In a new interview, the "Gossip Girl" actress said, ?I see myself as totally insane. I?m totally moody. Of course. And I?m totally out of my mind. And I?m always myself."
Continuing on about her recent tour duties with her band The Pretty Reckless, Miss Momsen told, ?Well, on stage I?m performing. It?s another extension of myself. I mean I don?t walk out of my bedroom in the morning with stripper heels on.?
Trying her best to keep her individuality intact, the 17-year-old added, ?I don?t analyze myself and I don?t compare myself to other people."

Once arrived in the UK capital city, the "Mean" singer headed over to a ritzy hotel where she spent the entire day partaking in a photoshoot for GQ Magazine.
Being escorted out to an awaiting car, the "Speak Now" promoting country superstar kept it stylish in a black blazer over a lacy black dress worn with knee high socks.
Meanwhile, Taylor will be heading back to the States in the near future - as she's set to perform live at the 44th CMA Awards show in Nashville on November 10th.

Getting an early start to the day, Britney Spears stepped out on Tuesday morning (October 19) on her way to grab a coffee in Calabasas, CA.
The pop-princess donned a cute hat and rain boots on the still-dry day, interestingly changing her mind about the java boost mid-walk while turning around to go back to her car.
The sighting comes just as it's being reported that Brit Brit is hoping to be able to invest her large amount of funds with skilled advisors from Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial Services.
Believing that her trust account isn't paying off as it should be, TMZ tells that the request has been put in to the judge, who has signed off on the transfer of funds.

Contrary to tabloid reports, Jennifer Lopez is getting along with her ?American Idol? co-workers quite nicely.
"I love everybody," the pop star said. "It's such a machine. It runs like clockwork. I love [executive producer] Nigel [Lythgoe]. I love Ryan [Seacrest]. I love Steven [Tyler]. I love Randy [Jackson]. Everything's great!"
"[Critiquing the bad singers is] the easy part... I'm loving it," Miss Lopez continued. "It's so much fun. When it goes live I'll be home for, like, five months. It's been great."
Adding that judging the ?in-between? singers is the toughest, Jen told, "It's easy when they're really good and it's easy when they're really bad," she said. "It's when they're in the middle."

At Monday night?s premiere in New York City, Stewart told press of her new experience, ?I did two weeks of it?.I did learn how to do it and I got bruises all over my legs. It?s hard, but it actually doesn?t look painful, but it is. It kinda beats you up.?
Of playing a troubled 17-year-old in the film out October 29, Kristen says, "This is something that any girl can relate to: if you love yourself and you respect yourself, that's the only way anybody else is going to.?

I keep forgetting that Kristen Stewart has a new, non-Sparkly film coming out. It?s called Welcome to the Rileys, and Kristen plays a stripper who befriends James Gandolfini?s character, and in essence becomes his surrogate daughter (because his real daughter died). I think Kristen did this film a while back, and even now they?re still having problems getting it a wide release, I guess because no one wants to see Bella as a trashy New Orleans stripper. This film hasn?t even had a real premiere yet! Anyhoodle, there are some assorted K-Stew interviews out there, so I?m just doing some highlights:
Kristen on dyeing her hair from blonde (for On the Road) back to dark brown (for Breaking Dawn): ?I was blonde a little while ago. So now I?m dark again for Twilight? I feel much more myself with darker hair.?
Kristen?s Riley?s director on what Kristen is like: ?She ate badly, smoked tons of cigarettes, stayed up late,? Scott said. ?She embraced the habitual nature of the character.?
Kristen is on a diet: ?Well, it?s kind of embarrassing,? she told PEOPLE. ?But I?m playing a vampire soon. I eat disgustingly normally. And so, right now, I?m trying to not put so much butter in my food and stuff like that.? And is the diet working? ?Yeah, yeah,? she answered ?I feel better . . . I guess so.?
On learning how to flaunt her sexuality as a stripper: “Well, I mean, like, doing this movie … one shocking thing was to find how easy it is [to flaunt your sexuality]? Like, I went to a strip club with the director and the costume designer and it being an odd grouping of people going into a strip club in the middle of the afternoon, I was, like, straight-up offered a job. And then walking around New Orleans wearing the kind of stuff I was wearing literally could be like boom, boom, boom, done. But I would never do that.”
On Breaking Dawn: ?I?m so happy that we?re doing two movies, because we would have had to cut out so much - it would have been almost near impossible! I?m excited about a lot of little bits, but mostly excited about Bella?s [dramatic change]. It all comes to fruition. You finally get what you?ve been begging for. It feels good!?

One of my favorite gingers of all time, Julianne Moore, is the cover girl for the November issue of Allure Magazine. Julianne turns 50 years old in December, but you wouldn?t know it from these photos. I think Julianne go the cover because the producers of The Kids Are Alright will be making a big awards-show push for Julianne and Annette Bening come awards season. Plus, why not put Julianne on your cover? She?s great! And I would rather see her do model-poses than, say, Blake Lively. And unlike those young girls, Julianne actually has thoughts about things beyond boys and diets. Julianne actually talks honestly about aging and fifty long years as a freckly ginger. God, I love her.
On having to stay out of the sun: ?I have what I call ?my outfit?, I wear a long-sleeved rash guard and a pair of board shorts. It?s not so sexy, but I keep myself covered. My husband hates it. But if you ever see me at a water park, that?s what I?ll be wearing.?
On getting older: ?I?m always shocked by people who talk about not being middle-aged, I?m like, ?How old do you think you?re going to live? Let?s double your age and see where you get.? People are always like, ?Thirty-five is not middle-aged.? I?m like, ?Double it.??
On finding herself modeling at age 50: ?I like to call myself the hundred-year-old model.?
On plastic surgery: “I hate to condemn people for doing it, but I don’t believe it makes people look better. I think it just makes them look like they had something done to their face, and I don’t think we instinctively find that appealing. We think we do, but then when you look at somebody who’s had their face altered in some way, it just looks weird. We recognize emotionally that that’s not what we look like, that there’s something off. You don’t want to take away what makes a face look human.?
On dyeing her famous ginger hair: She does admit to touching up her signature red hair with a vegetable-based rinse every four weeks, if only because her gray streak has taken on an unusual hue. “Redheads don’t go gray — they go sort of peach, unfortunately,” she explains. “You don’t turn that nice silvery color.”
On her friend Ellen Barkin?s fashion sense: “She thinks I’m dumpy,” admits Moore. “She doesn’t like my Birkenstocks. She’d hate this outfit that I have on.”
On kissing men vs. women: ?I don?t really think it?s different kissing a woman vs. a man. I don?t think it really is. The difference is kissing someone you know versus someone you don?t.?
On her freckles: Seeing herself on billboards and magazine covers is still a surprise to Moore, not just because of her age, but because she grew up being teased about her unusual looks. A children’s book, Freckleface Strawberry (Bloomsbury USA), that she wrote based on that experience was recently turned into a musical. “I don’t love my freckles?I’d really rather not have them, but there’s nothing I can do about them,” says the actress, “I think we learn as adults that there are other things that are more important.”
On the characters she plays: Moore has played a wide range of roles in her career and has been nominated for an Academy Award four times. “Most of the stories I’m attracted to are about people and relationships,” she says. “I haven’t played very many heroic people.”

The collaboration is being described by the snack food company as ?a one-of-a-kind, interactive music experience.?
According to a report, fans will be able to see the ?Take a Bow? songstress? new video for ?Who?s That Chick?? by using a symbol on bags of Doritos Late Night special edition bags pointed at a web cam.
Ri-Ri told press that her favorite flavor is Spicy Nacho. "I just like spicy chips. So of course that would be my favorite one? One of my make-up artists [Mylah Morales] and I carry around chili all the time. It's sickening. I eat everything with red pepper."

Giving a wave to awaiting paparazzi, the E! reality star is north of the border to promote her beauty products.
Tweeting upon arriving in Toronto last evening, Kim wrote, "Great 2b in Toronto! Come see me at Sherway Gardens tomorrow 4-6. There will be a special @Fusion_Beauty surprise for everyone"
Meanwhile, Miss Kardashian is also inching closer and closer to her 30th birthday on October 21 - for which she's said to have bought herself a brand new Bentley!

We haven’t heard much from 90210 alum Shannen Doherty since her unsuccessful turn on Dancing with The Stars last season. She was on the 90210 remake for a few episodes in 2008 but was reportedly fired for being difficult to work with. There were rumors that Doherty was trying for her own reality show with her photographer boyfriend, but nothing came of that. Now Shannon has a new memoir coming out in early November called Badass: A Hard-Earned Guide to Living Life with Style and (the Right) Attitude. In a promotional interview with Parade magazine she explains just how different she is from the latest crop of actresses trying to out do her in the attitude department. It’s like she thinks she invented mean girl entitlement and that she did it with more panache and none of the credit. Doherty says she’s changed though, and that she’s learned from her past. Here’s part of what she said:
On her reputation
“I have a rep. Did I earn it? Yeah, I did. But, after awhile you sort of try to shed that rep because you’re kind of a different person. You’ve evolved and all of the bad things you’ve done in your life have brought you to a much better place.”
Claims she wasn’t that bad
“The irony is that, if I was doing the same stuff now, I wouldn’t be getting the attention. Like I never did a sex tape. I never didn’t wear panties and flash a camera. You sort of stop and go, ‘Wow, it’s sort of what’s acceptable now.’ And, then, they always have excuses. When I made a mistake, I would admit to it. These girls don’t seem to see their own mistakes, much less learn from them.”
On Lindsay Lohan
“It’s such a horrific situation that I don’t even know what to say. I just have kind of tried to tune it out. I totally understand that it’s newsworthy, but it just seems so tragic to me. I mean, Lindsay’s dad giving a press conference at the end was just like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I’ve been acting for 29 years. My parents have never given a press conference, ever. It all seems so exploitative.”
Advice to Lindsay
“I think that it’s still about having faith in yourself. You’ve hit some road bumps and maybe they made you fall down and you’ve got some gravel and asphalt in your face because things are that bad. But have faith because you can get better and you can become the woman that I’m sure you want to be.”
What badass means to her
“Badass is a little tongue in cheek. But, at the same time, it’s very poignant because it’s sort of telling the things that I went through and the mistakes that I made when I was in my 20s. I had this amazing career in front of me and because of some things I did, my career really suffered. Thank God that I’ve had some second chances.”
“You can either be a bad girl in life, or you can become a badass. It means owning who you are and being compassionate and knowing when you’ve made a mistake and not repeating it. And, also not being afraid to kick some ass and take names.”
On people dissing her online
“Perez Hilton has been very nice to me, so I clicked on his site recently to see some reader comments about me. The majority of them had really nasty things to say. I was devastated. So I called a friend of mine who said ‘Everybody has haters. It doesn’t matter how huge of a star you are. People want to take other people down.’ My mom has always told me, ‘You know what kind of person you are, so hold your head up high and just keep believing in yourself. But it’s hard, especially when you click on a bunch of haters.”
On Angelina Jolie being a badass
“My book gives a couple of examples of celebrities I really admire who I think are badasses. One of them is Angelina Jolie. When she was in her 20’s, she had the vial of blood and the knives and everything. You were like, ‘Okay, she’s brilliant, she’s talented, she’s stunning, but what about the weird stuff?’ Now, you see the progression that she’s made as a mature woman. Angelina is an inspiration.”

Yes Doherty screwed herself out of gigs on 90210 and Charmed, got arrested in 1996 and got a DUI in late 2000. In her mind she’s not like Lindsay because she plead guilty for DUI and did her community service and probation without complications. The result for her career seems to have been about the same though.
39 year-old twice divorced Doherty also talked about her piss poor taste in men and how she was hoping to “save” some of the guys she was with. She added “like any badass, I think I’ve learned from my mistakes.” She never went to jail at least. I don’t think it makes her “badass” to do stupid destructive things and then follow judge’s orders. Badass is being yourself but not sabotaging your career.

As I just mentioned in the Gwyneth post, Elle Magazine?s ?Women In Hollywood? event was last night, and there was the motherload of bad fashion and hideous styling. My nominee for ?Worst Dressed of the Night? goes to Kate Hudson up there, looking like she?s totally in the bag. And I?m not talking about her dress. What?s up with Kate? Is she getting all coked up or drunk before she walks red carpets lately? Because her appearances over the past year have been particularly bad, and I have to think she?s on something to go out looking like this. And Rachel Zoe STYLES her!! And Zoe was at the event, for the love of God! Of course, this is how Zoe rolled:
Not the best, but Zoe styled herself WAY better than Kate. Sidenote: Zoe also looks a little ?filled out? in the face, so I do think she?s pregnant. Anyway, what the hell is going on with Kate? She was too tired (drunk?) to just pull back her hair in a bun? Ugh.
Other nominees for worst dressed of the evening? Kate?s mom, Goldie Hawn:
I?m not a Goldie hater. But this is unflattering. Goldie still has a great figure, but she looks like she crawled out of the same bender as Kate.
Also - Molly Sims and Emma Roberts were at the event too. Because the two of them are like the new Eva Longorias. They will show up to the opening of an envelope. That being said, neither of them looked hideous, I just think both had bad makeup and both think they?re God?s gift.

I?m kind of overdosing on fashion at the moment, so I took a break to watch the new trailer for Nicolas Cage?s latest movie, Drive Angry 3D. Um? it?s no secret that Nick is hurting for money right now, and that he - much like John Malkovich - is basically saying ?yes? to every script that gets sent his way. I get that. But I also get that Nick probably would have said ?yes? to this junk even if he didn?t need the money, just because Nick has surprisingly horrible taste in scripts. This one looks absolutely hideous. It goes beyond violence porn. This is an orgy of dumb destruction just for the hell of it. And Nick is bringing down two solid character actors with him: William Fichtner and Billy Burke. Sigh? this sucks so hard, it?s almost funny:
Was Nicolas Cage?s turn as a homicidal, drug-addled, lizard-imagining crooked cop with a heart of gold in Bad Lieutenant just a touch too realistic for you? Well, here comes Drive Angry 3D, and what may be the batshit craziest Nicolas Cage character in a long, proud history of batsh-t crazy Nicolas Cage characters. Our hero plays a muscle-car enthusiast who has to escape hell (literally!) in order to save his infant granddaughter from a villainous cult, and the movie?s new trailer is just chock-full of explosions, creative murders, terrible-on-purpose one-liners, wobbly Matrix-like supernatural visual effects, and all other manners of WTF moments. Does it feel really contrived, like a couple of well-connected producers ? after staying up all night drinking soju and watching Wild at Heart over and over again ? decided they absolutely had to make a movie where Nicolas Cage pushes his nutso persona to its absolute breaking point, and then worked backward from there? Absolutely! But is that so wrong?

Seriously, who thinks of this sh-t? What is the pitch? ?A man leaves hell to save his granddaughter only to be trailed by one of Satan?s minions, all whilst uttering cheese-tastic lines? Oh, Nick. How the not-so-mighty have fallen even further.

So I guess since I don’t feel sorry for Jenny McCarthy because she’s a vapid bimbo, I’m supposed to feel sorry for her because she had a boob job without painkillers. I’m not even convinced that her brain is developed enough to process pain. Digital Spy says,
Jenny McCarthy has recalled waking up during her first breast augmentation after the surgeon did not administer anaesthetic.
According toWENN, the actress said that she went to a cut-price doctor for the procedure and subsequently had to have the work redone after the horror of waking up while being operated on.
McCarthy explained: “Me and my friends found a doctor in Arizona that cost about $1,500 (943) to get our boobs done – because they didn’t use anaesthesia and I didn’t know it!
“I’m laying there during surgery and I’m going, ‘Wow, I’m having a remarkable dream about getting a boob job while I’m getting a boob job!’ And I’m thinking, ‘I can think of the names of the tools that they’re passing back and forth’, and, ‘Oh my God, this is a remarkable lucid dream!’
“And then I open my eyes and oh my God – this is real! I look down and there was one boob done.
“I said, ‘What is going on? Oh my God, I’m awake!’ And [the doctor] said, ‘I know, we only have one boob left, just hang in there’. I had to get them redone.”
Saving money by buying a jug of the store brand of milk=smart. Saving money by getting your jugs done by some med school dropout=not so smart. Just ask Tara Reid.

The ?In Good Company? actress hit up several shops for some retail therapy, looking snazzy in a grey fedora with a matching cardigan and black sunglasses.
And though Scarlett?s husband Ryan Reynolds was nowhere to be found, she was accompanied by a tall handsome mystery man to keep her safe.
Ms. Johansson is said to be in Barcelona to shoot a new fashion campaign for the uber-trendy label Mango.

Kicking off her week with a delicious dinner out, Kristen Stewart was spotted hitting up Nobu restaurant in New York City last night (October 18).
The ?New Moon? actress tried to avoid the paparazzi by running around the entire city block after dinner, but ended up needing the help of her bodyguard to get back to her car.
In a recent interview with MTV News, Kristen revealed that while filming ?Welcome to the Rileys? she was offered a job in a strip club.
She tells, "Well, I mean, like, doing this movie ... one shocking thing was to find how easy it is [to flaunt your sexuality]. Like, I went to a strip club with the director and the costume designer and it being an odd grouping of people going into a strip club in the middle of the afternoon, I was, like, straight-up offered a job."

The ?Pieces of Me? songstress and her ?Sugar We?re Going Down? rocker hubby both looked to be in good moods as they arrived at The Harmony Theatre on Sunset Boulevard.
And of course, both Ashlee and Pete donned some spiffy gear for their outing, with Ms. Simpson continuing to showcase her short blonde coif.
?Runaway? is said to be Kanye?s equivalent of Michael Jackson?s ?Thriller? or Prince?s ?Purple Rain? and tells the story of West?s new relationship with a girl who also happens to be a phoenix who has fallen to earth.

These are photos of Alex Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth from the weekend. Now, I know there is a small but concerted Kate Bosworth fan base. I have felt their wrath before, often when I?m making fun of her smug-face. Even though I know I risk offending them, I do have to ask, once again: what?s the appeal? She?s a crappy actress, she thinks she?s some ground-breaking fashion girl (when really she?s just one of many interchangeable blondes), and her face is incapable of emoting anything other than ?smug? or ?bitch? faces. So why is she so smug? Is it just because she dated Orly Bloom for several years, and now she?s dating Alexander Skarsgard? Orly is no prize (don?t hate me Orly-loonies), but if I knew what Skarsdong tasted like (ice cream?), I would be smug too. But the thing is, I don?t even think they look hot together. Alex smolders everywhere, except with his on-again girlfriend, who clings to him with some mysterious asexual force. I thought they were broken up. I felt it. But I was wrong. Smug-face clings, and she will not look the least bit sexy while clinging. And Alex lets her.
So are we over Alex? After playing with our hearts and minds with the news of their alleged breakup, we?re back where we started: Alex and Smug-face, forever. It?s like Alex doesn?t know how much better he could do. Or he thinks Smuggy is some kind of prize. All in all, it makes me think less of him, and my opnion of him has been dwindling for months now. I?m at the point now where I don?t want to have my heart broken one more time. At some point, we just have to acknowledge that he’s that guy, the dude who dates bad, douchey women because that’s his type, and he would rather have a girlfriend who is a famewhore poseur than a relationship with someone interesting.
By the way, the other dude in these photos is Alex?s ?little? brother.

Last night was the big event for Elle Magazine?s ?Women In Hollywood?. Gwyneth Paltrow was one of several honorees (also included: Diane Keaton and Annette Benning). There was some particularly bad fashion that I?ll get to in other posts. Right now I want to make it all about Gwyneth?s Pumpkin Goop. Paltrow wore this pumpkin-colored fitted dress to the event. It?s kind of ?Wow!!? moment for me. I never would have picked this color for any woman, let alone for Gwyneth for a red carpet event? and yet, Goopy pulls it off, doesn?t she? You wouldn?t think that pumpkin would be one of her colors, but she looks really cute and surprisingly chic in orange. Does anyone else kind of wish she would chop her hair off again, though? I?m a little tired of the long hair, parted in the center. Also, look at the back of the dress:
Surprisingly sexy! Very chic, Goopy. Well done.
In addition to the Women In Hollywood event, Goopy also went out to dinner last night, and she went for an old-faithful color - shades of grey. Now that I?ve seen her in orange, I want more pops of color.

Miss Swift made trip to the French capital city from Nashville, Tennessee, as she partook in the Nashville Songwriters Association International private gala celebration on Sunday night (October 17).
During the evening, Taylor was presented with her third trophy as the songwriter-artist of the year for her work on "Fifteen," "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me."

Also keeping busy with career endeavors, Miss Paltrow has been involved in portraying a substitute teacher named Mary Todd Lincoln for an upcoming guest spot on the hit FOX show "Glee".
She 's also readying for the theatrical release of her new movie "Country Strong" - which has a holiday release date set for December 22, 2010.

According to E! Online, Mrs Tom Cruise made the visit to help Bailee Madison celebrate her 11th birthday - as the two co-star together in the upcoming horror movie "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark".

Stepping out for an evening on the red carpet, Kristen Stewart looked simply stunning as she attended The Cinema Society and Everlon Diamond Knot Collection?s screening of "Welcome To The Rileys" in New York City on Monday night (October 18).
Taking place at the posh Tribeca Grand Hotel, the lovely actress was joined by co-star James Gandolfini as they boost interest in their new movie - due out in theaters on October 29th.
Meanwhile, Kristen will soon be flying out to Louisiana to join up with her "Twilight" co-stars to begin shooting "Breaking Dawn".
Telling Access Hollywood how excited she is to start up work on the much-0anticipated vampire flick, K-Stew said, ?I?m so happy that we?re doing two movies, because we would have had to cut out so much - it would have been almost near impossible. I?m excited about a lot of little bits, but mostly excited about Bella?s [dramatic change].?
She added of the movie, ?It all comes to fruition. You finally get what you?ve been begging for. It feels good!?

Moving along in her pregnancy quite nicely, Christina Applegate showed off her quickly growing baby bump while out in Los Angeles on Monday (October 18).
Accompanied by her fiance Martyn LeNoble, the pair ended up making a quick stop by the ATM at Bank of America to take out cash before heading off to pick up a few household needs.
The couples outing comes shortly after Christina took time to sit down with CNN?s Chief Medical Correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, to talk about her battle against cancer and promote medical testing for early detection.
During the interview, Dr Gupta asked the "Samantha Who?" star, "If you hadn?t received the MRI at that point, do you have any idea what would have happened to you?"
Feeling very fortunate that her cancer was detected, Miss Applegate replied, "They probably would have found the cancer on my next mammogram a year later, where it would have been a much bigger tumor, and could have been a much worse scenario. So, it saved my life. It would have been a whole other year before I went in again for my next mammogram."
Meanwhile, Dr Gupta also checked to see how the pregnancy is coming along, to which Applegate said, "I?m good ? as you can see I?m hot flashing a little bit, but that happens a couple times a day. (laughing) It has been such a wild ride."
As for keeping up with her strict diet with the baby-on-board, the 38-year-old dished, "I adopted a macrobiotic diet when I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. It?s one of which I adhere to about eighty-two percent of the time. I gotta have pizza every once in a while, you know! You gotta go off and enjoy these things, ? that?s part of the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, scientific part of it. It?s all interconnected. But I?ve been able to stick it fine. As far as gaining weight, I?m right on track."
