Getting in the day's cardio, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted out running through the streets of Los Angeles on Wednesday morning (February 23).
Showing off her sans-makeup good looks, the young actress sported a grey hoody, black tights and a white baseball hat with the word 'Faith' on it for the day-beginning fitness session.
The sighting comes as Vanessa is inching nearer and nearer to the March 25th release of her new movie "Sucker Punch".
Talking about the flick with OMG, Miss Hudgens enthusiastically dished, "It is a super hardcore awesome girl power type character that I play called Blondie."
She added, "I hope that people are going to be completely blown away. It is unlike anything you have seen me do before. Let?s just say that I have a Tomahawk fight sequence - it is pretty cool."

She showed up at court today to deal with her grand theft charges, and though she was offered a plea bargain, Lindsay Lohan turned it down.
According to TMZ, the ?Georgia Rule? actress wasn?t about to agree to a deal that involved any jail time whatsoever.
And after leaving the courthouse, LiLo told a close friend that she?s planning on going to trial to fight the allegations.
Lindsay stated, ?I didn?t steal.? However, if she?s found guilty she?ll have a much steeper penalty than if she would have just accepted the plea bargain.

Treating prospective moviegoers to a steamy new preview, the red-band trailer for "Bad Teacher" has officially been released.
The offering shows Cameron Diaz in all of her sexiness as she co-stars alongside Justin Timberlake in the film due out on June 24, 2011.
As for the plotline, the Jake Kasdan directed project is described as "a comedy centered around a foul-mouthed, junior high teacher who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, begins to woo a colleague -- a move that pits her against a well-loved teacher."
With Jason Segel and Phyllis Smith also starring, Miss Diaz's character is that of the hot teacher who tries to land the rich substitute (played by Timberlake).

In what has become a familiar scene, Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at an LA County Courthouse today (February 23) to face charges of grand theft.
The ?Mean Girls? actress, who turned up clad in a black top and white pants, as she was granted a continuance set to take place March 10th at 8:30 a.m.
The judge noted that the signing of a plea deal would guarantee jail time, saying, "I don't care that you're Lindsay Lohan."
Previously, Lohan?s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has declared that LiLo will only accept a plea deal if it keeps her out of the slammer- otherwise she?ll fight the charges.
Holley explained, "Ms. Lohan maintains her innocence, and now that I've seen the police reports, I believe the case is entirely defensible. Having said that, we will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career."

Ugh. Below is the new commercial for Miss Dior Cherie perfume, starring Natalie Portman. Natalie is also the face of the perfume in print ads too, which I think were probably done before Natalie was pregnant, or when she was just a few months into conceiving her conception. I don?t even have words for how much I dislike this commercial. It was directed by Sofia Coppola, and it uses the famous Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin song, ?Je t’aime…moi non plus”. But I didn?t realize that at first, and I thought Natalie Portman was singing - Birkin sounds like Natalie, or vice versa.
It?s just awkward. Like, it was aiming for girly and fun-sexy, but it?s odd seeing Natalie pretend to be silly and fun while her default expression is ?Imma gonna cut somebody? bitchface. In the last shot, where she undoes the tie from her neck, she looks less provocative and more pissed off. And I hate the way the dude jerks Natalie back onto the bed. It seems rude.

We’ve kind of ignored Paris Hilton for a while, but now that the Kardashian girls are all over the place I have to say I kind of miss her squinty bird face. She’s really quite harmless when compared to the alternative, and I kind of miss the halcyon days of Paris’ ubiquity. Paris has gained some weight recently, sparking pregnancy rumors. She’s cleared that up with the news that she’s on a 3,500 calorie a day bodybuilding diet thanks to the influence of her boyfriend/maybe fiance, Cy Waits. In a new interview with OK! Magazine, she says that she keeps active and that she’s now “a normal weight.” Paris is slightly growing on me. (No pun intended.) She’s respectful and appropriately-dressed in her court appearances, she’s relatively low-key with her famewhoring lately, and she looks really good and healthy with her recent weight gain. What the hell is wrong with me? (Note that I wrote all that before looking at any pictures of her. Once I saw her I came back to reality.)

Paris has a new reality show coming on Oxygen, The World According to Paris, and I think she’ll soon find that people don’t really care. Her fame piqued in 2007. She might be more likeable now but that doesn’t translate into interest in whatever project she’s taking on. At least she’s setting a better example now that she’s off the coke (presumably) and isn’t a stick insect. Maybe this guy is the one for her though. He got her to eat something. He does look like a douche, but so is she.

Once again, since this is a celebrity site, I?m not going to get into the history of Sudan, or get into details about the genocide or the history of oppression and violent, bloody rule, or how more people should be paying attention. Clooney on using his celebrity: ?It?s harder for authoritarian regimes to survive, because we can circumvent old structures with cell phones and the Internet,? says Clooney. ?Celebrity can help focus news media where they have abdicated their responsibility. We can?t make policy, but we can ?encourage? politicians more than ever before.? Which was why, a few weeks ago, Clooney was being driven in a white pickup down a red dirt road under the watchful eyes of teenage soldiers armed with AK-47s. Clooney doesn?t want to run for anything: ?I didn?t live my life in the right way for politics, you know,? he said, sitting outside the Central Pub in Juba, scarfing down pizza. ?I f–ked too many chicks and did too many drugs, and that?s the truth.? A smart campaigner, he believes, ?would start from the beginning by saying, ?I did it all. I drank the bong water. Now let?s talk about issues.? Clooney?s strategy for public diplomacy is informed by film. ?You have to get people in the theater first,? he reflects. ?The trick is to be really concise?it?s a one-liner on a poster, right? You have to make it clear. ?You can stop a war before it starts? [or] ?If you had a chance to prevent the next Darfur, what would you do??? You cannot sustain people?s attention seven days a week, for a long period of time. Actors have an advantage, because you do a movie and then you disappear for a while,? he says. ?That?s what John and I try to do?come back every three or four months with something new to reignite interest.? Then he jokes it might take The Real Housewives of Sudan to keep Americans? attention.
Clooney on his job as a celebrity activist: ?My job is to amplify the voice of the guy who lives here and is worried about his wife and children being slaughtered,? says Clooney, summing up the opportunity and obligation of the celebrity statesman. ?He wants to shout it from the mountaintops, but he doesn?t have a very big megaphone or a very big mountain. So he?s asking anyone who has a mountain and megaphone to protect his family, his village. And if he finds me and asks, ?You got a big megaphone?? and I say, ?Yes.? ?You got a decent-size mountain to yell it from?? ?Yeah, I got a pretty good-sized mountain.? ?Will you do me a favor and yell it?? The Newsweek article is full of quotes from people who give George a lot of credit for positively affecting the situation in Southern Sudan - and I think it?s well-deserved. Clooney has put his time, his money and his credibility where his mouth is, and he did positively affect the situation. Although, and this is just nit-picking: I wish Clooney would stop referencing his 2005-06 Oscar campaign as the catalyst for him getting more involved in international humanitarian tragedies. It makes him seem? blas. That?s my only complaint though, so he?s doing something right.

Owen Wilson was on The Tonight Show last night promoting Hall Pass, which is out this Friday and looks like it could be funny. (Here’s a link to the trailer.) On The Tonight Show, Wilson looked really tired but happy and was gushing about his six week old son, Robert Ford Wilson.
New dad Owen Wilson opened up for the first time about his son Robert Ford, nearly 6 weeks, on Tuesday’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
“I’m glowing,” the Hall Pass actor, 42, said of his baby boy with girlfriend Jade Duell, born in Hawaii on Jan. 14.
The star baby is a “very cute little boy and he’s doing well,” Wilson said. “It’s very exciting!”
Although Robert Ford takes his name from his grandfather (Wilson’s dad Robert), “he’ll probably go by ‘Ford,’” the actor said.
The laid-back comic star admitted he’s a little tuckered out like all new parents.
“What they say about newborns and not getting a lot of sleep, that’s true,” he told Jay Leno. “You look at every place as a potential nap place. I’m looking at this couch, maybe at commercial break, [I'll take a] little shut-eye there!”

Owen also said that his son is named after his grandfather (Owen’s dad), Robert, but would probably go by his middle name, Ford. He joked that when his kid was older and he needs to get him to concentrate on his homework he’ll tell him “Ford focus.” For his first birthday, he’ll have a “Ford fiesta.” As for little Ford’s personality, he said “he’s so cute, he becomes sort of a little scenestealer when he comes into the room. Without even saying a lot he kind of has a Steve McQueen in Magnificent Seven [presence].” He also repeated the same thing he said earlier about how Ford looks like “other babies,” and that he couldn’t see a resemblance at this point.
There’s some question about the paternity of Owen’s son. His girlfriend’s ex seems to be talking smack about her to the tabloids, and has brought the timeline of her pregnancy into question. Many of you pointed out that Owen probably got a paternity test to confirm that he’s the dad.
Owen seems to be in a good place right now. He talked about how great he felt while he was throwing the ball around during the pre-game show at the Superbowl. You can tell that he’s exhausted but so thrilled to be a new dad. Things have really turned around for him.

The "El Hormiguero" visit comes as Jen and Adam, as well as Brooklyn Decker, premiered their film in Berlin, Germany followed by Madrid, Spain.

Here is a great example of one of my biggest problems with Jennifer Aniston?s style. One of the things she is most famous for is that body. She works so hard on that body. She diets. She exercises. She does yoga. She spends hours and hours sculpting that body into a masterpiece. And she wants to show it off - and so she does, in photo shoot after nearly-naked photo shoot. But then she chokes on the red carpet. I?m not saying Aniston has to wander around in Pamela Anderson?s cast-offs, but I get the feeling that Aniston still doesn?t know what clothes really show off her crazy body to its fullest potential.
Take this black potato sack dress, designer unknown, which Aniston wore to the Just Go With It premiere in Madrid yesterday. Angelina Jolie is going to homewreck Aniston?s closet to get this dress. La Jolie lusts after this kind of sack dress. It?s just? unflattering. It makes Aniston look thick around her mid-section, something she is not. The only good thing about the dress is how short it is - Aniston?s legs look great.
Brooklyn is wearing Dolce & Gabbana, by the way. And I threw in a photo of Aniston on some Spanish television show, wearing her glasses. I really like her frames too.

Last week, Halle Berry’s older half sister, Renee Berry, told In Touch that she thought Gabriel Aubry needed a better chance to co-parent his daughter Nahla. She said “You don?t get your wings by holding grudges? I hate that she?s going through with this custody battle. I?m sure it?s difficult for both her and Gabriel, but they should remember that the child comes first… If he wants to be a father, he should be allowed to do so.”
Renee, 51, has a new interview with The Daily Mail and she doesn’t pull punches when it comes to her relationship with Halle and some of the things that Halle has said about her father. Halle’s dad had Renee with another woman before he met Halle’s mom. The way Renee tells it, their dad liked to drink and he did spank them, but he wasn’t abusive like Halle claims. Renee also says that Halle has cut herself off from their side of the family, and that the would love to meet Nahla.
The actress’s half-sister Renee Berry, 51, accused the Oscar winner of cutting off the African-American side of her family.
Renee, a food service worker from Alabama, is desperate to reconnect with her famous sister, especially when she is going through such a difficult time in the courts.
Renee is the daughter of 44-year-old Halle’s late African-American father Jerome and Edwina Taylor - who broke up with him shortly before he started dating the actress’ mother Judith Hawkins.
Although Jerome and Judith split up when Halle was just four years old, Renee remained ‘very close’ to the future Hollywood star while they were growing up - despite cutting herself off from her father after the divorce.
Renee told the Daily Mirror: ‘I?m sad to say it seems like she does not want anything to do with us. I have not spoken to her in about five years.
‘I tried to contact her through her website, to congratulate her on her Oscar, but no one got back to me.
‘We would love to meet Nahla. We are desperate to understand why Halle is so upset, why she feels she cannot be with us.’
In interviews over the years, Halle has alleged Jerome was a violent alcoholic who beat her mother Judith in front of her and sister Heidi.
In an interview two years ago, Halle said: ‘I saw my mother battered, and could not do anything to stop it.
‘My father was tyrannical, lashing out at her for no reason. I felt the effects that had on our family - I?ve experienced what these women have gone through.’
Renee claims Halle was angry with her when she made a public plea to visit Jerome when he was dying from Parkinson’s Disease.
Despite Halle’s negative memories of her childhood with Jerome, Renee paints a very different picture of their father as a ‘good man’.
She said: ‘My father never beat any of us. He would spank us from time to time, but he never abused us. He liked a drink or two, like anyone else does, but he was not an alcoholic.’

I hate that I’m defending Halle but both Halle and Renee could be right about their dad. It’s possible that Renee remembers it one way and Halle remembers it another, or that their dad was abusive to Halle’s mom but not to Renee’s mom. Also, the stuff about being estranged from the “African American” side of their family was written by The Daily Mail and Halle’s sister didn’t directly say that. She just said that she’s upset that Halle hasn’t talked to her in over five years. Halle is not the most stable or reasonable person but we don’t know the history there. Her sister seemed earnest about wanting a relationship with Halle and her quotes weren’t that sensational. The fact that Renee is so willing to talk to the press makes me question her side of the story, though.
Halle Berry was at the Costume Designers Guild awards last night in Beverly Hills and she looked amazing. That draped red dress would earn her best dressed at the Oscars. It’s gorgeous.

So anyway, Rihanna is taking the typical route that black women take with their abusers and has requested that the restraining order against Chris Brown be relaxed. Says Digital Spy,
A judge has approved a request by Rihanna’s lawyer David Etra for the singer’s restraining order against Chris Brown to be relaxed.
Etra stated earlier this month that the terms of the protection would be lowered to a “level one”, which was put into effect in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday.
The new rules allow Brown to contact Rihanna provided that he does not “annoy, molest or harass her”, reports E Online.
Fame, beauty and fortune, and she still doesn’t think she can do better than someone who made her look like she had tried bouncing off the sidewalk. Ah, true love! Making her Stateside return from Asia, Taylor Swift was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport in Los Angeles last night (February 22).
The ?Speak Now? songstress looked a bit tired as she made her way through the terminal sporting a striped top with a red skirt and the number ?13? written on her hand.
The night before, Taylor wrapped up her Asian tour with a fabulous concert in Hong Kong.

Please, don?t everyone start yelling at me all at once. Something about the Tom Brady-Gisele Bundchen- Bridget Moynahan situation makes people start yelling (at me) immediately. I?ll have to admit, though, I love these Budget Bermuda Triangle stories. I usually find Bridget to be hilariously bitchy, I think Gisele is a sanctimonious a-hole, and I find Tom Brady to be pretty clueless and bland, and unworthy of all of the drama. Anyway, Bridget has a cover interview with More Magazine to promote her new television gig, Blue Bloods. Of course, she gets questions about her son Jack and Jack?s father Tom. Personally, I find Bridget?s comments very pointed, like she was specifically referencing certain things (Tom not being in the delivery room) while making a conscious effort to not mention other stuff. But that?s just me - I will literally read anything into anything. I live to overanalyze:
They’ve had rocky patches, but Bridget Moynahan says she and Tom Brady ? along with his wife Gisele Bndchen ? have managed to create a stable family for their son, 3 -year-old John Edward.
“I never made a comment about Gisele or Tom publicly,” Moynahan, who graces the March cover of More, tells the magazine. “I have a relationship with these people on a daily basis.”
And, she adds, that the blended family is going well. “My son has two loving parents and an extended family, whether it’s cousins or stepmothers or boyfriends. My son is surrounded by love.”
Still, Moynahan, who turns 40 in April, admits being a single mom has been tough, starting with the birth itself in 2007.
“[Tom] was not in the [delivery] room,” says Moynahan, who had already split from Brady when she discovered she was pregnant. “He was there on that day and came in afterwards. He certainly wasn’t holding my hand while I pushed.”
Relying on her parents and friends for support, she recalls “hyperventilating” with anxiety after giving birth: “Every time my dad mentioned he had to go [home to Massachusetts], I’d start crying.”
Even though she doesn’t believe “any girl grows up dreaming of being a single mom,” she also stresses, “There’s not a second I regret having a child on my own.”
A New Love
Apart from her son, another positive force in her life is her new boyfriend, Charlie’s Angels director Joseph “McG” McGinty Nichol.
Revealing they met on an airplane, Moynahan ? who currently plays an almost-divorced prosecutor on the CBS series Blue Bloods alongside Tom Selleck ? says McG is not only good for her, but for her son, as well.
“He’s witty, he’s smart, he’s incredibly funny, he’s got incredible taste, and he comes from a great family,” Moynahan gushes. “He’s the salt of the earth but also very successful in the crazy business that we’re in.”
And, she adds, “He and Jack have a great relationship.”

My son is surrounded by love.” Well? I?ll give it to Bridget, that was pretty classy. I mean, ?stepmother? came after ?cousin,? but still. Considering Gisele constantly refers to Jack as hers, I think this is the best we can hope for out of Bridget. But yeah? Gisele bugs the hell out of me. I can?t imagine having to deal with her all of the time, and watching her try to out-mother every single woman on the planet.
Also - while Bridget rarely makes specific comments about Gisele, like ?Gisele is a sanctimonious a–hole, signed B-Moyn,? Bridget has made some other pointed comments about ?irresponsible mothers? who promote motherhood as easy. Bridge even has some loyal, talkative ?friends? who do her dirty work in the press, if need be. But sure? she never talks about Gisele or Tom. Of course. “PUBLICLY”
