Fitting in a little quality time with her twins, Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted out with Tabitha and Marion in Manhattan on Saturday (May 1).
Getting a helping hand with the stroller from the family nanny, the Carrie Bradshaw cutie toted her adorable daughter in her arms while strolling down the Big Apple streets.
The motherly outing comes as SJP gears up for the full throttle press tour that will precede the May 27th release of "Sex and the City 2".
Acting as co-producer on the much-awaited sequel, Parker reportedly made her co-stars sign contracts demanding a fine of over $2 million if they reveal the movie's plot secrets.
?To say that she is paranoid about this film would be a huge understatement," a source said of the situation. "She has had a few movie flops and is desperate to keep her crown as a serious actress and producer. She knows Sex And The City has a massive following and that a lot of fans would do literally anything to find out what happens.?

The happy pair were among the stars turning up last night at The Barnstable Brown Gala, joining Marisa Miller, Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey, among others.

Confirming the parting of ways, Aubrey told press last night, "While I will not comment on all of the wild inaccuracies being speculated about in the media, I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time. She is, and will forever be, one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known, and I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another."

Among those was the premiere of her upcoming movie "The Killer Inside Me," which Jessica said was a "difficult movie to shoot and it's difficult to watch."
"It stays with you, especially this. It's a difficult movie to shoot and it's difficult to watch. It's about a very dark subject so I think if you are being true and authentic then it does definitely affect you," the 29-year-old adds.
