The Victoria?s Secret bombshell shows off her slim figure and long limbs in a preview of the 2011 campaign titles ?Burlesque.?
It was revealed back in May at a fashion show in Sao Paulo, Brazil that Gisele would be the featured model for this year?s advertisements.

Stepping out for some errands, Kourtney Kardashian was spotted strolling around New York City earlier today (September 2).
The ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? starlet carried her handsome son Mason on her side as she pushed past some prying paparazzi.
Meanwhile, Kourtney?s brother Rob Kardashian is signed on to compete in the upcoming 13th season of ?Dancing with the Stars.?
When asked how her little bro will fare, Kourtney replied, ?I think he will beat Kim,? referring to the ?Disaster Movie? actress? time on the show.

Situated back home in the UK, Emma Watson stepped out for a business luncheon in London, England on Friday afternoon (September 2).
The Hermione Granger hottie was joined by two female companions as she chowed down on her meal in between busily taking notes on a piece of paper.
The day's outing comes as Emma just returned from a romantic getaway to nearby Paris, France with her new man Johnny Simmons.
Of the couple - who partook in a bountiful retail romp - an employee at the Maje boutique on rue Saintonge told People magazine, "They seem very in love, very cute."
The staffer added, "She did her own shopping ? she knows what she likes. She picked out outfits and he made some suggestions, picking out items which she tried on in the dressing cabin, then coming to model for him."
Emma also is featured in a just-released Lancome short film (see above) which comes as part of her duties as the face of the brand's Trsor Midnight Rose fragrance.

Yesterday, Angelina went out for yet another girls? day with Shiloh and Zahara. Those two Jolie-Pitt kids get a lot of mom time, don?t they? Anyway, Shi, Z and Angelina went shopping at French Connection. The Mail has a detailed story on all of the stuff Angelina bought for herself and for the girls - all total, Angelina spent more than $2000… In just 15 minutes. Is that scandalous? You can spend $2000 in less than five minutes on just two pairs of shoes. If you?d like to see photos of some of Angelina?s purchases, go here. Basically, she bought a few sacks for herself. No joke.
She has the world’s designers at her fingertips, and frequently wears couture gowns costing tens of thousands of pounds. But when Angelina Jolie wants to update her autumn/winter wardrobe, where does she head? To the good old British high street, of course.
Back in London after short trips to Glasgow and The Netherlands, Angelina spent the afternoon shopping on west London’s King’s Road, where she paid a visit to the French Connection store.
Accompanied by a bodyguard and personal assistant and with daughters Zahara, six, and five-year-old Shiloh in tow, Angelina browsed the racks for a quarter of an hour, picking up a number of pieces from the new season collection as well as bags full of children’s clothes totalling 1,300.
An excited customer reported that Angelina, dressed in cropped black trousers, black cardigan and oversized sunglasses made short work of flipping through the rails.
In record quick time Angelina picked out a mustard camisole, white three-quarter sleeve top and a black midi skirt from French Connection’s Classics collection, as well as two pendant necklaces and dozens of pieces for the children.
Zahara was keen on lots of the pieces in the store, but eventually settled on a fur jacket.
‘She was really friendly and humble,’ the customer said of the Hollywood star. ‘She signed an autograph for some young girls in the shop, and wouldn’t let any of the staff help her to the car with her bags, joking that she “had people to do that” for her.’
‘She seemed happy to talk to people and sign autographs for them. I was in the store at the same time and couldn’t believe it when I saw she’d managed to spend 1,300 in such a short time. Still, she earns such a lot of money, so why not?’

Meanwhile, The Sun has a funny story about a recent shopping spree of Brad Pitt?s - according to their sources, Brad ?secretly? purchased a Shetland pony for each of his kids, and the ponies are now at the Chateau Miraval.
MOST kids get a My Little Pony toy to play with - but Brad Pitt’s brood get the real thing. The actor surprised his family with SIX Shetland ponies - one for each nipper - and a horse for partner Angelina Jolie. He bought them in secret and they’re now grazing in a paddock on the couple’s Chateau Miraval estate in the south of France.
Brad and Angelina can already ride but they want to be able to take children Vivienne, Knox, Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Maddox pony-trekking. A source said: “Brad ummed and ahhed about it for a while but decided to go for it. He wasn’t sure whether they’d find the time as training the children will take a lot of manhours but thinks it will be worth it in the long run. He thinks it’s best for them to learn how to ride while they’re young.”
It’s not like they haven’t got the space - their French gaff sits on acres of land.
At least Brad has a waterpark in mind - he’s also had a posh new pool installed.
The source added: “Their place is huge. They have loads of fields all around the property. Their driveway is three miles long and lined with impressive fountains. They’ve got a new pool with slides as well now.”
The star family have a lot of outdoor fun to look forward to once Brad finishes shooting his new movie World War Z. He still has scenes to film in Scotland, Essex and Surrey yet, so it could quite easily be winter by the time they get back to France.

After seeing the Shia Labeouf directed Kid Cudi video, Marilyn Manson was so impressed that he decided to team up with Shia to have him direct an almost seven minute “promotional trailer.” The resulting video focuses on the “Born Villain” track and is like a goth Un Chien Andalou. Says Shia,
…?we tried to make Manson?s Un Chien Andalou macabre Macbeth ? that?s sort of what that became?, with further references to obscure short films like Alejandro Jodorowsky?s 1973 film The Holy Mountain and the work of Spanish filmmaker Luis Buuel. The resulting clip is a mish-mash of dark, violent imagery, including unsanitary medical procedures, limb removal, blood spitting, and Manson offering free haircuts. In short, it?s the standard twisted visuals Marilyn Manson has built a career on. — MTV
The video is NSFW due to a bunch of nudity and one scene where Manson puts an eyeball into a vagina.
Anyone notice that Manson is looking more “normal” these days? I think it’s the receding hairline combined with minor weight gain. This is what happens with goth meets middle-age.

Making the most of the beautiful day, Sofia Vergara was spotted out to lunch in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (September 1).

For whatever reason, Jessica Simpson continues to make headlines for her upcoming wedding even though the date is still very much in question. In Touch recently published a story that Jessica was reportedly considering pushing back her wedding date because’s been gaining weight despite her adherence to the Tracy Anderson Method. Now, In Touch has added to the story with details that Jessica is so desperate to look thinner that she’s considering “drastic action,” i.e., smaller boobs:
Most women would kill for killer cleavage. But not Jessica Simpson. The singer is so distraught over her fuller-than-ever figure, she’s telling friends that she’s going under the knife. “She thinks that if she downsizes her breasts, she will look smaller,” a friend of Jessica’s tells In Touch.
The only question in Jessica’s mind, says the friend, is when. “She hasn’t decided if she’ll get it done before the wedding,” says the pal. “She wants to, but she fears being laid up for a week or more so close to the date.”
As In Touch has reported, Jessica and fianc Eric Johnson, 32, had asked friends and family to reserve November 11, but she’s reconsidering. “She’s in such limbo about what to do,” says the friend of Jessica, who another insider tells In Touch is terrified of being a “plus-size bride” (even though she’s not really even plus-size!). Says the insider: “Jessica wants to waltz down the aisle — not waddle.”
However, despite attempts to slim down, she’s heavier than ever. “Jessica used to never be able to resist looking in mirrors, but now she avoids them like the plague,” says the insider, who puts her current weight at the “wrong side of 140 pounds.”
Even a pre-wedding escape to Mexico (on August 25) did nothing to boost her spirits. Jessica, 31, who packed flowing caftans in place of sexy bikinis, “is at her wit’s end,” says the insider. “If the weight doesn’t come off soon, she might either call off her wedding or get surgery. She’s that desperate.” Predicts the friend, “If she does postpone, breast reduction is on her to-do list.”

Okay, I can sort of identify with Jessica here because not only do boobs physically add to a woman’s weight, but (if they’re big enough) they can sometimes also require going up a size or two on a dress, which is frustrating when it happens to say the very least. Still, Jessica can obviously afford professional alterations that would negate such a consideration. Otherwise, I don’t know what to think about this story because I cannot imagine why Jessica would voluntarily downsize two of her only claims to fame. Other than that, she carries around very large purses and claims to be a fashionista, and the world inexplicably indulges this latter facade in spades.
Also, boob reductions aren’t necessarily a permanent thing either — they can actually “grow” back (in rare cases) after a few years to their previous size. Creepy, right? Sort of like a Hydra monster.

Sarah Jessica Parker is still in London, living it up and promoting I Don?t Know How She Does It. I haven?t seen any red carpet photos of SJP in London, so I guess there hasn?t been a UK premiere yet? But we?re still getting a daily fashion show. This charcoal metallic number is Antonio Berardi, a designer I know little about, but he?s growing in popularity. It seems like half of Hollywood is wearing him these days. I think the suit is really pretty, and very flattering on SJP?s thin figure. It covers up what needs to be covered up (her arms), and the shimmer is lovely.
My only complaint is the hair. Jesus, SJP, STOP. She had a good hair day at the photo call, so why does it look like such a disaster in these photos? I feel like SJP thinks that this is ?high fashion? - probably because designers send their models out on the runway with this kind of screwed up half-fro. File this hair under: Things That Only Work On The Runway.

Shayna, 68, also has concerns about Shia?s ability to make responsible decisions, the source added. But Shayna?s tight grip on Shia?s finances isn?t sitting well with his girlfriend of seven months, Karolyn Pho, says the source.
?Shia and Karolyn have become pretty serious, but they?ve hit a roadblock because she feels he?s too much of a mama?s boy,? the source revealed. ?Karolyn has told Shia that she is annoyed with Shayna for interfering with his finances. She wants Shia to step up and show her that he truly wears the pants in the relationship.?

I understand the idea of a mom looking out for her son and actively participating in how he manages his money, but Shia is 25 years old. It?s past time for him to learn how to manage his own finances and spend his money on what he wants. Granted, I think if Shia had control over all of his money, it would be a mess. He would probably be like a mini-Charlie Sheen. But he?s a legal adult, and that?s the way it goes. Maybe instead of babying him, his sexy mom could force him to take a class in personal finances?

For last night?s red carpet premiere of W.E. at the Venice Film Festival, Madonna once again played with her sunglasses, taking them on and off for the photographers, as if she secretly knows that her face is crazy. Still, it was Madonna?s night, and she was by far the most photographed woman on the red carpet, not her two female leads in the film, Abbie Cornish and Andrea Riseborough. Madge wore Vionnet, and I really, really dislike it. I?m sure the dress is probably silk, but when it?s photographed, it looks like t-shirt material, like cotton jersey. I also dislike the red appliqu/print on top of grey - to me, it looks cheap. And there?s this too:
Yeah. Poor Madge. The rest of the fashion - Andrea wore an odd pale yellow Christian Dior, and Abbie wore Versace. I dislike their dresses too! I think Andrea is a very pretty/unusual-looking young actress - she?s got that Meryl Streep quality, where she can either look completely gorgeous or completely plain. Abbie just looks? meh. She?s so milquetoast to me. Can we talk about my lover James D?Arcy? I?m lusting after him while I wait for Michael Fassbender photos (TODAY, bitches!). But James is hot on his own too - and after going through all of the photos, I kind of think James and Andrea are hitting it. That?s kind of hot.

Joined by her husband Andrew Upton and the artistic directors of the Sydney Theatre Company, the ?Curious Case of Benjamin Button? star hammed it up for the paparazzi at the Sydney Harbor locale.
The ?Greening the Wharf? initiative launches a new rainwater harvesting and reticulation system that will provide 100% of non-potable water to all the arts companies at The Wharf.
Cate told press, "Today is a great example of how many helicopters there are in the city of Sydney. But it is a great example of how science and the arts are intimately connected. Both sectors are purveyors of experimentation and the embodiment of the imagination. We're all pleased to bring this innovative engineering technology into our creative lives today and indeed to be a showcase of how such systems can function to great economic and societal benefit. Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Shia Labeouf and Marilyn Manson were spotted together at Hennessey + Ingalls bookstore in Los Angeles last night (September 1).
The ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? stud sported a beard as he strolled around with the ?Antichrist Superstar? singer in support of his new video for ?Born Villain.?
Shia directed the video for Manson, and told press he had a fabulous time working with the controversial musician/artist.
"Marilyn Manson to me is an indelible figure. He's a big deal to me, and in my childhood, I don't know of a scarier figure in art. He, in my teenage years, was the scariest thing in the world, so part of me has always been intrigued."
LaBeouf continued, "The song has all these references to 'Macbeth' and all this Shakespeare and heavy theology, so we tried to make Manson's 'Un Chien Andalou' macabre 'Macbeth' ? that's sort of what that became."

Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have been dating for over four years now, and a new round of engagement rumors started up just last month. Whether or not the two are actually planning upon walking down the aisle remains a mystery, but In Touch is elaborating upon the story with an interesting embellishment. Allegedly, Jack is enamored not only with Heather but also with reality television too. Also, perhaps he might have gathered a few dollar signs in his head after watching Kim Kardashian’s wedding, which has earned her an ungodly amount of money? That’s what The Enquirer seems to believe:
“The thought of letting cameras in her home … fills her with dread.”
Soap star Jack Wagner and wife-to-be Heather Locklear are in a bitter showdown over doing reality TV — and she’s angrily threatening to call off the wedding. “Jack is a big fan of reality TV and has noticed how celebrities have been cashing in by letting camera crews into their homes,” a friend of Heather’s told THE ENQUIRER.
?He’s excited to jump on the reality bandwagon and asked Heather to star in a show following their joys and troubles in the run-up to their big day next summer.”
Jack, 51, believes that a reality show, which would also feature his two sons and Ava — Heather’s daughter with rocker Richie Sambora — has the makings of a ratings winner.
But Heather, 49, feels she is above reality TV and despises the idea of a film crew intruding into their daily life, disclosed the friend.
“She considers herself a serious actress, and the thought of letting lights and cameras into her home in the morning before she puts on her makeup really fills her with dread. Heather told Jack that she’ll pull the plug on the wedding if he persists with the idea.”
Another source noted that Heather’s life is back on track after her struggles with substance abuse, “and she doesn’t need a reality TV show creating more drama than necessary.
“She prefers to spend her time acting, being amother and playing golf with Jack rather than putting her entire life on display.”

I really hope this isn’t true because I don’t want to believe that Jack would be stupid enough to jeopardize his relationship with Heather over a lame reality show. And I don’t blame her one bit for not wanting any part of it either. While Heather isn’t and never will be some Oscar-caliber actress, she’s always been very successful on television and has singlehandedly saved a number of shows merely by virtue of her presence. Jack needs to realize that he’s incredibly lucky to have landed her and just be happy with that. Several million other guys would love to be in his place, I’m sure.

I tend to think that Taylor Swift isn?t really over Jake Gyllenhaal. I anxiously await a new album from Swifty, where she?ll obviously have songs about their coffee-soaked ?romance? - songs like ?Dear Jake? and ?The Romeo Who Broke My Sparkle-Heart? and ?Brokeback Pony-Glitter?. But Jake?s other high-profile ex, Reese Witherspoon? well, I get the feeling that she did the dumping and she barely looked back. Reese quickly moved on to Jim Toth, and as we all know, Jim turned out to be ?the one?. Reese is all ?Jake who? Beard whatsit?? Anyway, a few days ago there were reports that Reese and Taylor had met up for dinner. I didn?t think much of it - they?ve met before at various events, and they seemed to get along just fine. But Us Weekly has the ?inside scoop? on what went down during the dinner, and it?s not pretty:
Maybe Taylor can write a song about this! Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift lunched at Los Angeles’ Boa Steakhouse on Aug. 26 — and chatted about their shared ex, Jake Gyllenhaal!
“They talked about how vain and self-aborbed Jake can be,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They laughed about it.”
(Gyllenhaal, 30, dated Swift for two months in 2010; he and Witherspoon, 35, spent two years together before calling it quits in late 2009. Witherspoon married CAA agent Jim Toth in March.)
The blonde Tennesseans first bonded at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April and had planned to hang out.
And it looks like this relationship may last. Swift, 21, invited the actress and her kids to an upcoming show, and Witherspoon gave the singer a lift home after lunch!

You?ll probably scoff at this. After all, how does Us Weekly know what went down at this dinner? Keep this in mind, though: Us Weekly gets all of the strategic leaks from Camp Swifty. I always thought that Swifty called up Us Weekly herself to tell them about her relationship with Jake, during and after. So my takeaway is that Swifty (or someone close to her) thought it would be a good idea to put it out there that she and Reese were complaining about how ?vain? Jake is. Now, there?s nothing wrong with girl-talk, and God knows I love gossip about this kind of stuff, so I?m not complaining about that. But Swifty knows that she looks like she?s still obsessing over Jake, right?
Oh, and I totally believe he’s vain and self-absorbed.

These are photos of Kate Winslet at last night?s premiere of Carnage at the Venice Film Festival. I?ve also included some additional photos of Winslet at the end of the post from earlier Thursday, at the photo call. For this post, my intention was merely to discuss the red carpet fashion, but I don?t think I should just ignore what happened yesterday.

Okay. Yesterday, I wrote this post about Kate Winslet?s face at the Carnage photo call in Venice. I thought (as in, it was my opinion, my disorientation at seeing what I perceived to be her tweaked face) that she looked ?worked on? and ?pulled?. Her eyes in particular look very different - TO ME. In retrospect, I think I probably went overboard in my description of the work I ?thought? Kate had gotten ?done? - partly out of an effort to be funny, partly out of a real anger that I have when any celebrity seems to lie so blatantly (once again, in my opinion). A lot of you yelled at me, and some of you agreed with me. The split was maybe 70-30, maybe 65-35, with the majority of you thinking that I was a lie monster who simply had a hate-on for Kate. Lainey at LaineyGossip weighed in too, and she thinks that Kate is un-tweaked. All of this is fine, everyone is free to disagree. I?d like to offer an apology to those of you who were genuinely offended by the post. I still think Kate has been worked on, but I could have approached the issue better, I think. I shouldn?t have been so strident.
Can we talk about the fashion now? Kate is wearing Victoria Beckham! Generally, I dislike blondes in shades of beige - it usually washes them out. But this shade is just dark enough so that Kate doesn?t look like a piece of toast. And like most VB dresses, that sucker is TIGHT. I think it must have a built in support system, because Kate?s girls are hoisted up in that dress. But the coolest thing is the back:
I really like the zipper detail. I like the shawl collar too, and I like that Kate wore a cocktail dress to the red carpet instead of a gown. It still looks glamorous even though it?s not full-length. Oh, and the shoes are Jimmy Choo - meh on the glittery feet. More photos from the red carpet and photo call:

Making her plunge into the already saturated celebrity-fronted fragrance market, Taylor Swift is featured in a new ad for her Wonderstruck scent.
The 21-year-old country singer looks like a princess in the promo pic, which includes a slogan reading "the beginning of something magical."
Of her perfume offering, Miss Swift told WWD upon its announcement, "Wonderstruck represents that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue. It was fascinating to learn that you could layer so many different scents to create a beautiful end result.?
Set for release later this year, the fragrance is described as "woody and fruity floral, meshing notes of freesia, apple blossom and raspberry with vanilla, sun drenched honeysuckle and white hibiscus with layers of golden amber, sandalwood and lush peach."
