsh critics of celebrities. (We should talk, I know, but they do that.) So it’s nice to hear Emmy in her own words. She’s chatty and open, and she jokes about her pets, talks about how lucky she is, and describes helping a car accident victim outside her house. It’s pretty interesting:

On how she saved her cat but doesn’t like cats
I found her in Chicago. She was a stray, and she set up shop in my trailer. She was mean. I mean really mean. So this is Fiona G. Kitty. The ghetto kitty. I took her to a vet and they said she was probably dying of breast cancer. [Stroking cat, in a loving voice] Cancer Kitty. I hate cats. But this cancer cat made me feel bad, so I was like, Okay, I?ll take her back to L.?A. and give her her last six months of pain-free life.
So I took her to the vet in L.?A. and he was like, This is a beautiful cat. And I said, Yeah, but too bad about the cancer. And he said, What cancer? And I?m like, You know, the lump on her stomach. And he?s like, You mean the hernia? I can take that out when I neuter her. She?s gonna live twenty-five years! And I was like, You f*king cat with your lying cancer sob story.

So that?s Cinnamon. He?s real small… He has a really big penis.
He was a present. [Out of the side ofher mouth, as if not wanting Cinnamon to hear] I wanted a Rhodesian ridgeback. But I had a really shitty boyfriend who gave him to me. [Normal voice] And, of course, when a really cute dog shows up on your doorstep, you can?t be like, Yeah, no. You?re like, Oh, yay, puppy! Also: Never get your girlfriend a pet that she didn?t know she was getting.
On being grateful
It?s amazing how things can be put into perspective for you so easily. Last weekend, I was pulling out of my house, and I saw a body in the road and blood everywhere. This guy had been hit by a car. I called 911 and stayed with him. You see how lucky you are to just be alive. All the Hollywood bullshit and accolades and money really doesn?t matter. It just gives you a slightly nicer house and slightly nicer food and slightly shinier hair.

I didn’t realize Emmy was kind of funny/crass. She reminds me of her character on Shameless and it sounds like she would be cool to hang out with. I like how grateful and matter-of-fact she sounds here. Hopefully the accident victim she helped is ok, although she may not know.
As for her dog, which was an unwanted gift from a “sh*tty boyfriend,” I wonder who the boyfriend was. She was with Tyler Jacob Moore, the cop on Shameless, until this summer, and now she’s with another co-star, Jake McDorman (pictured below) who plays her boss.
I found another recent interview with Emmy in which she talks about her haircare, skincare, and fashion. She said that she’s her own stylist and that she gets ideas from Pinterest, which explains a lot.

She?s an avid aviator, but Angelina Jolie won?t be flying the friendly skies anytime soon due to an order from the Federal Aviation Administration.
According to a report, the ?Girl, Interrupted? actress failed to renew the registration for her personal plane in a timely manner and therefore has been grounded.
The aircraft?s ?airworthiness? certificate lapsed back in June and despite a letter from Jolie?s team the FAA denied the late application.
As such, Angelina?s $360,000 Cirrus SR-22 will remain in its hangar until a new inspection can be conducted.
Jolie previously told press, "When Maddox was one and a half, we used to go to the airfield have lunch, and watch the planes. And it dawned on me: I could fly. So I promised him I would fly by his second birthday."
"It's the only place I'm completely alone -- up in the air, detached from everything. I love that I can just go anywhere, have that freedom."

During promotions for Victoria's Secret holiday line in New York City, Adriana Lima took a beat to chat exclusively with GossipCenter.
The Brazilian beauty chatted about everything from working on "The Crazy Ones" with Robin Williams to her ultimate co-stars.
When discussing her role on the new CBS series, Adriana explained that she was "Very nervous because I could not believe I was going to be on the stage with Robin Williams. Number one, I?m a big fan of his work."
"It was a challenge, because I?m not an actress, but to be next to him and see his work is unbelievable."
Lima continued to praise Williams' work and added, "Once he starts acting, he just lights up the room. He?s just so talented it?s unbelievable. It was a great honor to be part of the show."
As for her future goals, the 32-year-old supermodel dished, "I really hope to do a music video. Something Rock n? Roll. I don?t know which musician it would be... Maybe Rolling Stones if they come up with something."
The VS Angel added, "I would love to be part of one of Quentin Tarantino?s movies... I think he?s very talented."

It’s the end of an era. As Kaiser reported last week, Madonna, 53, and Brahim Zaibat (which still, as CB once noted, hilariously sounds like “Jailbait“), 24, are on the rocks. This is very sad because Madonna and Brahim have been together since 2010. They’ve weathered several seasons together and even vacationed together (as these photos show) with Lourdes and Rocco as recently as August. Brahim even groped Madge’s ass as Mercy and David looked on. It was so romantic, but now it’s done.
I always assumed Madonna would keep Brahim around as long as he suited her purposes and then toss him to the curb with a nice settlement. Rumors of an engagement have persisted for years but have amounted to nothing. In 2011, we heard that Brahim wanted “to make an honest woman” out of Madge. The rumors repeated last August, but alas, it seems this fairytale has ended.
The Mail (citing Perez) says Madge and Brahim had a row over their careers and “clashing work commitments.” That’s funny because Brahim’s job was as a backup dancer for Madonna. That is, until he signed onto the French verson of DWTS and got cozy with his partner, Katrina Patchet. Now we’re hearing Brahim’s new job was a big reason for the split: “M thought that [DWTS] was too cheesy.” Madonna also reportedly feels “used,” and there is “no chance” for a reunion.
So yeah, Brahim is probably doing Katrina, and Madonna won’t put up with it. Good for her. I can only hope that Madonna won’t do Sean Penn again.

Lord, I completely forgot that Kate Winslet was knocked up. I kept forgetting about her pregnancy over and over again, so that whenever she did show up on a red carpet, I was like, ?OMG, Winslet?s knocked up, how did I forget that?? Well, I won?t have to remember it anymore. Winslet gave birth to her first RockNRoll baby, her third child overall. According to Page Six, Kate and her husband Ned RockNRoll (seriously) welcomed a baby boy.
It?s a boy for Kate Winslet! The Oscar-winning actress, 38, and her third husband, Ned Rocknroll, the 35-year-old nephew of Virgin tycoon Richard Branson, welcomed a 9-pound boy into the world at a London hospital on Monday, a source close to the family told me.
Winslet, who now has had a child with each of three different husbands, has also responded to criticism of her parenting of Mia, 13, and Joe, 9. ?People go, ?Oh, my God! Those poor children. They must have gone through so much,??? she told Vogue. ?They don?t go from pillar to post; they?re not flown here and there with nannies. That?s never happened .?.?. My children live with me. That is it. That is it.?
When she hasn?t been in labor, Winslet has been busy promoting ?Labor Day,? in which she plays a single mother who offers a ride to a wounded escaped convict, played by Josh Brolin. Things take a Stockholm-syndrome turn for her character. The movie hits theaters at the end of January.

These are photos of Demi Lovato at the Nylon party a few days ago to celebrate her January cover. The Nylon interview isn’t really worth talking about, but what is notable about these photos is how Joe Jonas showed up to support his former girlfriend. I guess Demi forgave Joe after he blamed Demi and Miley Cyrus for “making” him smoke pot. I do hope he apologized for his douchey behavior.
Demi’s been making the rounds to promote her new book, Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year, which is a list of affirmations dedicated to recovery. Demi’s talked at length for the past few years about her struggles with codependence and eating disorders. She’s been previously revealed as a cocaine user but later revealed that club promoters gave her drugs and alcohol. I still think Demi is a total mess, and it’s great that she’s talking about her struggles. At the same time, it would be nice if she had a secondary topic of discussion. Here we go again times 10:
She’s getting cold feet: “I?ve really never talked about this stuff before… I don?t know if I should be sharing this.”
Hitting rock bottom at age 19: “[W]ith my drug use I could hide it to where I would sneak drugs. I couldn’t go without 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine and I would bring it on airplanes. I would smuggle it basically and just wait until everyone in first class would go to sleep and I would do it right there. I’d sneak to the bathroom and I’d do it. That?s how difficult it got and that was even with somebody [with me], I had a sober companion, somebody who was watching me 24/7 and living with me [and] I was able to hide it from them as well.”
Not just drugging but drinking too: “I was going to the airport and I had a Sprite bottle just filled with vodka and it was just nine in the morning and I was throwing up in the car and this was just to get on a plane to go back to LA to the sober living house that I was staying at. I had all the help in the world, but I didn’t want it.”
ED started even earlier: “It was always there, but then I just acted on it at around 8 or 9 years old. I started overeating, compulsively overeating. I would bake cookies and then eat the whole pan. I went from doing that to being unhappy with my body. I went to just completely starving myself and that turned into throwing up and starving myself and it was just this crazy battle going on inside of me. It got really difficult [and] I would throw up and it would just be blood and it was something that I realized if I don?t stop this, I am going to die.”
Demi’s mom blames herself: “I had issues I needed to work on as well because I wasn’t setting a good example for her I had a terrible eating disorder that I had for many, many years and I didn’t realize it and I had to face up to the fact that I was suffering as well. And a lot of what [Demi] went through with an eating disorder had to do with what she had seen growing up.”

Demi's said a lot here, but of course I am fixating on her admission of smuggling drugs onto an airplane. Exactly where did she hide these drugs? I believe I know, and I think that the ick factor (see what I did there?) is the precise reason I would never, ever do illegal drugs. You just never know where drugs have been. People stick them into every freaking orifice, and I just can't deal with that knowledge. Even if I tried drugs, I'd never be able to enjoy them while wondering if they had previously travelled in some stranger's hoo-ha. (Welcome to the Bedhead show.) Yuck.
I realize how Demi's promoting a book about her drug use and recovery, but damn. Girl needs to get a few new talking points.

The ?Reader? actress welcomed the new little one, who weighed in at 9 pounds, with her husband Ned Rocknroll.
No name has been released at this time, but the baby will join Kate?s children, Mia and Joe, from previous marriages.
