In the clip, the inebriated ?Sweet Home Alabama? babe tells the officer, ?My name is Reese Witherspoon, you are arresting me for obstruction of justice, it will be in the national news.?
And once Johnny Law throws her in the back of the cruiser, Toth begins to scold his wife- ?Why are you doing this? All you should have done was let me get arrested? Now you?ve turned it into national news.
With both feet planted firmly in denial, Witherspoon defends herself- ?He does not have jurisdiction over the ground that he speaks on.?
Reese has since apologized for her behavior and fully admitted her fault in the matter.

Yesterday, the dash cam footage from Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth’s drunken arrest made its way to TMZ. Reese told GMA earlier in the day that she was “saying all kinds of crazy things” which she wasn’t wrong about. In the video, you can see Reese try to flex her celebrity muscle and get really patriotic.
She starts off with a little threat that she’s a big shot saying celebrity, “You’re about to find out who I am!” after the arresting officer admits he has no idea who she was. She then moves onto her cursory knowledge of the law. Reese ends up being cuffed anyway and channels Harrison Ford as Jack Ryan, “I’m an American citizen. I’m allowed to stand on American ground.” At one point, Reese even claims to be pregnant and says she needs to pee.
If you’re like me, you fall in love with Reese all over again after this. She basically acts like the character she played inLegally Blonde. Reese was one step away from pulling out an American flag and waving it in front of the officer’s face and shouting, “You can’t arrest me. I’m Reese Witherspoon. I’M AN AMERICAN! ‘MURICA!”
The best part, of course, is Jim Toth standing there silent and finally saying to the officer, after he cuffed Reese and put her in the car, “I’m sorry, I had nothing to do with that!”
“Sooo embarrassing. Don’t you hate it when your wife does that? Hey, why don’t you let me off with a warning and let me take her home.”

Lindsay Lohan has avoided that pesky arrest warrant after checking into the Betty Ford Center. What’s more, she managed to convince Shawn Holley to come back into the mess that is her life. Turns out, it was Mark Heller’s plan for Lindsay to go into Morningside Recovery. Something she didn’t want to do which is why she left the place after two minutes and started making calls to Holley.
Holley negotiated with City Attorney Terry White to make a deal for Betty Ford. Not surprisingly, Lindsay stayed at the facility back in 2010 where she got into a fight with a staffer. It seems Betty Ford was willing to forgive and forget as long as that check arrives on time. Stand-up guys.

I really hope that this is the last gasp of Gwyneth Paltrow?s two-month-long domination of the media. Anyway, Goop did a Q&A with Babble and in between referring to herself as a goddess (no joke), she talks about how ?the fans? want a Pepper Potts spin-off. Sure, Goop.
Babble: How did you feel when you were picked to be on the cover of People Magazine?s Most Beautiful issue?
Honestly, Steven ? he?s been my publicist since I was nineteen years old ? and he sent me the email and I was like, ?this is a typo.? Like I reread it three times, and then I got this really weird old feeling that my school bully had somehow was playing a trick on me. I swear, I had to talk about it with my shrink. I went through this whole weird thing. He was like, ?yes, it?s true.? And I was beyond surprised, flattered, and I still kinda can?t believe it. It?s, it?s really cool.
Tell us about putting on the suit.
I love putting on the suit. It was really weird. I?ve never done anything like that in my whole career, and my son was on set, and so I?ll never forget it; I walk out onto the set, and I was fully dressed in the suit, and his face, because he?s like in the last probably year and a half watched the, the first Iron Man and Avengers and everything- I?ll never forget his face. Like, he was in shock and awe. It was so cool.
Mommy cool?
Oh my God, yes. And by the way, I now have Lego in the set- there?s a Pepper, so I am a goddess. So fun.
How does it feel, as Pepper, to be that strong?
I loved it so much. You know, I was getting kind of like, come on, guys. Pepper, like, let?s- come on, like, all these boys are flying around doing all this fun stuff, and I loved how patient and kind and sweet Pepper is. But when I read this script, I was like, ?oh yeah!? She?s in the suit and flying around, and I loved doing the stunts. As I said, I really had never done anything like that before and it was really fun. I felt like I should?ve been doing this my whole life. It?s like, ?why am I doing all these period films. it?s so boring.?
What are some of the fun things that happen on set?
The things that I remember from set are, like, my kids learning, like how to drive a golf cart. On a movie, it?s so big and you drive a golf cart from one thing to another and you?re like, ?okay, you can drive the golf cart.? And then all of a sudden, they just started taking off in golf carts. So, this is illegal and this is not okay. Or like their Nerf gun fights and we just had, it was just like a fun experience for the family, and they love Robert. They had no idea that Robert was famous until probably a year ago. And they just love him so much and he creates a fun environment, and it was just nice. It was a really nice shoot. When you work with someone over and over again, that you really love and that environment is so familial and the kids feel- everybody feels it really was so great.
Are we gonna see you in more action films?
I don?t know. I would actually really like to, but really, am I old now to start, like, you know, being in action movies. I would like to. The nice thing is that everybody?s sort of been very sweet about Pepper in this movie, like all the journalists who came in. They were like, ?oh my God, you have to have your own movie,? because in the comics, Pepper gets her own suit, and she becomes a character called Rescue. They?re like, we need a Rescue movie, and I?m like, okay, well, I?d better hit the gym.
What color would you choose for your suit?
Ooh, great question. Gray, like, silver and white. My favorite colors.

This is something very particular about Gwyneth, have you noticed? She only hears ? and endlessly repeats ? the compliments people give her. I find that unusual. I can remember most of insults lodged at me throughout my life. The nasty comments and harsh words are burned into my memory and I can recall them in an instant. But it?s like Goop doesn?t even register criticism. She only hears the positive. She only believes the positive. She only repeats the positive to humble-brag endlessly. So of course she thinks she?s deserving of a Pepper spin-off. Of course the critics adore her. Of course she is a ?goddess?. I realize she was saying that in reference to what her son thinks about her lego & suit, but she could have said “Oh, he thinks I’m a cool mom.” But whenever Goop imagines herself through the eyes of anyone else, she sees herself as a goddess.

Star Trek Into Darkness is mostly a sausage party. I was culling through our photos of last night?s STID premiere and I had the sudden realization that I was mostly interested in seeing photos of the dudes, so of course we will have a special ?Hot Guy: STID? post. But for now, let?s talk about the two women of STID: Alice Eve and Zoe Saldana. Zoe is more well-known, so let?s begin with her.
She wore this Vionnet gown which? I loathe. It?s not even that I have a big hate-on for the design of the dress, I just have a hate-on for how Zoe-in-the-dress made the entire premiere about her dress drama. She kept tripping over her sideburn-train and all of the STID men kept having to adjust it for her. Benedict looked gentlemanly when he tried to make some dress arrangements, but when Quinto leaned down to fix her mess, the look on his face was ?gurl, you need to check your couture.? And oh yeah, there?s some Jada Pinkett happening in her face. Ugh.
As for Alice Eve (I keep typing her name as Alive Ece), I don?t think I?ve even heard her voice (unless you count that ?scream? she does in the trailer), but this woman already annoys me. The way she poses, the clothes she wears, the look on her face when cameras are around. She?s a Hiddleston ? ?OMG Attention!! ME ME ME!? Her dress is Ermanno Scervino Pre-Fall 2013 in suede. I like the idea of a suede strapless dress, and this could have been interesting. But the fit is off and I feel like her girls are about to pop out of that bustier. Why are these two ladies so budget? Why are they inviting wardrobe malfunctions?

Anyway, as we discussed earlier this week, Naomi and her married fianc Vladimir Doronin, a Russian billionaire, seem to be done. They were seen together in March, but over the past year there have been fewer and fewer sightings of them. ?Sources? keep gossiping to Page Six too ? Page Six is a favorite of Naomi?s, by the way. She leaks a lot of information through Page Six. I?m just sayin?. Here?s today?s Page Six story about the breakup:
Supermodel Naomi Campbell and her Russian tycoon lover, Vladimir Doronin, split after a series of fights which led to them sleeping in separate bedrooms, sources exclusively tell Page Six. The pair have hit a rocky patch, as we first revealed Tuesday, over their different lifestyles and work schedules.
One source said, ?They?ve been fighting for a while. It?s been going on for six months or nine months. They?ve been sleeping in separate bedrooms and split for a few weeks. Naomi likes to live by her own rules, stay out late, be a free spirit, while Vlad is more regimented. He is up early, works hard, does yoga and is super healthy.?
The source said that the 42-year-old British beauty?s relationship with the 50-year-old billionaire property mogul had flourished as she introduced him to her celebrity friends.
?I think he loves being around the celebrities. He loves going to the parties,? our insider continued. ?But he still doesn?t do the drugs or the drinking.?
As we?ve reported, other sources said their relationship had become ?like a business relationship? because, one insider told us, ?Naomi brings the celebrity, the glamour, the beauty to his properties, and Vlad keeps her in the style she is accustomed to. Vlad and his estranged wife, Katia, are on happy terms. And Katia was always on good terms with Naomi, who also has a great relationship with Vlad?s daughter.?
Meanwhile, Campbell?s career has been rocketing, with her TV show ?The Face? a hit in the US and currently filming in the UK. She also looks sensational gracing the May cover of Vogue Brazil.
Despite this, multiple sources say it?s possible they?ll make up. One said, ?They have broken up and gotten back together many times. I would guess they would get back together. The next few weeks will be key.? Reps for Campbell didn?t comment.

Eh. I don?t know what to say. I think Naomi is trying to play some kind of game with Vladimir, trying to get him to realize that she?s his best option and she?s the one keeping him relevant in celebrity circles. But he?s a good-looking Russian billionaire!!! I mean, let?s face it, there are hundreds (if not thousands) of beautiful young women who will line up to take what he?s offering and ALL of them will be less drama (not to mention less violent) than Naomi. If Vladimir wants to date another glamorous model and party with celebrities, something tells me that he?ll have no problem.

Let?s all take a deep breath (of crack fumes) and recap what went down yesterday. Lindsay rejected the Hamptons rehab facility because they wouldn?t let her smoke, so she waited until the very last minute to fly to California (in hysterics, apparently) to check herself into a rehab in Newport Beach called Morningside. LL?s lawyer and the prosecutor met with the judge in an emergency hearing because no one had signed off on this new rehab, and the judge basically said ?EH? and let LL stay at Morningside pending further approval. As it turns out, WHILE the hearing was going on, Lindsay had checked out of the rehab because OMG OF COURSE. So here?s what has happened since:
*Allegedly, Lindsay had 12 hours to return to the rehab, which it doesn?t look like she did. This morning, the city attorney is going to go to the judge and ask for an arrest warrant. A source tells Radar, ?Lindsay leaving the rehab center that a judge was actually allowing her to stay in was a big mistake. Making that decision has serious consequences and if she doesn?t have her attorney deal with this tonight then the City Attorney is going to go to court in the morning to get a warrant for her arrest.?
*TMZ says that Lindsay never in fact checked into Morningside at all ? she just rolled up in her SUV, never got out of the car, and then the SUV left. And she never came back. TMZ says that if Lindsay doesn?t show up by 6 am PST (9 am EST), the arrest warrant will be issued.
*TMZ also says that Lindsay has ?begged? Shawn Holley to return as her lawyer because LL is ?angry? with Mark Heller for recommending Morningside. TMZ says ? and this probably comes straight from the Teflon Cracken?s mouth ? that Lindsay ?decided she didn’t want to go? to Morningside when she learned (from TMZ!) that Morningside had its license revoked. Ha.
*As for Holley, LL was apparently in contact with her throughout the day yesterday and Holley has agreed to take Lindsay back as a client (OH GOD). Holley has been in touch with prosecutors, trying to get them to agree to a rehab facility other than Morningside. Mark Heller might be fired now?
*And Radar claims that Lindsay has been ?cleared? to enter Betty Ford (again), in a deal brokered by Shawn Holley. A source says, ?Lindsay cut a last minute deal with the D.A. to go to Betty Ford. Shawn Holley helped to broker the agreement with [Los Angeles] City Attorney [Terry White] late Thursday night. It?s unclear if she has checked in.?
*Radar?s source: ?Lindsay cannot stand her current lawyer and thinks he doesn?t know what he is doing. So late Thursday, from hiding, she began calling emailing Shawn incessantly. Shawn has always had a soft spot for Lindsay, even after everything she has pulled. She hates to see her suffering.?
*Another source claims that Lindsay was going to treat Morningside like a hotel: ?Lindsay had her ?publicist? call all day on Thursday making outrageous demands ? like that she needed her cell phone with her at all times. It?s like she thinks Morningside is a hotel. The staff at the facility doesn?t need nor want this drama. Lindsay?s actions on Thursday were very disruptive.?
So, I guess LL will probably be heading back to Betty Ford, which is where she was a few years ago, and they kept giving her day passes to go out drinking. When she returned to that facility after breaking her curfew one night, one of the staffers tried to stop her and punish her and Lindsay beat the woman with a phone. I can?t imagine that Betty Ford wants LL back, but who knows? And I guess she has less than an hour to check in. I?ll update if there?s anything more?
UPDATE: TMZ says that Lindsay is now “safely ensconced” at Betty Ford. Apparently, she checked in last night after Shawn Holley negotiated with the city attorney. TMZ says, “We’re told prosecutors will back off their promise to seek an arrest warrant today … although they still have to get the judge to sign off on Betty Ford, but it looks like that will just be a formality.”

Miley Cyrus’ shoot for V Magazine is one of the most desperate, contrived, awkward, disingenuous attempts at sexy I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing. Every last shot is cringe-worthy. But my life coach says I need to embrace the positives and look for the good in things, so instead of burning her, I’m supposed to say something nice. And after twenty minutes of staring blankly at the screen, “it looks like she’s finally growing into that face” was the best I could come up with. Personal growth and development takes time.

The "Laguna Beach" star looked cute in a short-sleeved black and white striped dress as she carried a similarly striped baby Camden and a black handbag in her arms.
In a recent interview with CoCo Eco magazine, the 26-year-old former reality star spoke about prioritizing her son.
Sharing the decisions she's had to make, Kristin explains, "I've passed on a couple of things that would have kept me here in L.A. because my fiance Jay [Cutler] has to be in Chicago, so if I was here, we would never see each other. The sacrifices we make for love..."

In a recent interview with HELLO! magazine, the 46-year-old actress explained the surprising way she found out she was pregnant.
Candidly revealing details, Halle shares, "I was at the doctor's when they told me and I was completely shocked. I didn't see it coming. I went to the doctor because I thought I had kidney stones or something. Olivier [Martinez] and I have always wanted to be parents, but I didn't want to get my hopes up."

Making sure she is the first face you see on newsstands everywhere, Miley Cyrus appeared in V Magazine recently, and the publication released a behind-the-scenes video of her cover shoot.
The "Hannah Montana" star sports a variety of revealing outfits, dances, and laughs as she poses for photographer Mario Testino.
In the issue, the 20-year-old actress/singer addresses the rumors flying around about her and fiance Liam Hemsworth, saying, "Every week it's like, 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them.' I don't have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't."
Sharing the scheduling difficulties, Miley continues, "He gets up to work out at six and I come home around five from the studio. I've put this record before everything and I've never done that with anything. I've put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it."

Lindsay Lohan decided to do a last minute rehab change to Morningside Recovery in Newport so she could smoke and she managed to get away with it temporarily but leave it to Lindsay to screw everything up.
The day didn’t get off to a good start. Besides the last minute facility change, Mark Heller told the judge that Lindsay had already checked into rehab this morning but the fact is, she was wandering Fry’s Electronics in Fountain Valley at 9 AM.
When she finally did make it to Morningside, she walked in for two minutes and walked straight out. A source said she was spooked by the paparazzi and was saying, “I’m not going to rehab. I’m not going to rehab. Take me back to the airport.” Reports say she’s headed to LAX to take a flight to New York.
Prosecutors obviously have no idea what’s going on and Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White said he won’t stand for it.”If there’s credible confirmation she’s heading back to New York, then I’m going to have to go in and ask the court to issue a warrant,? White said.
Hey, look, Lindsay is being an entitled celebrity who thinks she can get away with anything she wants because she’s moderately famous. Did anyone expect anything different? They should just go with my suggestion of putting a shock collar around her neck and link it to an invisible fence. Also, stream it over the web. It’ll be like that puppy cam but better.
