The “Beautiful Life” actress looked cute as she strolled along with her dogs while making a stop into the Byron & Tracey Salon.
Ms Barton recently made the switch from brunette to blonde, causing tabloids to wonder is she’s pulling a “Britney” and making poor decisions.
Furthermore, a recent report says, “Mischa was seen in the driver’s seat of her car with an unidentified man, smoking something that may or may not be a cigarette… But based on the way she was holding it and dragging on it, some might find it awfully suspicious!”

As an entrepreneur and owner of two new and successful CityCenter ventures, Beso Steakhouse and Eve nightclub, Longoria will host the extragavant ceremony.
In addition, the city of Las Vegas and Clark county will declare February 20th as “Eva Longoria Parker Day.”

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Ms Barton opted to change the color of her locks from brunette to blonde last evening.
And today, the lovely actress looks to be completing her look by having extensions put in.
Lucky for Barton, the color suits her well, as we all know how difficult and possibly disastrous it is to go from dark to light.

The “Legally Blonde” babe hammed it up for photogs as she shopped for home furnishings with a gal pal.
The sighting comes just as it was revealed that Miss Witherspoon looks to have found a new romance with Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
“They’ve been on at least 10 dates,” a source revealed. “They’ve been to each other’s houses and out to dinner together. Jim is trying to keep it quiet, but he and Reese are together, he’s told friends.”

The Hills star raised eyebrows for all the wrong reasons during Super Bowl weekend in Miami: “She was wasted the entire time,” a source says in the new issue of Us Weekly.
“She was going around to everyone, asking them to score her some coke.” (Cavallari’s lawyer refutes the allegations to Us; MTV declined to comment.)
But those close to the hard-partying Cavallari, 23, say that such antics have become more and more typical. “Her issues are becoming apparent to everyone,” an insider reveals. “She’s getting scary-thin and not showering regularly…She’s clearly unhealthy.”
Her Hills friends Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt have all urged her to check into rehab, but to no avail. “She doesn’t think she has a problem,” a source says.
And Cavallari isn’t just a wild girl on her days off: the erratic, gaunt star has become chronically tardy to Hills tapings — when she shows up at all.
In a sad twist, her struggles may even become fodder on MTV’s hit show. “Her drug problem finally became an unavoidable conversation topic on film,” an insider says. “If MTV uses the footage, it will be clear to everyone.”

Decked out in a fancy fur-topped ensemble, the former Spice Girl returned to her hotel flanked by security after hitting up a few errands.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Mrs Beckham was busy the previous evening at Bergdorf Goodman for the launch of her new collection “Victoria Beckham Denim.”
Receiving high praise, one fashion editor wrote of Posh’s offerings, “Beckham opened with a series of wool crepe and jersey dresses, which were not only bold due to their Dick Tracy red color, but also because of the addition of restrained volume to her signature taut silhouette. This season, she explored the tension between the structure and movement of fabric on the body, resulting in gorgeous wool pencil skirts paired with a drapey lam top, body-hugging dresses with soft folded panels, a charcoal sweater dress cut on the bias and a gorgeous sapphire floor-length gown that moved mellifluously. Kim Kardashian found out she was seated next to an air marshal on a flight back to LA from NYC Tuesday night. Naturally she tweeted about it to her 3 million plus followers.
“I’m on the airplane…love wifi! I am sitting next to an Air Marshall! Jim the air marshall makes me feel safe!” she tweeted.
Twitterers were less than thrilled about Kim’s decision to reveal the identity of someone whose ability to keep passengers safe hinges on his anonymity, so she told them to keep quiet.
“RELAX I just told u guys the Air Marshall is sitting next to me, highly doubt anyone is twittering like me on this flight! shhh,” she tweeted.
Kim wrote that her sleuthing skills, and not Jim’s lack of integrity, were responsible for blowing his cover before ending the discussion by logging off.
“Air Marshall’s are supposed to keep their identity concealed. He did! I am just a private eye & assumed, so I asked him & he was honest!” she wrote. “OK I hope I don’t get in trouble…logging off now! xo”

Victoria Beckham co-hosted “The View” this morning, and I have to admit that she was rather personable. I missed the first few minutes, but when I caught it she was talking about how proud she was that the Spice Girls, her former all-girl music group, had won at the Brit awards, which are like the British equivalent to the Grammys. She said “I haven’t sung for some time. It seems like so long ago.” She said they’re creating a musical now that’s in development, but it wasn’t clear whether she and the other Spice Girls would star. I’d assume not. She also talked about her Glamour photo shoot with the adorable puppies, which inspired her to get an English bulldog for her family.
The panel discussed the controversy over the size 4 model who is too “big” to walk the runway, and pin thin Victoria mentioned the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) campaign “Health as Beauty” for more healthy models. She even said that some of the girls were too thin at her the showing for her fashion line.
The ladies complimented Victoria for designing clothing for all body types, using the example of Jennifer Hudson in one of her dresses at the Grammys. Posh then brought up the point that she didn’t think it was the models’ fault, though, they were just born like that. “Most of these girls are naturally thin. I don’t think we should be discriminating against someone because they’re too thin, or too curvy or too large.. What I loved about dressing Jennifer Hudson [for the Grammys] is how sexy she looked and it shows that you don’t have to be tiny.” I’ll give her some credit for making dresses that flatter larger women, but super tiny Victoria isn’t about to bash emaciated models because to her it’s “natural” to look like you’re starving.
My favorite quote, though, was when Sherri asked Victoria why she makes that lemon-sucking face in all her photos. I’ve seen this woman interviewed before, but I am still always surprised at how normal and likable she seems. She doesn’t seem like the hungry snob with the stick-up-her-butt that you might assume from photos. Victoria feigned surprise and laughed and hung her head. She said “I don’t know… I think it’s just the way they edit the pictures.” She then changed the subject to talk about the puppies in her Glamour photoshot.
When the group started talking about the men’s Olympic figure skaters, Victoria made a little joke. “There’s nothing good about those outfits. I wear the feathers in my relationship, if David came dressed home like that… can you imagine?… David would never ever wear a lycra catsuit.” Tiny cotton underwear, though, that’s no problem.

They’ve been happily married for about four years now and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are ready for baby number two.
According to a source, the Aussie actress and the country music star are determined to give their daughter Sunday Rose a little brother or a sister.
The source added that Kidman is “exploring alternative options because she wants to be pregnant by her 43rd birthday in June.”
Furthermore, “She and Keith know conceiving another baby is going to be a struggle because of Nicole’s medical history, but they are determined,” added the source.

“I will never do nudity,” she declares. “I don’t care how dark and intellectual the role could be, I don’t care if I frickin’ could get an Oscar for it, I’m not going to do it. Those accolades mean nothing to me. I don’t think people deserve to see what’s under my clothing. That’s only for my next husband. Ha ha ha.”
It’s good that acting accolades mean “nothing” to her. Because that “Major Movie Star” and “Blonde Ambition” were shat out of the ass of critical acclaim, and “Employee of the Month” was the chaser. The only thing she seems to be good at is failing, and nobody’s ever managed to make a career out of that. Other than France and Tom Green, but I don’t think they really count.

It was just yesterday that Gatecrasher had an interesting report claiming that New York designers had banned or disinvited Lindsay Lohan from their fashion shows because she was deemed a ?brand-damager?. Lindsay had a lot to deny about that story, as evidenced by her crack tweets:
Whether or not the ?brand-damager? was true, Lindsay was already in London, partying her ass off and preparing for a charity event for Haiti, which was held last night. The Daily Mail put up a snarky piece about the event, basically saying that only the Z-list of England showed up, and those are the only people who will associate with Lindsay now. In the red carpet photos (above) Lindsay actually looks half-way decent, which makes me wonder if London agrees with her, and if she might be inclined to stay:
There was a time when Lindsay Lohan only mingled with Hollywood’s biggest and brightest stars. But my, how things change. The troubled Mean Girls actress spent last night rubbing shoulders with washed up reality TV stars at a Brit Awards screening party held at London’s Altitude bar.
It wasn’t exactly the hottest ticket in town - all the biggest names, including Jay-Z, Alicia Keys and Lady Gaga, were celebrating across town at the live ceremony in Earls Court. But those not lucky enough to score an official invite to the awards settled for a the next best thing.
A roll call of Z-listers turned out for the occasion, including Celebrity Big Brother rejects Katia Ivanova and Lady Sovereign and former I’m A Celebrity campmate Janice Dickinson. Callum Best and Bianca Gascoigne, both former Celebrity Love Island contestants, rounded out the unspectacular array of guests.
At least it was all for a good cause - the iRock4Haiti event was raising money for the Red Cross.
Lindsay, 23, who was accompanied by her 16-year-old sister Ali, has kept herself busy since arriving in London over the weekend. She has partied at Bungalow 8, her favourite London nightclub, and spent a day shopping at Westfield Centre where she picked up 10 bags from Kurt Geiger.
She also attended a party to launch the new Playstation 3 video game ‘Heavy Rain’ at the Electric Cinema Theatre in Notting Hill.
Lindsay took to Twitter today to deny claims she’s only decided to come to London after being kept off the invite list at New York Fashion Week.
The former front row ‘It Girl’ is now considered a ‘brand damager’ by some designers.
But she told her followers: ‘I’d rather be raising money for those that need it in Haiti than be at fashion week.’

I think it?s a little harsh to rag on Lindsay when she actually is trying to contribute something to a cause larger than, say, her drug habit. For choosing to go to a budget charity event, and highlight the issue, I do congratulate Lindsay. But I still think it?s a little funny that the whole trip to London wasn?t about just attending a charity event. She?s spent the past four days partying her ass off, clubbing, shopping, and doing God knows what or who. So, one step forward and two steps back.
Sidenote: Calum Best was there! Remember when he and Lindsay had a thing? Rumor was that they had a sex tape. Gee, I wonder if they reconnected?

Call me crazy, but I don?t hate Lisa Rinna. Sure, I find her annoying, and yes, her face is like the textbook example of horrible, gross, laughable plastic surgery. But whenever I?ve seen her interviewed, I kind of get a kick out of her personality. She?s spunky and funny, and she?s smart enough to have figured out a way to still have some semblence of relevance after decades languishing on the C-list of Hollywood. However, I?m revising my opinion of Lisa. This little piece in Page Six (that lead me to the Fancast interview, below) had me rolling my eyes so hard, they almost fell out. It seems Lisa was very disturbed by Heidi Montag?s ?Addicted to Plastic Surgery? People Magazine cover, and thinks that Heidi?s work will send a damaging signal to young girls. Oh really?
No stranger to doctor-aided physical enhancements, Lisa Rinna says she was disturbed by ?The Hills? star Heidi Montag?s recent drastic cosmetic makeover, captured on the cover of the January issue of People magazine.
?I will tell you I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house,? Rinna told Fancast at Friday?s anniversary party for her store Belle Gray, in Sherman Oaks, Calif. ?We have two girls. I don?t think it is something you want to bring in the house and say, ?Oh, look.??
?Dancing with the Stars? alum Rinna, who has talked publicly of her own plastic surgery including Juvederm, Botox, lip-plumping, and breast implants, says she is sensitive to her daughters? body-image issues.
?I take a lot of the covers off of magazines if they are not appropriate,? Rinna says.
?Obviously, we are raising two young girls. Anything that has to do with weight issues, I think you just have to be really careful.?
She adds, ?I mean, you know ? to each his own, is all I will say.?
Rinna was joined by husband Harry Hamlin at Friday?s party, as the two shot scenes for their upcoming TV Land reality show ?Harry Loves Lisa,? premiering in October.
Hamlin, who was People magazine?s Sexiest Man Alive in 1987 during his ?L.A. Law? heyday, says he thinks the choice to make Montag?s plastic surgery a public issue of discussion is questionable.
?Who? The blonde girl? I saw she was on the cover of some magazine,? Hamlin said Friday in mock surprise about Montag, who said that she had 10 cosmetic procedures in one day last November. ?Well, you know, that magazine has changed so much. I was actually on the cover a few times. In those days, they had stories about people who hadn?t had their faces cut open. They had stories about things that were really going on. I don?t know. I mean, plastic surgery??

Finally making her way back home after a busy stretch of Stateside travels, Kim Kardashian was spotted arriving at LAX Airport on Tuesday night (February 16).
Making her way through the terminal to find a small pack of awaiting photographers, the E! beauty got in a good laugh as one of the shutterbugs sporting a pair of flip flops took a spill and lost both of his shoes - with Kim briefly stopping to examine the situation before laughing while stepping over the sprawled sandals.
As for her flight home from NYC, Kim had an interesting situation - as she accidentally outed an on-board air marshal.
She tweets, “I’m on the airplane...love wifi! I am sitting next to an Air Marshall! Jim the air marshall makes me feel safe!”
A short while later, she adds, “Air Marshall’s are supposed to keep their identity concealed. He did! I am just a private eye & assumed, so I asked him & he was honest!”
Getting worried about her marshal-outing tweet, Miss Kardashian wrote, “OK I hope I don’t get in trouble...logging off now! xo”

She’s been hanging out in New York City for Fashion Week as of late, but last night (February 16) Heidi Klum was spotted arriving back in Los Angeles.
The “Project Runway” hottie carried her baby daughter Lou Sulola as she made her way through the terminal, surrounded by paparazzi and fans.
And coming up next month, Heidi will be making a guest appearance on the hit ABC drama “Desperate Housewives,” along with Paulina Porizkova.
In the episode, both fashionistas play themselves and Gaby (Eva Longoria) and Angie (Drea De Matteo) run into them while visiting the Big Apple.

My love affair with Ewan Mcgregor has been going on for years and years. Of course, I always based my love of Ewan on the idea that he was different from other men - the naughty-boy vibe combined with the genuinely evolved feminist. The guy who adores women, who treats you with respect, but still wants to spank you. Ewan is so that guy. But things changed for me a little when I saw the photos of a very married Ewan walking hand-in-hand, arm-in-arm with Melanie Laurent. Maybe it?s none of my business (it?s not), maybe his wife Eve knows (maybe), or maybe Ewan was never the guy I thought he was.
Here?s the thing though - this new interview with Ewan in the March issue of Out Magazine has made me love him all over again! Ewan is not just doing the lip-service ?I?m a friend to the ghey? boilerplate political speech. He?s promoting I Love You Phillip Morris, and Ewan is giving Out readers what they really want - he?s talks about how much he likes to get naked, what it?s like getting naked all the time, and what it was like to kiss Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Swoon! The article starts off with a charming anecdote about Ewan?s ?sand-colored poodle mutt? named Sydney. Who knew? The full Out piece is here, and here are some highlights:
On getting naked: ?I always try not to limit myself in all respects. Sexuality is just one of them. I could understand saying ?I would never do gratuitous nudity.? Wait. No. I probably would. I?d probably be quite happy to.?
On I Love You Phillip Morris: ?At Sundance everyone assumed it would be snapped up,? says McGregor, ?but it wasn?t.? Perhaps one reason is that the central character is an unlovable (or uneasily loved) sociopathic scammer. But a more likely reason is that in cells, on bunks, on boats, before sunsets, after sunsets, on divans, over ottomans, without panning away or dissolving to white, the two men kiss, fondle, f-ck, blow, suck, hold hands, dance, murmur, and eye. In short, they act like lovers do, and, because both Morris and Russell are openly gay men and their gayness seems not to trouble them in the slightest, this is a dicey commercial proposition. ?There was talk,? says McGregor, ?that Disney fended off the release until after A Christmas Carol came out. They didn?t want kids thinking [Carrey?s] Ebenezer Scrooge was a bender.?
About that fellatio scene: When it appears on American screens, I Love You Phillip Morris will be, to some extent, down-gayed. (Or perhaps it?s ungayed, degayed, or less-gayed.) As part of a bid to find U.S. distribution, the film has been recut, leaving out some of the gayest moments. After a rather touching episode of Florida Key fellatio, for example, Morris spits over the side of the boat into the Atlantic Ocean. ?There were two alternatives,? explains McGregor. ?There was the spit, and there was a really nice slow swallow, where I look at him and just do a loud swallow. I really like that one, but I guess they went for the more obvious spit over the side.?
Seriously, it?s a gay movie: ?I?m very keen that it?s a gay movie,? McGregor insists. ?There was quite a lot of talk at Sundance that ?Well, it?s not a gay movie. It?s a film about guys who happen to be gay.? And I was thinking, it?s nothing but a gay movie. It?s about a gay couple, about a man?s sexuality, and he comes out. It?s not the point of the film, but let?s not pretend it?s not a gay film.?
Ewan on his first bisexual character: ?The first bisexual character I played was in [1996?s] The Pillow Book. There?s tons of sex in that film. We didn?t even bother putting clothes on between scenes. I had quite a full-on sex scene with a 75-year-old Japanese guy,? he recalls. ?We?re kissing, and I remember going, He?s got a mustache and that?s kind of weird. Oh! That?s definitely a scrotum. That?s odd.?
What Out Mag deems ?the most satisfying gay kiss ever committed to film? between Ewan and Jonathan Rhys Meyers in Velvet Goldmine: ?I remember when I kissed Johnny,? says McGregor. ?It was just a rush at the end of the day. It was just an electrical moment, because you look around and some of the British electrician guys — who are all mainly closeted homosexuals, I think — were sitting around going ?F-ck, no.? But I like kissing boys on screen. As a straight guy, it?s quite an interesting proposition. Anything on a film set that takes you by surprise like that, that gets your blood up, is good.?
Ewan prefers his artsy films: ?When it gets to the top end, they?re really reluctant to step out of any box, which is why the movies become very bland. When people come up to talk about a movie like Velvet Goldmine, it?s much more interesting than talking about, for instance, Angels & Demons.?
Ewan doesn?t judge: ?I?m always interested in playing different people, in different situations. It doesn?t matter to me whether someone is in love with a man or a woman. I find the idea of love and romance interesting. I?m a sucker for it. I like playing someone who?s falling in love because I like the sensation of it.? He pauses to give Syd an affectionate pat. ?People do extraordinary things when they?re falling in love.?

Doing her best to raise cash for those in desperate need, Lindsay Lohan hosted a Haiti benefit auction at Altitude in London on Tuesday night (February 16).
Kicking things off after the Brit Awards ceremony, the “Mean Girls” starlet looked stunning in black as she joined fellow guests such as Janice Dickinson at the auction fundraiser.
Meanwhile, LiLo lashed back at claims that she’s in London due to being banned from numerous shows at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
She tweets, “in response to the wrong Daily News, i’d rather be raising money for those that need it in Haiti @altitude360 then be at fashion week. ignoring real world issues/reality.”

Opting to change up her appearance, Mischa Barton was spotted out for a salon session in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday (February 16).
The former “OC” starlet pulled up to the Byron & Tracey Salon sporting her typical dark brown hairdo, only to emerge six hours later with shorter, lightened blonde locks.
The hair makeover comes shortly after a video was posted by Radar Online showing Miss Barton behind the wheel of a huge convertible, during which time she “smashed it over a red curb and then had to back out into the middle of the street.”
The Radar report adds, “Mischa was seen in the driver’s seat of her car with an unidentified man, smoking something that may or may not be a cigarette… But based on the way she was holding it and dragging on it, some might find it awfully suspicious!”

Pushing forth with her busy schedule, Nicole Richie was spotted leaving her hotel in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (February 16).
Wearing denim shorts in the chilly weather, the former “Simple Life” star skirted past paparazzi fresh off of announcing her big engagement news.
Meanwhile, Nicole’s musician father Lionel Richie has proclaimed his joy over the wedding-on-the-way.
“My happiness for Nicole and Joel [Madden] knows no boundaries. They have given me two beautiful grandchildren, Harlow and Sparrow, and have proven to be great parents,” papa Richie tells.
Mr Richie adds, “I am not sure who is luckier, Nicole and Joel to have each other, or me, to have both of them in my life. I cannot wait to give away the bride!”

Overseas promoting her latest work, Amanda Peet was on-hand at the 60th Berlin International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany on Tuesday (February 16).
Showing off her baby bump, the expecting actress joined co-stars Catherine Keener and Rebecca Hall for a photocall and the premiere of “Please Give”.
In the movie, Miss Peet plays a character named Mary, who “hates her grandmother even though the two acid-tongued relations are more similar than they would care to admit.”
Talking about the role, Amanda dished, “I definitely feel like there are people that are just filled with bile at a certain point after a certain tragedy. I think mostly people that I know that are like this are older, like my grandmother (in the film).”
