Working on her winter tan, Mischa Barton was spotted out in the sun in Miami, Florida earlier today (December 27).
The ?Beautiful Life? actress showed off her bathing suit body in a skimpy black bikini as she soaked up some rays by the pool.
And of course, lovely Mischa wasn?t without a gentleman caller- they looked to be enjoying a chat and taking pictures while the paparazzi looked on.
Ms. Barton is among the many celebrities who are maxing and relaxing as the year comes to a close.

There was a rumor that Brenda Song was pregnant with Trace Cryus’ baby but then her mother told Star that that’s not true and that’s not how she was raised. So everyone assumed she got an abortion but then she started wearing outfits that hid her belly making it look like she was still pregnant.
Brenda isn’t doing much to dispel those rumors because she’s stillwearing baggy clothes. In fact, now she’s just wearing ponchos with smiley faces on them. She might as well step into a Babys ‘R Us every week while she’s at it.

In fact, in some parts of the world, a “silvstedt” is just a polite euphemism for a genital wart.

?Tis the season for giving, and ?Underworld Awakening? has been generous with some new stills from the upcoming flick.
And from the looks of photos, Kate Beckinsale is kicking butts and taking names as her vampire warrioress Selene.
?Underworld Awakening? also stars Charles Dance, India Eisley, Michael Ealy, and Kris Holden-Ried in the story of humans who try to eradicate both the Vampire and Lycan clans.
While the film doesn?t hit theaters until January 20th, (in 3D, 2D, and IMAX), these pictures should help to curb the appetite.

This week’s issue of Star floats the theory that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have hit a rough patch in their marriage even though they’ve only been married for about year. Of course, the couple dated for four years prior to marriage and are parents to two toddlers, Harlow and Sparrow. So to an outsider, these two eventually wed because they realized they were meant for each other, right? Well, anyone who’s been married can tell you that the after-wedding reality can sometimes feel altogether different than one imagined.
While I would ordinarily dismiss this story as symptomatic of an adjustment period in Nicole and Joel’s relationship, the photo evidence (or lack thereof) supports Star‘s story quite a bit. While the two of them used to regularly walk red carpets together, they haven’t done so since Paris Fashion Week in May (above), and they haven’t been papped in a casual setting since June (below) for a family lunch. Joel’s never been the kind of guy to broadly smile for the paps (unlike, say, Matt Bellamy), so I’ll take that into account here:
Here’s where it gets sketchy though. Over the past several months, Nicole has attended tons of events solo. Of course, this could merely function as evidence that Joel is at home taking care of the kids, but Star has spoken to an insider who says that Joel is basically never at home. He’s either jamming with the band or out on tour, and Nicole is doing all of the work with the kids. Now Joel’s new television gig is set to pull him away from his family for several months, and it sounds a lot like trouble:
The honeymoon is definitely over for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Just one year after they tied the knot, the parents of two are gearing up for a long separation while the Good Charlotte rocker serves on the panel of the Australian version of “The Voice” — and he’s leaving his L.A.-based wife behind fuming, an insider tells Star.
“Nicole was opposed to Joel’s doing “The Voice” form the start, because she doesn’t want to endure the months apart. But Joel isn’t listening. He insists that he needs to do it for his career and signed on without her OK, which set off a pretty nasty round of fighting,” says the insider, adding that the couple’s first anniversary on Dec. 11, was anything but a happy occasion. “They spent most of the day bickering about the show.”
A major reason Nicole, 30, is against Joel’s move Down Under is that she’s set to appear as a mentor on the NBC reality show “Fashion Star” beginning in early 2012. “She really can’t go with him to Australia, but also she just doesn’t want to,” says the insider. “Nicole relies on her family and friends in L.A. to help out with the kids, especially since Joel often isn’t around to pull his weight.”
Indeed, the pair’s relationship was already strained due to Joel’s hectic schedule. “He’s usually either huddled in the studio or on tour,” the insider explains. So perhaps it’s not surprising that Nicole partied like a single woman — sans Joel — at a VuQo Vodka event dejayed by her pal Samantha Ronson in L.A. on Dec. 13. Says the insider: “Nicole complains all the time that she feels like a single parent.”
“Nicole accuses Joel of being married to his music and his career rather than her,” says an insider.

Naturally, Nicole knew that she was marrying a rock star who would be away on tour for much of the time, but it still seems like she’s getting a raw deal if this story is correct. I hope it’s all just contrived nonsense on the part of Star (which might have merely taken Joel’s new employment situation and fabricated the rest); but Joel’s not exactly going out of his way to support his wife on the red carpet either, so there might be some truth to it all. Previously, Nicole has spoken of marriage in terms of her being able to get away with more, but does that also apply to Joel as well?

Showing off her fabulous physique, Stephanie Seymour was spotted out on the beach in St. Barts over the Christmas holiday.
The 43-year-old model flaunted her fit form in a white monokini while beach goers and paparazzi looked on.
Stephanie had previously expressed some concern over her body image during last year?s trip to the Caribbean, telling press, ?I?d gained ten pounds, and was feeling insecure.?
But now it seems she?s back in top-top condition, and her marriage to Peter Brant is also going quite well after almost ending in divorce earlier this year.

Several days ago, Jim Carrey brought his ?new girlfriend? out to a Guns N Roses concert in LA. These are photos of Jim and the chica leaving the concert. No media outlet – that I?ve seen – has this lady?s name. As far as I know, this is only his second girlfriend (that we know of) since he and Jenny McCarthy called it quits, right? Hmm? he went on a few dates with someone else for a hot minute – Anchal Joseph, who was a contestant on America?s Next Top Model. I remember that Jenny McCarthy moved on very quickly to some bodybuilder dumbass, but Jim?s post-split activities are largely blank to me.
Jim Carrey took his new mystery girlfriend to the Guns N’ Roses reunion concert in Los Angeles. The pair embraced the rock spirit with a co-ordinated look – he wore a leather jacket while she opted for skin-tight trousers in the same material.
The Ace Ventura star, 49,who also declared his love for the music genre on his T-shirt, kept a tight grip on the curly-haired blonde, who strutted by his side in Christian Louboutin heels.
The pair were first spotted together left in New York City last month, but her identity remains a mystery. Carrey has been largely single since splitting from long-term love, model and TV presenter Jenny McCarthy in April 2010.
In January, he was spotted on a date with America’s Next Top Model contestant Anchal Joseph, 24, but the pair weren’t seen together again.
Prior to meeting McCarthy, Carrey was once engaged to Renee Zellweger and has been divorced twice.
He has a 23-year-old daughter Jane from his first marriage to Melissa Womer and was wed to his Dumb And Dumber co-star Lauren Holly for a year.

What’s the theory on this girl? When I originally wrote about this coupling yesterday, I suggested that the lady looked “kind of rough” – which… granted, MAY have been harsh. It was just my knee-jerk reaction, though. She looks kind of like a washed-up groupie to me, but I’ll give Jim some credit: at least he’s not dating some young 22-year-old model-type. This is a lady with years and experiences under her belt. And it must be something serious if Jim is already going public with her at a Guns N Roses concert, right?

Here are some photos of Ryan Phillippe and his new ?girlfriend? heading out one morning last week for brunch. Go ahead and try to tell me these aren?t walk of shame photos. To me, it looks like she spent the night at his house and he?s struggling to remember her name so he?s just calling her ?Baby? the whole time. Anyway, I guess this means that Ryan and Amanda Seyfried are totally over. Thank God. This girl looks a lot like Amanda, though. Like a touch of Miley Cyrus mixed with a skinnier, younger Amanda, which is maybe the worst thing you could say to Amanda. But seriously, this girl looks YOUNG. Ryan keeps getting older (he?s 37 years old) but his girlfriends stay the same age. Ryan?s had such a busy year too – there was Amanda of course, rumors of Rihanna and some undercover hookups, plus a lot of gossip about Demi Lovato and Ryan too. What do all of those girls have in common? None of them was older than 25 when Ryan dated them. Demi was the youngest, at 19. And beyond all of those hookups this year, Ryan was haunted with a hookup from last year, in the form of his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Alexis Knapp. Alexis is all of 22 years old, and she gave birth to Ryan?s (alleged) son in July.
The lesson here? If you are under 25 years old and you?re in LA, chances are that Ryan Phillippe has tried to bone with you. Chances are he doesn?t remember your name, either. He?s like the budget version of Leo DiCaprio.

The casually clad couple lovingly walked arm-in-arm as they picked up a bite to eat in between running a few errands in Butler's ride.
And while she's currently taking advantage of her downtime, Vanessa is soon set to get back to quite the busy work schedule - as she has three movies due out in 2012 beginning with February's release of "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island".
Miss Hudgens is also lined up to start filming "Spring Breakers" this spring, with the motion picture being a crime drama co-starring James Franco, Emma Roberts, Selena Gomez and Heather Morris.

While she's been taking some personal time to get through a family tragedy, Selena Gomez has offered up thankful words to those who have been offering their support.
The 19-year-old took to Facebook on Monday (December 26), as she posted a brief belated 'Merry Christmas' message while also revealing the planned name for her little sister, who was recently lost through a miscarriage.
Gomez's note reads, "Belated Merry Christmas everybody.. I can?t thank you enough for all of your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate every one of you.. I love you all so much and we hope you and your family had a beautiful Christmas!?
Divulging that her sister was going to be named Scarlett Teefey, Selena signed the Facebook post with the following line, ?Love, Me, Momma, Brian and our guardian angel Scarlett.?
