She?s always a welcome sight to behold, and last night (January 23) Heidi Klum showed up at ?The Tonight Show with Jay Leno? looking extra hot.
The German supermodel donned an ultra-sheer little black dress with sections of see-through material that almost caused a wardrobe malfunction as she hopped up on Jay?s desk for a dance.
Leno also referenced a photo of Heidi doing a similar jig during a Golden Globes party earlier this month.
Klum explained, "I had fun. I was with my friend Lorraine Schwartz, she's like one of the best jewelry designers. We were at the Harvey Weinstein party afterwards, and she was like, 'This party is so boring, we need to do something fun,' and she's like, 'Go and dance on the table,' so, someone had to. So I did. And, you know, I had a few glasses of champagne and so I was like, 'Why not?'"

There are so many smaller, awful stories about Lindsay Lohan today. I guess I could parcel them out like crack gumdrops, but let?s all get through this together. First of all, as many of you fact-checked me earlier in the week, Max George totally denied that he?s dating Lindsay Lohan, regardless of her recent Instagram photo of the two of them. Max got on his Twitter and responded to his fans questions, tweeting ?Nooooooo? and ?I?m not? when asked.
Second story ? you know how Lindsay?s micro-budget movie The Canyons looks like an awful disaster? Well, the film was rejected from the Sundance Film Festival months ago, and now it will probably be rejected from the South by Southwest Festival too! A festival insider told THR that the film suffers from major ?quality issues? and ?It?s got an ugliness and a deadness to it.? Shocking.
Next ? there?s a ton of legal drama and behind-the-scenes drama with Lindsay?s lawyers. Lindsay?s new lawyer, Mark Heller, can?t practice law in California, so he has to have a ?sponsor? and it got complicated so now two California lawyers ? Lindsay Berger Sacks and Peter Toumbekis ? will also be appearing with Lohan next week. As for the chance that the Cracken will ever, ever take a plea? not so much:
In what appears to be an all-or-nothing maneuver, Lindsay Lohan is rejecting a plea bargain that would put her in rehab but keep her out of jail and will go to trial, sources close to the situation tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.
In her seemingly never-ending litany of legal issues, Lindsay is facing criminal charges stemming from a car accident in Santa Monica, Calif. last summer. Lohan is accused of lying to police when she told them she was not driving at the time of the crash. The troubled actress is rejecting a deal that would put her in rehab for nine months and taking her chances in court.
Lindsay fired powerhouse attorney Shawn Holley and is now represented by Mark Heller, who once had his law license suspended for five years.
?Mark believes he can get Lindsay acquitted of all criminal charges stemming from her car accident in Santa Monica last summer,? a source told Radar. ?Lindsay has convinced Mark that she never lied to cops when they asked her if she was driving the car that day.
?There was a plea bargain offer on the table for Lindsay to go to rehab for nine months, but she absolutely refused that. Mark won?t sign off on a deal that sends Lindsay to rehab for more than 60 days.?
And in a move that would certainly be dramatic ? and possibly disastrous ? Lindsay may testify in her own defense!
?There is talk of Lindsay taking the stand because she feels that once a jury hears her side of events she will be acquitted,? a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Lilo owes former attorney, Holley more than $300,000 in legal fees, as Radar reported exclusively.
?Lindsay owes Shawn over $300,000 in legal fees and she hasn?t made any payments to her in over six months,? an insider previously told us. ?Lindsay hadn?t paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer. Shawn has kept Lindsay out of extended jail stays for over five years now ?
Heller is based in New York City, and has obtained the necessary license to practice in California.
?Mark will be with Lindsay in court on January 30 at which point a date will be set for the trial,? a source said. ?Lindsay?s probation violation hearing would be held at the conclusion of the criminal trial. ?
Commissioner Jane Godfrey already has revoked her probation. Added the source: ?Even if Lindsay is acquitted on the criminal charges, she can still be found in violation of the terms of her probation stemming from her necklace theft case.
?Lindsay has made it clear to Mark that she won?t be going back to jail, or to rehab under terms that she doesn?t agree to but it doesn?t appear that Lindsay comprehends the huge legal gamble she is taking by going to trial.?

I seem to remember there was some speculation that Lindsay would testify in her own defense when she was on trial for the jewelry-heisting case, right? But she ended up not doing that, and I can?t see ANY lawyer thinking that it would be a good idea to let this cracktastrophe testify in open court. HOT. SO HOT. Yesterday we had some new photos of Ewan Mcgregor, but I didn?t post them because I got busy. So I?m glad I have the opportunity to talk about them today because HOT HOT HOT. On Tuesday, Ewan was in Geneva, Switzerland for the ?IWC Schaffhausen Race Night Event during the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie 2013 at Palexpo.? I only understood a third of those words. I?m also including photos from last night of Ewan arriving at LAX ? I guess he?s come into town for this weekend?s Screen Actors Guild Awards? Perhaps.
So, what can I say about Ewan?s hotness? This man is aging like a fine wine. He?s gorgeous. I think he might even be sexier now than he was in his 20s. He?s 41 years old, by the way ? so how does he looks so young? Does he just have one of those ?perpetually 33? faces? I think his beard is helping a lot! I know a lot of you prefer clean-shaven men, or men who keep their scruff to a minimum, but Ewan + Beard = One of the greatest forever dongs ever. Imagine that beard on your thighs and get back to me.
In other Ewan news, he?s just signed on to do a film adaptation of John Le Carre?s Our Kind of Traitor, which is about: “An English couple who get mixed up with a Russian businessman who turns out to be an oligarch, and one of the world’s biggest money launderers. They get caught up in his plans to defect and are soon positioned between the Russian Mafia and the British Secret Service, neither of whom they can trust.? Most people assume Ewan will be playing the dude in the English couple. I like when Le Carre?s books are made into films ? they adapt well, and they adapt while still remaining smart, so this sounds good.
PS? I love the way he wears clothes. He wears the crap out of EVERYTHING.

Here are some photos of Elizabeth Banks on the set of her new film, Walk of Shame, about a week ago. The movie also stars James Marsden and is billed as a romantic comedy. The film’s synopsis gives me a bad feeling about this one. “A news anchor’s attempts at a dream-job promotion is jeopardized by a drunken one-night stand.” Banks is better than such material, but I guess this is the movie business. It also really sounds like the plot to Judd Apatow’s Knocked Up, doesn’t it?
Banks recently sat down to record an episode of the “WTF” podcast, and she’s talking about postpartum bodies. However, we must remember that Banks is talking slightly out of school since both her first and second children were born via surrogate, so Banks has never actually given birth herself. I still think it’s very cool that Banks has readily spoken about how her own fertility difficulties and expressed a lot of gratitute towards her surrogate, who continues to be treated as part of their family. At the same time, Banks finds herself in very close proximity to the cumulative eating disorder called “Hollywood,” and she’s very disgusted with the widespread trend of “bouncing back” into bikini shape within weeks after childbirth. Banks thinks that new moms should really take it easy for awhile, and here are her words:
“I like to believe that if I had carried my own baby, I would have bounced back. But who knows? And by the way, it’s such a horrible — women should not be expected to bounce back … it’s a, I think, a true disservice what’s going on right now with all these celebrity moms … first of all, I just want to remind people that celebrities generally are genetically superior human beings on a certain level anyway … they’re mostly thin, you know, they got trainers, they work out, they’ve got money, they’ve got the ability, you know, and they are normally genetically predisposed to being thin people anyway, so like these women who are holding up, you know, certain people as their benchmark after they’ve had a child, like just go be with your kid for a minute … don’t get to the gym right away. It’s alright. This is not how it’s supposed to be, everybody. Calm down.”

First off, I completely agree with Elizabeth’s sentiments, and it’s always wonderful to witness an established actress calling out all of the instantly skinny, post-baby figures in Hollywood. Jenna Fischer also famously stated that she was “standing in solidarity” with all of the women who aren’t size 2 after giving birth. It’s also refreshing to hear Elizabeth admit that she’d “like to believe” that if she had carried her own child, she “would have bounced back.” Because let’s face it — most women, no matter how much they talk, would love to not have the worry and hassle of regaining a pre-baby body. If Elizabeth would have been able to physically carry a child, would she have been the type of woman who fully worked out like a field afterwards in order to be immediately slim? We’ll never know, but hopefully her words mean as much as they seem to mean.

I?m not sure what all of this is about, but it?s always nice to hear from The Leg of Doom. I?ve missed her! Haven?t you missed her? Angelina Jolie was everywhere a year ago ? Brad was nominated for a bunch of awards and she was ?the date? plus she was promoting In the Land of Blood and Honey, plus she didn?t mind when the paparazzi got nice shots of her and the kids. And nowadays? there?s such an absence! I miss her. Anyway, Angelina might have given a new interview to Total Film Magazine ? I don?t think TF is in the habit of completely making up interviews, but you never know. Angelina talks about directing, her kids, and how she got with Brad. Maybe I?m clinging to this because there?s been such a dearth of quality Jolie-Pitt stories, but I think this interview is pretty good:
Angelina Jolie, she of The Leg, doesn’t let her overwhelming fame go to her head. In an interview with Total Film magazine the 37-year-old stunner opened up about her and fiance Brad Pitt’s lifestyle.
“The great thing about having a bunch of kids is they just remind you that you’re the person who takes them to go poop!” Jolie told interviewer James Mottram.
The Jolie-Pitt clan consists of the two A-listers and their six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne. Despite being known worldwide, Jolie insists ”we have a very normal, very grounded home. And we’re friends, and we have a laugh with our kids.”
How do they deal with the swarms of paparazzi waiting on their every move? “We just explain to our kids that people like to take pictures of people who make movies. And that’s all it is. It’s not anything special about mommy and daddy – we just happen to make movies.”
On that note, Jolie also talked about “In the Land of Blood and Honey,” her film set in the Bosnian War and the first she’s ever directed.
“I didn’t set out to ever become a director or write a script. I was never intending to make a film,” the Academy Award-winning actress told the magazine. ?I’ve been traveling for over 10 years to these conflict and post-conflict zones, and thinking about what happens to people when they live inside these situations, and how their humanity is just stripped apart … So I wanted to have a meditation on what this is and how people who are neighbours can turn against each other.”
On fame: “I don?t think [actors need a mystique surrounding their private life]. You know the actor. You?ve seen them at award shows, you?ve seen them at premieres dressed up. So whether they share or not, their cover is already blown.”
On her roles: “I do feel that?s very much what a woman is, that combination [of very strong but also very feminine], and I think interesting roles do have that combination ? more complex people have that dual side to their personality.”
On being labeled sexy: “I’m a woman, and anytime you tell a woman that she looks nice, it?s not going to upset her.”
On “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” bringing her and Brad together: “Yes, we do talk about that. We look around at our kids. I?m not somebody that thinks about destiny and fate but I don?t walk away from it when something unfolds.”

Speaking of unfolding, Star Magazine reports this week that Angelina is pregnant again. Yeah? it?s Star. That being said, I wouldn?t be surprised if they went for one more (or two more). A source tells Star, ?Angelina has been talking about having another child for years now? But Brad kept putting his foot down because of their intense schedules and chaotic lifestyle.? So Angelina just went ahead and got knocked up and Brad cried about it and now Angelina is purposefully staying out of the spotlight because she doesn?t want people to know she?s knocked up. The source says, ?She had morning sickness and didn?t want to draw attention to herself in public. She?s focusing on the other children right now, trying to prepare them for the new baby.? Angelina and Brad are convinced that she?s expecting a boy, and Shiloh says that they?ll need to name him ?John? (because that?s what Shiloh calls herself).

These are some photos from last night?s NYC premiere of Parker, that Jennifer Lopez & Jason Statham movie which Jennifer has already compared to Out of Sight (spoiler: it?s not like Out of Sight). Unfortunately, we only have street photos of J.Lo going into the indoor premiere ? my guess is that it was originally supposed to be a premiere with an outdoor press line in which everyone could snap photos of Jennifer in her cream Lanvin dress, but it?s SO COLD on the East Coast this week, all of the ?fashion photos? were done inside (and we don?t have access to them, so go here to see). I think Jennifer looks great in this white/cream coat ? it?s not the most flattering thing ever and you can tell she?s desperate to show off her body, but I bet it?s warm. Her hair looks particularly good here too, right?
Interestingly enough, Casper Smart was not at the premiere. Neither was Jason?s girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, but she was around for the after-party and Jason rarely brings her to his premieres, so her absence made sense. But Jennifer trots Casper out for everything! So where was he? LaineyGossip posited a theory that Jason Statham doesn?t care for Casper and he told J.Lo to keep her D-list boyfriend away, which could explain the lack of Casper on this red carpet AND during this week of promotion in NYC, where Jennifer has been photographed going solo a lot. Another explanation? Maybe Jennifer is getting tired of Casper?? Probably not ? they just got a dog together. They named him Bear. Because that?s their nickname for each other.
