Stepping out for quite the honorary event, Jennifer Aniston attended her Hand and Footprint Ceremony in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday (July 7).
With friends including Jason Bateman and Chelsea Handler also in attendance, the ?Just Go With It? beauty looked adorable in a flirty dress and heels as she pressed her hands and feet into the cement block assigned just for her.
Aside from making her mark in Tinseltown, Jen recently opened up to FOX Pop Tarts about her role in the upcoming comedy, ?Horrible Bosses.?
She told, ?I loved the script, I thought it was extremely unique idea that everybody universally would be able to relate to, in terms of having a boss that?s a little difficult. The part was irresistible.?
?It was fun, over way too fast. I loved her (Julia) and was sad to see her go. I loved her, I fell for her,? Aniston added.

Gearing up for an outbound flight, Ashlee Simpson was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport yesterday (July 6).
The ?Pieces of Me? singer looked cute and casual in a white shirt, black jacket, black hat and Pink shorts as she strolled through the terminal.
In real estate news, Ashlee has finally sold her Beverly Hills house, though she definitely took a loss on the property.
Back in 2007, Simpson purchased the home for $4.5 million, and she recently let it go for $3.475 million. The listing stated, "The multilevel home includes a beamed cathedral ceiling, a fitness room, a media room, five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms in 7,100 square feet."

New photos! Happening right now - the world premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II, in London. The star of the red carpet? Of course, it?s Emma Watson, in her absolutely gigantic Oscar de la Renta ball gown. What?s with all of the princess-styles today? Anne Hathaway and now Emma. Emma is young enough to pull off the princess thing without it going ?sickly sweet? in my opinion. I like the De la Renta - I think it would be better for an awards ceremony, but considering this is the last world premiere of one of the biggest franchises the world has ever seen, it?s totally appropriate to go all out for the red carpet. Honestly, this looks like something Penelope Cruz would attempt, and although I love Penelope, it?s better on a young girl.
What do you think of Emma?s hair? I feel like it?s at an awkward stage. Some will say that it?s super-fashionable and cute and even rocker-chic. It just looks awkward to me, though.
The ?other? star of the red carpet? Helena!!!! God bless her. I love her so much. I?m assuming the dress is Vivienne Westwood, but lord knows who did the fascinator.

In Touch [via Daily Mail] is reporting that Ryan Phillipe’s ex girlfriend, actress Alexis Knapp, had what is presumed to be his daughter on July 1st at Cedars Sinai in L.A. Alexis had a little 8 lb girl and she’s named Kai. I really like that name. Ryan was said to have with Alex at the hospital when she gave birth.

Aspiring actress Alexis Knapp, 26, welcomed a 8lb baby named Kai on July 1, America’s In Touch magazine reports.
The Cruel Intentions star, 36, is said to have been by her side in the delivery room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, despite questions surrounding the paternity of the child.
‘It was a smooth delivery,’ an insider tells the publication.
The actor, who has two children Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, with his ex wife Reese Witherspoon, has been involved in the pregnancy.
‘Ryan took Alexis to her last doctor’s appointments and was there in the hospital when she gave birth,’ the source added.
‘He’s waiting for the DNA test to see of he’s the father, but he’s acting like he is.’
Knapp dated Phillippe last summer, before splitting in October.

That’s kind of sweet and makes me have a soft spot for Ryan. He could have shown up after the birth but he made an effort to be there. I also like that someone just told In Touch and didn’t make a big announcement to People or US Weekly. Alexis seems to have a relationship with the tabloid, as they also ran a brief story about how he gave her $5,000 worth of baby gifts ahead of the birth. I forsee some staged baby pictures with Alexis and Kai soon. She seems to have called the paps at least once when Ryan took her to the doctor.
I like the name Kai and am trying to remember (search on) which other celebrities have children named Kai, which is kind of a gender-neutral name. Jennifer Connolly has a 13 year-old son named Kai, from a relationship before she married Paul Bettany. Google reveals that Colleen and Wayne Rooney (British football player) had a son they named Kai in 2009. And Kaiser reminded me that Parminder Nagra also has a son named Kai and that Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber named their son Samuel Kai. So it sounds like it is mostly used for boys, but I do like it for a little girl too. I wonder if Ryan helped Alexis pick out the name. Congratulations to them!

Explains the source of Phillippe’s presence during the birth: “He is a good father, and whether this is his baby or not, he wants to do the right thing and be supportive.”
As for So Undercover actress Knapp, “she has never asked Ryan for any help, nor does she expect it,” her rep told Us

Lately, Jennifer Aniston is working very hard to shed her tabloid-shaped, “good girl” image, which I suspect is part of her publicity team’s plan to make audiences comfortable with the fact that she plays a not-so-nice character in the upcoming Horrible Bosses. Strangely enough, however, the focus of Aniston’s visit to “Inside the Actor’s Studio” (where she was accompanied by new love Justin Theroux wasn’t as much about the new movie as about rehashing the past. Again.
On The End Of “Friends”: It’s one of the greatest jobs I ever had. It gave me everything. It gave me this ridiculously blessed life and career and taught me so much, and it’s the best time I ever had.
On The Break-Up (Slight Reference to Brad):It was just a beautiful story about a couple breaking up. And I was slightly familiar on the topic and the issue. And I sort of honestly felt like, what a great way to sort of exercise some of that. I enjoyed it. It really enjoyed it. You would think otherwise, because even the producers were like, “I don’t know if we should ask you to do this,” but I was like, why not? Turn the page, let’s move on.
Well, at least she slightly acknowledges what “Friends” has done for her career, but I’d like to point out that, in my opinion, it was not “one of” her best jobs but solely “the best” job she’s ever had when one considers the indeterminable void comprising the whole of Aniston’s movie career. But still, Horrible Bosses is totally worth your hard-earned money and is totally different than any other indistingishable Aniston movie because she’s wearing a brunette wig and, therefore, deserves to be treated like Meryl Streep. Or, at the very least, like Nicole Kidman for wearing that prosthetic nose in The Hours, right?
Here are the relevant clips from Aniston’s appearance on “Inside the Actor’s Studio,” and it’s rather amusing how Aniston uncontrollably commits the following offenses: (1) Plays with her hair too much; and (2) Still relies on the instant gratification of live audience reaction, which (much to Jen’s dismay) is only forthcoming when the “Clap!” notice appears.

On the topic of Jen’s new movie, she reportedly plays a very villainous character who utters the “F-word” (one of them, anyway) as part of her dialogue. Of course, this seems rather inconsistent with her GLAAD Vanguard Award (presented in 2007 by Jake Gyllenhaal) for her contribution to a positive outlook in regard to alternative families and lifestyles (for her tangential association to the lesbian couple on “Friends” and for making out with Courteney Cox on Dirt). Nonetheless, she’s just an actress delivering dialogue, right?
In the new comedy Horrible Bosses, Jennifer Aniston plays an overbearing dentist named Julia who tortures her assistant Dale (Charlie Day) by sexually harassing him. She?s one of three managers (along with Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey) meant to be so detestable that their underlings plot to murder them. She constantly corners Dale, asking him to perform lewd sexual acts. In one scene, Aniston?s character calls him into her office, wearing nothing but a white lab coat. When he expresses discomfort, she taunts him like a high-school bully. “You?re starting to sound like a little fa–ot there, Dale,” she says.
What?s going to happen when millions of people watch an actress who is supposed to be America’s Sweetheart say a word like that?

It’s no secret that Ben Affleck likes to gamble and whore — but nobody knew exactly how much he like to gamble until today, when it was revealed that Ben lost nearly half a million to a movie mogul while partaking in the same secret poker ring that put Tobey Maguire, Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon under federal investigation last month. Radar Online says:
It’s emerged Affleck, 35, even hosted his own game — which was referred to in poker circles as “Ben’s Game” — at the Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills.
“Ben wasn’t the most skillful player,” [an insider said]. “It was almost like he was someone who felt they did not deserve the money they had.”
The actor began gambling with Ron Meyer, president of Universal Studios, [and] their poker games were anything but friendly — the Hollywood honcho’s biggest winning hands came at the expense of the actor, who lost a hand to the tune of $400,000.
“Ben busted big,” one player at the table on the night in question said. “He drummed up a giant tab, and then all of a sudden he disappeared from the game. He wasn’t seen for months.”
It left many in the ring to ask why the star just didn’t pay Meyer. The source said: “He’d had a string of bad movies and didn’t have any big projects on the horizon, and everyone was wondering, ‘Is Ben broke?’
“But we knew that he couldn’t stiff a businessman like Ron Meyer. That would be ‘career over’ in Hollywood. Suicide.
Eventually, Ron got paid.”
Let’s be honest, the name “Ben Affleck” has been synonymous with “career over” for the last six years. And speaking of has-Bens (see how I did that there?), former supermodel Paulina Porizkova went swimming last weekend without her top on. It’s only slightly less depressing than talking about Ben Affleck’s career, but hey — it’s still boobs. And the last time I checked, it was still two more boobs than you had when you first started this post.

These are pics from last night?s White Fairy Tale Love Ball at the Chateau de Wideville in Crespieres, France. I believe she was the guest of honor at this event as well, and she posed for photos with Valentino, who looks like a gigantic ham. Is it just me? Am I just hungry? Anyway, Anne is wearing Valentino, of course. I?ve talked about this issue I have with pale girls wearing white before, and I specifically remember bringing it up with Anne before - she looks washed out when she wears white and cream. And she?s ALWAYS wearing white for formal events or red carpets. The affect tends towards ghostly and corpsey, and it?s totally unnecessary, considering Anne looks amazing in jewel tones, as we know. All of that being said? I like the dress. I like that Anne is styled like a princess-fairy. It?s a cute effect, overall.
When we were talking about Anne?s mob widow style yesterday, a lot of pointed out that something weird is happening with her nose. I agree! I?m not saying ?Bitch got tweaked? - at all. If anything, her nose looks larger than before. I have a theory, and it?s kind of mean. Remember when Ashlee Simpson got her nose job, and then years later, people started saying that her old nose was growing back? I wonder if that?s happening to Anne. Like, she got tweaked years ago, and her old, original nose is slowly creeping back. Or it could just be a deviated septum.

These are some newish photos of Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban and their two girls at LAX yesterday, where they flew in from Sydney. Little Sunday Rose gets to walk all by herself (holding the hands of her parents), but little Faith Margaret gets carried because she?s only 6 months old. That makes sense? except? um, is this the right way to carry a six-month old? I don?t know much about babies, true, but are you supposed to just toss them, face-out, over your forearm like a sack of potatoes? I would only hold a baby like that if I thought the baby was going to barf on me - which might be Nicole?s rationale. Little Faith is all ?BAAAAAAARF?? and Nicole was like, ?Fine, have it your way.? Do mothers have these kinds of arguments with their babies? I?d really like to know.
Would you like to know why Nicole and Keith suddenly seemed to rush back to LA after only a brief visit to Australia? They?re going to meet Prince William and Duchess Kate! Yes, when Will and Kate come through California, the BAFTA organization (which I believe William is honorary president of) is throwing them a major gala affair Sunday night. And Nicole (and Keith?) have been invited! Also invited: Tom Hanks, Ginnifer Goodwin, Kristin Chenoweth, Derek Hough, and maybe Jennifer Lopez and Jack Black. Er? it?s not really star-studded, is it? I mean, Derek Hough? Seriously? I hope Will and Kate get to spend some time with some true A-listers.

Evan Rachel Wood has had a storied dating history. She was famously on and off with Marilyn Manson, 42, getting engaged to him briefly before coming to her senses last summer. During a break from her Manson phase she was linked to her delectable True Blood costar Alex Skarsgard, 34, later semi-confirming their romance. And before Manson she was said to be seeing her Down in the Valley costar Ed Norton, 41. So I would say that Wood, 23, prefers older guys, but she also dated Joseph Gordon Levitt during a break from Manson in 2008 and he’s only 30. So her tastes are varied except for going for hot men that are at least a few years older than she is. (Three out of four wouldn’t be bad if she didn’t waste so much time with Manson.)
Anyway Wood is now dating Jamie Bell, 25, a British actor who you might know from Billy Elliott and more recently The Eagle with Channing Tatum. He’s grown up very well and he’s super hot. I love that these two are dating and it makes it seem like Wood’s tastes have matured quite a bit. Here’s the story from US Weekly. I guess they dated five years ago, before she ended up with Manson.
Five years after splitting, Evan Rachel Wood, 23, has reunited with British actor Jamie Bell, 25. The True Blood star “always felt bad things didn’t work out the first time,” an insider says of the couple’s romance, which lasted for a year after they met on the set of a 2005 Green Day video. Adds another source “Jamie was so good to her and always wanted her back.” For now, the pair seem inseparable. On June 30, they strolled arm in arm in NYC, on July 2, they took in a showing of Broadway’s Spiderman: Turn off the Dark.
US Weekly has photos of Evan and Jamie out together in matching fedoras and they just look adorable. (You can see one of those pics here.) US also reports that they “still have matching tattoos of each others initials,” presumably from their first go-around. That’s kind of sweet.
I bet this rekindled romance is behind Evan’s new look. Evan chopped off her hair into a messy pixie cut in late June and she just looks so strikingly pretty. Here are some new photos of her in Dolce and Gabanna at an event last night. I’ve never seen anyone work an 80s look so well. The girl has fabulous style. On someone else that outfit might look ridiculous, I mean she’s wearing leggings with stars on them paired with a Dennis Hopper t-shirt, and her hair is puffed up into a pompadour but Evan just works it into next week.

Back in 2007, Jennifer Aniston received the GLAAD Vanguard Award (presented by none other than Jake Gyllenhaal) for her supposed contribution to a positive outlook in regard to alternative families and lifestyles (seemingly for her tangential association to the lesbian couple on “Friends”, and for making out with Courteney Cox on Dirt). Four year later and strangely enough, Aniston’s upcoming movie features a so-called “villainous” incarnation of the actress uttering a very non-subtle, anti-gay slur. What would GLAAD think?
In the new comedy Horrible Bosses, Jennifer Aniston plays an overbearing dentist named Julia who tortures her assistant Dale (Charlie Day) by sexually harassing him. She?s one of three managers (along with Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey) meant to be so detestable that their underlings plot to murder them. She constantly corners Dale, asking him to perform lewd sexual acts. In one scene, Aniston?s character calls him into her office, wearing nothing but a white lab coat. When he expresses discomfort, she taunts him like a high-school bully. “You?re starting to sound like a little fa–ot there, Dale,” she says.
So why is the other F-word coming out of Jennifer Aniston?s mouth? To hear the film’s writers tell it, the word illustrates how awful Aniston?s character is supposed to be. “She is a horrible person, so I think when it is coming out of her mouth, it is understandably offensive,” says John Francis Daley, the former star of “Freaks and Geeks,” who co-wrote Horrible Bosses.
His writing partner, Jonathan Goldstein, said: “It’s indefensible. I think part of the challenge is to, in a fairly short amount of time, get these guys to a place where an audience can empathize….To shorthand that, we tried to think: what are the most offensive things they can say? Using a word like that I think is one of them. It says this woman is irredeemable.”
A few openly gay screenwriters, producers, and publicists said that a high-profile star like Aniston using that word, even in character, seemed like it could backfire. Others argued that the word could have been replaced by one that is less volatile–and still made the same point. “I just don?t know if everybody is thinking about the collateral damage they are creating,” says Dan Bucatinsky, the executive producer for the Showtime series “Web Therapy” headlined by another “Friends” star, Lisa Kudrow. “That?s a harder question for a screenplay writer. What?s going to happen when millions of people watch an actress who is supposed to be America’s Sweetheart say a word like that?”

First off, Aniston has probably rationalized her use of the “F word” in terms of the “art” involved with her very important feature film that has inexplicably earned her a multimillion-dollar paycheck even before the box-office results have arrived. Secondly, LMAO at the notion of Aniston as “America’s Sweetheart,” who has spent the past, what, month attempting to shed said reputation of the “spurned wife” by hanging with the reprehensible Terry Richardson, banging a man (Justin Theroux) with a 14-year live-in girlfriend, and even enlisting the guy to accompany her to her unprecedented (and highly unwarranted) taping of “Inside the Actor’s Studio” to deliver the following wisdom:
On The End Of “Friends”: It’s one of the greatest jobs I ever had. It gave me everything. It gave me this ridiculously blessed life and career and taught me so much, and it’s the best time I ever had.
On The Break-Up (Slight Reference to Brad):It was just a beautiful story about a couple breaking up. And I was slightly familiar on the topic and the issue. And I sort of honestly felt like, what a great way to sort of exercise some of that. I enjoyed it. It really enjoyed it. You would think otherwise, because even the producers were like, “I don’t know if we should ask you to do this,” but I was like, why not? Turn the page, let’s move on.
Well, at least she slightly acknowledges what “Friends” has done for her career, but I’d like to point out that, in my opinion, it was not “one of” her best jobs but solely “the best” job she’s ever had when one considers the indeterminable void comprising the whole of Aniston’s movie career. But still, Horrible Bosses is totally worth your hard-earned money and is totally different than any other indistingishable Aniston movie because she’s wearing a brunette wig and, therefore, deserves to be treated like Meryl Streep. Or, at the very least, like Nicole Kidman for wearing that prosthetic nose in The Hours, right?
Here are the relevant clips from Aniston’s appearance on “Inside the Actor’s Studio,” and it’s rather amusing how Aniston uncontrollably commits the following offenses: (1) Plays with her hair too much; and (2) Still relies on the instant gratification of live audience reaction, which (much to Jen’s dismay) is only forthcoming when the “Clap!” notice appears.

Olivia Wilde is the August cover girl for Marie Claire, likely to promote the same film that Daniel Craig is promoting in Esquire - Cowboys & Aliens. In case you haven?t seen the trailer for it, Olivia plays what I believe is an ?old-timey prostitute? who befriends Daniel Craig?s character. Something like that. So far, no one is really excerpting quotes from the interview, but I?m looking at the scans, so here are a few morsels - I should note that I can?t stand Olivia, out of character, speaking in an interview. She annoys the hell out of me - that being said, I think she looks gorgeous in the photo shoot.
On her divorce: ?The trauma of the whole thing has been humbling, and for the first time, I?m a little bit wobbly. I?m a case of arrested development, in a way - from spending your 20s with someone who really loves to take care of you, as my husband did. But I think it?s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.?
More on her post-divorce life: ?I kept saying ?I failed!? Admitting that I?m not perfect was a wonderful thing that came out of this. There?s this fear that everyone is going to be disappointed in you, but I?m human. I don?t live up to any sort of ideal. I?m trying to be adult, entering the shark pool of dating, but I?m hopeless at it? I think of myself as being very cool and independent and not jealous, but I like clarity.?

The 25-year-old brunette stunner shows off her good looks in a batch of portrait pictures as part of Armani's "The Face of Beauty" Summer 2011 ad campaign.
Also partaking in a behind-the-scenes interview with the luxury brand (see video above), Fox played down her undeniable appeal, saying,"Makeup artists are definitely better at doing my makeup, but I like to do it myself. I like my eyes the best and I like to emphasize them. I like to make them pop."
Still in disbelief over being selected as the face of such a top-end brand, Megan told, "I never anticipated or imagined that I would be working with someone like Mr. Armani. He's an icon and his brand is so iconic. He has a really amazing energy and I'm just really flattered and humbled to be a part of it."

Held in support of The Naked Heart Foundation, the Oscar winning actress was decked out head to toe in Valentino garb as she joined the famous designer Valentino Garavani at the annual event.
As for the cause, The Naked Heart Foundation has a stated mission "to provide a safe and inspiring environment in which to play for every child living in urban Russia."
The praiseworthy effort actually just launched a new program based on the principle that: ?Every Child Deserves to have a Family? - which supports the implementation of new and development of existing family support centers.

Lindsay Lohan covers the August Italian Vanity Fair and soon the September US Vanity Fair. Celebitchy does the hard translation work for the Italian one. It’s pretty standard stuff except for this.
?With her grueling month-long house arrest at an end, Lohan talks about her mistakes and her future, the gun she keeps in her Pink fur jacket, the fact that jail is a terrible place and her plans to get back into acting.?
That’s right. Lindsay Lohan, a girl with no self-control, has a gun. That should end well. And by well, I mean with an accidental shooting and another month of house arrest. Also, about jail. Lindsay also has thoughts on that.
?Unless you?re a killer, I don?t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself.?
Of course Lindsay Lohan, whose second home is a Los Angeles court room, says this. Never mind she constantly breaks the law and acts like a victim when the DA goes after her. Stealing, driving drunk, possession of controlled substances, parole violations, making a mockery of the justice system. Minor stuff, really. Why is everyone always on her case? I mean, it’s not like she did anything illegal, er, killed anyone.

You might remember that Lindsay Lohan posed for these pics for Italian Vanity Fair at her Venice beach house while she was still under house arrest, so of course she has some choice gems for the American penal system in the magazine’s accompanying interview. The Daily Mail says:
Lindsay says she believes she was treated too harshly for her misdemeanors and should never have been jailed for violating probation after her 2007 DUI conviction.
Lindsay [said]: ‘Unless you?re a killer, I don?t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself.’
Did you catch that? “Unless you’re a killer,” you shouldn’t be in jail. So rapists, pedophiles and thieves should be free to roam the streets, pilfering and plundering and raping as they please. Sounds an awful lot like Detroit if you ask me.

The 30-year-old momma-to-be showed off her bountiful baby belly in a super-form fitting white shirt and long, flowing green skirt.
During an interview for Latina magazine's first ever family issue (August 2011), Jessica opened up about the ease of this pregnancy compared to her firs,t telling, ?The first time around, every moment was so new and terrifying and now I know what to expect. It?s like ?It?s fine, I?ve been there before.? With Honor, I was constantly asking myself ?Is she moving? Is her heart beating?? I?d worry about everything, and with this baby I don?t have the same anxieties.?
As for leaving her little ones to focus on the big screen - Alba says no way, explaining, ?After I had Honor I didn?t leave the house for a while. It was all about changing diapers and feedings and still trying to get back in to the routine of my [acting] thing. I love what I do. But unless it?s worth it, I?m not going to spend time away from my daughter. Before I had her, work was all I had. Now it?s not," adding that baby number three could be a possibility, ?I just have to feel it out. See how my 30s treat me. I just try to live in the moment.?

The travels come just after Kim and hundreds of other celebrities weighed in on the Casey Anthony verdict yesterday, with critics quick to jump on Miss Kardashian because her father, Robert, was one of OJ Simpson?s defense lawyers when he was found not guilty in the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.
Defending herself via Twitter, Kardashian wrote, "Reading the comments here and it's nuts people think just because I was close to the OJ trial I can't have my own opinion on the Casey Anthony case?"

Lavigne, who is looking to expand her line to footwear and denim in the future, recently told press, "Our main goal right now is to make our clothes available to fans all over the world. When I see girls wearing Abbey Dawn, it's awesome."
