Most recently, the "Mean Girls" actress has been featured in a photo spread adorning the pages of the November 2010 issue of Tatler Russia.
Posing for the shoot prior to her recent legal woes, the 24-year-old basked in the sunshine while doing her thing for the cameras while aboard a ritzy watercraft.
As for her current situation, LiLo went to court today (October 22) during which time Judge Elden Fox cut her quite the break - as he ordered her back to treatment at the Betty Ford Center until January 3, 2011 rather than imposing a jail sentence for her probation violations stemming from two failed drug tests.

Kim reacted to the news of the pricey cake Thursday, posting on her blog, “First of all, this is the first I?ve heard about this, and I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on a cake.
Making a million dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous! I?d rather they give me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless!”
Yes, if there’s one thing Kim Kardashian is known for, it’s her utter disdain for wanton frivolity and Caligulan excess. That’s why she’s only having four birthday parties (one at Tao in Vegas; one on a private yacht; one in Toronto; and tonight’s at Amnesia in NYC ) instead of five. Come on, five parties? Facing the consequences of her actions, Lindsay Lohan was on-hand at the courthouse in Beverly Hills, California on Friday morning (October 22).
Arriving with lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, as well as police escorts, the troubled "Georgia Rule" actress headed inside to face Judge Elden Fox's decision as to her punishment for failing two drug tests while on probation.
With jail and rehab sitting as the two possible outcomes, Judge Fox ended up ordering LiLo back to the Betty Ford Center - where she'll stay until January 3, 2011 at the very earliest.
Once released from treatment, Miss Lohan is slated to reappear before the judge on February 25 with drug testing required once she exits rehab.
Clearly elated that she's avoiding time behind bars, a weeping Lindsay simply said "Thank you" to the judge before being escorted out of the courtroom.

Okay, I?ve started writing this before I know what?s happening with Lindsay Lohan in court today. There are no cameras allowed inside the court room, unfortunately. Lindsay arrived with her mom and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, 25 minutes before the 8:30 a.m. PST hearing. I?ve seen the photos from her arrival? and I can safely say that Lindsay exited the Betty Ford Clinic, and her mother must have had a syringe full of collagen waiting in the car, because Lindsay?s lips are back to being extremely cracked-out. It?s ridiculous. Okay, I?ll put my immediate reactions as the news (whatever it may be) comes in:
Oh, while we?re waiting, Michael Lohan claims that someone stabbed him or something.
OKAY! Lindsay is going back to rehab until January 3! She isn?t going to jail, and the judge is impressed with her progress in rehab, and thought she needed more. This is all according to TMZ - Lindsay will probably end up spending 3 months in rehab. She?s also going to have her SCRAM off, but she will still have to submit to drug and alcohol testing until January. Apparently Lindsay cried a little and thanked the judge, and the judge said he was sending her back to rehab because he didn?t want a train wreck in his court. I can’t believe Lindsay got special treatment again. It makes me sick. The DA wanted her to get 180 days in jail - and that’s what Lindsay should have gotten. You can tell from her smug face that she’s not taking any of this seriously. I?ll update with more when it comes in!
UPDATE: Radar has more details here - the judge wants her in rehab beyond the holidays, because he fears that she would relapse on Christmas or New Year’s. Also, everyone who was in court says that Lindsay still looks like hell.
UPDATE: At 9:52 PST Lindsay left the courthouse without her lawyer and without Dina - she was flanked by people from Betty Ford, and the belief is that she’s going straight back into rehab.
UPDATE: A source tells TMZ that Dina Lohan is “beyond excited” that Lindsay didn’t get jail time because “everyone thought she would be sentenced to jail for 30 days.”

These are photos from today?s London Film Festival photo call for The Black Swan, which is probably one of the bigger ?Oscar bait? films this year. Critics are already saying Natalie Portman will likely get a Best Actress nomination for her work, but Natalie didn?t show up to promote the film today! Instead, we get my lover Vincent Cassel (love) and little Mila Kunis. Mila has been MIA in promotional duties thus far, so it?s nice to see her getting some press - this is probably her bid for Best Supporting Actress, although I doubt that will happen. Mila is rocking the hell out of that leather skirt too - I love that skirt. It?s the perfect length, and the perfect fit. She doesn?t look biker chick, but it doesn?t look demure either. The blouse is meh, but whatever. It?s all about the skirt.
Vincent Cassel, meanwhile, is still rocking my world. I?ve been pleasantly surprised with how much press he?s been doing for the film. He looks very interesting in his role as the ballet coach/trainer/whatever dude. Intense and sexy and brooding and mean. Too bad he?s just so lovely!
Sigh? Le Cassel. I want him, and I want the leather skirt.
By the way, producers just released four new posters for Black Swan? and they?re kind of awesome. Old-school and beautiful, like pieces of art.

Fresh off of a 24 day voluntary stay at the Betty Ford Rehabilitation Clinic, Lindsay Lohan arrived at the courthouse in Santa Monica as scheduled on Friday morning (October 22).
Flanked by family and her legal team, as well as police escorts, the "Mean Girls" actress headed inside past security as a mob scene of press swarmed the scene.
As for the legal matters, LiLo happened to be facing Judge Elden Fox's decision as to her punishment for failing two drug tests while on probation.
Lohan will either be given time behind bars - up to a year - or sent back for continued treatment in rehab. Stay tuned for updates as they occur.

Kicking off her weekend a bit early, Madonna was spotted out on the town in London, England last night (October 21).
Joined by her rumored new boyfriend Brahim Zaibat, the ?Music? songstress hit up Aura nightclub as they paparazzi clamored around her.
And once they made their exit, Brahim freaked out about the swarming shutterbugs and tried to hind behind the people in front of him.
According to inside sources, Madge and Mr. Zaibat (one of her backup dancers) have been dating for ?a few months,? though nothing has been confirmed.

Enjoying her time across the pond, Mila Kunis was spotted at a photo shoot at the 54th BFI London Film Festival in London, England today (October 22).
The ?Forgetting Sarah Marshall? starlet worked the cameras at The Berkeley Hotel to promote her new film ?Black Swan? along with Vincent Cassel.
In the movie, Mila shares a very intimate moment with Natalie Portman, and according to director Darren Aronofsky, there was alcohol involved.
Both actresses were so nervous about the awkward scene, they had a few shots of Tequila prior to filming.

You may have assumed that Kim Kardasian has already had her 30th birthday based on the fact that she’s had at least two birthday parties already. Her birthday was in fact yesterday, but there is yet another bash planned for the weekend (which she’s booked for but denies knowing about, more on that in a moment) during which she’ll be served a record setting cake adorned with diamonds. Just yesterday Kaiser reported on the two million dollar bra that Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima was wearing to promote the company. I like how Kaiser explained it - that it was a business decision to earn the company more publicity than they could otherwise get with the amount it cost to make the bra. It still seemed callous and excessive in this economy. The same is true of the jeweler and baker making Kim Kardashian’s diamon- encrusted birthday cake. It’s for PR purposes but it comes across as so wasteful. It’s also a more frivolous symbol than a bra, although hopefully the diamonds will be reused and no one will be sifting through the Kardashian’s plumbing system trying to retrieve them all.
The best part of this story is the fact that the diamond cake was supposed to be a big surprise for Kim, but Radar blew it by reporting about it. Kim wrote that she didn’t know about this, doesn’t approve of the concept at all and that she would be happy with just a cupcake and a donation for the homeless. This is the same woman who wears fur to a jamba juice run once blew more than $100k in purses at Hermes in one stop, and thinks there’s nothing worse in this world than foundation that isn’t orange enough. Radar points out that the event was scheduled well ahead of time with Kim’s name attached and that she’s conveniently forgetting about her paid appearance. Here’s more.
From Kim’s Blog: “I?m seeing some ridiculous stories today about a million-dollar birthday cake being made for my ?birthday party.? First of all, this is the first I?ve heard about this, and I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on a cake. Making a million dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous! I?d rather they give me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless!
Secondly, I?ve already had my birthday club celebrations at Tao in Vegas and NYC and there are NO other birthday parties this weekend. Tonight I?ll be having a private celebration with my friends and family, and then the birthday celebrations will be over. I?m sorry if you guys have been misled by anyone claiming they are hosting my official birthday party. That?s just not true.”
From Radar: Well Kim, Glo was/is expecting more than 2,000 guests for your party and sources connected to the situation say you agreed to make a paid appearance and there?s no doubt that they?ve been advertising it for weeks!
As for the million-dollar diamond-encrusted cake? Well that was supposed to be a surprise and apparently RadarOnline.com reported before anyone told you! The proof? Read the press release for the event here.
RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to Danielle Orsino, who handles public relations for GLO, and she said that a media outlet ?called Kim and said ?you’re really spending a million dollars on a cake?
?The restaurateur and jeweler wanted to break the record for the most expensive cake and they wanted to surprise Kim
?They?ve been working so hard on it and still want to preset[sic] it to the public, of course they won?t force her to accept it, it was just meant to be a fun surprise.
“The jeweler is going to encrust the cake with loose diamonds worth over a million dollars,” Orsino told RadarOnline.com.
“Their goal is to break the record for the most expensive cake ever made which was 1.65 million dollars.”

I can buy that Kim was scheduled to attend this event but never approved of it as a “birthday party” per se. She probably has so many events to attend that it’s hard for her to keep track of them all. So is she going to show up now and pose with the million dollar cake? Will the cake even be made? She should be grateful for all this additional publicity, although she’s certainly not lacking for it lately.
I still have a lot of questions about how this cake is going to be consumed. Are the backers/bakers going to ask the guests to turn in their plates after eating? With that crowd it’s going to be difficult to collect. You know that all the guests will be trying to stick those things in the little plastic baggies they just happen to have in their purses, for “gum.” What’s more, is Kim’s rumored hookup/”friend” Kanye West going to turn up? Will he get diamonds stuck in his diamonds?

Matt Damon has a new interview in Parade Magazine promoting his new Clint Eastwood film, Hereafter, out in the US today. Damon stars as a reluctant psychic helping people contact their departed loved ones. With Parade, Damon talks about his goals in life and how having children has made him confront his own mortality. He’s currently expecting his third biological child with his wife, Luciana. Luciana also has a daughter from her first marriage and is about to have her fourth girl!
He touches on a lot of subjects, including the reboot of the Bourne series without his involvement, which he admits finding out about on the Internet. When Damon answers questions about whether he believes in paranormal phenomenon like mediumship you can tell that he doesn’t but that he’s trying to remain open to it for the sake of his role. It sounds like he did the film out of respect for director Clint Eastwood, with whom he’s worked in the past.
Talking with the dead.
“I’ve never met anyone with the power, but I do believe that it is possible. I’m open to that idea. I don’t know that I’d go to a sance, but who knows? If I got a recommendation from somebody I trusted like, ‘You should go to this guy’s sance because he really seems legit…’ What the hell? I’d probably check it out.”
Facing the grim reaper.
“I do contemplate my own mortality. Whenever you lose people, it’s something you think about a lot and having kids is another thing that makes you give it some thought. Like most people, I’ve dealt with death, starting with my grandfather and then various friends, and it came in various ways, expected and unexpected. There’s nothing we can do. We all gotta get there at some point. But, I sure am curious about what’s next. I’m hopeful, too. That’s about all I can say. Who knows? Maybe the light just goes out, but we’ll all find out.”
What he tells his kids.
“I think what’s important for kids to know is that your decisions here on earth matter, your behavior matters, and how you treat other people matters. It matters here and I’m hoping that it matters in the afterlife, too. It just comes down to accountability for your own behavior that’s important. So whenever I talk to my own kids or whenever they ask, I try and put the hereafter in kind of an ethical framework. If I had a bucket list, I’d say raising my four girls to be strong, good women would be number one.”
The family is big enough.
“My wife is about to have our fourth kid and we’ve drawn a line in the sand. This is it. Our lives are full and wonderful and we’re done having kids. Lucy is in her third trimester for the fourth time and I think that’s about enough to ask of any woman. I don’t want to turn her into Ethel Kennedy.”
The second time around with Clint.
“He called me and I was terrified at first that I wouldn’t be able to do it because I was doing another film. That was heartbreaking. But, it all worked out because he shot a lot of the movie without me and then I did my scenes at the end. He’s such an incredible person to work for because he’s just so calm and he creates a really nice atmosphere and everyone feels really privileged to be working with him. The amazing thing is how fast he works. He can knock off a bunch of shots in a couple of hours that would take another director a whole day.”
Passing the big four-oh.
“My birthday was just a few weeks ago. We had my family, a bunch of my friends and we rented the back room in a bowling alley and had a big party. It was fun. But I have to tell you, 40 feels a lot like 39.”
Farewell to Bourne.
“I found out they’re making another when somebody saw it on the Internet. Nobody bothered to call me. I’m not in it, but even so, they’ll work Bourne into the title I guess. Universal just wants to call everything the Bourne something. So I guess they are trying to make another franchise and as they say, ‘It isn’t over until it’s over.’”

I love reading and seeing interviews with Damon because he’s such an interesting thoughtful guy that doesn’t pull any punches. Occasionally that gets him into trouble, but he’s really mellowed lately and seems to adore his wife and family. It’s been a pleasure to follow his career and I look forward to seeing what’s next for him.
Hereafter looks intense and somewhat manipulative in that it portrays the recent Tsunami and London bombing tragedies in a melodramatic way. The trailer got me all welled up, and then I read this account on Gawker, in which they mildly call out the film for toying with our emotions. We’ll have to see how it does with critics and at the box office, and if Damon’s role garners attention during awards season.

Making for the first sighting since moving out of the twenty-year-old status, Kim Kardashian was spotted out in New York City on her 30th birthday on Thursday (October 21).
Getting quite the swarming welcome, the E! beauty pried her way out of her limo as she tried to make her way into her posh hotel building.
Tweeting during the course of the day, Kim wrote, "Welcome to the 3rd level someone just said to me! Its the 30 club. Its all VIP from here on out!!"
Having already celebrated two early birthday fetes, Kim is gearing up for a big bash at Glo Nightclub in Westbury, New York on Saturday night (October 23).
Rumor has it, the E! star will be doted with a birthday cake worth over $1 million dollars.
Danielle Orsino, a spokesperson for Glo Nightclub, told Radar Online, "The jeweler is going to encrust the cake with loose diamonds worth over a million dollars. Their goal is to break the record for the most expensive cake ever made which was 1.65 million dollars."

Closing in on her much dreaded date before the judge, Lindsay Lohan is set to appear in court on Friday (October 22) for her probation violation hearing.
Stemming from two failed drug tests, the "Georgia Rule" actress will leave the Betty Ford Center to find out whether she's headed back to jail or facing a continued rehab stay.
Miss Lohan has spent the past three weeks as a voluntary patient at Betty Ford as she hopes the move will help in her efforts to avoid time in the slammer - as Judge Elden Fox can give her up to a year sentence for her recent misdoings.
Of the situation, L.A. criminal defense attorney Steve Sitkoff told People magazine, "The key here is her progress in treatment. The better she's doing in rehab, the less likely Judge Elden Fox will throw her in jail."
Sitkoff adds, "Judge Fox has to balance whether to help Lindsay with her addiction or punish her with jail. But if she continues to mess up by not following the court's orders, he won't hesitate to lock her up."
Meanwhile, Radar Online tells that LiLo got a visit from her mother, Dina Lohan, on Wednesday, as their insider said, ?She [Dina] told me she saw Lindsay and she?s feeling really well and doing great. Now, they?re just anxiously awaiting Friday?s court appearance.?
The Radar source adds, ?It?s been very hard on her. She?s trying to be a good parent for all of her kids while she has to be away from them. But she has to be near Lindsay right now so she?s struggling to balance all of her kids? needs.?

Looking casual cute in a grey top, faded olive jacket, jeans and flip-flops, the "Iron Man 2" actress was accompanied by a security staffer as she visited a local medical building before continuing along with the day's agenda.
