Running into trouble while waiting for takeoff, Josh Duhamel got the boot from a plane awaiting takeoff at LaGuardia Airport in New York City on Friday (December 3).
The "Transformers" actor was reportedly busily texting on his BlackBerry while aboard the delayed aircraft, with the trouble coming as he refused to turn off his mobile device upon the flight attendant's requent.
Due to Duhamel's stubbornness, the plane headed back to the gate as security personnel escorted Josh off the airliner as a result of his actions.
Tending to damage control, Josh's rep confirmed the story while also adding, "He's sorry."

As for Camy, I think she looks really great here - but then I didn?t think she was ?strangely wrinkled? in yesterday?s photos either. Camy is one of those women (actually, all of us are those women) who benefits greatly from the best lighting. The lighting in Germany is far superior to the lighting in Madrid, at least as far as these photo calls go. I also think she put more effort into this photo call - more makeup, cuter outfit. I don?t know who the designers are for the top and the blazer, but I like it.

Ashton’s lawyer’s have fired off a letter to Vivid Entertainment claiming they’re specifically pissed over a press release for the video, which says, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”
Ashton’s lawyers claim Vivid is infringing on the actor’s “marketable celebrity identity value” — and promise they will unleash a legal nightmare against Vivid unless they stop associating his name with the Brittney Jones porn.

They claim that Ryan, 35, proposed to Julianne, 22, during their well documented Paris jaunt and she accepted. The Enquirer’s gossip guy, Mike Walker, name drops Seacrest practically every week with the most insignificant gossip. If anyone would get an exclusive on Ryan’s engagement, it would be the Enquirer. I know a lot of people think Ryan bats secretly for the other team, and the way the whole “kiss on the beach with Teri Hatcher” played out (particularly the way she explained it) make me think that could be the case and that he plays the media to his advantage. It’s possible that he is straight and just very fussy, though. It happens. I could also see him going for a much younger non-challenging partner like Julianne. (If he goes for chicks at all, other than in photo ops.) Here’s the Enquirer’s report. It’s like Ryan took a page out of Tom Cruise’s book.
The “American Idol” host surprised the “Burlesque” star with a proposal during a recent vacation to Paris, sources say, and he’s even cutting back his workload to start a family!

You know, if they’re both happy with this arrangement, whatever it is, good for them. Congratulations on their engagement whether it’s for show or not. I can’t see any self-respecting woman going along with this (if it’s not real, etc) but Julianne did get to go to Paris and I bet she dropped a lot of Ryan’s cash on nice designer things. I also bet he helped her pick them out. And I swear to you - I wrote all that before I saw these photos of them buying Louboutins. Hand to God, to borrow a phrase from Kaiser. Last night, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt went out for a ?date night? without the kids. They went to Guy Savoy restaurant, there in Paris, where they?ve been for the past week. At first, I thought that was Brad?s hand encircling Angelina, but that?s her hand, holding a black clutch. I can?t really make out what either are wearing - I think it was Angelina?s turn to wear leather, after Brad?s leather pants disaster a few days ago. With busy careers and six children to take care of, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie don’t get much time for romance. But the couple left the nannies to take care of their large brood as they enjoyed a rare night out for just the two of them in Paris last night.
The good-looking pair headed out to dinner at the Michelin-starred Guy Savoy restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of the French capital.
After enjoying an intimate meal, the pair were surrounded by paparazzi as they headed back to the suite at the five-star Meurice Hotel.

Britney Spears’ camp has vigorously denied the rumors that it’s her voice on a new tape with her first ex husband, Jason Alexander, detailing abuse at the hands of her boyfriend, Jason Trawick. If you listen to the audio, it doesn’t even sound like Britney or a decent mimic, and there’s a lot of crackling and evidence of editing. Britney’s people have promised to sue over the story, and it sounds like going to follow up on it and aren’t just issuing empty claims. Meanwhile Britney, or more likely her manager Larry Rudolph, has taken to Twitter to give a less formal warning to the outlets with that false story. She tells Star and Radar to ‘kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!‘ I’m not really buying that Britney personally writes her own tweets, because that’s genius. I’m sure she cosigned it though:
Britney Spears has a message for anyone claiming she was physically abused by her boyfriend: pucker up.
Addressing her missive to “Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars,” Spears Tweeted Thursday: “Ya’ll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!”
The sentiment was prompted by a tabloid report that Spears ? who turned 29 Thursday ? was abused by boyfriend Jason Trawick.
The allegation came from Spears’s one-time husband, Jason Alexander, whose 55-hour Las Vegas marriage to her was annulled in 2004. In the report, Alexander says Spears told him Trawick “beat on me,” and RadarOnline posted an audio clip of the alleged conversation between Alexander and Spears. The singer’s reps, however, deny the woman’s voice on the tapes belongs to the pop star.
Spears, who announced she has a new album coming out in March, also Tweets she is “off on a romantic weekend with Jason for my birthday. xoxo Brit.”

On Wednesday Britney was seen outside the offices of the William Morris agency, where her boyfriend works. US Weekly says that she was there to screen the movie The Secretariat for charity. US also has a new statement from Britney’s manager about this ongoing story. He says a lawsuit is coming soon. “It’s amazing that Star continues to try to defend their story by putting out more and more pieces of a fraudulent recording. Everyone knows it is not her. The more they put out, the more ridiculous they look. The lawyers are drawing up the legal papers right now; there will 100 percent be a lawsuit. We are suing.”

I totally think this could happen. I?ve been thinking for ever since they got engaged that Jessica would find a way to rush down the aisle. These are new photos from last night?s premiere of Rabbit Hole in NYC. Nicole Kidman trotted out her BotoxFace and her husband, in that order. Nicole is wearing a navy Clements Ribeiro Spring 2011 dress that I don?t care for that much - it?s very fussy and old-lady, in my opinion. I wish Nicole would go back to her old style, when she used to wear avant-garde designers and lots of black. But Nicole recently talked about how as she?s gotten older, her interest in fashion and being a groundbreaking style icon has decreased: “Because I have a child now, I dress much simpler these days. When I was in my 20s the thing I loved was fashion. I loved to get really dressed up. I think I’m less interested in fashion now and more interested in simple chic. I still think it’s important to have some sense of ‘not letting yourself go’ though. You’ve got to make an effort, even after you have a child and even after you’re married.” Yeah… Nicole, you already HAD TWO CHILDREN before, when you used to care about fashion. Remember Bella? Remember Connor? Also, does anyone think ?making an effort? is Nicole-speak for ?getting so many lip injections, my lips look like they?re about to fall off my face??

I told you. She?s just put on about five pounds in her abdomen, and it?s fine. She just needs to go up one dress size, and no one will notice.
Nic?s Rabbit Hole costar Sandra Oh was on the red carpet too. The dress is bad enough, but the dress with the tights and shoes? God, it?s just hideous. Fashion fail, Sandra.

Guess who else was at the premiere? THE HAMM. And The Hamm looks rough as hell too. I have no idea why Jon Hamm and his girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt were there, other then they wanted to see the movie - neither one of them is in it, I mean. And it wasn?t really the best appearance for either, although Nicole Kidman?s BotoxFace probably wants to stand next to Jennifer, just to look better by comparison. As for The Hamm? he just looks tired and cold and like he doesn?t know what to do with his hair. That being said, I still want to lick him.

Breaking her silence over an alleged affair, Erin Barry has denied claims that she was getting intimate with Tony Parker.
With the rumors circulating upon word that Eva Longoria filed for divorce from the Spurs star, the ex-wife of basketball player Brent Barry bluntly stated: "I did not have an affair with Tony Parker."
Calling the claims "ridiculous," Erin penned a long-winded entry on the matter on her website BarrysHelpSA.org, with the entire entry reading as follows:
"It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker. I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie. I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance. I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt. These are my words and this is the last you will hear from me on this subject because I have more important things to do.
"I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I ?pursue? Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is nave, ridiculous, and completely misguided.
"Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third. Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me. I have spent my adult life fighting for children who have been victimized so forgive me for not caring when someone tells me that my name is being dragged through the mud.
"Salacious rumors are not what keep me awake at night. What keeps me awake is wondering how the 5-year-old who was taken away from her abusive family is sleeping during her first night in a children?s shelter. I worry about friends fighting overseas and whether or not they will return home to their families. I worry about the health of my children, my family, and my friends. I worry about soccer uniforms, carpool, immunizations, baseball practice, paying the bills on time, grocery shopping, the kid?s homework, and so many other things that may seem menial to some people; but to me are everything. Right now I worry about my law school finals? being a first year law student is much scarier than dealing with gossip!"

Having already started working in the studio with producers Dr. Luke and Max Martin, the 29-year-old wrote, "I'm almost done with my new album and it will be coming out this March. I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!"
Britney also took a moment to thank her faithful followers for their kind birthday wishes, tweeting, "My fans mean the world to me & waking up to all of your wishes really made me smile, so here's something that I hope will make you smile... Just wanted to thank all of you for the amazing birthday wishes you guys have been sending all day."

Held at Paris Theater, the gorgeous couple were both all dressed up as they headed inside to join up with actor Aaron Eckhart for the event ahead of the film's scheduled December 17th release date.
During recent press duties, Miss Kidman took a moment to give her single co-star quite the kind endorsement to all the ladies out there.
