Trying to get in as much retail therapy as humanly possible, Mariah Carey showed up at the shops in Aspen, Colorado yesterday (December 23).
Sporting a black jacket with a black top, skinny jeans, and shag boots, the ?All I Want For Christmas Is You? songstress smiled for the shutterbugs while her bodyguard kept a watchful eye.
Carey recently chatted about her forthcoming 14th album that?s slated to hit stores and online retailers in March 2013.
She explained, "I'm collaborating with a lot of my favorite people but the main thing is [that] I'm not trying to follow any particular trend, I want it to be well received. I want to stay true to myself and the music that I love and make the fans happy.?

With her hit show "Revenge" in its second season, Emily VanCamp pitched in on promotions by covering the January/February 2013 issue of Women's Health magazine.
The 26-year-old actress showed off her fit beach bod for the Jeff Lipsky shot front page while chatting with the mag about everything from cooking to relationships.

On successful relationships:
"I'm at my most confident when I'm in nature and I don't have to dress up. When I take off my makeup, that's my boyfriend's favorite. And that, to me, is a symbol of a great guy - someone who doesn't care about all that stuff. It's more about accepting each other as separate people. That's the fundamental that I try to approach a relationship with. Laugh a lot and be really delicate with the other person's heart, because sometimes you start to take each other for grant. Always remember that neither of you needs to be there. It's a choice every day to stay together."
On cooking:
"I'll have a big stew going or chili or soup. Something hearty that reminds me of home. Cooking is therapy for me in a weird way. When I'm in the kitchen, I'm in a zone and everything else kind of goes away."
On worry wrinkles:
"I mean, to each his own, and I know there are those preesures. But I look at my grandmother and think, Wow, I hope I have those happy winkles. You see the map of her on her face, and she's so beautiful. She wouldn't be my grandma without those beautiful lines."

She?s been chilling out and relaxing in her homeland of Barbados, but things got a little dicey for Rihanna over the weekend.
According to a report, the ?We Found Love? songstress? beachfront property was the target of a male trespasser yesterday (December 23), and a member of the singer?s team alerted the police.
The unidentified man was said to be a German national and he ended up taking off before the cops were able to get to Ri-Ri?s residence.

Enjoying a couples' shopping trip, Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler headed to the Boogie's store in Aspen, Colorado on Saturday (December 22).
The "Voice" coach was all bundled up in a white top, black jacket, and knee-high black boots as she held the arm of her beau, who carried their shopping bag.
Though she may be leaving "The Voice" for the next season, Christina is already lining up new projects. She was recently announced as the winner of the "People's Voice" award at the People's Choice Awards.
According to a press release, the award recognizes the 32-year-old singer's ability to reach millions of people across a number of genres including pop, soul, and R&B.
In addition to receiving the coveted prize, Ms. Aguilera will also take the stage at the ceremony with country star Jason Aldean.
