Things have been going quite well for Nina Dobrev as of late, and on Sunday night (October 4) she decided it was time to go public with her new romance.
The ?Vampire Diaries? dame accompanied Austin Stowell to the premiere of his new film ?Bridge of Spies? and looked gorgeous as she posed on the red carpet outside Lincoln Center?s Alice Tully Hall.
Always a sight to behold, Nina chose a Versace dress and paired it with H. Stern jewelry, Casadei heels and a Charlotte Olympia clutch. ?Bridge of Spies? is slated ot hit theaters on October 16th.

Their onscreen romance was as captivating as they come, so when Emilia Clarke and Jason Momoa got together for some social media selfies in Paris on Friday (October 2) the chemistry was definitely still present.
The ?Game of Thrones? costars both happened to be attending the festivities at Paris Fashion Week and luckily for their Instagram followers they brought their camera phones.

Some SPOILERS for past seasons of The Good Wife
The new season of The Good Wife began on Sunday. I didn?t watch it, just like I barely watched last season. Just my opinion: ever since Julianna Margulies came on as producer of TGW in 2011, the show isn?t as good as it once was. It went from ?Alicia navigating her way through a strong ensemble with many other story lines? to ?The Alicia Show.? And making it all about Julianna/Alicia makes the show more boring and infuriating, quite honestly. Alan Cumming didn?t have much to do in whole seasons and Christina Baranski is largely wasted.
But the biggest fallout from making everything into The Alicia Show is what went down with Archie Panjabi. It was long-rumored that Archie and Julianna did not get along, and that once Julianne became a producer, there was a noticeable shift away from Archie/Kalinda having quality storylines. Archie quietly fulfilled her contract and left the show last season, and apparently the bad blood between Archie and Julianna was so awful, they didn?t even film their last scene together ? the director had to use a split screen! Shortly after that, Archie basically (sort of) confirmed the rumors when she was like ?Hey, talk to the PRODUCERS.? Of which Julianna is one. So, anyway, as Julianna is hyping the new season, she addressed the long-simmering rumors of a feud. Her answer is? odd.
File this one under the “life not imitating art” category: It has been widely rumored that Good Wife actresses Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi have had a years-long, hush-hush feud behind the scenes of their hit CBS drama. But that’s all bogus, according to Margulies, who used an appearance at the New Yorker Festival on Sunday to finally dismiss any hostility between the two Emmy-winning actresses.
“Right, I’ve heard about [the feud]. Who says that? It’s totally gossip,” Margulies said. “I heard that question had been asked to Robert King. There’s no story there, sorry ? I actually had heard [that rumor] and I feel that it has been talked about and answered. I feel people just like to have gossip or make something into something that isn’t there. There’s no animosity on my part. It’s a shame, because I wonder if it was two men, when one finds out that he f–ked his best friend’s wife, if it would get that same attention, you know what I mean?”
Despite fans and critics widely panning the use of the split screen for Alicia and Kalinda’s farewell, with many noting the awkward body language and general disconnectedness between the two, Margulies defended the scene, as well as its technical direction. “It was shot the way Robert wanted to shoot it, and the story line, too,” she said. “You also have to remember, there?s difficulty ? [Panjabi] was also doing another show, called The Fall. I went along with whatever Robert asked me to do and I did it happily.”

?I actually had heard [that rumor] and I feel that it has been talked about and answered.? Yeah, it was answered by Archie Panjabi when she basically told everyone that it was your call as a producer. I mean? is anyone really buying what Julianna is selling? It?s a shame too, because before this feud really heated up, I was a fan of Julianna and I wanted The Good Wife to succeed. But nowadays? ugh. I can?t. My impression is really and truly that Julianna is an unpleasant person to work with.
As for the aside that Julianna makes about how they couldn’t film the last scene together because Archie was working on The Fall… well, Archie tweeted this:

Oh, God. Even though I enjoy spirited conversations about this subject, at this point I kind of wish Emily Blunt would just STAHP talking about her new American citizenship. Emily gave a new interview to the Sunday Times (a British publication) to promote Sicario, and of course she was asked about becoming an American. As the Sunday Times (and other outlets) noted, Emily didn?t really give up her British citizenship ? she is now a dual citizen of the UK and America. I?ve actually heard that the dual citizenship thing is pretty easy to get if you?re from certain countries (Great Britain, Israel). Anyway, Emily finally explains why she described her American citizenship as ?sad?: it?s because her heart wasn?t really in it, only her wallet. Yes, Emily just came out and said that she only became an American citizen for tax purposes.
Into the country — and away from the taxes! Emily Blunt revealed in a new interview why exactly she got her U.S. citizenship this past summer — and the reason is surprising.
“It’s mainly for tax reasons,” Blunt, 32, told the Sunday Times’ Style magazine on Oct. 4. “I didn’t want to renounce my Queen.”
The Sicario actress, who married American actor John Krasinski in 2010, detailed the process of naturalization. “You have to learn all about the Constitution,” she shared. “You can’t be a habitual drunk, you can’t be on a guerrilla squad and you can’t be a prostitute, which is a shame.”

As I said when I first covered this ?controversy,? I didn?t really care/mind that Emily mocked GOP politicians. But I do mind that she seems to have such mixed feelings about just becoming a dual citizen, especially when there are literally millions of undocumented immigrants fighting for that same privilege, desperate to come out of the shadows and simply work legally and pay into the social safety net. So, now we have the long-awaited real reason why Emily became a citizen, as told to a British outlet: she just wanted to pay less in taxes. Not the best reason to become an American citizen, actually.

This is Matthew McConaughey.
Seriously.
This is really Matthew McConaughey. MM was pap?d in NYC over the weekend working on his latest movie, Gold. He plays Kenny Wells, described as a ?struggling businessman? who teams up with a character played by (scorching HOT) Edgar Ramirez to search for gold in Indonesia. I think MM has actually been filming this movie for a while, they just filmed all the ?jungle? parts already, (maybe they filmed those scenes in Thailand?).
It?s widely believed in many circles that McConaughey got hairplugs many years ago. I?m trying to think back to when his hair really changed. His hairline started really receding in the mid to late ?90s, then magically, it started to ?grow back? in the early ?00s. I mention this hair conspiracy because if Matthew had gone completely natural, this might be what he would really look like at this point. Granted, I don?t think Matthew would ever let himself get this kind of paunch in real life. I don?t even think this paunch is real, for the movie. I think he?s wearing padding. I?m almost sure of it.
I have to wonder? I realize that McConaughey is a big Oscar-winning actor now, but if they needed an actor to play a schlub, certainly the first thought was not ?let?s cast McConaughey,? right? Because just in these photos, I?m already wondering why they didn?t just cast Paul Giamatti. It really looks like McConaughey is doing a Giamatti impersonation.
Also: even if McConaughey did gain weight for this role, I don?t hate it. I wish more actors and actresses gained weight for movies. I wish Michael Fassbender would take a role where he had to gain weight. Same with Benedict Cumberbatch! I like a man with a little bit of pudge.
