The touchy egos in young Hollywood are at it again. Zac Efron and Justin Timberlake are both supposedly jealous of ?Twilight? star Robert Pattinson. The three have all been tapped for roles in the upcoming film ?Ohio,? but Pattinson?s getting the lead. None of the young men are known for being particularly down-to-earth. They?ve all got their egos ? and if I were the judge, I?d say Timberlake?s is probably the biggest. He also seems to be the one who has the largest problem with Pattinson getting the lead, and his people are insisting that he get a ton of screen time to compensate.
“Twilights’s” Robert Pattinson has found a new character to sink his teeth into - but he’s ruffling some big Hollywood feathers in the process! Rob, 22, has been offered the starring role in the upcoming movie “Ohio,” based on the 1970 shooting of anti-war protesters at Kent State University, a source tells Star.
Zac Efron and Justin Timberlake have been appropached for smaller parts in the film, but they’re unhappy that they’re not top dog. “Everyone in the industry is shocked that Rob is already getting such big roles. Zac and Justin have been working for a lot longer than he has,” says the source. But don’t expect any fistfights among the actors - most of the action has been behindd the scenes.
“Zac’s people want him to have the lead,” the source notes. “And Justin’s people have asked that he get a lot of screen time.” Sounds like “Ohio” may not be big enough for the three of them!

Justin is funny and talented, but the problem is he knows it. Pattinson strikes me as equally full of himself, though he?s only had one major film ? ?Twilight ? so it seems a little early for him to be so cocky. I associate Zac Efron too much with Disney to really take him seriously, though he was good in ?Hairspray.? Ultimately it sounds like there are a lot of egos that could be clashing on the set. I expect a lot of reports of feuding over trailer size and who took the last croissant from craft services. Sounds like it?ll be a fun shoot.

A few months ago, Christian Bale reportedly went off on a director of photography who accidentally walked through his scene and ruined his take. Bale, being the level headed man that he is, bitched, yelled and threatened to kick his ass. Luckily, a brave soul recorded the tirade for insurance purposes and now everyone gets to hear how big of an asshole Bale is. TMZ explains that this was on the set of Terminator Salvation and that Christian Bale threatened to quit if the DP wasn’t fired.
While I’m sure the DP walking in distracted and invariably ruined Bale’s take, I’m pretty sure this 10 minute diatribe didn’t help.

What is going on with Madonna and Alex Rodriguez and their affair of the heart? Their hearts don?t seem all that interested in each other anymore. Though they were recently reported to have rekindled their romance, it must be one heck of an open relationship, because Madge is still spending a good deal of time with Brazilian model Jesus Luz, who she was linked to over a month ago. The best part ? well, aside from the whole A-Rod debacle ? is that Jesus is only 22. Which is the same age I believe Madonna likes to think she looks.
They haven’t been photographed together for over a month, but this picture of Madonna and Brazilian model Jesus Luz will fuel speculation of a romance. The singer, 50, left a restaurant with the 22-year-old in New York yesterday. The couple ate at the Marcelleria Italian steakhouse in Manhattan’s trendy meatpacking district, before Madonna took her children Lourdes, David and Rocco for a shopping trip.
Their lunch date came a day after Madonna was seen enjoying a family day out with ex-husband Guy Ritchie While Madonna was wrapped up for the cold winter day, which saw temperatures dip as a low as -4C, Luz appeared oblivious to the chill as he walked with his shirt open
They were first photographed in December, but appeared to be standing deliberately apart, after another dinner date in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Madonna met Jesus in December on a photoshoot with celebrated photographer Steven Klein for American magazine W. In the raunchy pictorial, a smartly dressed Madonna pulls topless Jesus towards her in an intimate pose. Madonna was apparently so enamoured with the handsome Latino, she asked him to accompany her for the remainder of the South America leg of her Sticky & Sweet Tour.

Just one nit-picky thing to point out to the Daily Mail: it was 47 degrees in New York yesterday. Quite warm for February. The kind of weather where some cold folks still had on their scarves, and others had their jackets open. It?s not like Jesus was so desperate to have his shirt open that he was enduring freezing temperatures or anything.
Jesus? career is doing extraordinarily well since hooking up with Madonna. And it sounds like his ego has also grown in proportion. Last year his fee for a show was $225; this year he tried to charge $135,000 for the exact same gig. He also has dumped his agent, who says lots of people are interested in Jesus now, but they?re balking at his fees.
Since being linked to Madonna, it’s perhaps no surprise Jesus’s modelling career has been given a huge boost. His former agent Sergios Mattos, who runs 40 Graus Models, told the New York Post that Jesus stopped taking his calls after meeting Madonna and has now signed to the more high-profile Ford Models.
Mattos told Brazilian website Glamurama.com.br: ‘He stopped answering his phone, his mother quit her job… But I wish him the best. A source close to model also told Glamurama Jesus had raised his modelling rates since meeting Madonna. The source said: ‘He was asking for some $135,000 a show. He did the same job last year for a mere $225.
‘A lot of people are contacting him but because he keeps raising his rates, they are changing their minds.’

Jesus might want to reconsider assuming his worth has gone up exponentially. Madonna is very much the ?love ?em and leave ?em? type when it comes to her boy toys, and I highly doubt anyone will remember this guy?s name in a few months. Remember that whole thing about the people you meet on the way up are the same ones you meet on the way down? Pissing them off with your giant ego won?t do you any favors. Neither will falling in love with Madonna ? at least in the long run.

So it should come as no surprise that young Ali Lohan has decided she prefers hanging out with older sister Lindsay in L.A. to going to classes at her school in Long Island. According to her friends, Ali has skipped so much school that her teachers are wondering if she?s ever coming back.
If Ali Lohan has her way, school would be out - forever! While she’s been spotted parading around L.A. with her famous big sis, a friend tells Start that Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset, N.Y., has been wondering if she plans to walk their halls. But the 15-year-old, who recently enrolled in the private all-girls institution, loves the lure of fame out west so much, she wants to play hooky indefinitely! Unfortunately, the law may have something to say - she’s required to attend classes full-time until she turns 16.

Yes, Ali can?t drop out until she?s 16, but she could get a tutor. There are plenty of kids who don?t attend traditional schools ? many of them in California. If she likes it there so much, it seems to make more sense that she and Dina move. Missing a ton of school to hang out with partying Lindsay doesn?t seem like the best solution. Perhaps living in L.A. full-time and going to school full-time would be better. Then Ali could still be corrupted by Lindsay after 3 o?clock every day.
Worst case scenario, Ali should have a tutor traveling with her if she?s absent from school for long periods of time. Obviously hanging out with Lindsay is a terrible reason not to be in class, but she?s Ali?s sister ? there?s no way to keep Lohan from morally bankrupting the girl. With that family, it?s just bound to happen. The best you can hope for is to make the young ones follow the rules for as long as possible, just in case they surprise us and end up doing something useful.

Lindsay Lohan spent Saturday morning arguing with Delta airline about not being able to be seated in first class because her flight from Tampa, FL was overbooked. Lindsay, distraught at the thought of having to sit with the peons in business or economy who first class witnesses say had every intention of harming her, tried everything she could to get her way including stomping around the airport and throwing a temper tantrum like a two year old.
According to an insider, passengers laughed as the starlet acted incredibly entitled (and embarrassed), stomped around and warned a friend traveling with her: “you’d better come and visit me back there in case I die.”
Lindsay was eventually moved to first class. Thank god. By the sounds of it, she barely escaped a potential mugging and rape in economy. It’s like Lord of the Flies back there. That’s why when I fly, I always fly first class. The one time I had the misfortune of sitting in economy, I thought I saw a minority. It almost gave me a heart attack.

Normally I find Kirsten Dunst rather annoying. There?s just something about her that grates on my nerves. Probably the oddly thrown together outfits that look like she rolled out of bed? and then rolled in mud. You thought I was going to say ?rolled out of bed and threw on whatever was on the floor,? right? Naw, that?d be a formal day for Kirsten Dunst.
I always assumed Kirsten thought she looked good dressing the way she does, and somehow that bothered me. But it turns out she?s well-aware that she often looks slovenly and unkempt. She says she just flat out doesn?t care about it, and she?d rather be a fun person to hang around with than pretty to look at. And for some reason, that explanation makes me like her a little bit.
In response to complaints that she has gotten for her increasingly frumpy appearance, Kirsten Dunst confessed that she actually “couldn’t care less” about the way she looks.
“I don’t have the energy to care if people criticize the way I look,” the 26 year-old actress tells Britain’s OK!. “I’m over getting dressed up, although it’s fun sometimes — like when my younger brother Christian and I got ready together to go to the Oscars. But other than that, though, I couldn’t care less. Being fun is way better than being beautiful. I would rather entertain people.”

Considering the inhuman lengths most celebs go to in order to appear beautiful at all times, I?m almost glad there?s one who doesn?t. Kirsten?s look is certainly unusual ? at best ? but if nothing else it fits her. She still gets a decent amount of work in Hollywood, so clearly some people find her attractive and a decent actress.
I don?t think it?d hurt Kirsten to throw on a clean shirt once in a while? and maybe make friends with her iron on occasion. But she?s got a point about a good personality being better than a good dress.
There have been some rumors that Dunst is back with ex-boyfriend Josh Hartnett. Josh often rocks the grunge look too, so they make a lot of sense to me. Neither has confirmed anything, and they strike me as the kind that could happily stay hookup buddies, so it?s hard to guess what?s really going on. I swear I saw photos of Kirsten wearing a guy?s clothes that could easily have been Josh?s, but with her fashion style it?s hard to say.

Lindsay Lohan is still acting like a spoiled brat. An over-booked light was unable to give her the first-class seat she had reserved, and she was not happy. Passengers were amused as she threw a tantrum at the gate. Luckily, the airline was able to find her a seat (probably after kicking some poor guy off the flight) and all was right in Lindsay’s world.

It also seems that Lindsay and Samantha are fighting again. The night before the airline incident, though Lindsay was “making a show” of drinking Red Bull, she was sneaking alcohol from underneath her table, and she and Samantha proceeded to have a fight (what a surprise). After a trip to the restroom, things were all better. Not sure I want to know what happened in the ladies’ room.
On Friday night, Lohan accompanied Samantha Ronson to ESPN The Magazine?s NEXT Pre-Super Bowl bash and the two apparently had yet another tiff. Pop Tarts has been told that an angry-looking Lindsay hung out near Sam’s D.J. booth chain-smoking until the early hours while shooting her dirty looks. According to our insider, Lohan continued to grab Ronson’s blackberry obsessively and check her messages before an inevitable feud broke out. The two later headed to the ladies’ to “sort it out” and came out smiling.
“They’re always breaking up,” a source close to the couple told Tarts. “Samantha won’t let Lindsay go, she doesn’t have a career without her.”
And while the party peeps all enjoyed shots of Patron, the “reformed” rehabber made a public display of only drinking Red Bull, although word has it that a secret stash of liquor was later found underneath Lilo’s table … Is our girl going through a relapse?

Lindsay has fallen off the wagon - again. Sneaking alcohol is not a good sign, and this is not the first time it has been reported. Maybe she was trying to perk herself up after she lost another role . Her career is nonexistent except for her starring role in the tabloids, her relationship is clearly not stable, there is photographic evidence that she might be cutting, and she has lost a lot of weight. I wouldn’t be surprised if she ended up in rehab again before the summer.

Hugh Hefner’s new twins, Karissa and Karina Shannon, painted their bodies with the jerseys of both Super Bowl teams. They’ve both claimed number 69, of course, because that joke never gets old.
Shouldn’t these photos elicit more than a subdued “meh” from me? True, the only thing separating their tits from the world is a thin layer of paint, but I was still more excited to find that Pop Tart under my bed.

Britney Spears has threatened to cancel her upcoming tour unless the agreement to have her kids travel with her are honored. Britney and Kevin recently worked out an arrangement that would allow Sean Preston and Jayden James to live in one of three home bases located in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles which Britney would then commute back and forth between following her concerts in each area. K-Fed was also to receive more than $4,000 a week during the time she was on tour and he didn’t even have to be at any of the homes. No word on what the payment was for.
The deal was set up and ready to go until Kevin’s lawyers intervened. They believe Jamie, Britney’s dad/conservator, went behind their backs to broker this.
However, this turned out to be a fracas about nothing as an update provided by TMZ says that everything seems to have resolved itself. The only hiccup is Britney has to wait for Kevin’s lawyer to present the deal in his own wording.
Kevin’s lawyers probably thought it wouldn’t look good when at a later custody hearing, the judge finds out he took $4,000 a week to allow this. It’s almost as if Britney was exchanging money for her kids. There’s a term for that. I think it starts with an “R” and rhymes with handsome. Hm, what was it?

With all of the buzz surrounding the upcoming sequel “New Moon,” it seems everyone wants to get in on the action. Even Vanessa Hudgens has auditioned for a part, though she may not be involved this time around.
According to screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, “I’m not sure about [final] casting but I had heard Vanessa Hudgens was going up for the part of Leah [Clearwater, a werewolf]. But at the moment, the part of Leah doesn’t happen until the third movie.”

Even though it?s pretty well documented that Brangelina?s next move will be to Long Island, where Angelina will film Salt, some reports are coming out that the family will be heading to South America. Brazil, to be exact.
Brad Pitt has signed on to do a film called The Lost City of Z, a film that, according to Coming Soon, is about ?the search for a lost city in the Amazon, with Brad Pitt to produce the feature adaptation through his Plan B as a potential starring vehicle… [it] concerns British explorer Col. Percy Harrison Fawcett, who was attempting to find the so-called City of Z when he and his party disappeared in 1925. Over the next 70 years, scores of explorers tried and failed to retrace Fawcett’s path, including a 1996 expedition of Brazilian adventurers. Pitt would play Fawcett.?
Globetrotting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now upping sticks and moving to Brazil.
With homes all over the world, trips to the Far East and Africa and twins Knox and Micheline born in France, the entire multiracial Brangelina brood are off to South America.
The mum-of-six has been urging Brad to do a film in the region ever since she spent Christmas 2007 in Costa Rica visiting refugees. The Changeling actress, 33, feels she’s had too little input into the continent after becoming a UNHCR goodwill ambassador eight years ago. Now she wants to go back to do much more charity work.
A source tells us: “Brad didn’t need too much convincing as he wants to be known as a movie adventurer like Harrison Ford. So the family will be in Brazil in spring for his film The Lost City of Z.
He’ll play British Colonel Percy Harrison Fawcett, who disappeared in 1925.”

Britney Spears seems to be getting her act together. She hasn’t been driving aimlessly wearing a Pink wig, her body looks great, and a papparazo would be glad to get a picture of her with a Frappacino in hand. She’s even going on a world tour starting on March 3rd which will cover 33 cities in 14 weeks. She has expressed her concerns over going on tour before, and now we may know why - she wants to spend more time with her boys. According to TMZ, Britney has threatened to pull out of the tour if she won’t be able to see her boys during that time. Her children would stay in three different cities over those 14 weeks, and Britney would travel from her concert venues to where her children are staying each night so that she can spend quality time with them during the day.
Here’s what we know. For weeks, Britney, K-Fed and Jamie Spears have been privately hashing out a plan to let the kids travel with Brit while she goes on tour. The plan is to have homes in three bases — New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three bases and mom would commute back and forth while doing concerts in each region.
And here’s a fun fact. We’ve learned Britney will pay Kevin in excess of $4,000 a week for each week she’s on tour. The way the deal goes… Brit would get K-Fed his own pad in each of the three bases and he wouldn’t even have to show up to get the money! Why, you ask, would she pay him? You figure it out….
So here’s the rub: Britney, K-Fed and Jamie worked out the arrangement without the help of any of the lawyers. We’re told a week ago K-Fed’s lawyers became aware of the plan and were furious, thinking Jamie went behind their backs. Sources tell us K-Fed’s lawyers have said they object to the plan but won’t specifically say why. And Kevin apparently doesn’t have the cojones to stand up to his lawyers.
Britney WILL cancel the tour if she can’t take her kids… we know that for a fact.
By the way, Britney now has close to 50/50 custody and the trio has also worked out a long-term agreement, which would extend the arrangement. That, too, could be compromised.

The plan doesn’t seem too crazy to me. It might seem like the kids are being uprooted every few weeks, but the important thing is for them to be with family, and by this point they have to be used to traveling a lot. It’s not the stable house that is key - it’s the stable family. And it seems like Britney is becoming able to give them that. She is certainly looking to exercise her rights now that she’s better. She recognizes that she’s the money-maker, and there are a lot of people who are depending on her to follow through on her tour. If they don’t give her what she wants, they would be out of a lot of cash.
Wonder if K-Fed’s new girlfriend will follow Britney, too.
Note by Celebitchy: If K-Fed, Britney and Jamie all agree to it - what’s the problem? Oh I know, the lawyers didn’t get to charge Britney hundreds of dollars an hour for figuring it out. Britney does get charged even by Kevin’s lawyers. They should buy a clue and realize if they sabotage this custody plan Britney will have a lot less money to pay their astronomical fees.

Also making it to the Leather and Laces Celebration in Tampa was the very awe-inspiring Kim Kardashian. At first I really didn’t like Kim, but the more I’ve seen of her recently, the more I want her. I mean, check out that chest and that ass. And that FIGURE! Man, Kim looks great and perfect, and she has all the right curves in all the right places! Now to start my new campaign, to have all women have a body like Kim Kardashian. The world would be an amazing place!

Two of Britney’s enablers from her past have been slapped with restraining orders. Adnan Ghalib, the paparazzi who Britney fooled around with, was served while at home half-naked with his estranged wife. Britney’s former side-kick Sam Lufti and attorney Jon Eardly were served on Friday. The restraining order claimed they were “attempting to undermine her conservatorship.”
This is all well and good, but when is Britney’s camp going to file restraining orders against Chester Cheetah and The Pillsbury Dough Boy; the real culprits responsible for her fat years (that’s what this is all about, right?). Curse you, you lovable junk food mascots. You won’t get away with this.

Lucy Lawless welcomed a mostly lesbian crowd to The Pleasuredome over the weekend. There she gave an inspired performance involving school girl outfits and not school girl outfits. The show’s press release explains it as:
?The Pleasuredome? brings the audience into a world of sex, drugs, temptation and redemption, about which, Lawless says,”I don’t know why, but I do ‘Bad-Girl’ really well.” She further states, “My fans always enjoy a tale of redemption…with a heapin’ helpin’ of Wickedness along the way.”
I used to think Lucy Lawless was too manly looking, that she should have been breaking coconuts with her bare fists at the circus rather than running around television in a Xena Warrior Princess costume. These photos have somewhat changed my mind. I’d hit it now. But don’t expect me to cook breakfast. I only do that for really pretty girls with big tits.

They’ve been enjoying a beautiful Brazilian vacation as of late, and yesterday Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and their daughter Suri were spotted soaking in the sun.
The “Top Gun” stud looked hunky in a blue polo shirt and blue board shorts while his “Mad Money” wife cut loose in a one-shoulder blue bathing suit with shorts and a bandana, and Suri sported a white dress. Earlier in the day, they enjoyed a helicopter ride.

Paris Hilton’s sidekick was hacked in 2005, with all her contacts and personal photos posted online, and one of her old MySpace accounts was exposed in a security hole 2006. We were privy to many of Paris’ private photos, diary entries, and love letters after she failed to pay the bill for a storage space, and the contents were purchased and posted on a subscription website called Paris Exposed in early 2007. To add to Hilton’s digital woes, Paris’ official promotional website had a virus a couple of weeks ago, but it’s unknown how it got there exactly and if the site was hacked or if it had some kind of malicious ads.
Now Paris has confirmed that her Gmail account has been hacked. Given all we’ve seen of Paris, it makes sense that there’s little interest in her digital correspondence. Instead of bothering to post any of her private messages online the hackers decided that the best way to take advantage of the situation was to do some marketing to her contact list.
A hacker broke into Paris’ Gmail account and wrote messages while pretending to be the star, Life & Style has learned. “I can’t believe someone would hack into my e-mail account and send people e-mails acting as if they were me,” Paris tells Life & Style. “It’s such an invasion of privacy.”
After infiltrating the account, the impostor sent e-mails to the contacts in Paris’ address book, telling them to use a different but very similar e-mail address for her. The hacker went on to correspond with Paris’ pals and business acquaintances, according to an insider. The hoax continued until the intruder began asking Paris’ friends to promote an unknown Web site. Some recipients got suspicious and called [Paris] to find out if she was really sending the messages.
After realizing what was going on, Paris, 27, closed the account, and she plans to take the matter to the authorities, says an insider. “She’s been so busy, she hasn’t called the FBI yet, but she’s going to,” says the insider.

Having to change e-mail accounts is a mild annoyance that Paris will live with. She's not going to bother to report this to the FBI. This isn't like the time Sarah Palin's account was breached, and is hardly a matter of national security. I wonder how the "hacker" did it. Gmail lets you set your own security questions and you can pick difficult ones that aren't easily guessed. Yahoo!'s security is a little lax in that department because they have preset security questions to reset passwords, which was how people gained access to Palin's account with known information about her. Paris probably picked a dumb, easy question like "pet's name" for her security question, or maybe she uses the same simple password for everything and someone guessed what it was.
I'm kind of glad that we aren't privy to reams of Paris' e-mail as we would feel obligated to report on it. I wouldn't want to make anyone read through all that drivel.
While I was looking for pictures of Paris to add to this story, of which there are always plenty, I found some photos taken at 2:30 in the morning outside her hotel in London on Friday morning. Paris is seen stepping in a wet spot that the photo agency says is vomit:

The strain of working such a long day appeared to tell, as Paris looked half asleep as she stepped out of her car. As she got out, snappers warned Paris not to walk through a pool of vomit, which was in the street. However she appeared to ignore their warnings, and walked straight through it, all the time smiling for the cameras of course!

It?s no secret that the freckled, cute-as-a-button little girl from the Harry Potter films has grown into a swan. Judging solely from pictures, it?s amazing what a really good blow-out can do for naturally frizzy hair. But Emma Watson is surprising conservative in her dress and her attitude. She sat down with the UK?s Telegraph to talk about how upset she she is that everyone wants her dress and act sexier now that she?s grown up.
The 18-year-old says stylists try to put her in mini-skirts and she has been deluged with offers to strip off in films, but vowed: “I’m not just getting my kit off for anyone.”
And despite having been romantically linked with notorious Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell, she claims she would only date a close friend - never a celebrity.
Miss Watson currently filming the final installment of the Harry Potter series, believes less is more and that paparazzi would never catch her stumbling in the gutter “with my boobs out and a short skirt”.
She said: “I find this whole thing about being 18 and everyone expecting me to be this object… I find the whole concept of being ’sexy’ embarrassing and confusing. If I do a photo-shoot people desperately want to change me - dye my hair blonder, pluck my eyebrows, give me a fringe.?
“Then there’s the choice of clothes. I know everyone wants a picture of me in a mini-skirt. But that’s not me. I feel uncomfortable. I’d never go out in a mini-skirt. It’s nothing to do with protecting the Hermione image. I wouldn’t do that.?
“Personally, I don’t actually think it’s even that sexy. What’s sexy about saying, ‘I’m here with my boobs out and a short skirt…have a look at everything I’ve got’? My idea of sexy is that less is more. The less you reveal the more people can wonder.”
But Hollywood is desperate for Miss Watson to reveal all, and filmmakers have sent several scripts for roles involving near-the-knuckle nudity, she told the Mail on Sunday’s Live magazine.
The actress said she would only strip for arty director Bernardo Bertolucci, saying: “I have no plans to do anything for the sake of it, or to shock people.?
“I might be willing to take my clothes off for a Bertolucci film, if it was a part that really made sense as part of my character. But I wouldn’t do it just to make a point, to move on from Hermione. I’d hate to be so tactical. I’m not just getting my kit off for anyone.”

Kate Moss has, at 35 years of age, been modeling for 20 years. This is significantly longer than what your average model’s career span would be, but even for Kate the time has come where she might need to hang up her hot pants and pout and consider a new career move. And what could be a more obvious choice than acting?
The ageing supermodel?famed for her past sex and drugs lifestyle?reckons the script is written for her to hang up her stilettos and become a film star.
The mum-of-one turned 35 last month and has told friends it?s time to movie on. And now her rock star boyfriend Jamie Hince, 39, has put her in touch with an agent in New York.

Helping Kate with the move is director Michael Figgis, the man behind Leaving Las Vegas. He directed Kate in a special web film for underwear giants Agent Provocateur in 2006.

Kate has rarely given interviews, and this alone would make her appearance in a film worthwhile. Producers would simply make her contractually obliged to fulfill promotional duties, which would lead to a huge amount of interest in the film. While Kate doesn’t have a huge following in the US, in Britain the tabloids rarely have a day without her featured. Not bad for someone who very rarely says a single word to the media, although there’s usually a ‘friend’ or ’source’ to help out.
Being a model, Kate has obviously hung out with rock stars (I think in the 1990’s models were contractually obliged) and I might have expected her to continue into music. She has sung on occasion and co-written songs with Pete Doherty, but moving into acting is a more obvious transition if you are to follow the model clich.
I have absolutely no idea if Kate can act, but she has made cameo appearances quite a few times, most notably in Little Britain and Blackadder. Both times she had very little to say, and was playing on her model character. I doubt Kate is going to be up for an Oscar anytime soon, but maybe. After all, who would have thought that Anne Hathaway would have an adult, Oscar nominated career after starring in The Princess Diaries?

Tom Cruise is still promoting Valkyrie, adding a little vacation time to his heavy work schedule in Rio de Janeiro. The Brazilian press tour doesn?t start for him until Tuesday, so he took his girls Katie and Suri to Rio early to do some sunbathing and helicopter riding.
Tom Cruise has arrived in Brazil to promote his latest movie, “Valkyrie.”
Cruise, his wife Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri arrived Friday night at Rio de Janeiro’s famed Copacabana Palace Hotel.
The Web site of the O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper says Cruise plans to visit several tourist sites in and near Rio before giving a press conference on Tuesday, the day “Valkyrie,” premiers in Brazil.

I tend to think they like the pregnancy stories- those rumors are pretty nice compared to most of the other speculation about them.

One mole remarked: ?We didn?t know Chris and Alesha were friends but they were getting along famously, so much so that Chris offered her a ride home on his private jet.?
The 30-year-old Strictly Come Dancing winner - recently voted the woman with the best legs in Britain - quickly accepted the offer.
