In real estate news, Joshua and Diane listed their Hollywood Hills home for $1.5 million and rumor has it they may relocate to France.
Kruger told press last month, "Yeah, I know it. I see myself raising kids there. I would love that, having little French babies in Bonpoint. We'll see. It happens when it happens.?

Angelina had a double mastectomy more than six months ago, and very quickly after that operation, she had her breast reconstructive surgery, with implants. Since we found out about Angelina?s operations, many of us have noted that Angelina either went up a cup size or two (?), or she?s still having some swelling from the operation, because she looks noticeably bigger in the boob department. I tend to think that it?s swelling from the surgery, and that her implants have ?settled? yet. But Star Mag says that Angelina?s implants are getting to be really uncomfortable, and she regrets getting them so quickly after her mastectomy:
Angelina Jolie has been tired, tense and in considerable pain as she copes with what she fears may be complications from her recent breast reconstruction surgery.
?Angie?s new breasts are uncomfortable and painful and they?re driving her crazy,? says a source close to Angelina. While most women wait several months a year after a mastectomy before undergoing breast reconstruction, Angelina went through hers almost immediately, completely the surgery six months ago.
?She did all the research, and she knew it was tricky to get implants so soon after the mastectomy. She?s not worried about cancer anymore, but her new fear is that she rushed into getting implants and there is a chance of infection.?
Because of her upper-body discomfort and serious back and shoulder pain, Angie is concerned that the implants might be leaking, the source tells Star. ?Her new breasts look great, but they?ve been giving her problems so of course now she?s questioning everything.?
Angelina wishes she?d heeded doctors? warning and waited for the reconstructive surgery. ?She feels like she opted for surgery without thinking it through. She thinks she didn?t listen to the best advice, and she?s really regretting it. She doesn?t want to make an issue about her implants, because she knows it will make headlines. But she is seeing her doctors and voicing her concerns.?

Quite honestly, Angelina boobs do look uncomfortable. They look bigger than before, and I bet her back and shoulders are killing her. Help me out, ladies who have had reconstructive surgery: do doctors advise women to stay with the same basic size they had before? I really don?t see how Angelina would have gotten a C-cup implant (didn?t she used to be a C?) and that they would look like this. I kind of wonder if Brad asked her to get a D-cup or something larger and with the swelling, they?re just extra big.
Also ? I thought there were so many advances in implant technology that very, very few implants leak now? Is that not right? Do they still leak? Ugh.

As I said in that Joshua Jackson post, I?m going through Cumberbatch Withdrawal Syndrome. So I need more hot guys to ease my pain. Luckily, Ewan Mcgregor stepped out last night in London. He hosted a UNICEF Halloween Ball/fundraiser, although he did not wear a costume. Unless this black suit is some kind of Shag Costume. IS IT?! Anyway, Ewan looks really hot. He?s not giving me Cumberfeelings at the moment, but I can still appreciate some good-looking SCOTTISH THUNDER, especially when he?s so clean-shaven and handsome.
In other McGregor news, it?s just been announced that Ewan will be make his Broadway debut very soon. He?s going to star in a revival of Tom Stoppard?s The Real Thing, a role that won Jeremy Irons a Tony Award in the 1980s.
I?m also including photos of Hugh Grant, who was at the UNICEF Ball in ?costume? ? Hugh just wore a nice suit and a fruity mask. It was kind of cute.

About 14 months ago, LeAnn Rimes filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit against Kim Smiley and her daughter Alexis. Kim Smiley had been following LeAnn on Twitter, and Smiley basically made the mistake of disliking LeAnn and tweeting about her dislike. So LeAnn called Smiley up one day and Smiley recorded the phone conversation and then published the audio online. This was the invasion of privacy. This was the crux of the lawsuit. I?ll admit that I didn?t want to wade too deeply into the legal drama because LeAnn had cited Celebitchy in her lawsuit (as an example of the bad press she got following the audio publication). The Smileys set up a legal fund to help pay for their legal defense, and reportedly, LeAnn was trying to draw out the legal proceedings, refusing to sit down for a deposition, etc.
Well, on Monday the lawsuit was thrown out of court in LA. The judge dismissed the suit, in which LeAnn had asked for $25,000 in damages. Now that the judge has dismissed the suit, LeAnn cannot re-file a claim. The Smileys? lawyer says that the situation has been ?resolved? which I guess means that someone got paid (but who?). I don?t know what to say? it was a stupid lawsuit, it?s dumb to sue someone who is talking trash about you on Twitter, blah, blah, etc. Ilana Angel at The Jewish Journal had a good piece about it too.
In other LeAnn news, I got around to reading the full Star Mag cover story. I covered most of the good parts yesterday, but there were a few new pieces of info I thought you might enjoy:

?If LeAnn makes things ugly for him, he?d take her for every penny he could. Eddie?s attitude is: if he gets any money from LeAnn, he?s more than earned it. Is Eddie really worth $12 million? I doubt that. I don?t think he came into the marriage with much money at all, and he?s barely worked at all since attaching himself to the (Crazy) Money Train. And while LeAnn might have been worth $38 million at some point, I think her wealth has taken a hit in the past four years too. Eddie?s a very expensive kept man and if she wants him to keep paying attention to her, she has to keep buying him presents. And then she has to buy herself presents which she then pretends Eddie gave her. And then she has to stalk Brandi and find out what Brandi is wearing so LeAnn can buy all of it too. It?s expensive!

Here’s a photo of Selena Gomez in concert on Tuesday in Hollywood. She’s not the most talented pop singer out there and lipsynchs in concert like most of them do. Selena is doing great though. She may not top the charts, but she churns out a respectable level of album sales and can sell concert tickets like crazy. The latter point is very important because, unlike Miley Cyrus, Selena has yet to alienate her Disney channel fanbase.
One thing that has alluded Selena thus far is a promising movie career. She was a sarcastic little spitfire throughout the Wizards of Waverly Place run, but movie directors aren’t exactly pounding down her door. Spring Breakers did better than anyone expected, but Selena’s performance didn’t receive much attention. This summer’s Getaway (with Ethan Hawke) completely fizzled. You always want what you can’t have, and this week’s issue of Star says Scientology is watching Selena. They hope to recruit her with the promise of amazing acting connections. Uh-oh:
The Church of Scientology is desperate to lure a new high-profile star — Selena Gomez — into its clutches. Star has learned that Selena’s fashion designer pal, Marisa Ribisi, wife of singer Beck and sister of actor Giovanni Ribisi, is urging her to join the controversial religion.
“Marissa knows that Selena wants to be a big actress, so she reminds her how many stars are Scientologists,” says a source, admitting that Selena’s inner circle is worried: “Selena is just so sweet and trusting: she isn’t that good at standing up for herself. Katie Holmes is working hard to get her acting career (back?) on track. She did score a small role alongside Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges in the upcoming adaptation of The Giver. Katie is also, intentionally or not, sexing up her own everyday image by becoming one party of a rumored hot fling with Jamie Foxx.
What better way to combine both new aspects — fearless actress and sexy 30-something woman — of Katie’s image than by casting her as a rumored candidate for a role in 50 Shades of Grey? This actually sounds like a disaster. I haven’t read any of the 50 Shades books but understand that Elena shows up in 50 Shades Darker as a sort of “Mrs. Robinson” character. Elena is supposed to have shown Christian Grey the S&M ropes. Katie is wayyy too sweet to pull off such a role. I think. Let’s ponder this, shall we?
Katie Holmes is sexing up her silver-screen image to put herself back on the movie map. And she’s hoping to land a red-hot role in the film version of 50 Shades of Grey!
Sources say that Katie, 34, plans on going platinum blonde for the role of Elena Lincoln, kinky billionaire and main character Christian Grey’s longtime sex and business partner.
The “Elena” character is known in the best-selling book as a Mrs. Robinson-type who schools Christian in the dark, deviant world of bondage and sadomasochism.
The former Tom Cruise has been keeping busy. She had a role this past spring opposite Luke Kirby in the film Mania Days. And she’s been in South Africa recently shooting the ensemble flick The Giver with Meryl Streep and Taylor Swift.
But none of those roles have given her the push she feels she needs to make it to the top of Hollywood’s A-list.
“She’s looking at this as the role of a lifetime for her,” said a pal. “It will shock a lot of people, but she thinks Hollywood will sit up and take notice. She knows she has to reinvent herself.”
When Sons of Anarchy actor Charlie Hunnam was originally cast as Christian, Katie assumed she wouldn’t get the role of “Elena” because they’d had sex scenes together in the 2002 film Abandon. katie didn’t think producers would pair them again.
But now that Charlie’s out and Irish actor Jamie Dornan is in, katie is determined to win over the film’s execs.

For what it’s worth (and it’s not much), Gossip Cop has already said this story is crap. That doesn’t mean Katie’s team isn’t putting out feelers to see what the general internet reaction would be to her playing Elena. This is exactly the same method that Jena Malone used to capture the role of Johanna Mason in Catching Fire. It worked for Jena, and I can actually believe that Katie would think a 50 Shades role would help her climb to “the top of Hollywood’s A-list.” At the very least, Katie might be aiming for B-list.

In Touch Weekly even claimed last week that all of their friends knew about the affair, that it was an open secret, and that Jeff and Gwyneth would even hold hands at private parties. Interesting enough, this Gwyneth affair might have overlapped with the beginning of his relationship with Elle Macpherson. Elle and Jeff have been together since late 2009 (there?s the overlap) and they just got married a few months ago. So, what does Elle think of all of this gossip?
Amid reports that Gwyneth Paltrow once had an affair with billionaire Jeff Sofer, friends say that Jeff?s new wife Elle Macpherson has a message for her former pal.
?Elle doesn?t want Gwyneth anywhere near her man,? a source close to Jeff tells In Touch, explaining that Soffer was allegedly hooking up with Gwyneth when he met Elle back in early 2009.
