Its really doesnt make sense how Kendall Jenner is part of this family. How can they all be so gross, and she turned out alright? Was she adopted? Did the mom conceive her with someone else? We need to do a DNA test and get to the bottom of this. []

So I guess Nina Dobrev now lives in a bikini and doesnt do much else. I can appreciate a chick who doesnt work and spends her life vacationing. I just wonder who is holding the bag and funding this lifestyle. Its most likely the sugar daddy who is taking all the photos and videos. Poor []

As we?ve seen, Kim Kardashian has been in Miami for the past few weeks. She?s made a big deal about how she?s hanging with her ?OG Miami crew,? a crew which includes Jonathan ?Foodgod? Cheban and Larsa Pippen. Kanye has also been around, although I don?t think he?s been in Miami with Kim the entire time. Kim also has her kids with her, but North is really the only one who has been photographed out with her mom consistently. North is 5 years old, and she lunches in Miami with her mom and her mom?s friends. Except mommy won?t let her sit at the same table.
Kim Kardashian raised eyebrows over the weekend by dining at fancy Miami restaurant Carpaccio, while her daughter and nanny sat at a separate table.
A spy who posted about it online said ?#sad.?
But sources close to Kardashian tell us that 5-year-old North was lunching sans mom because Kardashian was being followed by a videographer and she didn?t want North in the shot, lest the footage end up on TV. (However, North appears frequently on the family?s reality show.)

This IS sad. It?s just a sad story all-around, and I don?t believe the explanation that Kim didn?t want the videographer to have footage of North. Presumably, the videographer was either part of the KUWTK crew or someone employed by Kim herself. Surely the better solution is sitting with your daughter and merely editing out the footage which includes North? Also: North was getting pap?d this entire trip! It says something about Kim?s priorities and how she sees her children as her accessories.

I have a newfound respect for Olivia Munn after she came out swinging for Brett Ratner last fall. She revealed his sexual harassment prior to that actually, and dealt with a lot of abuse from him in the press before the MeToo era. Plus she was funny and a natural as the host of the Critics Choice Awards this year. All that said, shes been rather altered-looking for some time, and she hasnt been upfront about it. Thats not to say she owes people an explanation, but shes fibbed about her new face too. Anyway something was going on with the side of her face last night. She was a presenter along with Keegan-Michael Key and it looked more pronounced in motion. In terms of her fashion I thought this glittery purple David Koma gown was just right. It highlights her figure, its not super revealing and its a spot on presenter dress.
Rita Ora was a mess as usual in sheer Jean Paul Gaultier. During the red carpet pre-show she was bonding with Winnie Harlow about the fact that they have the same stylist, Jason Rembert. I just watched a video interview with Rita and Jason and I think they feed off each other. He probably is just following Ritas fug vision most of the time, but in turn she found someone willing to do that and is likely influencing him too. The more ridiculous his clients look the more we talk about them. Also, she wasnt wearing pasties or anything so I blurred that part.
Heres Winnie Harlow in Zuhair Murad. I really like the art deco vibes on this dress, it just looks too intricate for this event. I think it would be better without the fringe on the sleeves particularly.
I didnt notice that Iggy Azalea was there until I saw the photos afterwards, which makes me sad for her. The Jersey Shore people got more coverage than she did. She was in a Fausto Puglisi diamond print A-line skirt paired with a simple black bustier. Redcarpet-Fashionawards has the photo of this outfit as originally styled (and incidentally worn by Winnie Harlow). It had a trippy patterned top with it, which gave it more of an impact. Maybe it just seems boring because of the model here. The boots are cool.

At this point, in the year of our lord 2018, I do wonder which demographic the VMAs are really trying to reach. Yes, everything seems targeted towards ?the kids,? meaning the teenagers and 20-somethings. But then they gave the Video Vanguard Award to Jennifer Lopez, who is honestly best-appreciated by MY generation. My generation is the one who adored J.Lo, who followed her romantic disasters and knows all of her early videos by heart and we can all sing along to ?Love Don?t Cost A Thing? and ?Jenny From the Block? at the drop of a hat. Do the kids feel the same way about J.Lo? I kind of doubt it.
So, Jennifer arrived on the carpet with Alex Rodriguez. It actually sort of worked and it was on-brand for this year?s VMAs, which seemed to be All About Douchebros And The Women Who Love Them. Jennifer wore a Versace gown for the red carpet and she looked? fine. CB isn?t crazy about her too-blonde hair, but I think the tragedy here is that Jen?s makeup looks a bit janky. Half-way through the show, J.Lo did her big medley/dance thing. Surprise appearance by Ja Rule!
Honestly, I enjoyed it, even if I didn?t know all of those songs. Her voice seemed weak at various moments, and I guess she was trying to sing live for parts of it (yikes). Here?s Jennifer?s actual speech:
It?s fine. I?m happy for her. I guess this was for my generation? Thanks, MTV.

It used to be that the Jenner sisters were invited to events like the VMAs to present and make fools of themselves. But nowadays, Kylie Jenner comes to the VMAs as the plus-one of an artist. Kylie was seemingly just at the VMAs to spend time with Travis Scott, her boyfriend and baby-daddy. And for that, Kylie got to wearTom Ford? ISN?T THAT CRAZY? I totally love this Tom Ford tuxedo-dress. It?s stunning and it? looks good on Kylie. I?m not in love with her blonde hair, but I?m not entirely convinced it?s her real hair, so whatever.

I was surprised by Ariana Grande and Pete Davidsons dynamic last night at the VMAs. This was their first red carpet together and I expected Pete to be more doting or to look at Ariana like she was the best thing ever. The camera kept panning to them and he came across as more of an arrogant douchebag type. Maybe thats just how Pete copes when he feels out of his element, but when I saw Arianas brother Frankie grooving in the audience with Camila Cabello it occurred to me that Pete is dragging Ariana down. Whatever is going on, its sort of working for them, for now.
Ariana wore this very cute geometric silver metallic mini dress on the red carpet paired with some thigh high glittery sock boots. I love the pointy bustline and hemline on this. This is on brand for Ariana and I wish she would have worn it during the ceremony, but she changed into a black dress for that. Ariana won Best Pop, for No Tears Left to Cry. She thanked Pete at the end of her speech, just saying Pete Davidson, thanks for existing, love you. I swear that he looked like he was waiting for it and like he was annoyed she thanked everyone else before him. Maybe he just wasnt sure how to react, but something seemed off. They werent like Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod at all, who seemed more in sync, but theyre older, wiser and more sober. (I realize who Im talking about too.)
