Sandra Bullock is promoting her post apocalyptic horror movie streaming on Netflix, Bird Box. Netflix, for all its internal problems, is really killing it lately. They just announced that their new family-friendly Christmas movie, The Christmas Chronicles starring Kurt Russell as a hot Santa, got 20 million streams in just a week. (I thought it was really cute.) Bird Box is out December 21 and while it probably wont get that many views, its sure to do well. Entertainment Tonight has a press junket interview with Sandra and her costar, Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight). Sandra, 54(!), was asked if she knew what came up when you google her and she said she didnt want to know, but thought it was breast enhancement. When interviewer Kevin Frazier said it was mostly about how she hasnt aged she joked that she sleeps in a special chamber, but then got real-ish about it, admitting that it took over two hours to do her hair and makeup. After that she and Trevante joked about getting competitive with their fitness on set and it was so cute. You could tell theyre close and I came away from this wanting to hear more from him. Sandra: Im sleeping in a container that is devoid of of outside carcinogens, that helps lift what you dont have and come on, please! The only time you see me is when I do press junkets. Do you know how many hours of hair and makeup this took? Two and a half hours!
Im going to work this look all day today and then Im going to go home and take a shower and then its going to happen again at eight oclock in the morning. Im never out in the world where I get photographed unless its things like that. I just look my best.

Sandra: Theres a little competition. He gets up at like four and works out for two hours at the gym. Carries around his little jug of water. Constantly hydrating. In between shots, Trey would be up on some rock or some tree just reading. Like reading poetry, philosophy. You just stop and you went thats real. That wasnt for show because he was tucked away somewhere. Hes constantly looking inward.

I get annoyed at how long it takes to get a blowout when I get my hair done once a month. Some people find it relaxing to get pampered like that, but its not like youre getting a massage or a body wrap, you have to sit upright. It must get tiresome to have to sit for two and a half hours of hair and makeup. (Yes most of us would rather do that than our regular job and I know it sounds ridiculous to complain about getting my hair done.) Let me anticipate the comments about Sandra not being honest about getting Botox and fillers is she supposed to bring that up in this joint interview with her costar and potentially derail the conversation? She knows shes supposed to keep it light and make jokes so thats what she did. (Remember how weird it was when hack Megyn Kelly asked Jane Fonda about her plastic surgery during an interview with Robert Redford?)
Sandras face isnt that distracting to me, I found her wonderful and believable in Oceans 8, and shes only doing whats expected in her industry. Also more of Trevante please.

Here are some photos of Natalie Portman last night, fresh off her day-long BEEF with Jessica Simpson. I jest Jessica and Natalie?s beef was more of a misunderstanding, and they worked it out like adults. After they worked it out, Natalie attended the LA premiere of her film, Vox Lux. She wore this satin Dior suit which? is okay? I would have loved to see Natalie in something a bit crazier she is playing a costume-wearing pop star, after all but this is fine. I?m also including photos of Jude Law, her Vox Lux costar, wearing his favorite drop-crotch pants.
The root of Natalie?s beef with Jessica Simpson was some off-hand comments Natalie made to USA Today during an interview. While the Jessica comments were arguably the most notable part of the piece, the whole piece is pretty good you can read it here. Some highlights:
On gun violence: I think all of us as citizens are at the sort of tipping point of saying it?s enough, it?s too much. And it?s not possible that our government can ignore more than 12,000 people killed this year alone by other citizens.

I didn?t realize that Benjamin Millepied did the choreography for Natalie?s concert/performance scenes in Vox Lux. The last time they worked together, it turned out that Natalie did very little of the ballet dancing which was the centerpiece of her Oscar campaign, and that Benjamin was part of the conspiracy to make it sound like Natalie had become a professional-style ballerina in 18 months, when the whole time he knew that ballerina Sarah Lane was the one doing almost all of the full-body dance shots in Black Swan. Just FYI I?ve never forgotten that.

Here are some photos of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas in New Delhi, because I guess we haven?t gotten enough new photos of them in the past two weeks. Instead of quietly going on their honeymoon, they decided to attend the launch event for the Bumble app, which Priyanka is invested in, apparently. So? this appearance was sort of sponsored, in that Priyanka profits from Bumble becoming more widely known and used. I would expect nothing less from the sponcon extravaganza. According to YET ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE with People Magazine, Priyanka and Nick are headed off on a honeymoon somewhere, and they are thinking of babies:
Priyanka Chopra, 36, and Nick Jonas, 26, are looking forward to their private honeymoon ?at some resort somewhere in the world,? the actress jokingly tells PEOPLE exclusively for this week?s cover story. The globe-trotting couple also has to decide where to call home. Despite their busy careers, the two are ?determined to prioritize each other in everything we do,? says Jonas. ?And make every day special whether together or apart.?
Thus far, the bride and groom have made a pact ?to speak multiple times a day and try and not go more than two weeks without seeing each other,? Chopra adds. ?Distance can be hard on any relationship, but it has actually made us that much closer.?

Kat Von D is a POS anti semite and an outspoken antivaxxer, Ill just start with that. I wont buy her makeup brand anymore. Kat and her equally goth tattooed husband, Prayers singer Leafar Seyer, welcomed their first child, Leafar Von D Reyes, earlier this month. In a new post she shared to Instagram, Kat revealed that her milk didnt come in soon enough so she had to ask for breastmilk donations for her baby. (I cant embed that here as it has a sweet video of sleepy Leafar nursing.) Kat did what she thought was best for her babys health and asked her midwife if she knew any vegan nursing moms who would donate milk. A donor came through, Kats milk came in, and Leafar was fine. Heres what she wrote:
During the first two days of Leafar?s life, his blood sugar count had been low, and as much as I had committed myself to strictly breastfeed, my milk hadn?t come in yet. The pediatrician suggested asking around to see if any friends might have a bit of extra milk they could donate and if not, I?d have to consider supplementing with formula something we personally did not want to do. I called my beloved midwife, @losangelesmidwife to see if she knew anyone who might be willing to share a bit of their breastmilk who was on a plant-based diet, as that was crucial to us, and she quickly connected me with @mattersofmotherhood who, without even knowing me, and without question, stepped up and donated a few ounces to us in the middle of the night. Needless to say, Leafar?s levels boosted, and we are now happily breastfeeding at home. Can?t thank @mattersofmotherhood enough for getting us through those rough nights with your donation. This is true community. True sisterhood. True kindness. And I can?t wait to pay it forward one day soon. ?

Her baby is adorable. A lot of people raise their kids vegan and theres nothing wrong with that. Its also a choice to get a baby donated breastmilk from a donor who follows your preferred diet, and Kat is very privileged to have enough connections to be able to do that. Theres a growing awareness, through the #FedIsBest movement, of moms feeling pressured to solely breastfeed and the issue of babies needing supplementation. I wish Kat would have included a line or two about how theres no shame in feeding formula to a baby but I truly doubt she thinks that.
Also I just learned that Kat did a homebirth documentary. I bet well soon be hearing all about that.
