Her behavior has been notably out of control as of late, and police officers who work with Lindsay Lohan regularly admit to considering an involuntary psychiatric hold for the actress.
The cops say they were so concerned about Lohan?s "erratic behavior" one night that they discussed taking her in for a forced psychiatric evaluation, also known as a 5150 code.
Awhile back, Britney Spears was held under section 5150 after refusing to relinquish custody of her children and appearing to be under the influence of an unknown substance.
The 23-year-old?s behavior has grown worse and worse over the past few months and Lilo has been photographed falling over several times during the past few weeks, which she has blamed on her footwear.
Sources tell TMZ that the actress refuses to take ownership of her substance abuse problems.

Joining the ranks of her already-immortalized celebrity peers, teen sensation Selena Gomez has gotten her own waxwork at Madame Tussaud's in Washington, DC.
The 17-year-old actress and singer saw her wax double for the first time earlier this month, with the figure to be officially unveiled at the famous museum on March 30.
Prior to her visit to DC, Miss Gomez said she had fun participating in the figure-making process and was excited to see the final product.
Reports tell that Selena's wax creation will be part of the attraction's Glamour room, where it will stand alongside figures of Madonna, the Jonas Brothers, Penelope Cruz, Beyonce and a variety of today's biggest celebrities.

?As soon as she strolled up to the door, the rope was quickly pulled in front of her,? an eyewitness [said]. ?She tried to pass the big bodyguard but he blocked her way.? No matter what Lindsay did, she couldn?t get in.
Lindsay didn’t care and still tried to barge her way through, our eyewitness says. ?But the security guys weren’t having it and escorted her to the exit.”
De-nied. Publicly. How embarrassing, right? Not if you’re so fucked up you don’t even remember it happening, baby! Yeeeah! High five! Only thing is, the cops sure do. In fact, they remember it so well they considered putting her in an involuntary hold at a mental hospital for psychiatric evaluation, a la Britney Spears. According to TMZ:
Cops who see Lindsay at her worst — late nights and early mornings when she needs assistance avoiding the paparazzi — [say] they have been concerned about her “erratic behavior” which [has] grown progressively worse over the last few months.
We’re told during one of Lindsay’s crazier nights out recently, cops became so concerned they discussed taking her in for a 5150 evaluation.
Cops decided against it because she didn’t meet all the criteria for a 5150 — they felt she could still take care of herself — though feebly.
I happen to speak a little cop, and “ultimately didn’t meet all the criteria for a 5150 hold” just means “she’d already shat and pissed herself and hell if I’m gonna haul her anywhere in my squad car and have to smell her ass for two goddamn weeks, because that kinda stank lingers.” The cops thought I was unconscious that one time they found me in the ditch, but really, I heard everything.

Hayden told press, "We are trying to peacefully come up with better ideas as to how to generate income and utilize the nature here. We've been to Taiji before and it's a beautiful place with beautiful wildlife."

Here are Gerard and Jennifer at the Paris Bounty Hunter premiere last night. First off, I do like this color on Jennifer. She?s got the coloring to pull off hot pink. It?s just the weirdness of the design of this dress that bothers me. At first I was like ?oh, it?s a simple column silhouette, maybe with some ?mullet dress? overtones?. But it?s not. It?s got some sort of weird bunching happening that makes it look like Aniston hiked it up in front and then just put a scrunchie around the extra fabric. It makes her look like she?s got a gut, and she doesn?t. I do like that she finally pulled her hair back, though. She should wear her hair back more often.
As for Gerard? he mentioned the other day on Jimmy Kimmel that he doesn?t get as many ladies when he has a beard. I have no idea why, because he looks so f-cking good with that beard. The beard makes him look younger, and it?s likely for his Corolanius, which he?s starting as soon as the Bounty Hunter promotional tour ends. He?s being directed by Ralph Fiennes - sweet Jesus. And look how well the suit fits him! Mmm?.
Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler are embracing the joie de vivre that Paris has to offer.
In town to promote The Bounty Hunter, the costars enjoyed a private river cruise on the Seine Saturday evening. Though the single stars have denied romance rumors, a source tells PEOPLE they looked as friendly and flirty as ever on their boat ride. “They were very close,” the source says. “They really warmed up the room.”
While a soft rain fell on the city, the stars and about 20 guests settled into wood-paneled grand salon on the top deck of the luxury charter yacht, ACTE III. Seated around a single long table, they dined on green salad and grilled chicken (for her) and lobster (for him). For dessert, they sipped champagne and enjoyed fresh berries.
Aniston arrived in Paris on Friday from Los Angeles, and dined that night at Ristorante La Stresa, a small exclusive eatery, where she bumped into Chinese actress Michelle Yeoh and French producer and director Luc Besson.
Butler arrived Saturday before the cruise, which took the stars past some of the City of Light’s most famous landmarks, including the Place de la Concorde, the Seine bridges and the Statue of Liberty on the Ile des Cygnes, where the boat turned and headed toward the Eiffel Tower in time for its hourly lights display.
Aniston and Butler stayed close throughout the night, the source said, “hugging and touching each other” on the cruise, which docked later at the Quai d’Orsay.
With Sunday night scheduled for a Champs-Elyses red carpet premiere of their romantic comedy, the costars will then spend several days traveling across Europe.
Next stops: Berlin and Madrid.

Joined by some friends, the ?Last Song? costars looked blissful as they hit up Teru Sushi restaurant for some delicious delicacies.
And though she?s dominated the album charts every time she releases a new record, Miley says she?s looking to get out of the pop music game pretty soon.
During a recent interview, she explained, ?I?ve got a record coming out in June and them I?m done.? Cyrus also said she?ll be focusing more on her acting career.

There’s a joke among hardcore fans of the Fox action drama ‘24? that if everyone actually listened to tough guy Jack Bauer, the show would be called ‘12.’ Through eight seasons of some of the craziest plotlines on TV (one word: Cougar!), Kiefer Sutherland’s iconic character, Jack Bauer, derailed one terrorist attack after another, often sacrificing his personal life, family and sanity in the process. But this season, which many are hailing as one of the series’ best, will be the last. Rumors have been floating around about the show’s cancellation for about a week now, and there was even talk that NBC might pick it up. However, it was confirmed that 24 is over.
Nice knowing you, Jack Bauer. It was good while it lasted.
After eight days seasons of secret agent, butt-kicking goodness, 24 is officially closing its doors on the Counter Terrorist Unit. “This has been the role of a lifetime, and I will never be able to fully express my appreciation to everyone who made it possible,” series star and executive producer Kiefer Sutherland said in statement Friday.
“While the end of the series is bittersweet, we always wanted 24 to finish on a high note, so the decision to make the eighth season our last was one we all agreed upon.”
Now about that 24 movie…
“Looking ahead to the future, Howard Gordon and I are excited about the opportunity to create the feature film version of 24,” Kiefer explained (yay!). “But when all is said and done, it is the loyal worldwide fan base that made it possible for me to have the experience of playing the role of Jack Bauer, and for that I am eternally grateful.”
Still, the potential movie doesn’t make a canceled hit show any easier. Fan favorite Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe) immediately tweeted the news to fans in two solemn sentences. “Just found out we got the word officially,” she wrote. “This is 24’s last season.”

As a fan since Day One (literally), I’ve seen the show have its ups and downs, and there were even times I vowed to never watch again. But overall, it has remained one of the most exciting, suspenseful shows on network TV - and you can acutally follow the twists and turns (ahem, Lost)! I’ll definitely miss it, but I agree - let the show go out on a high note. I am still wondering how they plan to pull off a movie in the show’s signature “real-time” format. If this story is true, I might just start turning on the radio again. Miley Cyrus, in yet another interesting interview, told a reporter on the red carpet of her new movie premiere that she is getting out of the music industry for good after her June album is released. Apparently, the teen millionaire is disillusioned with music and wants to focus on being a serious actress. And chewing gum, of course.
Miley Cyrus isn’t joking around when she says it’s time for her to move on from the music biz.
She recently revealed on The View that she’s become a bit disheartened because “the music industry isn’t as positive as I’d like it to be.”
She didn’t backtrack at all when I caught up with her last night at the Hollywood premiere of The Last Song?
“I’ve got a record coming out in June and then I’m done,” she said. “I just want to work in movies. That’s what I like and that’s what I want to be doing.”
The Last Song, opening March 31, is Cyrus’ first major acting project outside of Hannah Montana.
Not only does the flick’s director, Julie Anne Robinson, have high hopes for Cyrus, but so does her costar and real-life beau Liam Hemsworth. He says he wasn’t surprised when Cyrus held her own during the movie’s more dramatic scenes.
“You know how she feels when she’s feeling down and you know how she feels when she’s feeling up,” he said. “She’s a very expressive person and that works on the screen. It really does, and she’s really good.”

So, there you have it. Miley fancies herself as an actress now. Good for her, I guess, to know what she wants have be able to go for it. But ff she thinks the music industry is negative, wait until the reviews come out for this stinker of a movie she’s in! I could not even sit through the trailer. It looks like a maudlin, cliche, predictable piece of crap that should have gone straight to Lifetime. But you know, at this point, it doesn’t really matter what this child does, she makes a ton of dough regardless of the quality of it, so she can pretty much write her own ticket at this point. So get ready to see a lot more Miley on the big screen.

Oh, I so hope this happens! The Los Angeles Times reports that Angelina Jolie is in serious talks to play one of the most famous, most wicked, most terrifying Disney villainesses of all time! Apparently, with the enormous financial and critical success of Tim Burton?s live-action Alice in Wonderland, Disney is looking to cash in again, this time giving Tim Burton the Sleeping Beauty property. But in a typical Burton twist, the idea is to make the live-action film as told mainly through the perspective of Sleeping Beauty?s villainess, Maleficent. And who should play Maleficent? Sources tell the LAT that Angelina is ?keen? on the film as Tim Burton is trying to figure which project to do next:
With “Maleficent,” the postmodern take on “Sleeping Beauty,” gaining momentum at Disney, there’s also a star who could be surging with it: Angelina Jolie.
Earlier this week, the news broke that Disney had hired its longtime collaborator Linda Woolverton (”Beauty and the Beast,” “The Lion King”) to work on the screenplay for the live-action take on the 50-year-old hit. (Maleficent is the evil fairy godmother in the Disney film; this story would be told, “Wicked”-like, from her perspective.)
Both Tim Burton and Angelina Jolie had last spring been rumored to join the project, which Disney has been kicking around for a while as a way to mine its library, among other things. Burton’s involvement remains unclear as he contemplates several projects. But sources say that, as of the last few weeks, Jolie is keen on the film and would like to sign on to play the titular villain.
There’s no deal (or, for that matter, script) yet. And it’s unclear if Jolie’s involvement would be conditional on Burton moving forward with it too. But it’s nonetheless notable that Jolie — who has no new movie after shooting the international thriller “The Tourist” — is actively engaging with the material and could, according to sources, very well star in the film when all is said and done.
A Disney spokesman this week said the company would not comment on anything “Maleficent”-related. Jolie manager Geyer Kosinski could not be reached for comment Thursday.
A quick primer on Maleficent: The wicked fairy godmother is the character who casts the original spell on Sleeping Beauty (a.k.a. Princess Aurora, quoth Wikipedia) that the young girl will prick herself on a splinter and die; Maleficent is an archrival of sorts to the good fairy godmother, who casts a counter-spell that says the girl will sleep for a century and then be awakened by the kiss of a prince. The original versions of the fairy tale don’t name Maleficent; the character was named and shaped by Disney for its 1959 film, and would of course be deepened and amplified for this one.
What would Jolie’s involvement mean for the property and her career? Telling a classic story from another perspective would certainly fit with the trend of putting a new spin on the standby classics. And casting Jolie in it would certainly broaden the audience for a Disney fairy tale (read: bring men in to theaters).
Of course the choice to make a villain the main character instead of a secondary one could impact Disney’s ability to bring in younger audiences. And the studio would need to contend with far less pre-awareness for a single, lesser-known character than it did for a timeless classic such as “Alice in Wonderland.” But there are also plenty of reasons that Disney, whose new production chief Sean Bailey is said to hold the project close to his heart, would push “Maleficent” forward.
With “Alice in Wonderland” a monster hit, it’s hardly a secret that Disney is looking to reprise more classic material. That’s especially true for a movie that, like “Alice,” centers on the battle between two opposing sovereigns.
As for Jolie, she’s not really done much kid-centric over the course of her career, “Beowulf” perhaps excepted — and that’s not exactly full-on kiddie material. The idea of taking on a role that’s both live-action and actor-friendly, but still whimsical and delicate, could mark a refreshing change of pace after her recent action-movie kick that has her in “Tourist” and Phillip Noyce’s international thriller, “Salt.” Sometimes the desire is there. It just needs to be … awakened.

Yeah, don?t get me started on the LAT forgetting that Angelina did voice work on both Shark Tale and Kung Fu Panda (and she?s signed on to do voice work for Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom). But the gist of the project seems on target - and if it does happen with Jolie and Burton confirmed, it will probably be another year (at least) until the production starts, or until they have any kind of shooting script.
Sleeping Beauty has always been one of my favorites of the Disney-princess films - if you go back and watch it as an adult, it?s kind of strange to think that you were so in love with it though - it?s very dark (courtesy of Maleficent, a really creepy spindle, a fire-breathing dragon and lots of Freudian ?thorn? imagery) and it?s one of the scarier Disney-princess movies. Maleficent is a terrifying villainess, and I would love to see Angelina tackle that kind of cartoon-ish evil character.

These are photos of Katy Perry and her boobs at Saturday?s Kids Choice Awards. I was going to do something about the fashion at the event, but honestly, I didn?t know who most of the people/children were, and the majority of the fashion was pretty basic cocktail/casual wear and most people looked fine - not stunning but not horrible. So, I probably won?t do anything about the fashion, but if you want to see a good compilation of Best & Worst dressed, Radar has a good slideshow. The one exception to the ?I don?t know who that is but they look okay? summary is Katy Perry. Because this chick has no fashion sense, and she dresses as if she thinks she?s the Budget Bettie Page-meets-Vegas showgirl. This might have been a cute/sexy look for the MTV VMAs or something, but this is a show for children, Katy. Put your boobs away.
However, Katy did show that she was a good sport at the actual show. She got slimed! Of course, she had a costume change, into a (rubber?) yellow dress and blue wig.

Plugging away at her east coast book tour, Lauren Conrad was spotted out at Barnes & Noble in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania on Sunday (March 28).
The former "Hills" hottie greeted patiently waiting fans and signed copies of "Sweet Little Lies" as she continues to find success with her writing endeavors.
