She's always a draw anywhere she goes, and Sofia Vergara was a hit on the red carpet at the Golden Globes over the weekend.
When Ryan Seacrest caught up with the ?Modern Family? star at the annual event, he asked just how she keeps her body so toned.
?I do everything in moderation, I try to eat healthy, I try to work out two or three times a week with my trainer,? explained Vergara.
She added that she loves to wear her Reebok EasyTones when she doesn?t have time to workout. ?I wear them because when I?m not working out, at least I feel like I?m doing something,? said Vergara. ?You feel like you?re doing very good for your legs. I take them, for example, to the set or when I?m hanging around.?

After weeks of rumors and chatter, it is finally confirmed that Katie Price has split from husband Alex Reid.
After only 11 months of marriage, the British model issued a statement admitting their marriage came too quickly and also stated that Alex has become too ?fascinated? with his celebrity status.
In her statement released today (January 18), Price accused her estranged husband of ?changing? from the ?man I fell in love with?.
When the couple started dating in July 2009 - just eight weeks after she split from first husband Peter Andre - Reid was a cagefighter and struggling actor.
Katie is claiming his ?desire to promote himself caused a change in the dynamic of our relationship and contributed to our alienation.?
Reid was spotted moving out of the couple?s Surrey, London?s mansion late last night.

Closing out quite the successful small screen run, "Hannah Montana Forever" aired its final episode to a healthy sized audience on Sunday (January 16).
The Miley Cyrus starring series drew in 6.2 million viewers as fans said farewell to the Disney Channel staple.
Making for the most highly watched installment, the number of viewers was above the season four average of 5.7 million.
Also of note, the "Hannah Montana" finale brought Disney Channel its highest ratings in history for a program airing at 7PM.

Of her new endorsement deal, Goopy said: “The motto of Baume & Mercier, ‘Life is about moments,’ very much reflects my personal philosophy of life. That’s why I said yes, responded positively, when the brand proposed that I represent it.? So special. Yes, Gwyneth. Life is about moments. I?m sure she went on to snot, ?I was just discussing this with Dalai Lama and he agreed with my supposition about this life-moment situation. He said it was such a groundbreaking, brilliant observation that he just needed to discuss it with Vladimir Putin. I told him, ?Dear Dolly? - because that?s what I call him, he?s my dearest friend - ?Dear Dolly, I already called my friend Putin and told him this. He?s going to stitch it on a pillow using radioactive gold thread!? Isn?t that hysterical??
Anyway, as you can see, Gwyneth looked like hell. Perhaps Switzerland doesn?t agree with her? She?s so British. And Spanish. And Switzerland was just too much for her. But couldn?t she even find the time to wash her hair? Or at the very least comb it? And why does she look greasy? At some point Gwyneth really did become ?one of us? didn?t she? She is no longer the aloof Mistress of Elitism, deigning to give some morsels of advice to the unwashed peasants. At some point, Goopy became a peasant, wandering around looking greasy and unkempt and Botoxy.
By the way, the dress is Azzedine Alaa. I think it looks cheap as hell, and Gwyneth is too old (and too greasy) to pull off such a ?young? frilly Pink thing.

Last week we had a preview of Kristen Stewart?s Vogue pictorial, as well as some snotty-sounding interview excerpts. Well, Vogue has finally released their full interview (online here), and it?s kind of bad. Like, K-Stew comes across? uh? well, she doesn?t seem quite like the ?snotty little bitch? personae that she often inhabits in interviews. She seems to try to make an effort here, but the problem is? she doesn?t really have that much to say. She bitches a little bit about fame, but she?s learned how to stop complaining about that for the most part (either that, or this is heavily edited).
Now, the whole piece is definitely worth a read, if only for the various descriptions of what she?s like during the interview. Like, ?Stewart, a sylph in tomboyish jeans and a lumberjack shirt, is moving around the kitchen of a friend?s house, cracking her knuckles as she talks. She gets nervous dealing with the media?TV interviews in particular, she says, make her squirm?and she is sometimes accused of being downbeat and defensive in her public appearances, not least because she rarely smiles. She nurses some bad-girl tics, smoking and littering her conversation with expletives, and maintains an insouciance in the face of her big career.? Wow. It?s just the third paragraph and I want to smack her a little bit.
On her career choices: ?I choose things that are so overly ambitious, and if I can?t do stuff like that, I don?t want to be doing this,? she says. Scratch the surface, however, and the attitude seems more about the passion and perfectionism she feels about her work than the opposite. ?A compulsion absolutely fills you,? she says of finding a good part, and admits that she sometimes has difficulty letting go.
On The Road versus Breaking Dawn: Today she is stoked from having just returned from shooting On the Road with Walter Salles, the masterly Brazilian director of The Motorcycle Diaries and Central Station. She plays a character based on Neal Cassady?s first wife, LuAnne Henderson, opposite Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley. It was an intense improvisatory experience that left her ?crying my head off,? she says. ?I didn?t want to leave.? Installing herself in Baton Rouge for the foreseeable future was ?like going back to school. . . . Twilight is a different beast.?
On Bella Swan: ?A character who is embedded in so many people?s psyches at this point. It?s starting to enter my head a lot more than it used to because it?s at the end and it?s come such a long way. I just want the fans of the book to be happy.? She laughs. ?I don?t necessarily care about anyone else.?
She likes Jenny Lewis, the L.A. musician: ?She?s the only person I?ve ever met that I can?t function around.?
Fave movies: Her favorite movies are John Cassavetes? A Woman Under the Influence, starring Gena Rowlands, and La Vie en Rose, with Marion Cotillard. She loves Jane Fonda in Klute.
Hobbies: Her new hobby is cooking, no doubt encouraged by the fact that she lives in a somewhat isolated way: ?You build a perimeter of people that are really important to you.? Friends tease her for watching the Food Network with a stern frown of concentration on her face. ?I?m such a dork.? (The frown pays off. For lunch, she prepares an elaborate, and delicious, Mexican tortilla soup with numerous condiments, along with pulled-pork sandwiches.) She also likes golf, a sport that has the advantage of involving private membership and small numbers of people over large areas.
Not going to the mall: ?There?s no way to eloquently put this,? she says. ?I just can?t go to the mall. It bothers me that I can?t be outside very often. And also to not ever be just ?some girl? again. Just being some chick at some place, that?s gone.?
More on Bella: ?Masses of girls identified with Bella in a really profound way, for want of a better word,? she says. ?The connection that I?ve seen people have . . . I?ve seen it physically. It?s the characters they?re flipping for.?
On money: She also feels the power for good that comes with her influence. ?It?s funny when you are endowed not only with public recognition on a f-cking seriously vast level, but also money,? she says with endearing earnestness. ?Like, funds.? (She was reportedly paid $25 million for the two films of Breaking Dawn, plus a percentage of the gross.) ?Anytime I hear that somebody?s really rich, the first question is ?Do you do anything with it? Or do you, like, chill? You just sit on it??? She is thinking carefully, strategically, about how best to put her own contribution to use, and has a plan?inspired by her researches for the role of a runaway in the sex trade?to set up a network of halfway houses to help those who want to recover and get back on their feet. ?That would be amazing,? she says. ?Right now it?s the thing I feel most connected to.?

My favorite part is where she?s talking about money. I will admit, I would love to talk to Kristen about money. I bet that conversation would be really good. And I think the undertone of the money stuff is Kristen being a smart girl and thinking ?Yeah, this might not last, prepare for the worst and save for a rainy day.? Because there will come a day when Kristen can walk around in a mall, you know? Because all of this Twilight stuff will be over and everyone will have moved on the next thing and we won?t have to read any more twitchy, uncomfortable interviews from Kristen.

I had a small preview of Jennifer Aniston?s February cover of Allure a few weeks ago, and Allure has now finally released some quotes and the photo shoot from the cover story. The Allure slideshow is here - I kind of hate the shoot. The whole thing is styled so that Aniston looks like a 1960s, frost-lipped Ann-Margaret/ Brigitte Bardot type, complete with beachy blonde highlights and little-girl accoutrements, like stuffed animals. Since some of you yell at me when I use the words ?bangs trauma? I?ll just say that I hate bangs on Aniston in general, and these particular uneven bangs on her specifically. In the interview, Aniston actually discusses her most famous hairstyle - and she?s not very nice about all of those girls who got it:
Aniston on her bangs trauma, and ?The Rachel?: Allure creative director Paul Cavaco drew inspiration for Aniston’s shoot from a 1960s photograph of Brigitte Bardot. Hairstylist Chris McMillan used clip-in bangs to fully replicate the look. One hairstyle Aniston never wants to replicate? The Rachel. She told writer Danielle Pergament, “Let’s just say there have been moments I’d rather not relive, like that whole Rachel thing. I love Chris, and he’s the bane of my existence at the same time because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look. How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen. What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?”
Aniston on giving herself a blow-out: Hairstylist McMillan gave Aniston a polished blowout with a round brush after prepping her hair with a mixture of volumizing mousse and smoothing oil. “[McMillan] thinks I’m a closet hairdresser,” said the actress. “I’ll take the hair-dryer right out of his hands. He’ll kill me for saying this, but I’ve surpassed him in that department: I’m faster with the blow-dryer.”
On being glammed up: Aniston’s style may be laid-back, but she’s willing to truly push the limits. “I’ve been glammed up; I’ve been glammed down, which is really more me,” says the actress. “I didn’t wear mascara in [my new movie] Just Go With It. It’s fun to transform a little bit?what do I have to lose?”
Aniston doesn?t understand The Bachelor: “I was mesmerized by these girls, they meet this guy, they have three dates together or something, and they’re weeping as though they’ve just lost the love of their life. I don’t understand that.”
Aniston is not a foodie. “My friends and I were in Atlanta, and we went to this restaurant. My one friend is ordering, you know, sweetbreads with foie gras, the bone-marrow pasta, the buffalo tortellini, and I’m like, ‘This just doesn’t quite do it for me.’ You won’t see me ordering pheasant or rabbit. You know what I’ve just started to really love lately is Brussels sprouts. Usually, Brussels sprouts smell like feet to me. But these were sliced and sauted and really yummy. I’m going to make that.”
On Clooney and NBC: The actress recalls the hey-dey of Friends and it’s fellow NBC juggernaut, ER. “Look at Baby George,” she says. “Baby Clooney. ER was right next door to us on the soundstage. That was really fun. I remember when we sued to do crossovers like that. See, NBC used to be really cool. Then, you know…”
On not taking herself seriously: “I’m actually comfortable in goofdom,” she tells the issue. “Not taking myself seriously is one of my favorite things to do, because I don’t. Ever.”

The problem with ?The Aniston? was that it didn?t work on most of the girls who tried it. The good thing about ?The Aniston? was that is was particularly good for girls who growing out their bangs trauma. And I tend to think Aniston was unnecessarily mean about that - but I understand what she?s trying to do. ?Look at me, I?m not talking about my ex-husband, and I?m disrespecting the haircut that launched me! It?s a whole new Aniston!!? Also, I love that her idea of ?transformation? is ?not wearing mascara?. Ha.

I?m trying to come up with the appropriate title for Christina Hendricks, something that doesn?t make her sound like her boobs are made of diamonds. Christina Hendricks: Diamond Boob-Smuggler. Christina Hendricks: Diamond Motorboat. Christina Hendricks: Cleavage worth nearly a $1 million. So, Page Six has this great story about Christina and her problem with a Chopard diamond bracelet, which she borrowed for the Golden Globes. The bracelet fell off during the red carpet or something, and then some other stuff happened, and Christina hid the bracelet IN HER CLEAVAGE for safe-keeping. Because her boobs are like Fort Knox.
Curvy “Mad Men” star Christina Hendricks lived through her own Golden Globes drama when she lost an $850,000 diamond bracelet on the red carpet. The voluptuous redhead was horrified to find out that after making it up the carpet Sunday at the Beverly Hilton, one of the two bracelets loaned by Chopard had slipped off. Inside the ballroom moments before the show started, the panicked actress asked us, “Have you seen a diamond bracelet? I’ve lost one that looks like this,” pointing at the one glittering bracelet left on her wrist.
As the stars were being urged to take their seats, Hendricks — wearing a figure-hugging red gown — then hurried out of the auditorium back onto the red carpet to look for the bauble.
Outside, an event worker had found it and handed it back to a relieved Hendricks. But once back at her table, she found she couldn’t get it back on due to a tricky clasp. So she decided to turn it over to her publicist, who was outside, for safekeeping.
But security blocked her as she tried to leave the auditorium, as no one is allowed in or out once the show starts. She begged, “Please let me out, I have to give my diamond bracelet to my publicist!” The guard watched wide-eyed as Hendricks pulled the bracelet out from her ample cleavage. He opened the door a crack and she passed the jewels through to her publicist outside.
A rep for Chopard confirmed Hendricks was wearing 200 carats of their diamonds at the show and a security guard was on hand to make sure nothing went missing. The jewels included a 49-carat emerald and Marquise-cut diamond bracelet set in platinum, and a 124-carat, pear-cut and fancy-shape diamond bracelet set in platinum.
The Chopard rep said the bracelet that fell off was the 124-carat one worth $850,000, and it was returned by her publicist. The rep added, “Whoever put it on her wrist may have not closed the safety clasp correctly. But both bracelets and her earrings were returned in perfect condition today.”
Hendricks’ rep didn’t get back to us.

Enjoying some international travel, Reese Witherspoon was spotted at the Berlin Airport in Berlin, Germany today (January 18).
The ?Sweet Home Alabama? arrived on a flight from Los Angeles where she had been doing re-shoots for ?Water for Elephants? over the weekend.

Somwhat sad news to report - the end of an era. Regis Philbin announced his retirement this morning live, on his show with Kelly Ripa. He?s 79 years old! Kind of amazing that he?s has had such an amazing career for so long. The gossipy side of me wonders if Regis is sick? I know, that?s a bad thought to put out there, but I?ve been wondering.
Regis Philbin is getting ready to walk off into the sunset. The TV veteran, 79, is leaving Live! With Regis and Kelly this year, he announced on Tuesday’s show. “This will be my last year on the show,” the star said. “It’s been a long time. It’s been 28 years. It’s been an enormous thrill.”
Explaining that it wasn’t an easy decision to make, he added philosophically: “Everything must come to an end..especially with certain old people.”
His exact final date — or who might replace him alongside Kelly Ripa — are yet to be determined. “This is gonna happen sometime the end of the summer — we’ll have a lot of fun between now and then!”
Choking up, his cohost Ripa said, “I can only speak for America and all of us here: It has been a pleasure and a privilege and a dream come true and I wish I could do something to change your mind!”

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban announced yesterday that they are the proud new parents of a baby girl born via surrogate. Doctors reportedly felt defrosting Nicole’s womb a second time would pose too many health risks to the fetus. The Daily Mails says;
The couple have named their daughter, who was born three weeks ago, Faith Margaret Kidman Urban.
The child was born through a gestational carrier at Nashville’s Centennial Women’s Hospital on December 28 and is Urban and Kidman’s biological daughter.
The parents said in a statement today: ‘Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier.’
Well, pregnancy isn’t for everybody. Neither is conventional intercourse. Remember, before Keith she was married to Tom Cruise. Her lady parts have gone so long without seeing any penis action that they probably creak and whistle when she walks.

We don’t usually cover British star-for-no-reason Katie Price, aka Jordan. She’s like the British Kim Kardashian in that she’s famous for having a sex tape, a reality show, putting out a bunch of merchandise with her name on it, selling her life story, and turning herself into a living plastic doll. (Jordan predates Kim, so maybe Jordan was Kim’s career inspiration, not Paris Hilton.)
Anyway Katie is trying to kick out her husband of all of 11 months, former adult film actor and professional cagefighter Alex Reid, but Reid is said to be staying put in another wing of the couple’s mansion. Apparently Katie is upset that Reid posed for a photo in which he appears to be training her five year-old son, Junior (with ex husband Peter Andre), to fight. He’s also said to have angered her by following her career path and cashing in on her “celebrity.” Katie called Andre a famewhore or something, as if that wasn’t obvious to her from the get-go, and is said to be seeking a divorce. The couple has no prenup, so of course money will be an issue. While Reid was initially trying to save the marriage, and plead his case to the press about how it was all a misunderstanding, it’s thought that he’s accepted that it’s over and is just trying to get the best payout. Katie’s first ex husband, Peter Andre, has of course chimed in:
JILTED Alex Reid yesterday taunted wife Jordan - telling her: “Give me 2million or I’ll NEVER move out.”
Alex, 35, insisted it would cost that much for him to walk away from their 11-month marriage.
The cage fighter’s demand, which would be part of a final divorce settlement, came as he received support from Jordan’s ex, Peter Andre.
The singer, 37, told a pal: “I actually feel sorry for Alex - she is obviously trying to make him look like the bad guy when it seems he loved her.”

“Alex had finally agreed to release a statement about the end of their marriage and move out. He then went to the gym. Katie called him to see if he had run everything past his lawyers and he just started to laugh.
“Alex said he had changed his mind and that there was absolutely no way she was getting rid of him that easily.”
Last night cross-dresser Alex was again staying at Jordan’s mansion in Woldingham, Surrey, arriving at 11pm. Jordan is still living in the home - in a separate wing to Alex. She is said to have considered moving out, but her disabled son Harvey, seven, needs the home’s special facilities.
She claims Alex has made a fortune from their relationship - getting 200,000 for his own TV show and 75,000 for a magazine column.

Here’s the thing - this woman is getting more press for this divorce than she has in months if not years (since her last divorce) so she’ll ultimately profit from this breakup even if she has to give Alex a hefty settlement. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s playing up this whole controversy and marital trouble to earn more headlines.

Wow, as everybody just announced in the links (LOL, sorry!), Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban announced this afternoon that they welcomed their second daughter. Via surrogate! Apparently the baby - a little girl named Faith Margaret- was born on December 28, and they?re just announcing it now, after they just spent the whole weekend doing a bunch of events together so Nicole could promote Rabbit Hole. Because?? I guess a newborn doesn?t need either of her parents?for a whole weekend?? No, I?m a bitch. I know that. You know that too. Since I’m going there, I guess I can also say that I look forward to many more interviews in which Nicole makes reference to her only TWO daughters, forgetting Isabella entirely.
