Coming as a bit of a shock, Lindsay Lohan is being forced to stay in rehab over the holiday weekend.
The ?Labor Pains? actress will remain in Rancho Mirage at the Betty Food Clinic instead of spending Thanksgiving with her family in Long Island.
"As of now she's not coming home," a family source told E! News. "She's not allowed to. But Dina's still trying to get her home."
Per the court order, Linds is required to remain in treatment until January 3, and is not permitted to leave the state without permission from the judge.

The former couple began dating around October 2009, shortly after Emmy?s ex-husband, Jason Siegel, filed for divorce.

Hoping to bring something to the table that hasn't been seen before, Beyonce Knowles chatted with MTV News about her forthcoming musical effort.
Having previously voiced desire to create her "own genre of music," the "Halo" hitmaker stepped back a bit by saying, "Well, I wouldn't say I'm inventing a new genre. I'm mixing every type of genre that I love and I'm inspired by every type of genre."
Continuing to express her desire to cross different boundaries, the 29-year-old told, "I'm not in a box. It's not R&B. It's not typically pop. It's not rock. It's just everything I love all mixed together in my own little gumbo of music."
As for her musical inspirations, Miss Knowles revealed, "Definitely Fela Kuti, the Stylistics. How random, right? So many people ... Lauryn Hill, Stevie Wonder, of course, Michael Jackson's Off the Wall ... all of those things I'm kind of mixing together."

Making an attempt to get what he's owed, Adrien Brody has taken legal measures against the makers of his latest film, "Giallo."
Last month, the ?Experiment? actor sued the makers before in went on sale in the US, claiming he was owed $640,000 with its DVD release potentially landing him $2 million, FOX News reports.
The actor tried unsuccessfully to block the film's sale, but U.S District Judge Dale S. Fischer's ruling states Brody is likely to win the case and his likeness can no longer be used in the film or to promote it.
Furthmore, Fischer blocked the makers of the thriller from using the Oscar-winning actor?s likeness until he is fully paid for his role.

The ?Machinist? actor told press he?s impressed with Hardy and sees him as a worthy opponent in the upcoming film.
?I liked him in ?Inception? and I did see ?Bronson? as well. He seems like he?s a balls-out [guy],? said Bale in a recent interview.
When Christian was asked if he was looking forward to working with Hardy, he simply replied, ?Yeah.? There?s still no word on exactly which character Tom will portray.

These are photos from earlier this year and last year - back in February of this year and in November 2009, to be more specific, when Mila Kunis was working on The Black Swan. Back in January, I wrote a story about how Mila looked scary-skinny at a premiere, and many of you thought I was crazy. Well, as it turns out, Mila thought she looked scary-skinny back then too - she had lost 20 pounds working on The Black Swan, and she was down to 95 pounds. Mila spoke about the dramatic weight loss to E! News:
When Mila Kunis was making Black Swan, she dropped to a mere 95 pounds. She insists it wasn’t so pretty. However, that doesn’t mean she didn’t like it. At times, she did. We’ll let her explain?
“I could see why this industry is so f–ked up, because at 95 pounds, I would literally look at myself in the mirror and I was like, Oh my God!” she says. “I had no shape, no boobs, no ass?All you saw was bone. I was like, This looks gross.”
But then she had a couple of photo shoots and began work her next flick, Book of Eli. “In real life, it looked disgusting,” Kunis says. “But in photographs and on film, it looked amazing.”
Family and friends became concerned. “My mom freaked out,” she says. “Everybody started panicking. She was like, ‘You have to promise me this isn’t going to affect you.’ I was like, ‘I promise it won’t, but it might take me a little time to be OK with having a little more fat on me.’ ”
Fortunately, she put the weight back on.
“Man,” she says, “it took me five months to lose 20 pounds, but it took me just five days?days!?to gain it all back.”

I?d go so far to say that Mila did not, in fact, look ?amazing? in photographs. She looked tired and drawn and like she aged 10 years. That?s the thing about severe weight loss (coughKateBosworthcough). It makes you look hard and old. But I am glad to hear that Mila didn?t really like it and that she gained the weight back.

How romantic! Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough have jetted off to Paris, and the happy couple have wasted no time seeing the sights and spending quality time together.
On Tuesday, the two, who are also in town with Seacrest’s parents and his sister Meredith, lunched at Chez Andr and were spotted strolling hand-in-hand through the City of Light. Next on their itinerary? A stop by Dior’s flagship boutique on Avenue Montaigne.
As if the setting wasn’t perfect enough, Hough has gushed that her beau is “really romantic,” telling Ellen DeGeneres that for her birthday he put “flowers everywhere. I was almost embarrassed.”
As for spending time with Seacrest’s parents, Hough told DeGeneres earlier this month, “both of our folks are like our best friends, so when we hang out, it’s more like hanging out with friends.”

Uber-bad-girl Taylor Momsen stopped suckling at Satan’s teat long enough to get herself suspended from her crappy show Gossip Girls. Us Magazine reports,
The increasingly controversial 17-year-old actress will begin an “indefinite hiatus” from Gossip Girl following next Monday’s episode, sources tell Deadline. Reps for the CW and Warner Brothers declined to comment.
Momsen has played Jenny Humphrey, kid sister to Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) since the CW soap debuted in 2007. Although a series regular, she has only appeared in three episodes so far in the current fourth season.
“She only does [the show] for the money,” a source explains to UsMagazine.com “She works hard on Gossip Girl but doesn’t care about the plot or the other cast members. She treats it like a 9-5. No emotional investment.”
Momsen, who also fronts the rock band Pretty Reckless, has grown up since her big-screen debut at age 7 as cute Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas — raising eyebrows with her skimpy, intensely Gothic wardrobe, notoriously foul-mouthed interviews and angry, age-inappropriate antics.
The new Us Weekly even reports that, for her Oct. 21 Pretty Reckless concert at NYC’s Don Hill’s (in which she flashed her breasts to the crowd) Momsen had a startling request: “Her rider included a full bar in her dressing room,” an insider told Us. “That was rejected — she’s underage!”
Somehow I don’t think she got herself suspended for not being “emotionally invested”. I’m thinking a little less “not emotionally invested”, and more “blowing everyone on set, including gaffer Bob’s Chihuahua”. That seems more up Taylor’s sleazy little alley.

Finishing up her work in paradise, Katie Holmes was joined by daughter Suri Cruise boarding a private jet in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Tuesday (November 23).
The former "Dawson's Creek" star was been busily working on scenes aboard the Allure of the Seas cruise ship alongside Adam Sandler for their new film "Jack and Jill".
According to USA Today, little Suri had taken quite the liking to the new filming locale - as they'd spent plenty of time in the Boardwalk area to ride the ship's hand-carved carousel.
The USA Today report adds that Allure "is 16 decks high, stretches nearly 1,200 feet long and boasts such never-before-seen-at-sea features as an open-air 'central park' with live trees and a family-friendly amusement area called Boardwalk."

Gwyneth Paltrow was a guest on the Chelsea Lately show last night, and E! thoughtfully put the entire segment online for the multitudes of people who either don’t watch Chelsea or actively try and ignore her. I usually do the same with Gwyneth, but since it’s my job to pay attention to celebrities and I couldn’t pass this one off on Kaiser, I’m stuck covering this. It’s not like I can’t stand Gwyneth, it’s easy for me to write about people I can’t stand. It’s that I don’t know how to feel about her. On one hand she’s said all these insufferably snotty things that come off like she thinks she’s superior. On the other hand she seems nice in interviews, like she’s really trying to relate to people and come across as “normal.” Maybe she’s just a good actress. Here’s part of what Gwyneth told Chelsea:
On not working out while she was filming Country Strong
At first I was panicked, so I would kind of work out a little bit and then sort of lie… I was like, ‘I’ve gotta stop, I’ve gotta stop… I do this great exercise method, so my body didn’t completely fall apart until just when we were finished filming the movie… and now I’m left with like, you know, problems. Gwyneth also told a cute story about how her six year-old daughter, Apple, switches between a British and a US accent depending on who she’s talking to. How do I explain my feelings toward Gwyneth? She’s the new girl in the eighth grade who was nice to my face but then turned around and tried to poach all of my friends. She seems very nice, but there’s something so calculated and icy about Gwyneth. It’s not like she knows any other way to act, which is why it seems natural.

Last night, Blake Lively and Beyonce were co-hostesses of a launch party for Lorraine Schwartz’s ‘2BHAPPY’ jewelry collection. Blake wore Versace - one of the most budget-looking Versace dresses I?ve ever seen, actually. I usually associate Versace with looking on the friendly side of the trashy vs. sexy side, but Blake?s overall look is? not good. Sidenote: does anyone else think that the fabric in front looks like vagina drapes? I also kind of think she asked Versace to raise the hem of what was supposed to be a full-length gown. In any case, Blake had her tittays out, so you know she was either depressed and/or looking for someone to tell her that she?s WAY prettier than Carey Mulligan.
Meanwhile, Bey wore an Antonio Berardi pencil dress from the Fall 2010 collection. I like this better than the brownish dress she wore on Sunday night (that was Naeem Khan), but I still feel like something is off. This is not the best bustline/neckline for a girl who is anything more than an A-cup. I think that?s it. Because otherwise, the dress is rather nice. My verdict: Bey is better dressed than Blake.

True story: I?ve referred to her as variations on ?Raccoon McPantless? for so long, I now get a brainfart when I?m trying to remember her real name. Anyway, this story seems like it happened months ago, but here we go again: Taylor Momsen has been indefinitely suspended from Gossip Girl. Now, Our Raccoon was already on ?indefinite leave? from Gossip Girl, and that was announced back in April - but that was something to do with her touring and promotional schedule for The Pretty Reckless. This sounds like Raccoon just pissed people off:
Sorry, Taylor Momsen fans; you won’t be seeing Jenny Humphrey on the little screen for the rest of the year?unless it’s in reruns.
Deadline Hollywood reports that the 17-year-old Momsen?who’s developed a reputation for increasingly volatile behavior?has been placed on indefinite hiatus on Gossip Girl, following next Monday’s episode.
Momsen has only appeared on a handful of episodes so far this season, including an episode guest-starring fashion guru Tim Gunn, who had some not-so-nice things to say about her onscreen behavior and lack of devotion to her craft.
The hiatus will extend to at least four episodes, beginning with the December 6 mid-seaon finale.

What?s the general opinion on Carla Gugino? I think she?s an extremely talented actress who never really got her breakout role, and that?s sad. I also think she?s very, very pretty, and I love that she isn?t messing with her face. She?s 39 years old, and she looks like a beautiful woman in her 30s. It?s refreshing. But as much as I like Carla, I do not love this dress. It?s a Georges Chakra Couture dress, and she wore it to last night?s premiere of Faster, that dumb-looking action film starring The Rock. The dress looks budget - but the hair and makeup look really good. Eh. It?s a wash.
Guess who else is in the movie? Billy Bob Thornton. And his new face and his new hair. He looks? not good. CB was going to devote a whole post about Billy Bob?s budget weave/lacefront and his facelift, but thankfully, she decided against it. The Daily Mail has more on the alleged facelift - which I don?t really see. I think he might have had Botox, and maybe some kind of neck lift, maybe. But his face looks? whatever. It?s the wig/plugs situation that is really bothering me. Oh, and whatever the hell that crap is on his chin.

Beyonce Knowles made an appearance at the School of Visual Arts Theater in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood on Sunday night (Nov. 21) to premiere her ‘I Am…World Tour’ feature film, which will debut on prime time television on Thanksgiving night.
In lieu of a lengthy speech, the songstress gave a quick introduction, revealing that she had been editing the self-directed footage for nine months before she was satisfied. She accepted flowers from members of her “Beyontourage” fan club and immediately took a seat among audience members that included guests like actress/singer Jennifer Hudson.

She has always been known for her wild off-screen antics, and it seems Taylor Momsen's rocky reputation may be having an effect on her ?Gossip Girl? gig.
The 17-year-old actress has only appeared in three episodes of the show thus far this season, and after next Monday?s installment she?ll be on an indefinite hiatus.
The reason for Momsen?s scarcity is speculated to be her questionable behavior in the social realm, as well her outspoken nature during interviews, though no one at the CW network has given an official explanation.
Following her work with ?Project Runway? star Tim Gunn, it seemed Taylor was out of control. He told press, "She was pathetic, she couldn't remember her lines, and she didn't even have that many. I thought to myself, 'Why are we being held hostage by this brat?'"

Crackheads never learn. And neither does the Crackhead Industrial Complex. According to TMZ, Lindsay?s driving privileges have been reinstated by the state of California and the Betty Ford Clinic. So? babies better check themselves, a Lohan?s on the road!
TMZ has learned … Lindsay Lohan is officially a California driver again, because her privilege to get behind the wheel has just been restored.
The L.A. County Probation Department and officials at the Betty Ford clinic signed off this morning, so Lindsay can drive just like us.
And speaking of just like us … we’re told Lindsay is not getting special treatment. The folks at Betty Ford routinely allow people “at Lindsay’s care and treatment level” the right to hit the road.
It’s interesting … because all of Lindsay’s legal troubles emanate from driving.

I just don?t understand how Lindsay could get her license back, ever. Just one fifth of her crack shenanigans while driving should ensure that she?s never allowed back on the road again. Is this just a failure of the state of California?
In other crackhead news, E! News has more information of Lindsay?s firing/withdrawal from Inferno. Someone submitted this question: ?Lindsay Lohan has been fired from this Linda Lovelace biopic Inferno because she’s “uninsurable.” Is that true or just an excuse to fire her?? Here?s the answer:
As if anybody needed an excuse to fire Lohan, she’s in rehab. If she’s in rehab, she cannot, as Eddie Murphy once put it, be where I’m at. And if she cannot be where I’m at, then she cannot participate in my exciting business venture, now can she?
Anyway. The truth is, yes, this was an excuse to fire her?technically. And I can prove it: Listen to a man who would know, Douglas Turk, CEO of leading entertainment insurance broker Aon/Albert G. Ruben.
The last time I checked in with Mr. Turk, he essentially told me that uninsurability is B.S. Any actor can be insured, he told us. It’s just a matter of how much money you want to spend.
The case of Robert Downey Jr. comes to mind. He was once dubbed “uninsurable,” but that’s not really true. His insurance was just too expensive. Mel Gibson stepped in to assume the balance of Downey’s risk, and the future star of Iron Man began his rise once again.
So, what does all this mean in the case of Lohan? It means she can be insured. It’s probably just too expensive, and that she isn’t worth the trouble, and that she has no rich friends with giant piles of cash lying around gathering dust.
“If you really wanted to get insurance on someone like Lindsay Lohan, you might end up paying 90 cents on the dollar, so there’s very little exposure on the part of the insurer,” Turk muses to me. “[Director] Matthew Wilder has done a very good job standing by her for as long as he could, but I think it’s probably at the point where the producers are saying, ‘Let’s go’.
“There’s too much risk associated with her, so the cost of insurance is probably going to outweigh the benefit.”
How much money are we talking about?
Well, depending on the production, insurance premium costs are as little as two or three percent of a budget?but if an actor is risky, an insurance company may try to charge a double-digit percentage, which most filmmakers cannot afford.
Now, if Lohan could just make a call to Mel Gibson, maybe the two of them could work something out?

So will Lindsay ever work again. As much as I would hope not, she probably will. She?ll be ?sober? (ish) for a little while and get a couple of parts, maybe on TV or a cameo in a budget film, somehow. And then the train wreck will start all over again. Just a guess!

I’m not sure this is quite what the Puritans had in mind when they fled to America amidst religious persecution. But if she did, maybe they would have spent less time burning witches and more time “knowing each other” in the Biblical sense and being happy.

Making for quite the memorable evening, Miley Cyrus followed up her 2010 American Music Awards performance with a night of celebration at Trousdale in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 21).
Donning a black bra-like top and matching leather pants, the "Hannah Montana" star was greeted by a slew of Hollywood stars including Demi Moore and Rumer Willis while ringing in an early 18th birthday fete.
With her mother Tish also on hand, Miss Cyrus also welcomed the likes of John Mayer, Kelly Osbourne, Kyle Massey and Ke$ha, with an E! source telling, "John's presence was the buzz of the party, and he wished Miley a happy birthday."
