The former "Simple Life" star donned a stylish ensemble consisting of a black mini skirt, grey jumper, black lace up shoes, black stockings and sunglasses as she strolled past awaiting paparazzi.
Aside from traffic school duties, Miss Richie has been focused on her Winter Kate Fall 2010 Collection and her upcoming nuptials with Joel Madden.
Recently asked her wedding dress plans, Nicole told press, ?I have not decided on a dress. I haven?t even thought about it!?

The sighting comes just as it has been announced that Miss Tisdale will be partaking in a spin-off movie which focuses on her "High School Musical" character, Sharpay Evans.
The Disney Channel Original Movie titled "Sharpay?s Fabulous Adventures" will be filmed this summer while it is slated to be released in 2011.

Demi Moore is the cover girl for the May issue of Elle UK. I think it?s a lovely black-and-white image, and I love when Demi does loose waves with her hair. I can?t stand when she does the flat-ironed, super-straight hair. The soft waves look more natural, and they make her look younger too. Can you tell I?m obsessed? My hair is Demi?s length right now, and I?m debating whether to cut it. I?m also debating whether I should dye it - for the first time ever! Anyway, I can only find this little excerpt from the Elle interview, but it?s a pretty decent one. From the way Demi talks, you?d think that she was the first actress to ever have a family. Granted, I know things were different in the olden days, but Demi isn?t solely responsible for the whole ?working Hollywood moms? thing. Sidenote: Meryl Streep managed to raise four children while having a career that has earned her 14 Oscar nominations. Just sayin’, Demi. She also admits: ?I don?t think that I am the most talented person.? Ya think?
The actress is renowned for making some daring decisions throughout her career. In 1991, she appeared naked and heavily pregnant on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine, and she shaved off all her hair for 1997 movie G.I. Jane.
She insists she had no idea of the impact the Vanity Fair cover would have, explaining she just wanted to ?push the boundaries?. Demi, who has three daughters with her ex-husband Bruce Willis, explained she felt she had to do something about the way women were viewed at the time, as she felt it was unfair they had to choose between having a family and career.
?I didn?t have a lot of role models in Hollywood and I probably pushed a little hard. But I?m hard-headed. I look at women like Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon, actresses who are also young mothers, and I realise it?s not even a question now,? she explained. ?Risk taking scares the s**t out of me. I always feel that I?m going to fail, which is a terrible thing. I can be my own worst enemy.?
Demi, 47, still worries her career could come tumbling down around her. She doesn?t think she is a particularly talented actress, and just tries to use her fame to help other people.
?I don?t think that I am the most talented person,? she told the British edition of Elle magazine. ?I?ve been given a window into a life, and I may not know why but it?s not for me to question. It?s more important for me to just shut up and listen and give. Even if I don?t know what it is that I?ve got to give.?

I think she usually sounds very grounded. What is she promoting? The only film she?s got out this year is still in post-production, and it doesn?t even have a release date. Jennifer Aniston is the cover girl for the May issue of Harper?s Bazaar UK, and HuffPo has some of the interview excerpts. First, what do you think of the cover shot? It?s striking and interesting, but the whole artsy color wash seems better suited to an inside-the-magazine photo shoot but not for a cover shot. Just my opinion. But it does stand out. Here are the excerpts:
Jennifer Aniston has summarized her secret for looking good. The “Bounty Hunter” star is on the cover of the UK Harper’s Bazaar - on sale this week - and inside, responding to her thoughts on Botox (which she says she has avoided) she says she could never give up wine or dairy and, “My advice: just stop eating sh-t every day.”
She also talks about her “rebirth” five years after her split from Brad Pitt and the failure of “Derailed.” Below are quotes from the press release.
On her love of British comedy:
“I so love the British sense of humour - I was obsessed with Benny Hill and Monty Python as a child. Oh my god, and I am so hooked on Ricky Gervais.”
On her fans being upset by her racy roles:
“With Derailed [a dark action thriller opposite Clive Owen], I loved being racy. Love it…But people couldn’t cope with me being involved in rape and murder.”
On her rebirth:
“The last five years have been about spring cleaning for me. Now it’s time for my rebirth. I love trying new things. I can’t just be put in a box.”
On the power of women:
“I grew up admiring strong women like journalist Barbara Walters and super-agent Sue Mengers, who represented Ali McGraw. But now look where we’ve got to as women. We’ve had a woman run for President. There is nothing like our power.”
On botox:
“I could do it, and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what’s happened to me - these lines are just about living. Look I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. You’re not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I’d be devastated. My advice: just stop eating shit every day.”
On her fellow Hollywood leading ladies:
“I love what Drew Barrymore is doing with directing. It’s so much about a rebirth for her, and I love it when people are living in the now, like her. I hate it when people look back and regret what they haven’t got. That’s how I feel about my own life now. And my God, let’s talk about how much I love Demi Moore as well. What kind of Kool-Aid is she drinking?”

Um? Demi Moore is drinking the ?Kool-Aid? known as ?a really good surgeon who does work incrementally so she doesn?t walk around with a new face all of a sudden even though we can all see that Demi does in fact have a new face.? I mean, are there people out there in the world who really look at Demi and say ?100% natural?? Or is Aniston just kissing her friend?s ass?
Regarding the other stuff? I love Ricky Gervais too, he?s awesome, and yes, it is amazing how much better you feel and look when you ?stop eating sh-t? and actually drink a ton of water and exercise regularly. I rolled my eyes at ?The last five years have been about spring cleaning for me? line, but whatever. I hope she does try new things.
Oh, and SPOILER - as someone who actually sat through Derailed (apparently Aniston didn?t read the script for the film she appeared in), there was no rape. There was a pretend rape, but really her character was having sex with her ?boyfriend? and pretending to be raped. She was a con artist. And people didn?t like the movie because it was a horrible, terribly miscast movie. Clive Owen as a poor schlub who can?t catch a break? Uh, no. Vincent Cassel as a gangster operating in Chicago? Uh, no. Jennifer Aniston as a femme fatale? Uh, no. It was like they cast that movie by picking names out of a hat.

Katy Perry has reportedly designed a wedding gown specifically to show off her toned stomach.
The singer is believed to have opted for a two-piece attire for when she ties the knot withfianc Russell Brand. She apparently collaborated with designers Pnina Tornai and Monique Lhuillier to create her ideal outfit.
“She knows her toned torso is her best feature, so she wants to show it off,” a source toldHeat. “She’s also more than aware that her wedding photos will be seen the world over, so she knows her look needs to stand out.
“From the back, she wants to look like a traditional bride, with a very long train, but from the front, she wants a Vegas-style sequinned number with exposed skin.”
The insider went on to say that the pair are still to confirm an official date for the ceremony.
“Katy just wants to be married already,” added the source. “She’s angling for an over-the-top elopement in Las Vegas. Russell wants to fly everyone some place exotic, either a Gothic castle or a destination with an Arabian feel.”
Wow. This sounds like the backwards version of a mullet–party up front, business in the back? What else about this reminds me of the 80’s? Let’s see, it must be the “Vegas-style sequined number with exposed skin”. Now all they need is Ed McMahon to officiate and some snazzy synth music and it’ll be Star Search all over again.

Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt have adopted native-American names.
The Hills stars want to be known as White Wolf and Running Bear respectively from now on, their rep has confirmed.
?[We] are getting more in-tune with our spirituality… and will be known as the name our creator has given us – our true native-American names,’ Spencer, 26, tells TMZ.
He was previously known by the moniker King Spencer, but his rep admits it was ?too much of a burden to have to carry the weight of royalty’.
Holy shit, I don’t know if it’s humanly possible for these two to up their douche quotient any more. So, they’re Native American now, are they? Well, according to the Great Law of the Iroquois which says, “In our every deliberation, we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations”, Heidi Montag is a huge offender, seeing as how 75% of her body is non-biodegradable and the amount of chlorine bleach released into the environment on both of their behalf is unconscionable. Despite their total lack of any Native American lineage, the ?Hills? couple has assigned themselves what they call ?true Native American names.?
Believe it or not, Pratt is now going by ?Running Bear,? while Heidi wants to be known as ?White Wolf.?
When asked why they did this, Spencer explained, "We are getting more in-tune with our spirituality ... and will be known as the name our creator has given us ? our true native-AMERICAN names."

The ?Friends? babe spent most of her night tearing up the dance floor while the ?P.S. I Love You? stud watched from afar.
Jen and Gerard hit the dance party following the big Madrid premiere of their film ?The Bounty Hunter? earlier in the evening.
They?ve been all over Western Europe promoting the flick, including stops in Paris, France and Berlin, Germany.

The ?Accepted? stud is said to have grown tired of Drew?s hard partying ways and finally said enough is enough.
An insider told press, ?The split was Justin?s decision and he did it with a heavy heart. The bottom line is Justin was tired of having his heart broken by Drew and her sometimes strange behavior. He said the relationship was slowly killing both of them. Justin finally had enough of Drew?s crazy approach to life.?

Oh, no. This is my least favorite dress of the entire Bounty Hunter promotional tour. I would even prefer to see that hot Pink Lacroix mullet dress over this one. This is what Jennifer decided to wear for the big Bounty Hunter premiere in Madrid. This looks? really cheap. Like something Miley Cyrus would wear - and not even to a premiere or something, this is the kind of dress Miley would wear just out and about in LA. At first the length looks appropriate, but if look at the detailing, you can see that most of the bottom half is a see-through black gauze ruffle.
I feel like I just saw this dress somewhere else? where? Oh, yes. This dress looks a lot like a strapless version of the dress Lindsay Lohan was wearing the other night when her feet were covered in powder. It?s like a dress Lohan would wear, only someone tacked on the gauze ruffle. Why does Jennifer do this? She has a few good or great fashion moments (like the white sheath or the solid beige beaded one-shoulder), and then she puts on a dress that?s reminiscent of chicks named Lohan and Miley. Yikes.
And as for those rumors about Jennifer boning Gerard, Jennifer would like us to know something:
She did cover up her feet though. I like these shoes a lot.

Spending the third straight night on the red carpet, Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler attended the 'Exposados' (The Bounty Hunter) premiere at the Callao cinema in Madrid, Spain on Tuesday (March 30).
Smiling for awaiting fans and photographers, the co-stars looked fabulous with Miss Aniston dressed in black frock while Mr Butler stuck with his trusty suit look.
Meanwhile, Jen seems to have caused a bit of strife between herself and her former "Friends" co-star David Schwimmer after public saying that she didn't know his fiance's name.
A source tells, "David was not impressed that one of his supposed friends didn't know who he was marrying. He has been with Zoe for a couple of years and was offended Jen couldn't remember her. He hasn't been taking her calls,"
