Will the third time be the charm for Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson? Well looks like we are going to find out because according to People the on again, off again couple are on again. The two started seeing each other in late 2006 before breaking up in mid-2007. Then two started dating again a year ago before breaking up in May. And now comes word the two are giving it another shot
"They're back together," a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who spent all of Sunday together at Wilson's Malibu home. Also there: Hudson's 5-year-old son Ryder.
I am rooting for these two to finally make it because they are so cute together!

Less that a week after Jerry Springer announced that would not be back to host the 4th season of America's Got Talent, NBC announced that Mr Mariah Carey aka Nick Cannon will be filling his shoes according to Variety.
That is def an interesting choice to go with Judges Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and David Hasselhoff. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.
Personally I think he will do an OK job, but just not sure how well he will mesh with the others how are already on the show?

Jodie Sweetin and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Cody Herpin, have made one important step forward in the custody case of their baby daughter. Both of them have tested completely clean for drugs. This is actually a bit of a surprise to me, since Us Weekly?s print issue just had a fairly convincing interview with Herpin where he detailed all of Jodie?s drug problems. But for now it looks like she?s doing better in that regard.
Jodie Sweetin has tested clear of drugs, her attorney Wilma Presley tells PEOPLE. The drug test had been ordered by an Orange County, Calif., court for both the Full House star and her estranged husband Cody Herpin. “Her test is good, it’s clear,” Presley said.
Herpin also tested clear of drugs, his attorney Robert Benevente said. “Cody voluntarily took a hair follicle test and tested clean.” Both Sweetin, 27, and Herpin, 31, accompanied by their lawyers, arrived in court for a custody hearing Monday. The judge asked that the attorneys for both sides briefly meet in private before resuming the hearing.
After the hearing resumed, Sweetin’s lawyer argued that the court should be sealed for Zoie’s privacy. The judge postponed that issue to a Feb. 25 hearing. Presley said that by mutual agreement with Herpin, Sweetin is changing her legal separation filing to a full divorce.
Herpin has made repeated allegations in media interviews that Sweetin, a recovering meth addict and alcoholic, has abused drugs before and after their marriage and may still be a risk to their daughter Zoie, 10 months. Sweetin told PEOPLE last month that she was “100 percent sober.”

According to Herpin, he and Jodie had a very soap opera-esq love affair. He admits to the magazine that he smoked weed with her when they first met, but that she was into a lot of hard drugs, which he initially shrugged off as just being part of Hollywood. He detailed lots of Jodie’s drug issues for Us Weekly.
Driving drunk with their baby in the car:
Herpin claims in court papers the harrowing incident occured in May 2008, “when Zoie was only 1 month old.”
Had a drink and smoked while pregnant:
The night they found out she was expecting, he caught her with a cigarette and a Jack Daniels and Coke. Twice.
Rampant drugs:
Sweetin often used Ecstasy, cocaine and crack premarriage, and Ecstacy after, says Herpin.
She once nearly died:
“She just wouldn’t breath,” he says of a June 2007 overdose.
She hid vodka in Coke cans:
Seeing her with a can in summer 2007, “I realized, wait, she doesn’t drink soda. I took a sip. It was vodka.”

Herpin also says Jodie can?t be alone and has to surround herself with people all the time. He also caught her doing cocaine off a toilet seat in a restaurant bathroom. After most of the incidents he threatened to leave her but she always begged him to take her back. He also told her he?d ask her to marry him after she was sober for two whole weeks. When that date came the pair eloped. And then quickly headed off to a bar to get drunk.
If his story is true Jodie has had a problem more recently that she?s admitted. And it sounds like it?s as bad as ever. It doesn?t sound like she makes good decisions, but frankly it doesn?t sound like Cody does either. He?s a borderline enabler. He made a lot of empty threats that he never followed up on, and he always took Jodie back because he felt badly for her when she?d talk down about herself. He said that he regrets their marriage but not their daughter Zoie. Hopefully the court will make continued drug tests a requirement for both Sweetin and Herpin, for their daughter?s safety ? and their own.

Aw, young love. Or young love as portrayed by teenagers in a film about wizards and growing up. The first whiff of ginger heart-throb-in-training Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) was enough to bring the awkward pre-teen out in me. Now imagine Emma Watson?s dilemma - she?s scheduled to have a screen kiss with Ron for the next installment of Harry Potter (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).
The two actors have known each other for eight years of filming, so it makes sense that they?ve probably got a relationship that borders on brother-sister, just to make the whole thing even more uncomfortable. Emma claims that she?s never had to kiss someone for a job before, and that she asked her friend Daniel Radcliffe for advice. Radcliffe told her that after the first few takes, kissing gets boring. Interesting, Daniel…maybe it?s the girl? The Daily Telegraph has more:

…[B]oth actors are already panicking about their first screen kiss between their characters Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Speaking at the Bafta ceremony Watson, 18, tells me that she is terrified of pairing up with her 20 year-old co-star of eight years, despite the best efforts of Daniel Radcliffe, 19, to reassure her.
“Well I’ve never had to do it before so I can’t say I have any techniques,” she says. “I’ve never had to kiss anyone on screen so it is all new to me.?
“Of course I am nervous about it. But, apparently it gets quite boring after a couple of takes, that’s what Dan said to me anyway.”
Meanwhile, off screen Watson was not short of male attention at the Grey Goose afterparty at the Grosvenor House Hotel and spent much of the evening in the company of Jamie Dornan, a model who used to date Keira Knightley.
Mandrake revealed last month that Grint is also concerned about the impending kiss despite doing a graphic nude scene in his recent film Cherrybomb.
“As I’ve known Emma for so long, I reckon it will be 10 times worse,” he said.
“I really love the seventh book, but there is no way it will be tame with the Hermione stuff.”
The actor claimed he fills in crosswords to ease the awkwardness between takes and will bring “a stack of crosswords” to the Harry Potter set.

I can?t remember who said it, but I remember a very famous actress once complaining that for her first screen kiss, no one told her not to slip the actor your tongue. Sounds like practical advice for Emma and for Rupert. Rupert sounds really nervous too - think there?s something else going on? Do they have little crushes on each other? Tiger Woods and his wife Elin have welcomed their second child, a son they?ve named Charlie Axel. Charlie already has a big sister Sam Alexis, born June 2007. Woods had to reject an invitation to particate in the Buick Invitational tournament because Charlie?s birth was imminent. Tiger has released a statement saying that baby Charlie and wife Elin are both doing well.
Tiger Woods is a dad again. The world’s No. 1 golfer and his wife, Elin Nordegren, welcomed a son on Sunday, reports Golf.com. Woods, 33, confirmed the family addition on his website.
The baby’s name is Charlie Axel Woods, said the proud father, adding, “Both Charlie and Elin are doing great and we want to thank everyone for their sincere best wishes and kind thoughts.”
This is the second child for the couple, whose daughter, Sam Alexis, was born in June 2007, the day after Woods placed second in the U.S. Open.
Were it not for the new arrival ? and his taking time to recuperate after surgery on his knee ? Woods would have been at Torrey Pines, Calif., in the final round of the Buick Invitational tournament, which he’s played in 11 times and won six, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune, which first reported the birth.
But as he announced on the PGA Tour website last week: “A lot depends on the baby, which is due pretty soon. That takes precedence over anything I do golf-wise. But I must admit, I am also excited about returning to competition.”
Woods added: “Elin, Sam and I are very excited for the new baby to arrive, although that’s when the real lack of sleep begins.”

Congratulations to the family! Elin used to work as a model and as a nanny, which is what she was doing when she met Tiger. She and Tiger seem very happy together, and he?s said before that she was a great support to him when his father passed away. I wonder if they?ll stop at two children now that Tiger has his son - a son that will probably be the next great golfer!

As Helen mentioned, Chris Brown and Rihanna both backed out of their Grammy performances at the last minute. Brown was charged and booked for making criminal threats last night, and according to multiple sources who talked to Us Weekly, the victim was indeed Rihanna.
Sources tell Usmagazine.com that Rihanna is the alleged victim in the felony battery investigation involving her boyfriend, singer Chris Brown. On Sunday, around 6:30 p.m., Brown, 19, turned himself in to Los Angeles police and was officially booked at 7:41 p.m. for making criminal threats.
Brown posted $50,000 bail and was released. The case is being presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney?s office; additional charges may be filed. Brown is due in court March 5. The incident occurred early Sunday morning near Hancock Park in L.A.
Police confirmed late Sunday that an unidentified woman phoned 911 and claimed she got into a fight with the singer and he attacked her. Police say the woman had visible injuries. When officers arrived, they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, police say.
Both Brown and Rihanna pulled out of Sunday’s Grammy Awards at the last minute. When contacted by Us, Rihanna’s rep said, “Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support.”

TMZ originally reported that the allegation was assault with a deadly weapon. However now they say that?s untrue, and they point out that in certain circumstances, your own fists can be considered a deadly weapon, so that might be what that initial erroneous report was based on.
Law enforcement sources tell us even though the police report in the Chris Brown arrest refers to assault with a deadly weapon, there was no weapon involved in the alleged attack.
The police report cites Penal Code Section 245 — Assault with a Deadly Weapon. However, we’re told there was no weapon involved.
We had been hearing there was an umbrella in the car — which would have been the most ironic thing ever — but again… no weapon is alleged. By the way, a persons foot or other body part can be considered a deadly weapon depending on the circumstances.
One law enforcement source who has been dead-on so far claims Rihanna suffered contusions and bite marks.

Chris Brown?s stepfather was abusive towards his mother, and Brown admitted in an interview that he?d threatened to kill him with a baseball bat.
Like the day an 11-year-old Brown made a promise to his mother. He vowed that he would go to jail by age 15 for killing his abusive stepfather. “I just want you to know that I love you,” he told her. “But I’m gonna take a baseball bat one day while you at work, and I’m gonna kill him.” Brown’s parents had separated when he was seven. When his mother remarried, she moved her son and his new stepfather to a trailer park. Then his stepfather shot himself in the head. The shot went straight through the eyes. He survived the suicide attempt but was permanently blinded.
“When you’re blind, your senses are heightened, like your smell, hearing, your sense of touch,” Brown explains. “You can move and maneuver around your sight. But he used to hit my mom?.He made me terrified all the time, terrified like I had to pee on myself. I remember one night he made her nose bleed. I was crying and thinking, ‘I’m just gonna go crazy on him one day?’ I hate him to this day.”

Radar reports that Rihanna was seen crying and yelling at the hospital. She was brought in the back entrance and escorted by police officers. Whatever happened, she was clearly very upset and angry, according to the witness?s account. Which is good ? she should be. She should be flaming mad at Chris Brown ? who I hope is now her ex-boyfriend.
Domestic abuse is an incredibly complicated issue, and it?s hard to explain. Some victims return to their abusers ? that?s probably the most confusing part of domestic abuse. Those are the ones we hear about the most, because things get worse and worse until they end in some terribly dramatic scene. But a lot of abuse victims leave the first time it happens, press charges, and put their abuser in jail instead of just taking it. We obviously don?t know the whole story yet, but let?s hope everyone follows through in a responsible way.

Adding more confirmation that Rihanna was indeed the alleged victim in the felony battery investigation, Us magazine sources tell that Chris Brown is being investigated for causing harm to his lady.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Brown, 19, turned himself in to Los Angeles police on Sunday at 6:30PM and was officially booked at 7:41PM for making criminal threats.

Bridget Marquardt, 35, is the last member of the Girls Next Door trio to move out of the Playboy mansion and is also the last to go public with a new boyfriend. She told US Magazine that she’s had a new boyfriend since October, a 29 year-old director named Nick Carpenter:
Bridget Marquardt… tells US that, since October, she’s been seeing Nick Carpenter, 29, who directed her in the upcoming thriller The Telling. “I really haven’t dated in so long,” she says of her guy (who dated Marisa Tomei.) “I feel like I’m in high school again.” And while the duo have met each other’s families (including his mom, a former Playboy bunny!), she says the most important blessing came from Hefner, who invited the pair to celebrate New Year’s Eve at the mansion. “Hef called me and said, ‘You’re always welcome here; he is too as long as you want him here.’”

US has a close up photo of Bridget and Nick in which dark-haried Nick is shown making a serious face. He looks surprisingly similar to Holly’s boyfriend, Criss Angel, including the douchy look on his face, but maybe the one photo they have doesn’t do the guy justice. I found other photos of the guy on a MySpace fansite and he bears a resemblance to Colin Farrel and looks positively gorgeous in some shots.
The news about Bridget and Nick first broke in September of last year, and good for Bridget for keeping it under wraps until she felt secure in the relationship. I hope the guy treats her well. She’s a friendly, enthusiastic person and I had a lot of fun watching her get all excited about planning parties and outings on The Girls Next Door. The show just won’t be the same without her and hopefully she’ll go on to better things.

According to X17, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have rekindled their friendship ? and perhaps their relationship. It?s important to note that X17 isn?t always the most reliable source, so take their report with a grain of salt. But they claim their photographers have spotted Kate?s SUV coming and going from Owen?s house on numerous occasions over the past few weeks ? and she?s even brought her young son Ryder along.

The blondies broke up in June, 2007, after having dated for about nine months. They met on the set of 2006’s You, Me, and Dupree.
Of course we all remember what happened after the pair broke up … in August, 2007, Wilson reportedly attempted suicide.
We never found out — was it really a suicide attempt? Was he depressed after losing Kate? Well whatever the case, the two are hanging out again!!!
We’ve spotted Kate’s black SUV entering Owen’s new Malibu compound numerous times over the past two weeks. She even brought her son Ryder along last weekend and this weekend, to visit Owen.
And X17 photog tells X17online, “Kate has been coming religiously. She’s here at least a couple times a week and she’s been sunbathing in the back yard, hanging out by the pool.”
Is this Kate and Owen Part Deux? Is Kate good for Owen or is he better off without her?

If Kate and Owen were getting back together, it would actually be their third attempt at a romance. After their first time around, Owen did attempt suicide, as X17 mentioned. They broke up for the second time last May. Kate immediately started dating Lance Armstrong, who was one of Owen?s good friends at the time.
These two have a long and fairly dramatic history. It seems like it?d be best for them to avoid each other. It?s nice when exes remain friends, but something tells me Kate and Owen can?t really do that. And they just don?t appear to work well together. It can be hard not to slip into old patterns, and few things hurt as much as an old breakup you still haven?t gotten over. But for whatever reason, these two seem to be a bad mix ? which is funny because on the surface they look like a great match. Hopefully things are just platonic between the pair.

It looks like British heiress Jemima Khan is not dating Guy Ritchie. Khan was spotted out with her former (and current?) lover Hugh Grant. They went to dinner, and Hugh apparently tried to get her loaded. Yep, sounds right. I totally buy that Hugh Grant is the kind of date to try to get the girl drunk. That being said, I would still want to go on at least one date with him… weird, I know. The Telegraph has details about the latest in the Hugh Grant-Jemima Khan are-they or are-they-not together already saga:
When Hugh Grant announced that he was separating from Jemima Khan in 2007 after a three-year relationship, his spokesman was keen to stress that the break-up was “amicable”. Since Mandrake disclosed last month that the pair had enjoyed a cosy meal at Bentley’s restaurant in Mayfair, their friendship seems to be regaining its old spark.
…Last week, Grant, 48, took the daughter of the late tycoon Sir James Goldsmith out to celebrate her 35th birthday, which had been a few days earlier. The pair indulged in another intimate lunch deux, this time at Olivomare, a fashionable Italian restaurant in Belgravia.

Hugh gets a bad rap - most of it totally deserved. But I give him a lot of credit for maintaining a seemingly solid relationship with Liz Hurley, and even being one of many surrogate fathers for her son Damien. It wouldn?t surprise me if he and Jemima Khan are back together, but they?ll probably split up again, and do the whole thing all over.
I sometimes wonder if such ?established bachelors? like Hugh Grant and George Clooney will ever marry. Maybe they?re doing the honorable thing, not getting hitched - they?re both pretty screwed up about women and commitment in general, maybe it?s best they just leave it to other people.

Gwyneth is not in her finest form. Even though Chris Martin didn?t get served a lawsuit, last night at the Grammy?s, Gwyneth introduced an ?utterly brilliant? British band - Radiohead, rather than Coldplay (her husband?s band), and she sounded like she was high. Perhaps it?s not just cigarettes Dame Paltrow is smoking? Or perhaps she?s come around to the idea that her husband Chris Martin wishes he was Thom Yorke? This comes on the heels of some woman accusing Gwyneth of being totally unoriginal with her GOOP.
A journalist and holistic website founder has slammed Gwyneth Paltrow?s healthy eating newsletter - accusing the actress of copying her idea.The Oscar-winning actress launched her own lifestyle newsletter and website, Goop.com last year (08), where she provides wholesome living tips and cookery advice.
However, rival health website The Weekly Beet.com’s founder Mary Kate Hearon claims the actress stole her idea after she approached Paltrow’s pal to seek out the star’s approval.
She tells New York gossip column PageSix, “This is pretty scandalous. People deserve to know (Paltrow’s) idea isn’t her own - or creative, for that matter! . . . A few years ago, I had e-mailed Gwyneth’s best friend . . . when I was living in London. I asked her to e-mail Gwyneth The Beet because I was excited for her to read it since she was one of the few celebs into alternative medicine.”
And despite Paltrow allegedly insisting she was a fan of the site’s message, Hearon claims the actress was less than friendly when they finally met.
She adds, “The way she treated me was so scary! She was sooooooo nasty to me, it was scandalous! (Paltrow’s husband) Chris (Martin), the utmost gentleman, stood to shake my hand, but she smirked and was silent when I asked how her dinner was . . . I never thought in a million years she’d . . . create her own site very similar to The Weekly Beet . . . (Goop has) the therapies I’ve tried, the foods I love, the detoxes that work! A lot of the same stuff!”
However, a friend of Paltrow’s has slammed Hearon’s accusations, telling PageSix, “She’s never even heard of (Hearon). This is ridiculous.”

I totally believe that GOOP is unoriginal. Something about Paltrow just screams ?fake?, I just can?t put my finger on it. I also totally buy that Gwyneth is that nasty and impolite in real life. If she acts that way with the press, it must be worse with people who know her in private.
To be fair to Paltrow (why?), nothing on GOOP is incredibly original. I?d imagine she got the ideas from several different sources, rather than copy just one source. It seems weird to me that she would copy one vegan cook’s stuff when the site has a lot of ritzy consumerism crap that doesn?t actually appeal to that target market.

“Ben’s happy to keep going until he gets his boy,” says a friend, who notes the star’s fanatical love for the Boston Red Sox. “He has visions of dressing a little guy in Red Sox gear, tossing a baseball around and cheering in the stands together.”
Jen, however, has other plans! “She’s told friends that she’s done,” a friend of the couple, both 36, tells OK!. “She jokes with Ben, ‘If you want more babies, you’ll have to find a way to produce them yourself!’”

Even after Christian Bale?s seemingly earnest apology for his profanity-filled rant, the rant is still being discussed, both good and bad. Bale?s Terminator Salvation director McG told fans at Comic Con that he understood Bale?s blow-up. However, Bale?s sister is taking the same ?oh, I?m so worried about him? passive-aggressive route her mother took.
McG told fans that Bale?s tirade was ?just one of those moments?. I tend to think of a bad moment as yelling ?Up yours!? at another driver, not a five-minute long, profanity-filled freak-out, but that?s apparently just me. McG claims that Bale and Shane Hurlbut (the lighting guy) are friends now, having buried the hatchet months ago. People has more:
Though Christian Bale himself called his F-bomb outburst on the Terminator Salvation set “inexcusable,” the film’s director is coming to the star’s defense.
“The film set is a passionate place, and it happens,” McG told fans at a Warner Bros. preview panel at New York Comic Con on Saturday. “There was no version of, ‘Oh, Christian is going to whip his ass.’ It was just sort of a blowup,”
“We let it run its course, and it did. You obviously only get to hear the explicit parts,” he said.
Bale verbally bashed the film’s director of photography, Shane Hurlbut, after he accidentally entered the actor’s sight lines during filming.
The audiotape quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions, but the on-set drama ended that day, McG insists.
“Christian has taken responsibility for the way he acted. It’s a matter of fact that he and Shane are buddies. We finished the movie together. We did some additional photography about a month ago,” he told the packed auditorium at Manhattan’s Jacob Javits Center.
“It was just one of those moments. I think I can speak on all of our behalf that we’ve all gotten a little fired up. And if anybody would take that moment and take it out of context, it would seem very, very strange.”
The director is getting a bit of a chuckle out of it, though, admitting he’s seen some of the online fodder. “That remix is pretty hot,” McG said to uproarious applause.

The Crown Prosecution Service subsequently announced that he would not face any charges due to insufficient evidence.
His mother says: “People might now realise that is his temper: they might understand a bit more. I wish he hadn’t carried this on so long or so fiercely. It was upsetting to hear him.” Sharon adds: “He’s normally a placid guy, but he has done film after film. He just needs time out.”

I actually agree that Christian might benefit from an anger management class, or perhaps some… water therapy, maybe? But it really does seem like even Bale?s family is piling on, kicking him when he?s down. And the whole idea of a sister telling her adult brother that needs a ?time out? reeks of sanctimony. Even if Bale?s freak-out reminded some of a childish temper tantrum, for God?s sake, don?t wake the beast!

Eddie Murphy might have finally learned a valuable lesson: it pays to be a gentleman.
The settlement will see Murphy shell out 35,000 ($US51,000)A MONTH until daughter Iris Angel turns 18 ? a total of around 7 ($US10)MILLION.
We can also reveal that Eddie has finally agreed to see his 20-month-old child.
Spice Girl Mel and the Hollywood actor have spent 15 months warring in Los Angeles courts. She has been determined to force him to play a part in his child?s life.
Sources told News of the World that, under the terms of the deal, both have signed non- disclosure contracts preventing either from discussing the settlement in public.
But one of Scary Spice?s pals told us: ?Mel is delighted that the case is over as she just wanted what was right for her girl.
?It was never about money ? it was Mel?s way of asking Eddie to show consideration for Angel.?

$51,000 a month is a lot of money, and Mel B, who is independently wealthy, probably wouldn’t have pushed for that much. For a start, if Eddie had joint custody of his daughter, that would have reduced the amount of the payments. They probably would have come to a reasonable, amicable arrangement. For example, P.Diddy pays his baby momma $21,782 a month child support, which was a record amount in New York State history. Diddy also pays for other expenses such as schooling, which he says adds up to approximately $120,000 a year.
If Eddie Murphy had behaved more like a gentleman, his career might have fared better also. His only significant movie since splitting with Mel B was Meet Dave. While his personal behavior probably can’t be directly linked with his box office performance, I think it does influence whether people want to work with you or watch you in a film. His award nominated role in Dream Girls should have launched a comeback for him.
Eddie famously tried to deny that baby Angel Iris was his daughter, demanding a paternity test on Dutch television.
Speaking of their split two years ago, Mel told OK! magazine: ‘We had talked about having a family and getting married. I came to see my mum for a few days as I wanted to see her in person. Then I got a flight home, landed and there is a whole sea of photographers.
‘There were people shouting about a DNA test. I was in complete shock. I tried to call Eddie and couldn’t get through. Then I got through and he said he would call me back and that was it. He never called back.’

That’s the million dollar question. Chris Brown turned himself in on Sunday after he was sought by police for allegedly beating on a woman. The incident happened at 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning after a pre-Grammy dinner. Witnesses say Brown and an unidentified woman were in a car in Hancock Park when they started arguing.
Brown stopped the car and both got out. The argument escalated to the point where Brown physically assaulted her. The victim called 911 but by the time police arrived, Chris had left. The woman, suspected to be Rihanna, “suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”
Both Chris Brown and Rihanna pulled out of their performances at the Grammys Sunday night.
Calls to Brown’s reps and attorney weren’t immediately returned. Reps for Rihanna said, she “is well. Thank you for your concern and support.”
Rihanna should figure out how to get revenge. I think a good way to do that would be to sleep with me. It may make no sense at all and I don’t have a reasonable argument as to why it would, but just go with me on this one. I might be onto something.
