Before Instagram, Paris Hilton was teaching hot chicks how to work hard at doing absolutely nothing and now millions of InstaModels have her to thank. Its not easy spending all day at the beach, not working, drinking fruity smoothies and traveling 365 days a year. Its a hard job and finding the right guy to []

| Jennifer Lawrence is happier & more smiley with Cooke Maroney than any of her exes | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

I honestly didn?t know what to make of the news that Jennifer Lawrence has been quietly dating a ?normal? guy for several weeks. I mean, Page Six broke the news so I thought maybe they got some good tip from someone in the art world, perhaps, especially considering that Cooke Maroney is part of that art world. But now I?m thinking that Jennifer Lawrence is such a big star that she?s actually doing, like, boyfriend rollouts. J-Law and Cooke got pap?d this week, just after the news came out about their early-days romance:

| Mariska Hargitay misses her kids: 'There are days I go home and just cry' | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Mariska Hargitay has always impressed me, both with her work ethic and lending her voice to important issues. I hold a special place in my heart for her because of her past. I know she doesn?t remember it but even the knowledge that she was in the car when her mother died so tragically seems like it would be hard to shake. But she did and forged her way into becoming a successful actor on a long-running hit series. She?s happily married and raising three kids out of the spotlight, August, 11, Amaya, seven, and Andrew, six. She seemingly ?has it all.? But even Mariska says the balance of happy home and career life is too much sometimes and there are days she beats herself up just like the rest of us.
She?s a jack of all trades! Mariska Hargitay got real about the difficulties she faces balancing work and family.
?It?s hard. I?m not going to say it?s easy, it?s hard. I?m learning to [balance]. I try to be super present with where I am,? Hargitay, who plays Olivia Benson on the hit series, explained. ?When I?m at work, I?m at work. When I?m with my kids, I?m with my kids.?
?I have an incredible support system with my husband. He?s an actor so he also understands,? she gushed. ?I try to keep it organic. The kids come to set all the time. I?ve worked out my schedule a bit that I have a little more flexibility. I have a great time behind me.?
Even so, sometimes it can be great burden to bear. ?There are days I go home and just cry. There have been days when I didn?t see my kids. Those are the days I?m, like, ?Maybe I?m done,?? she recalled. ?But now, this is a gift of doing something for 20 years. We?re such a well-oiled machine. I go in there and I?m like, Guys, I?ve got a kids thing. I?m out.? They?re like, ?Got it, boom.??
[From Us]
I?m glad to hear that after 20 years, Law & Order: SVU (dun-dun) allows Mariska the flexibility she needs. I have a job but I work from home and my boss allows me a great deal of leeway (for which I am very grateful). So even though I work, I relate more to a stay-at-home parent. So, I really don?t know what it?s like to miss my kids and I think other ?always home? parents will understand when I say, I?d kind of like to. And yet, I still go to bed thinking I?ve failed my kids by not being there. My point is, parents will always feel they?ve let someone down but the occasional bake sale will get missed and life will go on. We tell our kids to work hard and give their all to school or baseball or whatever they?ve committed to, shouldn?t we lead by example? Mariska sounds like she?s figured it out, but I understand that even if that?s true, some demons are hard to kill.
Now, let?s talk about why Mariska really hates being away from home ? her husband Peter Hermann (that?s a joke, please don?t come for me on that). Oh my stars, I find him so attractive. He plays Charles on Younger and may be the main reason I continue to watch that show. To hear that he not only adores his wife but works to make the balance at home just *swoon*. And I think hes just as lucky to have Mariska by his side.

| Jennifer Aniston in Lacroix at the AFI-George Clooney gala: pretty or boring? | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are photos of some of the guests/presenters from George Clooney?s AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards gala, which was held last night (but hasn?t aired on television yet). What?s interesting to me is who did NOT turn up to honor Clooney. No Brad Pitt, which is weird because I?m pretty sure Brad is in LA right now (this event was in LA). No Matt Damon, who I think is in Australia right now. No Viola Davis, who worked with George a few times. No Nicole Kidman or Sandra Bullock. Instead we get? Jennifer Aniston, who worked with George once when he guest-starred on Friends! No, they?ve been friendly for decades, I know. But it?s weird to see Aniston there instead of some of the other people.
Jen came with her back-on BFF Courteney Cox. Aniston wore Christian Lacroix, CC wore Roland Mouret. When Jen stepped out last weekend at that Malibu gala, I said I was so happy that she seemed to be going darker with her hair color. Well, not anymore. She looks like she got re-blonded just for this event.
More photos? here?s Cate Blanchett in Aouadi Couture. I hate those sheer ?sleeves? that make women look like they have awful tattoos.
Julianna Margulies in Vionnet. Of course she was there! Her dress is fine, nothing special.
Cindy Crawford and Rande were there. Cindy wore Stella McCartney? *wry chuckle*
Anna Kendrick wore the worst Ralph & Russo dress I think I?ve ever seen from that label. This looks like a deconstructed straightjacket.

| Kim Kardashian: 'I don't think I would be used' by Donald Trump politically | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

It?s difficult for people to give Kim Kardashian credit for anything. She does a lot of shady, dumb stuff, of course, but even when she does something good, or even when she?s legitimately the victim of a crime, people still find a way to criticize her, blame her, yell at her, whatever. Of course the issue of presidential pardons should NOT work this way, where a celebrity goes to the White House to personally lobby the president for one particular person to be pardoned. On the governmental side of this situation, of course it?s awful. But on the celebrity side of this, I find it very telling that so many people still don?t want to give Kim Kardashian any credit for anything. Because of Kim?s interest and actions, a woman is now free.
Kim spoke to CNN?s Van Jones about the process of getting a commutation for Alice Marie Johnson. Van Jones took her seriously, and Kim answered the questions seriously, about the process of setting up meetings and calls with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, and then personally lobbying Donald Trump. He even called her on her cell phone to tell her that he was signing the commutation for Johnson. Jones asked Kim if she feels like Trump was using her, or will use her. Her answer was interesting:
Speaking with CNN?s Van Jones in an interview that aired Thursday, Kim Kardashian, 37, responded to criticism that she now endorses the president after he accepted her months-long campaign for Johnson?s freedom.
?I think Kanye?s already given him legitimacy in that way,? Kardashian West said, referring to her rapper husband?s public support for Trump, even calling the commander-in-chief his ?brother? in April. ?I was working on this before. I don?t think I would be used. At the end of the day, he heard me out. We got the job done. What could he really use me for??
[From People]
I think that?s naive, but in other ways, she?s right what would he use her for that he isn?t already using Kanye for? Trump brags to his Deplorables that Kanye is helping him with black voters, but that?s all it is: a dumb brag from a thin-skinned narcissist. Kim?s politics were and are well known it?s no secret she voted for Hillary Clinton, that she supports reproductive freedom and gun control, and standing next to Donald Trump does not mean she?s suddenly going to vote straight-Republican. She used Trump more than anything else. Here?s the CNN video. Superficial note: her lips are really messed up.

| Mariah Carey's six-year old son ordered a dog and 5k worth of stuff from his iPad | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Please, for the love of all things holy, do not let my children read this post. Marah Carey graced Jimmy Kimmel Live with her presence the other night. While there, she told Jimmy what her (just turned) seven-year-old twins, Morroccan and Monroe, were up to. No good, according to Mariah. She said that her ?technological genius? Moroccan ordered a dog and a few ($5,000 worth!) trinkets all by himself (clip below).
Mariah Carey has to be careful not to let her 7-year-old son, Moroccan, near an iPad!
?My son is like a technological genius,? the ?Hero? singer insisted on Wednesday?s Jimmy Kimmel Live! ?I have to control them with iPads because literally he charged $5,000 on Amazon. Yeah, he did!?
Things got even more out of control when Roc spent some time with his dad, Nick Cannon.
?The other night apparently he was with Nick and he ordered a dog,? Carey revealed. ?They called him and they were like, ?Your dog is ready.? And he was like, ?I didn?t order any damn dog!??
[From ET]
I totally, 100% believe all of this. It is so easy for a kid to buy things online. The words ?In Game Purchases? haunts me in my dreams. Im pretty alert when it comes to my where my credit card is stored and what my kids have access to. And the reason I am so savvy? Because my friends had kids before me and I heard all the horror stories. But the dog really makes me laugh. I once caught my daughter about to email a query to a husky rescue group. Her response when grilled was, ?it (the website) asked if I was interested in adopting her and I am!?
Mariah also said the kids are little singers, which makes sense given their parentage. The twins, who are adorably nicknamed Roc and Roe, have recorded a song. Mariah hasn?t released it yet because she hasn?t discussed it with their dad yet. While talking about the kids, she brought up Nick with much respect. I love that Mariah and Nick are such great co-parents. I think they genuinely like and respect each other and it shows ? not only to us, but more importantly, to their kids. I do, however, hope Nick signs off on that single getting released. I?d love to hear it.
My child did what now?
