Looking to get back into the limelight, Kendra Wilkinson agreed to trade lives with Kate Gosselin on the new reality show ?Celebrity Wife Swap,? and she had no idea what she was getting herself into.
The former ?Girls Next Door? dame switched from having one child and one husband to having eight kids and no hubby, and it didn?t exactly go very well.
Kendra, who cried multiple times during the episode, explained, "Finding out that I was switching with her with eight kids -- I wanted to run! I wasn't necessarily thinking about the domestic side of things -- and trust me, I needed a lot of help with that."
Wilkinson also noted that her husband Hank Baskett had his hands full with Gosselin. "When he heard it was Kate, he said, 'Wait . . . isn't she a bit . . . strict?' But Hank's a very good guy -? a perfect guy -? he's so nice to everybody. But when Kate started to talk a little bit about me, he got really upset."
During the show, Kate told Hank, "By you focusing so much for caring for Kendra's every need and desire, I almost feel like you're enabling and allowing her to focus mostly on herself as well."
And Mr. Baskett wasn?t having it- "Hank is extremely protective of me. When Kate says something about me and asks him why he allows me to do certain things . . . there was [some] drama! Anybody that talks crap about me, man, he'll make sure that they know how he feels about that! He'll go off! That's when you see the bad side of Hank!? said Kendra.
The Playboy Playmate added, "We're complete polar opposites. She believes that pretty much one minute away from your kids is something you'll regret. I believe the opposite, that you sometimes have to spend time away from your kids to be happy."
Gosselin also made some good points along the way- "She said you only get this moment once with your kid -- this time, this age. I have a nanny and stuff like that and she doesn't really have a lot of help. She said, 'Don't let anyone take your moments from you' -- and she was 100 percent right. But I still believe in having a social life! I do!"

It was a momentous occasion when Anne Hathaway scored the Best Supporting Actress Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards on Sunday night (February 24), however the ?Les Miserables? actress felt bad for ditching her Valentino dress in a last-minute decision.
Hathaway had learned that several other ladies would be wearing frocks from the Italian designer and eventually opted to change her selection to a Prada gown.
And it turns out she regrets the switch- Anne told press, "It came to my attention late Saturday night that there would be a dress worn to the Oscars that is remarkably similar to the Valentino I had intended to wear, and so I decided it was best for all involved to change my plans.?
"Though I love the dress I did wear, it was a difficult last-minute decision as I had so looked forward to wearing Valentino in honor of the deep and meaningful relationship I have enjoyed with the house and with Valentino himself. I deeply regret any disappointment caused."

Michael Bay cast Megan Fox in hisTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot even after she compared him to Hitler. People just assumed he made her wash his Ferrari again but really all she had to do was beg and grovel to get a part.
A source tells Radar that Megan wasn’t being offered the leading roles she had been and she thought it was because of that Hitler comment she made.
Bad mouthing the person that launched your career? Gee, I don’t know why anyone would be apprehensive about hiring you after that.
But just in case that was why, Megan called Michael to say sorry. “So, she swallowed her pride, picked up the phone and spoke with him to clear the air and apologize. She told him how thankful she was to have been cast by him in the first place, and that she was totally out of line to say what she said.In the end she realized that Michael may bea hard taskmaster, but he does it purely to get the best out of his actors on set.”
Whoa, don’t go too far now. The secret to Michael Bay’s success is 1 part t & a and 2 parts explosions. He knows this. You don’t want to sound patronizing.
Eventually, Michael forgave her and offered her a role in TMNT because “he’s a big fan of hers.” Also because he already has the explosions. All he needs now is the t & a. “Hey, how about a scene where April O’Neil takes a shower,” suggested Michael Bay for no reason at all.

Now that Seth MacFarlane has ruled out an Academy Awards repeat, the Oscar folks are hard at work to find an emcee for the 2014 event. However, Tina Fey is also not interested.
The ?30 Rock? babe, who earned rave reviews for her Golden Globes co-hosting gig with Amy Poehler, was actually mentioned by William Shatner during a segment on Sunday?s Oscars as a preferred option to MacFarlane.
But Tina?s not going there. She explained, ?It's an honor to be 'Shatnered.? [But] I just feel like that gig is so hard. Especially for, like, a woman -- the amount of months that would be spent trying on dresses alone . . . No way."
Instead, Fey will focus on the new ?Muppets? movie, a new Steve Carell flick called ?Mail Order Groom,? and developing a new sitcom for the NBC network.

Do you remember back in June 2012 when Lindsay Lohan crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway and a million cracked-out stories filtered through the tabloid media? I remember specifically a story about Lindsay getting out of her totaled Porsche (getting out of the driver?s side) and taking a moment to throw away all of the containers of alcohol in the car. True, that story was largely unverified (I believe only one witness said it happened), but doesn?t it FEEL right? Doesn?t it feel like Lindsay is constantly behind the wheel while under the influence of alcohol and drugs? So? I don?t really get why this TMZ story is all breathless with the breaking news that Lindsay reeked of alcohol after the crash. But there are some interesting details about a plea bargain:
Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking just before she crashed her Porsche last June on Pacific Coast Highway … TMZ has learned. Nevertheless, prosecutors are offering her a brand new plea deal that does NOT involve jail.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a bottle of alcohol was found next to Lindsay’s Porsche, and we’re told her breath smelled of alcohol. For some reason, cops did not perform a field sobriety test at the scene of the crash.
Sources tell us … the Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a residential rehab facility in her lying-to-cops case — where she said she wasn’t driving the Porsche. That’s 4 months less than the original offer.
In addition, we’re told the City Attorney wants Lindsay to attend another set of AA meetings. And he wants her to do community service. We’re told the prosecutor will let her do the community service in New York City, but — unlike Chris Brown — it must be closely monitored.
The wild card is that the L.A. City Attorney is also involved in the case because they’re handling the jewelry heist case where Lindsay is still on probation. Up to now, we’re told the L.A. City Attorney wanted jail time for the probation violation, but the prosecutor may back off that position.
The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller is today … so stay tuned.

As Kaiser reported last week, Megan Fox and Michael Bay have put aside their differences and will work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot movie together. Naturally, this will be the same sort of mindless fare that the Transformers franchises continues to be to this very day, but Megan is apparently a big TMNT fan. Of course, the immediate question about this story is why Michael would take Megan back after she publicly declare that, as a director, he is “like Hitler” and “like Napoleon“. Certainly, TMNT would be just fine without Megan because it’s going to be a terrible movie (that will still make tons of money) no matter what. Well, there’s a new story coming from Radar that says Megan basically grovelled for this role and presented Michael with a “heartfelt apology” because she wanted this job so badly. You know his ego loved it:
Megan Fox won herself a role in the new Michael Bay movie by extending an olive branch to the fiery director because she feared her days as a leading lady were numbered, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The 26-year-old Transformers beauty, who once likened Bay to Hitler in a magazine interview, will team up with the filmmaker for a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
But that?s only after Megan, 26, swallowed her pride, picked up the phone and apologized for her criticism of him!
“It was Megan that made the first move to talk with Michael,” a source tells Radar.
“Since Transformers, she hasn’t been getting the leading lady roles she had hoped for and Megan was starting to get concerned that it was because of what she said about Michael.
“So, she swallowed her pride, picked up the phone and spoke with him to clear the air and apologize. She told him how thankful she was to have been casted by him in the first place, and that she was totally out of line to say what she said.
“In the end she realized that Michael may be a hard taskmaster, but he does it purely to get the best out of his actors on set.
“Michael said he had a role she would be perfect for and was willing to forgive and forget the incident because he?s a big fan of hers,” the source says.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bay announced on his website that the stunner will join him for the remake of the popular 90s franchise.

Well, I will say something nice here — Megan finally recognized that she acted like an unprofessional brat by badmouthing her boss to the press, and she basically did so in the first place because she thought her career would soar once she left Transformers. Obviously, that didn’t happen, but Megan was a brat, and she’s made amends. This doesn’t excuse the fact that Michael is an epic douchebag either, but I guess these two can wallow in their mutual douchiness together — although I can’t stand the idea of a woman having to beg Michael Bay for anything. Pack it in you guys. True love is canceled! Every cute couple in Hollywood is breaking up. Yesterday it was Michelle Williams and Jason Segel, and now Us Weekly provides us with the double whammy ? Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen are over too. BOO. Rachel and Michael have been together since the Toronto Film Festival in 2010 ? that was when they were first seen together, looking couple-y, although they had worked together on Midnight In Paris months earlier. And now they?re over!
Rachel McAdams is back on the market. The actress has ended her real-life romance with Midnight in Paris costar Michael Sheen, a source confirms to Us Weekly. McAdams, 34, and Sheen, 44, took their romance public in October 2010 after meeting on the naturally romantic set of Woody Allen’s film.
“Michael and I didn’t get together while we were filming Midnight in Paris, which I feel strongly about not doing when I’m working. We became quite good friends, which I think is a great way to start,” McAdams told The Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine in January 2012. “I felt very blessed to have made a Woody Allen film in Paris together.”
The Vow actress also shared that her most important relationship is good communication. “You need to trust each other and be able to talk to each other and be best friends.”
During her relationship with the British actor, McAdams remained steadfastly devoted to making it work. “Michael and I never spend more than three weeks apart — we rack up a lot of air miles — but you have to be quite adaptable in this business whether you are in a relationship or not,” she told Stella.
The Canadian star’s last serious relationship prior to Sheen was with her Notebook costar Ryan Gosling. The two began dating in 2005 and were briefly engaged, but called it off in 2007. Sheen had an eight-year relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale from 1995 until 2003; the two share daughter Lily, 14.

Here?s my take/opinion: Michael has an almost pathological resistance to marriage (Kate Beckinsale always said he flat-out refused to marry her), and Rachel is the kind of woman who wants a relationship to follow a traditional course ? romance, dating, then marriage. My take is that Rachel got sick of waiting for the ring and she realized he was never going to propose, so she ended things. Maybe that?s not what happened? but it?s my take.

LeAnn had been tweeting a lot about doing a ?show? in DC, and I thought she was actually going to have a real concert, but I guess it was just this event for the Youth National Guard. Considering the event seems to be for ?the youth,? do you think thigh-high boots and a mini-dress are appropriate? Hm.
I don?t really have much to say here, I just wanted to post these photos because we had them. Should we talk about the rumors that LeAnn is knocked up? To me, her face looks fuller, but I can?t tell if it?s because she?s gained a little weight (from a possible pregnancy) or because her newish bangs change her face. I think it?s a little bit of both ? LeAnn has put on a little weight recently ? I think since Brandi accused her of being addicted to laxatives ? and I won?t criticize her for it. She needed to gain some weight! And it looks fine on her. It actually makes her look younger ? is anyone else getting ?vintage country star LeAnn? vibes? As for the alleged pregnancy? we?ll see. Her people denied the pregnancy reports last week, but God knows.

You?d think that People would have simply devoted their cover story to the post-Oscar coverage, but the Oscars were pushed to the sidebar so that Jennifer could enjoy her moment. I should have known that Jennifer and Justin Theroux?s Oscar red carpet extravaganza was part of a larger plan to make ?JustJen?s Wedding? a much bigger thing.
She conquered the Oscars, and now Jennifer Aniston is preparing for another very big day.
The actress, 44, is in the process of planning her wedding to screenwriter-actor Justin Theroux, 41 ? and she has already checked off some major tasks on her to-do list, including choosing wedding bands, setting a date and narrowing down dresses.
Just don’t expect the wedding, which is likely to take place soon after Aniston wraps her current film in Connecticut on March 8, to be a lavish production.
“It will be a small affair with their closest friends,” a source close to Aniston tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story.
In the meantime, the bride-to-be is enjoying life with her future groom.
“Jen seems more confident than ever,” says the source, “and they’ve become a great team.”

Mila Kunis covers the March issue of Marie Claire UK to promote her role in Oz the Great and Powerful. As is typical for magazine spreads involving Mila, the cover and photoshoot play up the inherent gorgeousness found in Mila’s eyes with tons of dramatic, smoky eyeliner and shadow. Somehow, the heavy-handed eye makeup always works for her, which might be one reason why it’s such a shock when we see her walking around without makeup. To be certain, it always makes me feel better when I see Mila without makeup because it makes me feel better about being so lazy about wearing makeup myself. Usually, a wee bit of eyeliner is all I leave home with in addition to a subtle pop of lip color. If it’s a very, very special occasion, I’ll add some eyeshadow and powder too. Damn, I’m fancy.
Anyway, Mila looks pretty sultry in this photoshoot, and the interview excerpts released thus far aren’t terribly interesting in that she’s once again talking about wanting to cut back on work when she starts a family. However, there is one thing she discusses that is very interesting; that is, Mila apparently suffered an inflammation of one of her irises several years ago, and as a result, she nearly went blind in one eye. In the aftermath, she was left with one brown and one green eye. Now she has a glass lens so that both eyes are the same color. Kind of scary, right?
On fame: “To say my life hasn’t changed would be a lie. It has changed, I don’t really know how. I can’t complain, not that I am complaining, but I can’t leave my house as freely as I used to. But I’ve also travelled a lot for work, so that’s changed. I have been very lucky.”
On recovering from near blindness: “I have [one] glass lens. It’s very dramatic. I had it fixed. I did it three years ago maybe four. It’s not that big a deal.”
Does she censor herself? “Lately, more. More. But I’ve always said that it is much easier to be honest than to be caught up in a bunch of lies. At least this way, you know who you are.”
Looking towards the future: “I don’t think I can do this three-movies-a-year thing. It’s too much. There comes a point in your life where you want to be….home. I want to explore other parts of this industry to see what aspects of it I can get myself into, so that I can… work out of home maybe. Like producing. Then I can have, like, a life, in one location.”

That bit where Mila continues to mull over the future in acting is very telling (I think) in terms of where she sees her relationship with Ashton Kutcher going. If Mila really wants to stay in one place while maintaining a lucrative career, she could always go back to television, but producing probably provides a little more freedom in setting one’s own schedule.

Michelle Williams and Jason Segel are no more! Sad. They had been dating for a year ? almost exactly. Jason was/is tight with Michelle?s BFF Busy Phillips, and Busy introduced them last year during the awards season, when Michelle was up for an Oscar for My Week With Marilyn. Once they got together, they seemed incredibly tight, with Jason coming Brooklyn often to see Michelle and spend time with Matilda, and Michelle and Mattie going to LA to spend time with Jason. There were even widespread reports of an engagement, and I genuinely thought it would happen for them. Alas?

Though the two seemed happy together as recently as January, when they were photographed on vacation in Cancun with Williams’ BFF Busy Philipps, an insider tells Us that their romance couldn’t survive the long distance. (Williams lives in New York with daughter Matilda, 7, while Segel is based in Los Angeles, where his CBS sitcom is filmed.)
Us Weekly broke the news of the couple’s undercover romance in March 2012. In June, a source told Us that Williams and Segel were “totally in love. Jason is obsessed with Michelle.” He had also taken a liking to his girlfriend’s daughter (with her late ex, Heath Ledger). “He’s been doing all sorts of ‘dad stuff’ with her, like drawing and playing music,” the insider said.
The stars kept a relatively low profile throughout their relationship, rarely acknowledging the romance in public. Segel spoke vaguely about Williams last April, telling Extra, “I think we would just very much like to be happy. That’s all I’m going to say about it.”

These are photos of Anne at a breakfast business meeting in Brentwood yesterday ? perhaps she?s lining up her next project?? So far, Oscar-winner Anne Hathaway?s next films are going to be a hodge-podge of non-Oscar-bait fare, like the sequel to Rio (the animated film) and a part in her friend Joseph Gordon Levitt?s Don Jon?s Addiction (which looks rough). She?s also rumored to be attached to some Steven Spielberg Robo-something movie with Chris Hemsworth. So? no prestige pictures yet.
Meanwhile, everyone is still dealing with the Hathaway Backlash. As in, there was a backlash against her little girl voice and her cloying and her LOOK AT ME-ness. What?s horrible is that some of you accused me of being part of the backlash! Have you not been following my coverage of poor Annie? I actually like her, and I?m a full-on Hathaway apologist. Yes, she?s annoyed me at times but I was still rooting for her (mostly because she makes news and she?s fun to cover). So please don?t confuse me with all of the people with a Hathaway Hate-On. That?s not me! Although I will throw a side-eye at her for playing the victim in the wake of her Oscar win:
Practice makes perfect! After facing some backlash over her emotional Golden Globe, SAG and BAFTA acceptance speeches, Anne Hathaway worked very hard on preparing her thank-you for the Oscars.
After winning the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award on Sunday, Feb. 24, the Les Miserables actress admitted that her feelings were hurt by criticism. “It does get to me,” Hathaway, 30, said. “But you have to remember in life that there’s a positive to every negative and a negative to every positive.”
Though the actress tries to brush off the negative comments, a source tells Us Weekly that Hathaway did practice her Oscar speech a lot to try and be more likable. “She was very aware that she had been the butt of everyone’s jokes,” the source says.
Hathaway also worried about picking the perfect gown for her big night. “My dress is Prada and I didn’t know what I was wearing until about 3 hours ago,” she told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
“Procrastination?” the E! host asked.
“No, I think I was just working too hard,” she explained.
Indeed, the source tells Us that Hathaway had four dresses in the running including a dress by Valentino, who designed the gown she wore to her September 2012 wedding to Adam Shulman. But the actress ultimately settled on the revealing Prada dress, telling Seacrest, “It was the one that spoke to me.”
The pale Pink design featured pointy darts on the bustline that inspired a HathawayNipple Twitter account. Spoofing Hathaway’s acceptance speech, one tweet said, “Here’s hoping that someday — in the not too distant future — my wardrobe misfortunes will only be found in stories and never more in real life.”

Sure, there?s a ?damned if she does, damned if she doesn?t? vibe about this. Some people are going to be critical of Anne no matter what. I don?t care that she worked on her acceptance speech ? she came into the Oscars as a ?sure thing? and she?d won every award up until that point. What bugs me is that she practiced her Oscar speech? and her speech was super-annoying. The baby voice has to go ? people aren?t expecting Anne to be a breathy little girl with a ?sexy baby? voice. That?s totally Kardashian/Paris Hilton. Just talk like a normal adult woman and everyone will like it so much better.

Taking a break from his recent promotional duties for "Safe Haven," Josh Duhamel was on hand for the New York Moves magazine's cover party in New York City on Tuesday (February 26).
The 40 year-old Hollywood hunk looked casually dapper in a leather jacket, jeans and sneakers as he showed off his latest cover for the publication's men's spring issue.
Aside from keeping busy in his professional life, Josh is also preparing for a busier household as he and his wife Fergie are expecting their first child.
The news was originally announced last week on the "Black Eyed Peas" front woman's Twitter page. After a bevvy of excitement poured in from the pair's fans, Duhamel happily tweeted his appreciation, writing, "Thank you for the outpouring of well wishes! We are grateful and blessed. #MyLovelyBabyBump."

The Victoria's Secret Angel donned all black in a wool coat, black top, and leather pants with matching heels as she smiled sweetly at photographers.

Always one to make a splash on the fashion scene, Olivia Wilde was on hand for the new BOBO store opening in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Tuesday (February 26).
The "People Like Us" actress looked casually chic in an all-black ensemble that included leather skinny pants and a classic top as she posed for photographs before looking around the new digs.
Although Olivia was solo for her trip to South America, she and her fiance Jason Sudeikis recently enjoyed some couple time in NYC.
