Joining the multitudes of holiday travelers, Rachel Bilson turned up for an outbound flight at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (December 28).
The "Jumper" cutie toted her green JanSport backpack while passing through the terminal ahead of the New Year's holiday.
The out of town travels come after a bit of light year when it comes to theatrical projects for Miss Bilson.
The brunette beauty starred in a film called "Waiting For Forever" while also completing a role in a yet to be released flick called "BFF and Baby".
Co-starring Kate Bosworth and Jason Biggs, the picture is described as "a comedy centered on two best friends, Kim and Deena, who fight to maintain normalcy in their lives after Kim gets pregnant and has a baby."

The ?How Do I Live? singer and her hunky fiance looked excited to embark on their year-end vacation, and LeAnn wasn?t shy about flashing her new engagement bling.
Speaking of their engagement, it seems Mr. Cibrian chose the day after Christmas to pop the question while they were out in Malibu.
After she said ?yes? to Eddie?s proposal, LeAnn tweeted, "Once again, thank you all for your kindness and for sharing in our happiness. We are off to sweet dream land. Til tmrw twele's love you all!"

Angelina Jolie held Zahara while Brad Pitt had Shiloh in his arms as they posed with their host family and a few new friends in Namibia over the weekend. The Jolie-Pitts are in Shiloh’s birth country staying with Dr. Rudie van Vuuren, a famous physician, cricket player and conservationist, his wife Marlice, also a well known conservationist, and their son Zacheo.
The family runs the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary and Lodge, where Brad, Angelina, and their kids decided to spend Christmas this year. Angelina and Brad were spotted doing last minute gift shopping on Friday, ensuring a special holiday for their six kids. Brad is finishing out his year of facial hair with sexy stubble while Shiloh’s famous blond locks are growing out. The Jolie-Pitt family is always among the most talked about stars and in 2010 Angelina and Brad kept their passion strong all year long.

According to Us magazine, the "Umbrella" singer and her Dodgers slugger ex were together for nearly a year - but seemingly have already drifted apart.
A source for Us tells of the situation, "It happened over the last few weeks. She basically was just over it."
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Matt is relieved to be free from tending to RiRi, as an insider previously said, "He just can't keep up with her crazy travel schedule. Matt's sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal."

Yesterday, Natalie Portman announced her engagement and her pregnancy to People Magazine, shocking many, many people. I was shocked, I will admit. I hadn?t predicted that one, and I honestly thought Natalie?s ballerina boyfriend Benjamin Millepied was just another dude in a long line of Natalie?s conquests. However, once I heard her announcement, my first thought was about Natalie?s Oscar campaign, and how smart this little announcement was. I mean, the awards season is just about to go full throttle for the next two months, the Golden Globes are in a few weeks (Natalie is nominated), and the Oscar nominations come just days later (Natalie is expected to be a front-runner, and a shoo-in for a nomination). So will Benjamin, her fianc and baby-daddy, be her date for every event? Will Natalie give endless red carpet interviews about her bun in the oven, while glowing winningly? Or will the parade of surly bitchfaces commence once again, because Natalie is so ?private?? I still don?t know? but just hours after Natalie confirmed her pregnancy and engagement, she released another statement to Entertainment Weekly:

Nice. A statement referencing her privacy, that she issued to a media outlet that deals almost entirely with the industry, rather than sheer celebrity gossip. So? I?m not expecting Natalie and Benjamin to be all glowing and handsy and ?look at us? on every awards show red carpet. I think Natalie is going to try to have her cake and eat it too - she will bring Benjamin as her date for several events (but not every event), and they might pose on some red carpets, but there will be no gushing red carpet interviews. Because she?s so private. But she?ll still manage to work the pregnancy and engagement angle into an advantage for the Oscar campaign. It will be ingenious, and I look forward to it.
Oh, and Natalie sure stole any residual attention away from Mila Kunis, didn’t she? Right?

Although I can’t name anything Brendan Fraser’s starred in the last decade, I still have love for him from Encino Man. I probably saw that movie a dozen times.
I thought I heard his marriage was in trouble. Apparently he split with his wife years ago after an alleged fling with Maria Bello and is now dating a “civilian.”
Although they are rarely in the public eye together, Brendan and Natalia Bruschi, a hairdresser at L.A.’s Fred Segal, are going strong.
“Brendan is very private about Natalia, but that doesn’t mean he’s not into her,” a pal tells Star. “He says she’s the love of his life.”
They toasted their second anniversary with romantic candlelit dinners in Manhattan — where Brendan, 42, was starring in the Broadway play Elling — during the first weekend of December.
But a trip down the aisle isn’t likely just yet. After splitting from wife of 12 years Afton Smith in 2007, the dad of three “isn’t ready to remarry, because the split was so painful,” says the source. “But Natalia knows he’s in it for the long haul with her.”

According to IMDB, Brendan’s been working steadily, including several sequels to The Mummy, and a turn on Broadway.
He seems like a genuinely nice guy who isn’t into the Hollywood scene, so it’s a shame if an on-set fling broke up his marriage, but good for him for finding a stable relationship again.

When I first saw this story in the NY Daily News I thought it was just one of those “insider” tales and found it rather sweet. Like two BFFs bonding over the holidays when one is newly separated. Then I realized that the story originated in People Magazine, which makes me suspicious. Like it probably happened, but why did they have to go and tell People? When someone wants me to go “aww” I’m more likely to squint my eyes and try and figure out their motivation. (Unless a baby animal is involved.) Anyway here’s People’s story about Jen and Court’s Very Special Christmas with Coco.
Christmas Eve was all about girl time for Courteney Cox: She spent Dec. 24 quietly celebrating with daughter CoCo and her BFF Jennifer Aniston.
“Both Jen and Courteney are tired after a long year,” a source close to Cox tells PEOPLE. “They celebrated Christmas [with] each other and just focused on making things special for Coco.”
Cox, 46, and her husband, David Arquette, who separated earlier this year, also made an effort to give Coco, 6, a merry Christmas, putting in some time as a family over the holidays.
While the source says Cox and Arquette, 39, are getting along well, he is finding the separation difficult.
“He’s just not handling this situation well,” says another source. “He’s really depressed. There was a moment when David thought they’d get back together but that doesn’t seem like it will happen now and it’s really tough on David.”
Even so, at this point the pair have no imminent plans to divorce, says the source.

E!’s Mark Malkin just reported that Courteney Cox and her rumored lover Brian Von Holt were inseparable at a Christmas party for their show, “Cougar Town.” They were also rumored to be planning a romantic holiday getaway that doesn’t seem to have happened (yet). Instead, Courteney and Jen want us to know that they spent the holidays bonding and that David Arquette is in a bad way. It has nothing to do with Courteney and her new boyfriend, of course. He’s not mentioned at all.

Considering that Lindsay Lohan was allegedly allowed to beat the hell out of a Betty Ford employee, avoid taking a Breathalyzer test that would have likely proven that she was drinking again, gotten her mother to pay off her smackdown victim, and have the entire incident hushed up by Betty Ford in an attempt to save their reputation, it?s no surprise that Lindsay is on track to get out of rehab on schedule next week. In other Blohan news, her life and crack hustling ways are the basis for a new film - Page Six reported yesterday that Lydia Hearst will star as a Lohan-like character, with Joan Collins as her high-powered agent, in a new comedy in which, according to a producer, “Lydia will play a bratty movie goddess in and out of rehab, in trouble with the law, and hounded by greedy agents, predatory paparazzi, off-the-wall stalkers and crazed media - a role obviously based on Lindsay Lohan? (The movie) is in no way mean-spirited towards Lindsay. It’s the kind of thing she has spoofed about herself in the past. It’s more of a satire about the crazy people around her and the situations they generate. It satirises the obsession with modern celebrity.” Ugh. We don?t need to see this crap dramatized, the real-life crack hustle is bad enough.

Jessica Simpson spent Christmas with her family, including her groom-to-be Eric Johnson, and the singer-turned-designer wants everyone to know about it. “Eric is the perfect addition to our family!” she Tweeted.
RadarOnline.com has learned the family all gathered at Simpson’s parents’ Encino, CA home on Christmas Eve.
It was Johnson’s first Christmas with Simpson and her clan, and she tweeted that many more are ahead. “I’m so grateful this holiday season!!! I hope everyone had a magical Christmas! Love you X.”
She and Johnson became engaged in November, in the same week her ex-husband Nick Lachey announced his engagement.
Simpson even spread the love around, acknowledging other family members. “We are lucky to have 3 new studs in the fam: Pete, BX, and EJ!” she tweeted, in reference to her sister Ashlee’s husband, her nephew Bronx, 2, and her fiance.
“Oh and I can’t forget Bentley!!!” she said, referring to her dog.

Making a doubly surprising announcement earlier in the day, Natalie Portman is said to be "indescribably happy" over her engagement/baby news.
The "V for Vendetta" star confirmed the joyous news that she plans to wed fiance Benjamin Millepied while also expecting their first child together in 2011.
Offering a statement to ET, Natalie gushed, "I have always kept my private life private but I will say that I am indescribably happy and feel very grateful to have this experience."
The 29-year-old actress met her soon-to-be hubby during production on the set of "Black Swan" - a film which finds itself among the top nominated movies of 2010.
