Enjoying the warmer winter day, Katie Holmes made her way over to a business meeting at a New York City hotel on Tuesday afternoon (January 29).
The 34-year-old actress donned her military green jacket with boyfriend jeans as she quickly flashed a smile to the awaiting paparazzi before heading inside.
In regards to the quickly approaching New York Fashion Week, Miss Holmes will unfortunately be a no-show this year.
Women?s Wear Daily confirmed the news earlier this afternoon, simply writing, ?Katie Holmes will be sitting out next month?s New York Fashion Week.?
Katie was expected to show her spring 2013 collection for her Holmes & Yang collection.

A mother?s work is never done, and Sarah Jessica Parker escorted her daughters to their West Village school earlier today (January 29).
The ?Sex and the City? actress held hands with little Tabitha and Marion as they strolled through Manhattan, both dressed in adorable attire.
In her recent interview with Marie Claire, SJP confessed that she loves her life, though she could definitely do without the constant attention from the public.
?I never wanted to be a celebrity; I never wanted to be famous. And in my daily life, I work really hard to not trade on it in any way. I am so desperately worried about anybody saying, ?She cut in line? or ?She took our table? or ?She got out of jury duty? or ?She doesn't do her own grocery shopping.??
?The things that bother me are counter to who I am and the way I live. It's not like it's hard to be decent and respectful and well-behaved. I do wait in line, and I do take the subway, and I do do my own grocery shopping, and I do take the kids to school. But it almost doesn't matter to a certain segment of the populace ? they're projecting onto you this status and entitlement I don't have.?

Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Bar Refaeli showed up at the ?We Love? by Desigual event as part of Barcelona Fashion Week in Barcelona, Spain today (January 29).
Ms. Refaeli hammed it up with fellow attendees while shutterbugs snapped up pictures of her in a black, white, and red ensemble.
Earlier this month, Bar made a trip to Milan, Italy to spend up some of her hard-earned cash on shoes and clothes.
She also paid a visit to her homeland of Israel, tweeting, "Visiting Itzhak Rabin Center in Israel. A dreamer, an inspiration, a great leader. I recommend every1 to visit there!"

It?s taken me this long to realize that Anne Hathaway walked the SAG red carpet alone! I guess she sort of did the same thing at the Globes too, although I think she posed with her husband for a few photos at the Globes. But Adam Shulman barely got near a camera at the SAGs, which makes me wonder? is that part of Annie?s Oscar campaign? She?s pulling the ?my marriage is not for public consumption, we don?t walk the red carpet together? thing? If she is doing that, than she probably should stop with the stage-gushing about her marriage, right? I mean, it?s her business, etc, but I expect a more consistent message from her ? either use your marriage as part of your Oscar campaign (as she?s been doing in her acceptance speeches) or don?t use your marriage at all (like not walking the carpet with your new husband). You can?t have it both ways!
Or it could be a hidden option ? like Adam wants Anne to walk the red carpet with her first love, herself. And he?s fine staying in the background and she?s the one who is all GUSH GUSH GUSH and it might make him uncomfortable? Because that?s what these new interviews sound like:
Following the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, Anne Hathaway was feeling the love at an after party at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.
Hathaway ? who won an Actor for her role in Les Misrables ? was overheard saying, “I’m in a celebratory mood.”
With a drink in her hand, Hathaway told friends that her engagement ring from husband Adam Shulman is her “prized possession” and that her wedding band “isn’t bad either,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
Hathaway ? who, according to a source “was playing matchmaker all night” ? was later overheard telling her friends that she “met a lot of bad ones” before meeting Shulman.

Anne Hathaway needs work! While walking the red carpet in a Giambattista Valli gown at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in L.A. Jan. 27, the Dark Knight Rises actress revealed she has no projects in the pipeline.
“I had a film lined up that we’d taken a breath on, so I’m unemployed. It’s such a funny experience to sort of be here and be in some ways at the pinnacle of what you can achieve as an actor, but also know that you don’t have a job,” she said on Access Hollywood. “That is the life of an actor!”
As she searches for her next movie role, Hathaway will be spending extra time with her jewelry designer husband, Adam Shulman. “I’ll be hosting lots of dinners at my house,” she said. “We’re nesting, playing with my dog — we’re chilling.”
Hathaway picked up her first-ever Screen Actors Guild award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. In her acceptance speech, the Les Miserables star, 30, briefly mentioned her husband, 31. “I’ll tell you why I love you later,” she told Shulman.
Speaking to Extra later that evening, Hathaway explained that she was “running out of time” and could have “gone on about him” for hours.
“It’s an amazing feeling to be seen by someone you respect so deeply and to be loved and cherished. I had never really been cherished in a relationship before this one and it’s the best feeling in the world,” Hathaway raved of her husband, whom she wed in September 2012. “I just love him so much. This is why I didn’t want to mention it up there. I’m tearing up right now.”

She?s your condescending girlfriend who always dates douches and you have your fingers crossed that THIS ONE is going to turn out to be decent, but you still give him the side-eye because he?s with Anne and she only attracts d-bags. Megan Fox covers the March issue of Marie Claire UK, and these are some images from the photoshoot. I?ve seen some complaints about these pics already, but I kind of like them. I think Megan is one of those women who can?t really ?pull off? strong editorials or crazy styling. She?s best when she just sticks to simple editorial visions, like white backgrounds or ?posing through a window?. As for the interview? she?s just talking about babies and how she loves being a mom.
Megan Fox wants more kids. While the devoted mother-of-one is grateful for her successful Hollywood film career, she has admitted all she wants to do is spend time with her four-month-old son Noah and hopes to give him siblings as soon as possible.
The ‘This is 40? actress said: “I’ve never been validated by work or fame or Hollywood or any of that. I recognize the blessings when they come – like, I recognize I’m so lucky to work with Judd [Apatow] – but the ultimate satisfaction for me is being with my son. I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is.”
Megan, 26, confessed having a baby has been a lifelong dream and she is now finding it a struggle to juggle her filming commitments with motherhood because she feels work has become redundant.
She sighed: ”All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I’ve finally done it… It’s very hard for me to do this stuff, because I feel like this isn’t my job any more. My job is to be with him.”
Fox also credited Noah with helping her battle against OCD, explaining: “When they come out they are covered in all kinds of stuff. I took him right on my chest and, from that moment, nothing he does freaks me out. I don’t want to give him a complex.”
The brunette beauty also revealed the secret to her marital bliss with ‘Beverly Hills, 90210? hunk Brian Austin Green – who she wed in June 2010 – claiming it takes hard work and a good dose of tolerance because the pair are polar opposites of each other.
Megan told Marie Claire magazine: ”I just think we got lucky. I believe he’s my soulmate. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t take work, because we are very, very different. ‘But we are tolerant of each other and we try to be patient with each other, and I don’t try to turn him into me and he knows not to try to turn me into him. He really is amazing. I should never, ever even think about complaining.”

Is it weird that I actually believe her when she says ?I’ve never been validated by work or fame or Hollywood or any of that?? I think she?s telling the truth. Unlike most of the famewhores of Hollywood, Megan doesn?t seem to NEED it so much. Like, Hollywood has been a means to an end for her, and she doesn?t need the constant attention and validation that so many actors need. As for Megan having more babies ? sure. I could see that. I?m sure she?ll have another kid.

Did you know that Renee Zellweger has had a boyfriend for the past few months? According to sources, Doyle and RZ went to college together at the University of Texas (Austin), and they?ve been friends for more than two decades. She?s 42 ? he?s 44. A source claimed that ?they didn?t date? in college, but they kept running into each other over the years, and they completely reconnected late last summer. Doyle is described as a ?guitarist/producer? which?? Okay. Doyle also dated Sheryl Crow at some point. A source tells Us Weekly, “Renee’s really happy and has a new life.”
I think he?s cute in a normal-guy way. He?s the kind of guy that I would notice in the gym and obsess about for an hour and then I would probably forget him as soon as my workout was done. I think the dude head-band might be a dealbreaker, but I?m sure I?ll get some headband-defenders in here, yelling at me about how their boyfriends/husbands totally wear knit sweat-headbands and it?s super-sexy, right? When I first read the headline about ?January Jones says her hair is falling out in clumps? I thought it was going to be another one of those horrific childbirth and postpartum stories that new mothers tell about what REALLY happens to your body during and after a pregnancy. Selma Blair once discussed how her hair was ?falling out in clumps? after she gave birth, something about vitamins and hormones or whatever. Well, this January story isn?t like that. January?s hair is falling out because it?s overprocessed and she?s used too many chemicals on it, so now she?s going bald. Was her dystopian hairstyle at the SAGs her last hair hurrah?
January Jones’ days as a hair chameleon may be over. Speaking to British magazine Grazia Daily during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, the blonde-again actress talked about the side effects of her multiple hair makeovers while promoting the movie Sweetwater.
“I have been every color and now my hair is falling out in clumps,” Jones said. “I’ve been blonde, red with extensions for this film, then blonde, then black, and now blonde again. I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig.”
The 35-year-old actress said that while she likes experimenting with new hues, her 16-month-old son Xander likes her golden locks best. “I like it all colors,” Jones told Grazia. “It makes you feel different according to what color it is, but I prefer to be blonde. My son recognizes me in photos when I am blonde. He says, ‘Mama.’”
Jones — who has never publicly revealed her baby daddy’s identity — is “so brave” when it comes to dyeing her hair new colors, according to her colorist Jennifer J. (of Juan Juan Salon in Beverly Hills).
“One time, seven or eight years ago, we made her whole head bubblegum pink!” the hair pro told Us Weekly in November. “It’s fun to do color changes, especially with somebody who looks good in everything.”

I almost always think that women look better with darker hair, but I?m making an exception for January. She only really looks good as a blonde, I think. Not that she looks terrible with red or brown hair, I just think the blonde suits her best of all. But it would be interesting if she had to go ?Full Travolta? from hair loss. Poor January.
In other JJ news, while she was at Sundance, she was asked if she was going to return as Emma Frost in the sequel to the X-Men prequel, X-Men: Days of Future Past. Director Matthew Vaughn, who helmed First Class, is not returning as the director this time. So? there?s that. Cough. Cough. Hegh-ack! Got it. Genius Bryan Singer will be directing Days of Future Past, and the cast is already getting firmed up ? Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Ian McKellan, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence will all appear. As for January and Emma Frost? January says no one has spoken to her. Heh.
?I don?t know that I?m in it, I don?t think Emma?s in this one. Well they haven?t told me if I am (laughs). I wouldn?t put it past them though, I got the script for the first one on the airplane on the way there. It?s called Days of Future Past I think, and I think it?s more about James [McAvoy] and Michael [Fassbender] and then Patrick [Stewart] and Ian [McKellan], and I think it?s gonna go back and forth with those so I don?t think Emma?s in those bits. I don?t know, I really don?t know.?

I mean? obviously, there was the (cough!) baby-daddy drama, but beyond that, everyone kind of hated January?s Emma Frost. The X-Men fan-girls and fan-boys told me that Emma Frost was one of the most beloved mutants, and that January just didn?t bring anything to the character. So? probably no Emma/January.

Pretty soon, January Jones’ baby, Xavier, won’t be able to recognize her. Because she’ll be bald. And babies don’t have the mental capacity to understand that a bald January Jones is the same person as a non-bald January Jones. Babies are stupid like that. Note that this is just my assumption based on hours of playing peek-a-boo with babies. Those idiots fall for it every time.
“Why is she losing her hair?,” you ask. Not because of the stress of being a single parent raising a baby and dealing with questions from everyone asking who the baby’s daddy is. No, it’s because she’s been dying her hair way too much.
During the Sundance Film Festival, Jones said that going from blonde to red to blonde to black and back to blonde has caused her hair to start falling out in clumps. “I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig,” she joked.
Jones’ colorist, Jennifer J, says January is “so brave” when it comes to dyeing her hair new colors. Wait, why does that make her brave? Is it because she’ll turn her hair any color? Like that “One time, seven or eight years ago, we made her whole head bubblegum pink!?”
“No,” I imagine Jennifer explaining, “it’s because her head is now completely f*cked.”

The 20-year-old actress is featured in a new promo for the TV movie, called "The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex."
The reunion follows Alex and the rest of the Russo family and friends as they head to Tuscany to meet their long lost relatives. However, when Alex tries to prove she's more than a seemingly carefree young wizard, she inadvertently conjures a spell that creates her Good and Evil selves.
