Continuing along the promotional trail, Cameron Diaz was spotted at the German premiere of ?Bad Teacher? in Berlin, Germany on Friday (June 17).
The ?Sweetest Thing? actress looked ravaging in a black pant-suit with a plunging neckline as she posed for picture and greeted fans before heading inside CineStar SonyCenter movie theater.
During a recent press junket, Diaz explained a little about her life growin up. "My father wanted boys, so from a young age sports were always a big part of our lives.?
"My parents were big on common sense and they always told my sister and I that we were capable of anything and there was nothing that we couldn't do if we really wanted to. I always felt confident that I could tackle the world."

Ryan Reynolds was on Conan Thursday to promote Green Lantern (which is obviously poised to be number one at the box office come Monday). He told Conando that he wasn’t always so ridiculously good looking. At least not to women. Ugh. Another one of those I didn’t used to always be good looking stories.
“Up until I was like 18, I looked like a Vietnamese girl,” said Ryan. Unfamiliar with that stereotype, I looked up “Vietnamese girl” on Google image search and, except for a couple of pictures, he sounded pretty hot. I bet all the guys wanted to do him. Especially his principal who he described as looking “like an online predator who lost his computer.”
Ryan also admitted to accidentally falling on a girl he liked during volleyball practice just to get close to her. “And just a few years later, that’s illegal. That’s straight up inappropriate.” Wait, what? *Gets up off girl on the ground, pulls up gym shorts, runs away*
He also admitted to being suspended and ultimately expelled. He smirked, “As though sitting at home all day masturbating to Spanish soap operas is supposed to teach me a lesson.” Wow, Ryan Reynolds. He’s just like us! Or like me yesterday afternoon at least.

Here?s a question for those of you who like Glee: why in the world would you need to see these people perform live in some kind of concert situation? Yes, some of them had good voices. But after watching them in the comfort of your own home, on television, why would you feel the need to see them in person? It?s not like they?re actually performing songs that they wrote, and it doesn?t seem like they?re performing these songs in a way any different than the television versions. So, why?
Anyway, the Glee tour is in full-effect, because if there?s one thing great about hiring 30-year-olds to play high schoolers, it?s that you can get past all of those tricky child labor laws and simply work your cast to death, year-round. According to Just Jared, the cast was in the middle of a concert in East Rutherford, New Jersey yesterday when Gwyneth Paltrow snotted her way onto the stage to sing her new Goop standard, ?Forget You?. This song is dead, right? Goop killed it long ago:
Dame Gwyneth really is living the dream. That dream? Of performing before endless crowds of rapt peasants.
Sidenote: I had my hissy fit about Glee concerts before I read this - apparently, this concert in New Jersey was part of the Glee Live! 3D concert movie that is currently being filmed. Ah, that?s why Gwyneth came. Because she?ll do anything for a movie part these days.

Jesse James denied rumors of an impending split to PEOPLE. James said, “That is absolutely not true. We’re still going strong. Things are completely good with us.” Kat Von D added, “That’s the furthest thing from the truth.”
In fact, the two are planning a summer wedding on the one year anniversary of their first date. “Everything is on track,” says James. “I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She’s the one for me.”
Much like Sandra Bullock was the one for him. Guess how that turned out? I give it one year before James cheats on her with a woman with an iron cross tattooed on her forehead.

Britney Spears kicked off her Femme Fatale tour in Sacramento, CA last night and it was alright, I guess. I wouldn’t know. I wasn’t there. I assume it’s not like the past as Britney’s lost a lot of luster after two kids and an endless buffet line. Her music has already been eclipsed by the likes of Lady Gaga, Ke$ha and Rebecca Black. I’m just impressed she doesn’t have a gut hanging over her costumes. That’s all anyone can ever ask for.

Yesterday, in the late afternoon, Life & Style had a great headline - ?Jesse James and Kat Von D?s wedding is on hold?. Their story was based on an unnamed source, plus some random tweets, and built into a story about how Jesse and Kat had put their relationship on ?pause?. I thought it was a decent story, mainly because I think the overwhelming majority of people think JJ and Kat aren?t going to make it, long-term. But still, the denials came, and now Jesse has announced to People Mag that they plan to marry this summer, on the one-year anniversary of when they began dating. Rii-ight.
Have Jesse James and Kat Von D called off their wedding? Not a chance, they both tell PEOPLE.
“That is absolutely not true,” says James, 42, bristling at Internet reports that he’s split from the LA Ink star. “We’re still going strong. Things are completely good with us.”
Adds Von D: “That’s the furthest thing from the truth.”
In fact, the pair, who were engaged in January, are planning a summer wedding on the one-year anniversary of when they started dating, James reveals.
“That day can’t come soon enough!” he says.
The couple regularly commute between Los Angeles, where Von D, 29, shoots her reality show, and James’s home outside of Austin, Texas, where he lives with his kids, Chandler, 16, Jesse Jr., 14, and Sunny, 7.
“Everything is on track,” says James. “I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She’s the one for me.”

This week, Kaiser gave us a fresh reminder of just how nasty, rude, and obnoxious Julia Roberts can really be, and it seems that her niece (and daughter of Eric Roberts) is well on the path to claiming that portion of the family legacy. Generally speaking, we already know that Emma is both entitled and smug and 20 going on 12, but now she takes issue with people (primarily those nefarious bloggers) who dare to insinuate that her family name has helped her get movie roles. You see, this notion is simply “so ridiculous” and “obviously not true” even though Emma seems to have forgotten that her role in Valentine’s Day most definitely came as a result of Aunt Julia’s involvement.
Outside of that bit role in a box-office slam dunk, Emma’s effort to prove some cred of her own has faltered miserably. Sure, she’s a serviceble enough little puppet in roles like Nancy Drew and Hotel for Dogs, but she doesn’t really shine and comes off as very easily replaceable onscreen. Last year, It’s Kind of a Funny Story failed to recoup its budget even though Emma walked around in her bra and panties throughout the movie. (Don’t forget that she still insists that actresses who go topless are “tasteless”. Emma’s also got a movie coming out this weekend, The Art of Getting By (she plays a popular high school girl that decides to date a misfit), which is currently sitting at 21% on Rotten Tomatoes. Still, let’s not even mention the possibility that Aunt Julia has anything at all to do with Emma Roberts getting either of these roles as a romantic leading lady because she spoke to Popeater and proved us all wrong:

I went to school till seventh grade and then I was home schooled through high school.
Was it strange to play a high school student?
I mean, no because high school is such a big part of American culture, it’s so prevalent in music and TV and movies, I think I get the gist!
In the beginning did everyone accuse you of nepotism because of your dad and aunt?
A lot of people think that and they talk about nepotism which I think is so ridiculous considering it’s obviously not true, because I’ve auditioned for so many things and never gotten the part. Also it’s like, you know, maybe someone can get you one part but they can’t really get you ten parts.
Would you want to work with her?
Yes I would love to. I think it would be really fun for us.
You know you’ll be accused of nepotism if it happens.
Oh well, if someone wants to say that to my face. If someone blogs about it I’ll be annoyed. I think it’s so funny people will blog stuff but they won’t say it to your face. I would actually have more respect for them if they said it to my face, then I would probably not say anything back.
Are you immune to nasty comments online or do you still get upset?
I don’t read them anymore but obviously you know that they’re there. For me I can’t let it bother me because for me anyone hiding behind a computer is kind of irrelevant.
Or a loser.
Uh uh. Also I can handle it, but there are some people with the whole bullying thing can’t handle it and do horrible things to themselves.
How come there are no photos of you tripping outside a nightclub?
I love going to Europe because you’re allowed to go out. I’m not trying to go out to be a mess but I love to go dancing and in Europe I’m old enough to be allowed to go out dancing with my friends. I love London, it’s my favorite place.

Okay, Emma’s clearly on the defensive (and in denial) here about the fact that a famous name might not get you everywhere in Hollywood (see Angus Sutherland), but it will get your foot in the door. This is particularly the case when talent is not a huge factor, which is the case where Emma is concerned. Seriously, in a Hollywood where even Rumer Willis can get consistent work, nobody can claim that nepotism doesn’t exist. Rumer isn’t an awful actress, but she isn’t any good either, but standards are really low for those with a family name. One really has to be a bad as poor Angus to lose that initial golden foothold. Of course, I generally feel a slight pang of guilt for giving Emma some crap here because it’s not like she’s headed the way of the Crackhead Lohan in her early twenties. Still, the girl needs to appreciate where she came from and learn a little humility. Hopefully, that’ll come with age.
Incidentally, Emma also claims in the Popeater interview to wear heels “24/7,” but I guess that doesn’t include the below photograph, which was taken less than a month ago. Don’t judge!

As Bedhead discussed yesterday, Katie Holmes was due to receive the ?Face of the Future? Award at last night?s Women In Film Lucy + Crystal Awards. Katie was the headliner of the event, surprisingly, and I won?t even get into how big of a joke it was to honor the Kate-bot. I?ve been trying to find out who designed this, and all I?ve got is Max Mara, and that?s a guess. The even was sponsored by Max Mara, so it would make sense for Katie to wear a dress by the sponsor. As for how she looks in this black-and-white ensemble? pretty, I think. It?s nothing groundbreaking, but she looks very healthy and pretty and ?together?. For a second I even thought her boobs were bigger, but it?s just an optical illusion with the bustier thing.
Here?s little Elle Fanning in a really pretty Marc Jacobs. Marc probably meant this for an adult woman, but I think it?s absolutely perfect for a 13-year-old girl. It looks like an old-school ?party dress? that young women would wear to formal dances. She?s such a pretty little thing too.
And here?s Annette Bening, who brought her husband as her date. They look happy and tight - good for them!
And lastly, we have Rose McGowan?s jacked face. This face caused some consternation between CB and I this morning. At some point, we can no longer blame Rose?s car accident on what we see before of. At some point, we just have to say ?This is how she WANTS to look.? Yikes.

Here’s a story in the NY Post that sounds very likely to be true, given all we’ve heard from Christina Aguilera to date. Apparently Aguilera is behaving like a drunken diva on the set of The Voice, and is getting into bickering fights with Adam Levine on camera while refusing to talk to any of her fellow judges when the cameras aren’t on. What’s more is that she rolls with a huge entourage, gets paid about triple an episode more than the other judges, and is late constantly. Again, this is typical behavior from XTina the narcissist who is never personally responsible for anything she does, has an excuse for everything, and blames her every mistake on other people paying attention to her. She’s going to lift herself up from that background of domestic abuse she brings up in every single interview and the horrible nasty press that drags her down. We just need to let her be Christina and join all the other sycophants and enablers that surround her like an overpaid bubble of yes men. Why can’t we just understand that no one ever says “no” to her?
Tensions are bubbling backstage on NBC’s hit “The Voice” between Christina Aguilera and rival judge Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
Sources tell Page Six fellow judges Levine and Blake Shelton have formed an alliance against Aguilera, whose much bigger paycheck, attention-stealing diva stunts and doting makeup team have rubbed the guys the wrong way.
Low-key Levine can’t grasp why Aguilera, who seems to get on a little better with Cee Lo Green, is being paid $225,000 per episode, in comparison to their $75,000 rate, and has a huge entourage, including two hair and makeup people, a producer and an assistant.
“They are all so annoyed by her,” a source told us. “Every time she walks away with her entourage, they talk about her behind her back. She holds people up and never apologizes.”
While Aguilera is the most vocal on the show, sources say she won’t speak to the other judges during commercial breaks.
“When the cameras are rolling, she literally won’t shut up,” an insider told us. “It is all about her.”
The production team is also playing into the rift — Aguilera’s supporters wear “Team Christina” T-shirts on the Studio City set.
Despite the differences, another source said the judges appeared to be getting along after the show Tuesday night at a bash thrown by Shelton and Miranda Lambert, at which Aguilera was still wearing her “Team Christina” shirt.
We hear that despite the disagreements, Aguilera and Levine are working together and recently recorded a track that will be released Tuesday.

As many of you mentioned in our last story on XTina’s Voice gig, she’s revealing what a petty person she is with every episode basically. I’ve only seen a few episodes of The Voice, and she’s come across as superficial and self centered, and she often picks fights with Adam. She isn’t terrible, though, probably because no one is calling her on her sh*t. She’s thinks the star, but right now she’s just a (very talented) singer whose last CD tanked, whose tour got canceled, and who is hanging on to her new gig on a competition reality show by the skin of her teeth. Do you think she’s going to get hired for more jobs, or even hold on to this one, if that’s the way she treats her coworkers?

Angelina Jolie is in Turkey today on UNHCR business. She?s on the Turkey-Syria border, where she?s meeting with some of the thousands of Syrian refugees now living in refugee camps within Turkey. The refugee exodus from Syria has increased over the past months as the Syrian government cracks down on anti-government protests. According to the AP, Jolie is due at a camp in the Turkish province of Hatay, and Turkish authorities were hanging a banner to welcome her. The banner reads - no joke, I swear - “Goodness Angel of the World, Welcome.” Seriously. Here?s more:
Actress Angelina Jolie, a longtime goodwill ambassador for the U.N. refugee agency, arrived in southern Turkey on Friday to visit Syrian refugees, a high-profile trip focusing attention on misery faced by ordinary citizens who have escaped violence in turbulent Syria.
Jolie, who is scheduled to visit the Altinozu refugee camp, arrived at the airport in Hatay and was greeted by officials, according to the state-run Anatolian Agency.
Hatay provincial officials had vans for the trip to Altinozu, and “toys unloaded from the plane were loaded to one of the vans in her convoy,” the agency reported.
More than 9,600 Syrian men, women, and children have fled their country for Turkey to escape violence, including a military offensive in the Jisr al-Shugur area.
Refugees at Altinozu are housed in warehouses at an old tobacco factory, and they staged a demonstration at the camp in solidarity with the many anti-government demonstrations occurring across the border in Syria.
They held up signs that said “Our military is killing its own people, please make it stop,” “U.N., help us please” and people chanted “stop killing children” and other anti-regime slogans.

I?m still hoping she gives a major interview for the occasion, and I saw on CNN this morning that they have a reporter on the trip too, so maybe CNN will get the interview. I think I saw something about this last week, and I was going to write about it and then I? forgot? Michelle has been spotted out with Swedish-Japanese director Cary Fukunaga, 33. And sources tell the Enquirer that the two have forged an unbreakable bond because of his Swedish roots.

This story reminded me that one of Ryan Phillippe’s exes is pregnant and that she’s due soon. It also made him seem like a decent guy, which sort-of makes me suspect that his publicist planted to story to make him look good. No matter, it was a decent thing to do. Now we’ll have to see if he steps up to the plate with child support payments. Anyway, according to In Touch, Ryan pretty much believes he’s the baby’s father and is acting as such, but it’s not like he’s going to skip doing a DNA test when its born. The mother is an aspiring actress named Alexis Knapp, and she got pregnant around the time her relationship with Ryan was ending in mid September. (After he cheated on her at his birthday party.) We first heard about Alexis’ pregnancy right before the Lincoln Lawyer came out in March, which made it seem to me like he was playing it for publicity despite the fact that the story made him look like the douche he is. So here’s the story, which he could still be playing for publicity.

On June 5, Ryan, 36, surprised Alexis, 26, at her baby shower by having more than $5,000 worth of girts delivered. “He wasn’t invited, but heard about the shower and sent some amazing gifts, including a crib,” reveals the pal.

Well that was nice. Ryan is a good dad and he loves his two kids. It makes me wonder if his older kids with Reese, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, are going to meet their new half-sibling. That’s got to burn Reese up. It’s one thing if your ex has a baby with a new girlfriend. That’s a typical scenario and one that can be explained to your kids without a lot of embarrassment. When your ex has a kid with a girlfriend he’s no longer with, it must be a lot harder to broach that subject. “Well this is your half-sister, but daddy and the baby’s mommy aren’t together anymore.” There’s something really sad about that for kids who have already gone through the divorce of their parents.

I can’t help it, I have a thing for Matthew McConaughey and his T-Rex arms and body odor masked by heavy cologne. That’s probably why his Brazilian baby-mama bugs me, I’m gel-ous, but I have to admit they look like two peas in a pod here. Look at how they’re slouched over, heavy-lidded, looking at the press line like they’d rather be anywhere else. Then when Matt straightens up and looks a little defiant, she does too - they’re sympatico.
This really endears them to me, that and Matt’s new thin 70s porn mustache. That scraggly thing over his lip is not hot, so it kind of releases all my pent up feelings of competition with a woman who is younger and hotter than I am. It’s ok, she’s in tune with Matt and his facial hair. They’re raising two adorable kids together and they probably spend their time exercising outdoors, getting stoned and looking through fabric swatches for various projects in their mansion. Their job consists of looking good and showing up to stuff, and they find it mildly annoying despite how well they fit the bill.
Matt and Camila were at the LA film festival last night at the premiere of Bernie, a Linklater film starring McConaughey, Jack Black and Shirley MacLaine. Jack and Shirley were both there, and so was True Blood’s Carrie Preston (she’s not in it as far as I can find, I just love her), and also John Lithgow (he’s also not listed as in it, but he might be). The movie is about a mortician who kills a local widow and tries to make it seem like she’s alive. I sounds like Weekend at Bernies, but it’s probably much more interesting considering that it’s written and directed by Linklater. Is this the first project he’s done with McConaughey since Dazed and Confused… no there was 1998’s Newton Boys, which I haven’t seen yet.
So did he grow that mustache for a role? I hope so, but I guess in the scheme of things it doesn’t matter. He’s also wearing those light brown boots, so that’s really a double whammy.

Overcoming her medical woes while pushing forth with her "Monte Carlo" Mall Tour, Selena Gomez made the trip to Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday (June 16).
The darling starlet took to the Village Amphitheater at the Mall of Georgia, where she performed for her anxiously awaiting fans while at one point treating the crowd to a rendition of the "Cat Daddy".
Clearly appreciative of her loyal supporters, Miss Gomez tweeted upon the fan event's end, "Thanks for coming out, Atlanta! I had a great time."
Meanwhile, Miss Gomez recently opened up to E! for a new special airing June 29th, during which she said, "I never really said I want to be a role model. But then when it happened I was so down for it. I'm human, I'm not perfect. I make mistakes all the time, but I guess my job is to keep those mistakes to myself, which I'm already fine doing and just try to be the best I can be for those kids."
Of being perched in the spotlight, the 18-year-old said, "This is a very superficial job. I sit in a chair for two hours and get hair and makeup done and talk about [myself] in interviews. That's a very vain thing to do. And I do get caught up in it sometimes."

The Russian stop comes after Miss Witherspoon and Avon Chairman & CEO Andrea Jung attended the Avon Believe World Tour fete in Warsaw, Poland earlier in the week (June 14).
Having been tied to the company since being named the face of Avon back in 2007, Reese said at the time the big news broke, "I'm very excited about working with the Avon Foundation, with many different aspects of it. First and foremost, breast cancer research and awareness, programs that they're working on. Someone very close to me is a breast-cancer survivor. It's a cause that's very close to my heart."
