According to The Hollywood Reporter, negotiations between Sony and the ?Miss Congeniality? star came to a halt on Wednesday (June 19).
Sandra was rumored to portray Miss Hannigan in the Will Smith and Jay-Z-produced remake of the 1982 classic.
Despite Miss Bullock?s leave, Oscar-nominated actress Quvenzhane Wallis is still set to portray the title role.
The Will Gluck-directed flick is set to begin production in the fall and hit theaters in 2014.

As for her tax drama, Pam explained, ?The reason I got behind was because I was in the middle of building my house and a few deals fell through in 2007. I had no idea my tax account had been used to pay a contractor who had gone 3x over budget.?

Brad began, "Jimmy? What are you doing up there?" Fallon replied with gusto, "Yodeling ? you?" Pitt sang back, "Same."

She deigns to go to somewhere called ?Las Vegas? and she speaks to people who make merely six-figure salaries. She will need an extra-strong juice cleanse to dump out all of the peasant toxins after all of this is over. Poor Gwyneth.
Gwyneth?s appearance at the Licensing Expo was announced months ago ? Gwyneth actually gave the ?keynote? speech, which I have to think came with a nice paycheck, right? Gwyneth had another reason to go to Vegas too, of course. Our Goop, always a multi-tasker. Gwyneth came to Vegas with Tracy Anderson because they are taking their businesses global, or at least that?s the plan. Gwyneth wants Goop to go global ? I guess right now, Goop is merely Western European and American, maybe some Canadian ? and Tracy and Gwyneth are always looking to expand their gym businesses, their ?blow dry bars? and Tracy?s diet and fitness programs, which Gwyneth is invested in. Gwyneth did press while in Vegas, of course, and she spoke about her dreams for Global Goop and where her next steps are (hint: GOOP FOR MEN).
Paltrow talked about the genesis of Goop ? it started as an extension of her sharing recommendations with close friends ? and joked self-deprecatingly, talking about the lesser-known movies she made before hitting it big with ?Shakespeare in Love.? But ultimately, she was there to promote her website and her fitness brand.
?I really want Goop to feel like one friend talking to another,? Paltrow said.
Over the years Goop has established a loyal readership in more than 120 countries. Last year, Paltrow added ecommerce. The site also just launched mobile app city guides of New York, Los Angeles and London.
?Goop really came out of my closest friendships,? Paltrow said.
As for the Tracy Anderson brand, Paltrow partnered with the fitness guru after Anderson got the actress back in shape after having her second child.
?When she was done, not only did I have less ass, but I was ready to kick some as well,? Paltrow said.
Anderson said she works hard not to offer trend exercises but those that will stand the test of time. Her system gives new content every 10 days.
?We?re offering something that?s relevant and real,? Paltrow said. ?That?s what?s made it successful.?
As for the company?s future, the workout brand is continuing its teen series and is getting ready to launch a men?s program.

This is a weird report that seems to be getting traction, although I?m not sure why. Rihanna is allegedly heading into rehab? LOVE rehab. Yeah. Obviously, Rihanna has some issues that many of us would like her to work on, and I definitely think talk-therapy would help her, but I think this report is full of it.
Riri is said to be pining for the ‘love of her life’ Chris Brown himself following their recent split and his decision to rekindle his relationship with fashion designer Karreuche Tran, and is thinking of checking into a clinic for a heartbreak therapy course to get over him for good and is apparently likely to begin the 12-step programme – which follows the same format as alcohol and drug rehabilitation – during her upcoming six-week break from her ‘Diamonds World Tour’ at The Ranch clinic in Tennessee, or so The Ranch clinic are probably making up to get some press their way.
A ‘source’ told Grazia magazine: ‘Rihanna is still desperately in love with Chris. It’s like she’s obsessed with him and, although he’s told her it’s over, she just can’t get over him. After talking it through with a psychotherapist, Rihanna is now considering doing a 12-step programme to get rid of her demons.’
The Ranch’s ‘Women’s Love and Sex Addiction Treatment Programme’ helps women with issues with ‘attracting troubled, addicted, abusive or otherwise emotionally unavailable partners’ using treatments as varied as counselling and equine therapy.

That’s not the big story today though. What is? Well, for the first time in over five months, Miley was photographed with Liam Hemsworth on a coupley-looking outing. A date, perhaps. E! Online has the exclusive pics of a mostly dressed-down Miley (with one ass cheek strategically hanging out of her jeans) clinging to the arm of Liam as they exit a movie theater.
What does it mean? I don’t know, man. We’ve been hearing all sorts of stories that say Liam was utterly miserable and ended the relationship while Miley was desperately tweeting wedding dress selfies to dispel breakup rumors. So are these two back together, or have they remained engaged all along, and the laugh is on us? All I know for sure is that Miley’s latest music video will premiere today, and she’s been tweeting about it nonstop. How convenient:

The engaged duo stepped out Monday in L.A. for a low-key movie date night at ArcLight Cinemas, looking very much relaxed and comfortable together–the outing marked the first time the couple had been spotted together in public in months. Miley, who was wearing her engagement ring, stayed close to Liam’s side, holding on to his arm as they made their way past the paparazzi.
The affection, of course, wasn’t one-sided! The Hunger Games hunk gallantly led the way for his fiancee. At one point, he placed a kind, protective hand on her lower back to guide her in the right direction. These photographs are the first taken of the engaged duo together since their vacation in Costa Rica back in January.

What are we to make of this new development? I’m not sure whether to applaud, laugh, or roll my eyes. These two don’t look particularly enthused in those photos, but I guess they’re back on or whatever — this week, anyway.
Miley also appears in a tiny feature in the July 4 issue of Rolling Stone to once again deny rumors that she was “dancing with Molly” in her new, ubiquitous “We Can’t Stop” single. She swears that it’s just her accent that is making “Miley” sound like “Molly,” so we should all just chill out. Fair enough. Miley goes on to discuss pot vs. alcohol: “I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana ? people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don’t care. I’ve seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I’ve never seen that happen with weed. As long as it isn’t illegal, there are far more dangerous things.” Girlfriend has a point, right?

This is weird news, I think. At some point, the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie thought it would be fun to include their kids in some of their movies. Little Vivienne has a part in Angelina?s upcoming Maleficent, Shiloh had a tiny part in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (she played Benjamin as a baby/old man), and Empress Zahara is holding out for a role worthy of her talents (perhaps some role Meryl passed on). Brad just revealed that Maddox definitely has a small part in World War Z ? Maddox plays some character who gets shot in the head. My goodness.
Maddox Jolie-Pitt makes a violent cameo in his father Brad Pitt’s new zombie movie, World War Z. At the film’s premiere in New York City June 17, the engaged father of six revealed his “oldest boy” makes his feature film debut in the Marc Forster-directed apocalyptic horror movie.
“He gets shot in the head . . . multiple times. But he gets double tapped,” Pitt said of Maddox. Angelina Jolie’s fiance joked, “I don’t know what that says about me as a parent.” Pitt said his sons Maddox, 11, and Pax, 9, “have already seen it and they love it.” (Indeed, alongside their mom, 38, the siblings attended the World War Z in London June 2.)
Pitt’s young costar Fabrizio Zacharee Guido said he “became really good friends” with Maddox and Pax while filming World War Z. “They’re so much fun. They’re just normal kids,” he told Us Weekly. “We rode bikes and played video games.”
Guido added that Maddox is “a ladies’ man” who is into “any kind of girl.” Pax, meanwhile, “is a little too young” to think about dating, Guido added. “But he’s super fun to be around.”
Pitt is just as much fun to spend time with, according to his onscreen wife Mireille Enos. “He has really great dumb dad jokes that he would bring in for the kids,” the 37-year-old actress told Us. “Like the best, really stupid jokes for the kids that were working.”

Donning a fitted black tux and top hat, the Material Girl hammed it up for the shutterbugs outside the Paris Theatre before heading inside for the main event.
The show features concert footage, shot primarily in Miami during the ageless singer's MDNA tour, which Madge describes as ?My show is a journey?the journey of a soul from darkness to light. Porn actress Katie Summers, real name Katherine Howard, is suing Buttman, aka John Stagliano, for failing to disclose that he was HIV positive for a movie she was paid to appear in in 2009. Katie alleges Buttman has known he was HIV positive since 1997 but never told her before they shotButtman’s Stretch Class #4. Critics called that one a classic. It’s a film that really tied all the others together.
Anyway, now she’s seeking unspecified damages for negligence, intentional inflection of emotional distress and sexual battery. She’s suing Buttman and his production company Evil Angel Productions.
