Looking pleased to have cast her ballot, Heidi Klum made a delighted exit from her local polling place in Brentwood, CA on Tuesday (November 6).
The German-born supermodel looked casually patriotic as she rocked skinny jeans with a red, white and blue plaid button up for the presidential picking excursion.
A short while after the polling station stop, Heidi posted a picture of herself sporting an "i voted" sticker on her Twitter page with a caption reading, "Did You?"
Never one to shy away from the spotlight, Miss Klum was featured on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" the same afternoon - during which she dished it was her "second time voting in America."

Taking her mom along to do their civic duty, Ashley Tisdale voted in Studio City, California on Tuesday (November 6).
The "High School Musical" star kept cozy in a gray Adidas hoodie, dark leggings, and black boots, while carrying a large red handbag as she headed to lunch with her mother after hitting the polls.
Afterwards, the 27-year-old actress tweeted a photo of her voting sticker with the comment, "Did u? :)."
Though she's moved on from her days as a Disney darling, she holds a special place in her heart for the company where it all started for her.
Ashley tells Us Weekly, "We have a Disney Channel movie we're producing called 'Cloud 9' right now and a lot of stuff in development. Just yesterday morning before going into work, looking at casting tapes on 'Cloud 9,' but it just takes me back to that moment ... I remember when I was in that same room auditioning for 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' or 'High School Musical,' and it's just really cool to be making other people's dreams come true."

Proudly sporting her "I Voted" sticker, Hilary Duff headed to the polls with her mom in Los Angeles on Tuesday (November 6).
The "Lizzie McGuire" star looked casual in a white long-sleeved T-shirt, black yoga pants, and green flats as she kissed her mother goodbye.
Voting for the first time as a mother (to baby boy Luca), the 25-year-old recently spoke to Parents.com about her fears in bringing up her son in the spotlight.
She worries, "I am even scared of (Luca) growing up getting his picture taken all the time and feeling different. I saw a rag magazine the other day ? I was having my hair done or something ? and the headline said, ?Who Wore It Better?? and the photo showed Suri Cruise and so-and-so?s kid. They had the same dress on, and (magazine editors) put these kids up against each other. I?m just thinking that this is sickening. Now that I?m a mom and I have a child, I can?t imagine. It?s not right.?

It’ll probably be titled,Oops I Did It Again So Don’t Hold It Against Me. I hear Britney is watching old episodes ofReading Rainbow in preparation.
Expect mystery and intrigue and hopefully an explanation about how she went from the most desired woman in pop music to marrying Kevin Federline and looking like this, a shell of her former self.

Today is Election Day, so I’m guessing Christina Aguilera misheard “civic duty” for “civic doody” when she decided put on those pants, because that whole outfit is complete shit. Nobody should ever be able to use the word “star-spangled” when describing your pants. Not unless you’re being fired out of a cannon at a circus or jumping a canyon on a motorcycle, in which case it is not only acceptable, but also highly encouraged. Anyway, fashion FAIL.

The Barbadian beauty was dressed casually for her cross-country trek while adding a touch of color to the Big Apple terminal via a hot Pink ballcap.
Rihanna's travels come just as she's officially wrapped up work on her soon-to-be released album "Unapologetic."
Tweeting about the accomplishment while also unveiling the official tracklist, the 22-year-old old wrote, "Man my album is complete, and I need a f**king drink and a roll up! It was quite the journey, but it's all part of our story! #UNAPOLOGETIC."

Back in 2011, Gisele had just given birth and her body snapped back really quickly. So, obviously, she did a Vogue Magazine pictorial and interview to show off and discuss her post-baby body. It was in that interview that some believed Gisele sneeringly and condescendingly slammed pregnant women who gained more weight than she did. During a larger conversation about her body and how she lost her pregnancy weight so quickly, Gisele said: ?I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds.? Maybe she was just describing her own experience and that comment was laden with judgment and condescension. Maybe. All I know is that the Vogue quote was the first thing I thought about when I read this in Page Six this morning:

Here are some new photos of Lindsay Lohan last night in Manhattan. Guess who was with Lindsay? ALI!!! This is the first time I?ve seen Ali in MONTHS. I haven?t seen her since before she mysteriously went to ?South Korea? to ?model? over the summer. Well, Ali is in NYC with the Cracken, so you know some crack shenanigans are going down soon. As for Lindsay?s outfit?busted. She looks like a cracked-out raccoon. Is that a raccoon pelt?! And Ali looks? er? poor Ali. That poor kid.
Lindsay has been in NYC for more than week ? she was there during Hurricane/Frankenstorm Sandy, staying at a hotel. But the Cracken will have to return to LA sooner rather than later? TMZ reports that Lindsay is going to be charged with ?lying to police? from that cracktastrophe on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June. That was like two dozen cracktastrophes ago!
Lindsay Lohan will be charged with the crime of lying to police after her car accident in June on Pacific Coast Highway … TMZ has learned.
We broke the story … Lohan told cops she was NOT behind the wheel of her Porsche when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Fact is she was — according to multiple witnesses.
Law enforcement sources tell us … the case will be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney … possibly this week.
The charge could spell huge trouble for Lindsay, because she’s currently on probation for the jewelry heist. The criminal filing could trigger a probation violation, and Judge Stephanie Sautner — the jewelry judge — could send her to the slammer for a long, long time.
And law enforcement sources tell us … cops found prescription pills in her purse after the crash. Witnesses tell us pills were also scattered in her trunk. Our sources say authorities were prepared to charge LiLo with drug crimes, but Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave cops documentations from Lindsay’s doctor, saying the pills were properly prescribed. Authorities then backed off that charge.
As for the charge of lying to cops, Lindsay almost dodged that bullet. You may recall, after the accident, Lindsay went to the hospital where she was interviewed by cops, and that’s when she told them she wasn’t behind the wheel. Her lawyer, Shawn Holley, made a mad dash for the hospital to muzzle her client (see video), but she was a few minutes too late.
Comedy and crime — it’s all about timing.

Yeah, here?s what I don?t understand (and please, California legal experts, explain it to me): how is this not an AUTOMATIC violation of the terms of Lindsay?s probation. Like, if and when Lindsay is charged with lying to the police, why wouldn?t that automatically trigger a probation violation and she would have to go straight to court/jail? Isn?t that what her judge said when they were going through the terms of her last probation? That if she screwed up even once, her probation would be null and she would immediately face the consequences? But I guess not? because the California Justice System is all ?Meh? when it comes to Lindsay Lohan. They don?t want to deal with her anymore.

These are photos of Britney Spears at an X Factor finalists party last night in LA. She looks happy, healthy and pretty here. I’d like to see her with some lighter eye makeup, but this heavy eyeliner is her signature look and that’s a minor complaint. Britney has actually performed well as a judge on the show, she’s harsher than people expected and more composed than we expected. She seems like she’s in a good place, although there’s still the question of whether she’s being led by her handlers or if she’s making her own decisions about her life. Either way, she seems somewhat content and together. That big lawsuit against her by her former self-declared “manager” has been thrown out of court, so that must be a relief.
Now that Britney is moving on with her life while bringing in piles of cash, she’s going to make some more money by “writing” a thinly veiled work of fiction about her life. This seems like just another way for Britney’s people to package her, while glossing over her very public breakdown. I guess it’s not a bad idea. Here’s more, from The Hollywood Reporter:
Britney Spears is close to signing a book deal, The Hollywood Reporter has learned, with plans to write a novel.
Her rep confirms that It Books, an imprint of HarperCollins, which has released many popular musician memoirs (among them: autobiographies by Sammy Hagar, The Game, Slash and Motley Crue), is having “discussions” with the singer. (A rep for It would not confirm.)
A source tells THR Spears would pen a roman a clef for the publisher. The story would incorporate fictionalized versions of her own experiences, much like Lauren Conrad?s 2009 New York Times bestseller L.A. Candy, which was about a girl who moves to Los Angeles and becomes the star of a reality show. Conrad, who starred in The Hills, has written two more novels since.
Indeed, Spears is the latest in a growing cadre of headline-grabbers who dabble in books. They include the Kardashians and Jersey Shore?s Nicole ?Snooki? Polizzi.
No word yet on when a Spears book may be released, but with the singer appearing on a network TV show (and being paid handsomely for it — in the vicinity of $15 million) and having sold nearly 100 million albums worldwide in her career, the advance is likely to be substantial.

Spears rep did semi-confirm this story. He told MTV “To my knowledge there are discussions but nothing confirmed.”
I’ve read portions of Snooki’s book and Nicole Richie’s book, and both were God awful. They read like the celebrities had written the books themselves with minimal editing. In contrast, Levi Johnston’s memoir was interesting and well written. That was down to his talented “co” writers, whom he did thank by name. You know he didn’t write a word. Britney will probably talk to a writer for a few hours, and that person will whip up a decent novel loosely based on her life and painted with a much prettier brush. They’ll send drafts to her people to review, and it will get published with minimal input from Britney. That seems to happen a lot for her – she gets pushed into things and doesn’t have a lot of say in what happens. Maybe I’m wrong, or maybe it’s good for her to be out of her comfort zone. She seems to be in a decent place now so what better time to put out a book? I’m not being entirely facetious, either.

We didn’t cover last week’s German GQ Awards held in Berlin, but it turns out there’s a good reason for a quick catch up. Check out that hottie next to Bar Refaeli! That’s one of Bar’s three brothers, and I think this one is named Dor, but I could be wrong. Bar was on hand to accept the Gentlewoman of the Year award, and she took her brother as her date even though her rumored love interest from this summer, Shaun White, was also in attendance for his own award. So perhaps Bar and Shaun are no longer an item, which makes me wonder whether or not she’s interested in getting back with newly single Leonardo DiCaprio after his recent breakup with Erin Heatherton. Probably not. There were an Enquirer story from July about how Leo was secretly pining away for Bar while dating Erin, but I think Bar’s had enough of Leo after two rounds. Also, Bar might very well try to tell us that guys never hit on her, but I think we know better. Incidentally, Bar’s currently auctioning off a New York City date on Charity Buzz, and the current bid is $2,800; if you want to top that, get your number in before November 8. I don’t know about you guys, but I’d like a date with her brother.
In the meantime, Bar’s been posting some interesting photos on her Twitter page, and I think Bar’s tweets are so fun. Instead of coming off all attention-seeking and obnoxious like Rihanna tends to do, Bar just seems like she’s having a good time (i.e., covering herself in Dead Sea mud) and sharing it with the world. Here’s Bar sipping a cocktail from an egg shell in London. At first, I was grossed out and all like, “Ew, germs!” Then I realized that alcohol would easily kill any germs found inside a raw egg, which may very well also explain why Lindsay Lohan is still alive as well. Carry on, Bar.

Ashley Greene covers the new issue of Manhattan Magazine ? and I think it?s a joint venture/publication with Miami Magazine too, but I?m not going to analyze too hard. Can I just say? This is a terrible pictorial for Ashley. Maybe another girl would have been able to pull it off, but these angles for Ashley and her face are particularly harsh and unforgiving. I liked the way she was photographed for GQ UK last week ? she looked pretty and sexy in that photo shoot. Not so much in this one. As for the interview? we all know that this girl is very full of herself. In her mind, she is definitely as famous as Kristen Stewart. In Ashley?s mind, she?s the real star of the Twilight franchise. In Ashley?s mind, all of the Twihards want HER, they want to know about HER life. So? just get into that mindset when you read the interview. Here are some excerpts:

First of all, I?m sorry, but I keep getting drawn to Kim Kardashian butt photos like an ass-moth to a booty flame. These are new pics of Kim and Jonathan Cheban in Miami yesterday, heading into (and then leaving) Body & Soul gym for a workout. I have to admit several unsavory things all at once. One, I kind of like Kim?s workout gear. I?ve started wearing tighter workout clothes, and while I haven?t gotten to ?skin-tight compression leggings and no panties? yet, that?s actually my goal! Two, I wish I looked this good coming out of the gym. My ass is HAGGARD after my four weekly workouts. I?m soaked in sweat, I?m beet-red and I?m just spent. I never look glowing and comfortable like Kim does in these photos. Three, I actually think Kim is truly losing weight. Right? Her butt looks less diaper-ish and more streamlined. Maybe those QuickTrim pills are working? Ugh.
Speaking of weight and body image, Kim might have a new interview with The Sun?? Maybe. The Sun is famous for re-appropriating old interviews without attribution and passing them off as new, exclusive interviews. Some of the quotes from Kim sound old, but it could be that she?s just a boring person with nothing new to say. Kim says: ?I am really glad to be able to promote a healthy, natural body shape, eating well and exercising and appreciating the shape that you naturally have. I was a teenager in the 90s, which was the era of grunge, the waif and heroin chic. Female models were skeletal, and with my Armenian background that was a mould I was never going to fit.? Here?s the thing? I would be much more accepting of Kim?s positive-body-image messages if she told the truth about her size. Instead, she lies and claims she?s a size 4 or 6. Anyway, Kim and her sisters are in the UK today to promote their plus-sized clothing line, the Kardashian Kollection for Dorothy Perkins. I?m sure we?ll have those photos later!
PS? I still hate that she uses a Birkin bag as a gym bag. So stupid.

Twihards are a fickle bunch. That?s what I?m finding out more and more. There are the ?Robsten 4 Eva? Twihards who are obsessed with all things ?Rob & Kristen are together, and anyone who says anything different is the enemy.? Those people hate me. Then there are the pro-Kristen Twihards who want to make her into a delicate flower, a chastened victim, a child who is blameless, distraught, bullied and passive. Those people hate me too. Then there are the pro-Rob Twihards who think Kristen is a bitch-troll and Rob is a delicate, sensitive boy who is being manipulated and used by an evil studio and cheating, lying fake-girlfriend. Honestly, I had the support of those people for a little while, but if my Twitter is any indication, I lost that contingent yesterday when I wrote that ?I now buy the idea that they?re trying to make it work.? Yeah? I still think that. I?m sorry pro-Rob people, but I?ve really begun to think that Rob has completely given up his Man Card and he?s actively participating in this relationship/fauxmance/whatever.
I also want to clarify one more thing for the Twihards who fault me for choosing ?the worst photos of Kristen?. Dear Twihards: I?m really not putting that much thought into it. I?m sorry, but you have to deal with the fact that sometimes your girl looks like ten kinds of hell, and that at some events, there just aren?t any ?good? photos of her. Sorry.
Now, with all of that in mind, I?d like to cover some recent quotes from Kristen which I found interesting. Kristen ? for good and for bad ? is a talker. She loves to run her mouth in an interview or press conference or junket, and I appreciate the fact that she?s always good for a soundbyte, although I do think she should learn to hush sometimes for her own good. We?ve been inundated with new quotes from Kristen, and I just thought you?d enjoy these stories. First one: Kristen and Rob talk babies!
Kristen Stewart is looking forward to motherhood . . . she just doesn’t want it right now! During a press junket in Los Angeles Thursday, Nov. 1 for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, Stewart gave an honest answer about her hopes to one day be a mom.
When a reporter asked the 22-year-old actress if she’s ready to have her own kids, Stewart replied, “Dude, no. I can’t wait to be a mom, but like, no. I can wait.”
While she may not be in a rush to jump into real-life parenthood with boyfriend Robert Pattinson, Stewart did enjoy playing parents to daughter Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy), Bella and Edward’s daughter in the film.
“I think that it might be something that you’re born with or not born with. Some people have really, really strong natural instincts and desires to be a mom. That was one of my favorite things about the story,” she explained. “It was one aspect of [Bella] that I was really excited to play.”
And Pattinson, 26, similarly had no problem taking on the role of a father.
“I actually quite like working with kids and I like working with animals, which everybody says you shouldn’t do,” he said. “Especially working with a baby is great. I would say, put a baby in every scene.”
Although neither one of them minded having a baby in the film, the couple found the baby-making scenes more than a little stressful!
Stewart told E! News that their vampire sex scene was “awful” to film because they had to “look directly into the camera instead of at each other.” And Pattinson told E! News that the horde of cast and crew members killed the mood. “Vampire sex is supposed to be the greatest sex in the world, and then everyone turns up on set and they’re like, ‘OK, well, uh, what’s your thing?’” he shared. “It’s, like, completely crazy!”
During his press conferences Thursday, Pattinson also joked that if he could prepare for the first Twilight film over again, he would “start drinking vodka instead of beer, and try to get a six-pack as early as possible because you’ll be a much more successful actor.”

As always, Rob comes across as the baby-and-animal loving gentle soul and Kristen is a harridan who refuses to give her boyfriend the babies he wants! I do like that Kristen shut down speculation about babies, though. It would have been really easy for her to play the ?I don?t know, maybe babies!? card.
The other story I liked was Kristen?s recent confession that she had ?kept? (re: taken from the set in a Lohan-esque crack thievery!) the all-important rings from the Twilight series. Kristen said, ?I kept the rings. The rings are really important to me. [Bella?s] mother gives her a moon ring in the beginning. It fully and completely reminds me of [Twilight director] Catherine Hardwicke.” When asked about Bella?s engagement ring, Kristen said, ?Yeah, I have that too. I held onto that one.” Kristen is a LOHAN! While I don?t doubt that the studio probably would have (or did) ?gift? those rings to her, I have to think that those are two of the most valuable pieces of recent film history. Two years, five years from now, if Kristen auctioned those pieces off, they would be worth a fortune to some Twihard-y collector.

This isn?t as sexy/exciting/offensive as yesterday?s No Doubt post (about their racist music video which seemed designed to offend Native Americans), but I still think this is noteworthy. Gwen Stefani covers the new issue of Nylon Mag, and at this point I do think we have to acknowledge that Gwen is tweaking and/or Botoxing, right? Before six months ago, I just thought Gwen was an ageless vampire who took care of herself, but at some point this year, I really just began to think that she?s doing something to her face. This pictorial just draws it out even more for me. Anyway, Gwen got the cover because she?s promoting No Doubt?s new album, and the guys in the band actually posed for a photo for the magazine. Some highlights from the interview:
Gwen Stefani on fame: “I’m telling you right now, being Number One or playing in a garage–they’re both super fun.”
On how she gets inspired: “I got all my favorite people that I work with [together] and we had a creative day. We basically all sat around with our art books and [magazine] tears and just put them up and did collages and tried to get a direction. We ended up not using anything, but it was really fun.”
On the evolving music world (the MTV VMAs included): “It used to have so much weight. People even paid attention to the categories! Now if you win one–I don’t even think anyone takes your picture. It’s like, whatever.”

She?s right about the music awards. I remember when the VMAs were actually a big deal, like they were the cool version of the Grammys. Now no one cares who wins a VMA and no one really cares who wins a Grammy either (if they ever did). As for everything else? I don?t even know. I feel like Gwen is trying to ?prove? that she?s still the badass rocker grrl, but it just feels? dated??

Lindsay Lohan may be charged with a misdemeanor for lying to the cops after rear-ending a semi on Pacific Coast Highway back in June. Lindsay told police she was not driving despite multiple witnesses saying she was.
The charge could trigger a probation violation for Lindsay, who’s currently on probation for stealing jewelry. The judge could send Lindsay to jail for a long time.
And law enforcement sources tell us … cops found prescription pills in her purse after the crash. Witnesses tell us pills were also scattered in her trunk. Our sources say authorities were prepared to charge LiLo with drug crimes, but Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave cops documentations from Lindsay’s doctor, saying the pills were properly prescribed. Authorities then backed off that charge. TMZ
Of course, none of that is going to happen. The only way Lindsay is going to jail is if someone left a trail of Red Bull Vodkas to a cell.

Kicking off jam-packed week of promotional appearances, Kristen Stewart paid a visit to "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday evening (November 5).
The 22-year-old Bella Swan actress donned a colorful Peter Pilotto dress with Louboutins as she took alongside the talk show guru to boost interest in her upcoming movie "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" - which is set to hit theaters on November 16th.
As for her interview, Miss Stewart spoke about a range of topics including her cinema stuntwork of "jumping off waterfalls and tackling a big blue foam-toothed mountain lion."
Asked if her action scenes ever have resulted in injury, Kristen replied, "I hurt myself quite a bit. It was scary at first, but you get used to it."
Also touching on "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" ending differently than the book, Stewart said, "I couldn't be more inside of it, in the loop, and it still freaks me out."
