Looking to fill up before her morning travels, Ashley Greene was spotted picking up some lunch from Tender Greens in West Hollywood today (June 5).
The ?A Warrior?s Heart? hottie carried a couple iced teas and salads out of the eatery, looking stylish in a grey sleeveless top with grey and white printed trousers.
After changing up outfits, Miss Greene grabbed her luggage including her pet pooch Marlow as she headed to LAX Airport for a flight out of town.
The busy start to the day comes after Ashley and the rest of her Cullen cohorts celebrated a big win at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards this past Sunday.
?Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1? won the Best Movie golden popcorn trophy, as well as the award for Best Kiss thanks to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?s lip-locking.
Of the four-time Best Movie win, Jackson Rathbone noted, "As we're wrapping up, to have so much love still and you gave us a four-peat, so thank you. That's something that not a lot of people can say."

When speaking about her engagement and future married life, the ?Summer Catch? star is optimistic and says, ?to me, nothing will really change, because I'm almost never home.?
Miss Biel is engaged the multi-talented Justin Timberlake and in an interview with People she added, ?For me, getting married doesn't mean we should limit ourselves to some pre-defined idea. Rather, it's an opportunity to explore new things in life.?

The "Modern Family" actress looked stunning as always in a bright purple blouse, figure hugging cuffed jeans and strappy heels as she made her way out of her hotel while playing on her phone.
In other personal news, the Colombian stunner and her ex, Nick Loeb, were just recently spotted separately leaving the Max Brenner Chocolate Shop restaurant in NYC.
It's been just over a month since the two split, but it is unknown at this point whether or not the pair may be rekindling their romance.

Celine Dion is one classy, hardworking bitch. She was on The Today Show yesterday explaining what happened when she had to cancel five whole weeks of her show in Vegas, due to a virus that affected her vocal cords and singing ability. Celine was really matter-of-fact and cool about her medically-imposed hiatus, and basically said she doesn’t define herself by her voice. She said “I don’t depend on my success and my singing. Don’t get me wrong. I love what I do. But I don’t hold on to that. When you have children, you have accomplished a lot.” She went on to say that her house is full of playrooms and that the floor is sticky, and she sometimes gets Cheerios in her hair. Celine has son Ren-Charles, 11, and twin sons Eddy and Nelson, two and a half, with her husband of 17 years, Rene Angelil. She went through many heartbreaking miscarriages before she was able to successfully conceive her twins, and I remember well how open she and her husband were about their struggles.
In her Today Show interview, Celine was of course very gracious and well spoken about Kate Winslet’s diss of her classic hit “My Heart Will Go On.” As you might remember, Kate said that the song, the theme for her seminal film Titanic, makes her “feel like throwing up when I hear it,” and that it’s often played in her honor when she walks into restaurants and bars. It was kind of obnoxious, but that’s Kate for you. (Although I thought it was pretty funny.) When Celine was responding to the question about Kate’s diss, she swallowed a little bit and you could tell it bothered her, (that’s at around 3:45 in the video above) but she then went on to talk about how the song made her career.
The way I see it is that ‘My Heart Will Go On’ gave me the opportunity to be associated with a classic that will live forever. If I just count how many times I’ve sung it, maybe it’ll get me sick. If she feels tired just hearing it, and, like, throwing up, I’m glad she was not the one singing it.

Then Celine went on to say that her son likes Eminem and that “who knows” if she’s going to collaborate with him someday. She’s really cool, I enjoyed watching this interview a lot. (Although I still remember how she had the “Ridiculous Pictures of Celine Dion” Tumblr taken down. That was not cool.)
Winslet should take a page from Celine Dion. It might be annoying to hear the same cloying song over and over again, but tell that story to your friends. Tell the press that you’re grateful that the movie/song helped make you successful. Titanic will probably remain the highest grossing film of Winslet’s career (to quote Wiki) and it’s definitely what she’s known for. It’s not like she’s doing superhero movies now. Have some tact.

Julianne Hough fared much better last night at the CFDAs than in the midriff-bearing black number she wore to the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday evening. Here she looked both boobtastic and sophisticated in a fire-engine red Kaufmanfranco stretch-crepe gown. It’s rather unusual for Julianne to show so much skin in the upper-body area, but she looks sexy enough here without coming off as trashy. Julianne also went low key in the accessory department with only diamond drop earrings and a gold clutch to mix things up and not draw too much attention from the main attraction. She looks great here with the smoky eyes and slightly messy updo. This is a fashion win for Julianne.
Selita Ebanks fared slightly worse in the gown department, and I’m not really sure what she was going for other than a Vegas red carpet vibe. Her white and gold dress is both matronly and boob squishing, and this reminds me of something that Ivana Trump might wear. Seleta is so, so pretty though, and that makes this dress even more unfortunate. Perhaps an updo might have helped? Oh who am I kidding — not much could disguise the existence of this gown.
Kyra Sedgwick walked the red carpet like a pro in this black pantsuit that might have had the likes of Tilda Swinton drooling in envy. Of course, Kyra doesn’t quite have the fashion presence of Tilda, but Kyra is also no slouch in the poise department. She looks classy and lovely here too. Love the silver, peep-toe sandals.

Heather Graham essentially wore a nightgown to last night’s CFDA event, which I guess isn’t a complete shock for a woman who once wore a bustier and hot pants to the premiere of a children’s movie. For decades now, I’ve always thought that Heather is so gorgeous, but she’s not a big fashion girl in any sense of the word. So let’s talk about this pale blue nightie, which a few websites have mistakenly identified as Marchesa, and it’s certainly an Ice-Capadey enough design that such a mistake is both understandable and hilarious. This is in fact a Nicole Miller design, and here she is with the (back of the) designer; as you can see, this dress had a nice amount of moment and got all fluttery (and mullety?) when Heather set it into motion.
Heather’s big blue eyes were on full display at the event, and the color of the gown really played them up. So maybe those peepers help a little to distract from the fact that Heather was wearing lingerie on the red carpet. Or maybe not.
Karen Elson bared her midriff in a jade-green-and-black patterned dress that looked like a two-piecer. Not many people (or models even) could pull off this look, but Karen’s sense of style is so offbeat that it somehow works for her. Those funky, red, peep-toe sandals are equally bizarre, but Karen works them too.
Karolina Kurkova‘s dress was quite strange, and at first glance, it almost looks to be constructed from Egyptian-patterned fabric. But up close, there’s all sorts of stuff going on, and the effect is way too busy. Karolina opted for an Erickson Beamon necklace and black and gold strappy sandals as well. The really odd part of this dress though is the cape. Weird, right?

You know how Justin Bieber thinks he’s the next Michael Jackson and how he wants to “become the greatest” superstar? He really said this earlier this year. Well now I know exactly where he got it from, his mentor and benefactor, Usher. I don’t pay much attention to Usher, but from his what I’ve heard about him, I’ve gotten the impression that he’s a jerk. (Although I’ve softened toward him lately, but that’s dissipating.) He sounds really full of himself in these quotes, but I might just give him a pass for them if he was just talking about his confidence in his professional abilities. You have to have a good dose of self esteem to perform in front of tens of thousands of people, surely. But then he talks about how he’s really good looking and wouldn’t turn it down if he had a chance to forsake his looks or something. As our friends at Evil Beet point out, the dude is in Megan Fox territory here.
Usher thinks everything he does is ”genius”.
The ‘OMG’ hitmaker considers it important to live his life to the full and always believe in everything he tries his hand to.
He said: ”I live every day like it’s my last. I approach everything I ever do as though it’s the most genius thing ever, regardless of whether it is or not.
”I really do believe something incredible is happening every moment I’m able to continue to do this. So I wanna live in it. Enjoy every waking moment. And I really do.”
Usher is happy to be good looking and enjoys the fact he is attractive to women.
He added: ”If I could turn [being] this good-looking down, I mean, I don’t know that I would. I was fortunately blessed with these good looks, I may as well do something with them, you know what I mean? I think we’re all just trying to live up to Sean Connery, the epitome of cool.”
The singer admits he has always had a strong sense of self belief.
He added to Q magazine: ”As a kid my mother would say, ‘You should stop running around telling people you’re gonna be a superstar!’ It was too much for people but I needed something to believe in.”

I think there’s a real difference between believing in yourself and having the ability to achieve great things, and believing your own hype and never questioning your decisions. It’s a thin line, but it’s there. Someone like Will Smith has a very strong sense of self worth but manages to be gracious to fans and seemingly grateful for his success. That’s genuine. I’ll give Usher credit, he’s been incredibly successful in his career. (He’s still just 33 despite the age of the women he dates.) Usher thinks he’s all that and that he’s been amazing since he was a child. I try to teach my son that he’s no better than anyone else. Did Usher’s mom tell him that, or did she just tell him to keep quiet about his inherent greatness?
Also, he’s a decent looking guy but he’s not amazingly good looking or anything. It really depends on his hair, I think. He’s not as attractive when his hair is all grown out and fluffy. I really hope someone specifically asked him these questions and he didn’t just pontificate about how amazing and gorgeous he is.

Out spending some one on one time together, Gwen Stefani and her son, Zuma, were spotted having an afternoon play date at Cold Water Park in Beverly Hills, CA on Monday (June 4).
The mommy son duo looked to be having a great time as they were seen swinging on the swings and playing on the playground while proud momma Gwen looked fabulous sporting her bright red lip and taking pictures of her little man.
The "No doubt" songstress has been spending lots of time with her sons lately and even took them along to a charity event this weekend. On Sunday the beautiful blonde took both of her sons, Zuma and Kingston, A Time For Heroes Celebrity Picnic in Los Angeles.
The fun charity event, which offered carnival games along with arts and crafts, also went to a great cause benefiting the Elizabeth Glaser AIDS Foundation as well as the Wadsworth Theater.

The 30-year-old singer looked darling in a Tribal top and Levi's Curve ID jeans for the Matt Jones shot front page while dishing about everything from to losing weight to finding happiness.

On how she lost the weight:

I?m going to be completely honest?I had no one looking out for me. They were looking out for the show, and it was horrible. I was 19 years old. Mary-Kate Olsen dyed her hair! Right? That?s MK with the dark hair in the black gown, and Ashley is the blonde in the purple dress? Sure. That?s what I?m going with. Anyway, these are new photos of MK and Ashley at last night?s CFDAs, definitely the most low-key event as compared to the Met Gala. Both girls wore their own label, The Row. I hate to admit it, but I kind of like Ashley?s purple gown. It?s nice seeing her in such a beautiful color, and while the gown shows off nothing of her slender figure, I?m imagining this on a pregnant celebrity and I?m liking it. MK?s gown is just meh, though. I do like her as brunette, I have to admit. And the twins still spend too much time on the red carpet posing tit-to-tit. It?s not cute! But MK and Ashley did have a good night – they won the 2012 Womenswear Designers of the Year for The Row. Congrats.
Rachel Zoe, stylist and designer, was also wearing something from her own collection. I hate the dress, but I?m including these photos with the Olsen ladies because I think of Rachel Zoe as an honorary Olsen. All three women are so, so skinny and all of them hide their bodies in these bulky, oversized clothes. I?m not saying that ALL women need to show off their bodies and wear bandage dresses. I?m not saying that at all. But this oversized hobo-chic look has run its course. Buy some clothes that fit, for the love of God. And considering all of these women are ?designers? – surely they can ?design? something that fits?

This news came out yesterday, but I wanted to listen to TMZ’s explanation of this complicated story and it took me a little while. They covered this on TMZ live yesterday (it’s in the first part of this video) and I think they did a great job of explaining it clearly, along with all the legal issues. As you know, Halle Berry has been gunning to move to France, against the wishes of her daughter Nahla’s birth father, Gabriel Aubry. TMZ head Harvey Levin explained why Halle is likely to be allowed to move to France by the judge presiding over her custody case, essentially taking Nahla away from her dad. Levin sounded much more balanced in his viewpoint this time around, and he admitted that it was messed up that Halle will probably get to move to France, under the current custody law. It’s all about which custodial parent Nahla is better off with.
A new custody evaluation report supposedly found Halle to be the superior parent. Under the current law in California, a child can move anywhere the custodial parent wants. Now, given Halle’s income she will most likely have to foot the bill for Gabriel to come to Paris to visit Nahla, but she probably doesn’t care. According to TMZ she’s about to get her way.
I’ve transcribed some of TMZ live below. Most of the quotes are from Harvey Levin:
Halle Berry came out the better parent in the custody evaluation report
The custody evaluation report is in. Halle Berry won, the custody evaluator said Halle is the better parent.
Gabriel has “personal issues”
Gabriel has ‘personal issues that prevent him from being the kind of custodial parent that would be secure, and safe and good for Nahla.’ The custody evaluation said it would ‘affect his ability to be responsible for Nahla’ They don’t think he has any problem with how much he loves his daughter, but there’s a couple of personal issues which affect his ability to take responsibility.
The custody evaluation is based on Halle’s allegations!
[The report] is sealed, but it is a long report. The evaluator is addressing a lot of the allegations Halle made. When they went to Europe, Gabriel allegedly neglected the child and the child ended up being in harm’s ways as a result. Not that he wanted to put the child there. According to Halle… and the evaluator, he’s not a great parent in regards to being responsible and ‘on it.’ He loves his kid for sure, and she loves him, but in regards to being a custodial parent, Halle is the better parent.
Why Halle will probably get to move to Paris
The way the law is worded in California, the judge cannot second guess Halle’s [move to France.] The judge cannot say ‘you’re not going to move to France…’ If any parent goes to a custody judge and says ‘I’m moving to Paris [etc]. Whatever they say, the judge has to take it as a fact that that parent is moving. The judge cannot second guess it and say ‘no you can’t.’ She has a right to move, and the judge has to accept it.
Given that, the judge now has to say. ‘Is it in the best interest of Nahla to be with Halle in Paris or Gabriel in Los Angeles.’
Why it doesn’t matter if Halle is out for revenge
Here’s what’s screwed up about this. If Halle did this even out of revenge, and I’m not saying that she did…. she could do it. She could say ‘I’m moving to France,’ and the judge has to accept it.
On how Halle came out in the report
She came out pretty unscathed. They’re looking at her ability to parent the kid. Right now she parents Nahla. It’s not so much whether Halle has issues with relationships, and many people say she does. This is about how she parents the kid. The report, the way it’s been told to me, she is the far superior custodial parent.
Frankly the law is screwed up. That a parent can say “I’m moving somewhere,” even if it’s out of revenge. The judge can’t second guess it [he] has to accept it. All the judge is left with is ‘who’s the better parent.’
On if her paparazzi freakout sealed the deal
This thing with the photographer happened way after the evaluator made his decision. It’s not like Halle has to justify moving. It turns out she doesn’t.

Notice how Levin admits that the custody evaluation is sealed, and hedges his comments with “the way it’s been told to me.” This is all Halle’s side of the story, and even Levin now believes that this is unfair and screwed up. Aubry hasn’t said a thing to Radar, his outlet of choice, and he easily could. I’m just hoping that Halle is delusional about her chances, as usual, and that the judge makes some kind of ruling that Nahla will remain under 50/50 custody. Hopefully that would mean that Halle doesn’t have the right to move to France. A ruling is expected in this case at the end of the month.

Kristen Stewart covers the July issue of Vanity Fair magazine. These are some selected photos from the Mario Testino shoot – thoughts? I?ve praised Kristen?s makeup artist before, and once again, I think her makeup looks great? but I?m gradually coming to the opinion that Kristen simply has a face that ?takes? extreme makeup. You know, some girls can?t DO dramatic makeup – I?m one of them. I look better when my makeup is natural and ?dewy? – not ?dramatic?. Kristen can pull off extreme makeup looks. I think the little dog on her lap is kind of dumb, though. She?s not Paris Hilton. She?s not a fashion girl carrying around a little dog in her Birkin.
As for the VF interview? well, VF really went out of their way to release some of the best quotes. It feels like VF is really trying to win over the all-powerful Twihard contingent, especially when Kristen goes off, yelling at her biggest critics (although I don?t think she accurately assesses her critics? arguments).
?I have been criticized a lot for not looking perfect in every photograph,? Kristen Stewart tells Vanity Fair contributing editor Ingrid Sischy in July?s cover story. ?I get some serious sh-t about it. I?m not embarrassed about it. I?m proud of it. If I took perfect pictures all the time, the people standing in the room with me, or on the carpet, would think, What an actress! What a faker! That thought embarrasses me so much that I look like sh-t in half my photos, and I don?t give a f–k. What matters to me is that the people in the room leave and say, ?She was cool. She had a good time. She was honest.? I don?t care about the voracious, starving sh-t eaters who want to turn truth into sh-t. Not that you can say that in Vanity Fair!?
On top of battling personal reluctance, Stewart also struggles with the public?s preconceived notions about her personality. ?People have decided how they are going to perceive her,? Now past the initial Sting of her harsh childhood critics, Stewart has developed into a wry and at-ease adult, and Sischy caught her in the mood for modest adventures?like when she takes the actress to a quiet, tucked-away table in the back of a Parisian seafood restaurant, where they are offered escargot, a dish that Stewart has never tried. I know she?s super-cool and somewhat intelligent (I go back and forth on that), but she really needs to change up her vocabulary. I cuss like a sailor too, but every other word out of my mouth isn?t ?sh-t? and ?f–k?. Also: did anyone else not really see Kristen?s delineation from ?delinquent slimy idiot? and ?a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot?? Plus, I just don?t think anyone should refer to themselves as ?a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot.? That?s like Rooney Mara calling herself ?aloof?.

I completely forgot about the CFDAs (Council of Fashion Designers of America). It?s sort of like the Met Gala, only not as glamorous and much more about the actual designers rather than the Fashion Girls. Thus, the photos and fashion moments aren?t quite as good. Like, the most ?important? people at the Met Gala were (arguably) Beyonce and Gisele Bundchen. The most important people at the CFDAs were designers/celebrities Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
Anyway, Zoe Saldana was one of the most photographed women at the event (which should tell you something), so here you go. Zoe wore Prabal Gurung, and she was Gurung?s ?date? too – that?s Gurung in the tux. I?m not crazy about the gown – it?s too busy. I know that a strange thing to say about a black gown, but the sheer panels and insets seem schizophrenic.
And here?s my girl Doutzen Kroes, in yet another black gown, this one by Sophie Theallet. It reminds me of the Dior gown Charlize wore to the UK SWATH premiere a few weeks ago – and I didn?t care for that Dior for the same reason I don?t care for this Theallet. It?s too sheer, too exposed. We?re looking at Doutzen?s chicken cutlet falsies, right?
Seth Meyers and his girlfriend, Alexi Ashe. This is just a reminder: Seth Meyers is not your boyfriend. He is Alexi Ashe?s boyfriend. Stop calling him and stop daydreaming about going on upstate New York minibreaks with him. It?s not happening. Sidenote: I hate Alexi?s dress.

You can always depend on Kate Bosworth to show up at the fashion events. Girl can barely get hired for a supporting part in an independent film, but she will pose her bones off at any and EVERY fashion event in America and Europe. These are some photos of The Bos at last night?s CFDAs. She wore Altuzarra, and she was Joseph Altuzarra?s date. As for the dress? hideous. It?s like some experimental crap from a design student. There?s a leg slit, a slice of exposed belly, a high collar AND some metallic biscuit trimmings that don?t coordinate with this terrible print. Just awful.
Here?s Mad Men?s Jessica Par in Jason Wu. Everyone is talking about Jessica these days – like, she?s the new January Jones. It will be interesting to see what roles she can get off of her success on Mad Men. It will be interesting to see what happens with her character, Megan Draper. It will be interesting to see if Jessica simply tries to become a ?fashion girl? and that?s all. As for the Wu – it?s not really flattering, is it? Jessica has a killer body, and this dress does nothing for it.
And here?s Lily Collins in Marchesa. How uncomfortable does she look? And how awful is this Marchesa? I swear to God, the Marchesa label has the power to turn the prettiest women into busted cocktail waitresses/escorts. That?s what Lily looks like – the hostess at a Japanese brothel/after-hours club. Plus, Lily should wear these light colors – her coloring demands rich, dark hues.

Kate Winslet covers the new issue of Vanity Fair Italia – this is a new photo shoot and interview, as opposed to something VF Italia jacked from one of their sister publications. I mentioned this in yesterday?s links, but I guess I?ll say it again: Winslet looks really odd (to me). Of course, this oddness is probably Photoshop, although… in candid photos, Winslet looks pretty much the same as this. Anyway, have you heard? Kate Winslet is an advocate for ?normal? women. Here are some highlights from Kate?s interview:
Winslet on whether she?s bored with talking about body image: ?Better say that I’m bored of what it means that we are still here talking about it: it means that nothing has changed. Otherwise, no, I believe it is important to go on insisting that normality is not what we are exposed to. Honestly, among my acquaintances there is no woman wearing XS. No, sorry, there is one: my daughter. The point is that Mia is 11 years old.?
On criticism of her shape: ‘It’s one of those things I learned quickly to ignore. Once it was different, it hurt me. When I was twenty I pretended it didn’t bother me, but I felt very bad, I did. In front of journalists and the public I acted superior, but I was dying inside. Now everything is different. It takes time, but you can learn it.?
Getting rid of ?the fat girl?: “It’s true that you need much time to get rid of the fat girl you once were, but – you know – I am sincerely grateful for my buttocks. Wow, isn’t this a wonderful line??
On her normal life: ?I have always lived an ordinary life, and always will. It’s who and what has to do with my job that makes it ?unordinary.? I cook, go to the supermarket, pick my children up at school.”

Maybe I?m being oversensitive (it happens) or maybe I?m being too bitchy (that definitely happens), but I find Winslet?s whole ?I?m a positive body image advocate because I used to be FAT just like you? argument to be so, so patronizing. There are lots of women who struggle with their weight, of course. There are lots of women (the overwhelming majority of women) who are not even close to being a size zero. Why does Kate want to be our patron saint? Because she was chubby in her early 20s and then she remade herself into a sleek, tucked, sucked and plucked Hollywood blonde? If we?re really going to have a conversation about body image and the messages actresses send to ?normal? women, what does it say when a lovely, curvy-figured woman starts carving herself up and drastically slimming down over the course of a few years? And what does it say to women when Kate Winslet refers to her curvy-figured years as ?the fat girl??

True story – as I glanced through the just-released photos of at our agencies last night, my eye barely stopped on these. You know why? Because I?ve trained myself to glance through thumbnails like a champ, and my eye only registered ?Snooki? ignore.? But this is not Snooki. This is Lindsay Lohan. Who does that insult? The Cracken or Snooki?
Anyway, these are photos of Lindsay Lohan filming Liz & Dick in Los Angeles yesterday. I don?t know what time frame this is even supposed to be – like, is this when Elizabeth and Richard Burton were still in their ?courtship? (while Taylor was still married to Eddie Fisher)? Or is this boat supposed to be Kalizma, the famous yacht that Richard and Elizabeth bought during their first marriage? Unknown.
I?m sort of glad the photos are so blurry and Snooki-tastic. I haven?t built up the strength for lots of close-up images of Lindsay?s crack-face as she attempts to morph into Elizabeth. TMZ did get their hands on what seemed like an official promotional still from the production - you can see it here. Horrible wig. Horrible colored contact lenses. She really looks absolutely nothing like Elizabeth Taylor. She just looks like a crackhead in a busted wig and a decent costume.
Oh, and Lifetime just released this first official promotional image. Okay, ignore the Cracken for a second – that dude (Grant Bowler) really is channeling Richard Burton, isn?t he? I?m worried about poor Grant Bowler. I?m worried that he?s going to get high just from nuzzling Lindsay?s neck.

Celebrating to the world of the fashion greats, the stars were out to support their favorite designers and collect honors at Monday night's (June 4) 2012 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City.
Held at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, Johnny Depp took home the night?s biggest award as he was honored with Fashion Icon of the Year. Unfortunately, the ?Dark Shadows? actor was unable to make the ceremony due to filming, but did make history as the first male to ever receive the coveted award.
As for the big winners, the title of Menswear Designer of the Year went to Billy Reid while the Womenswear Designer of the Year went to the ultra-talented duo, Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen for The Row.
Bringing in plenty of celebs and fashion?s most coveted designers the event that has been called Fashion's Oscars and had plenty of lovely ladies on hand including Zoe Saldana, Julianne Hough, Dakota Fanning, Busy Philipps, Heather Graham and Mandy Moore.
With presenters including Jessica Chastain, Lily Collins and Mad Men's Jessica Pare along with designer Rachel Zoe, Padma Lakshmi, Jessica Stam and Sophia Bush the event was certainly a star-studded affair.

Taking a more conservative look to the legal room, Paris Hilton was spotted arriving at a New York City courthouse on Monday morning (June 4).
The former reality TV star looked elegant for her day in front of the judge in an all navy and black ensemble that she paired with big white sunglasses while giving the awaiting shutterbugs a quick smile before heading in.
The Hilton Hotel heiress was due in court for a mandatory settlement conference from the result of a failed business deal with Italian lingerie company Le Bonitas.
According to the company, it's suing the blonde beauty after claiming she failed to approve designs in a timely manner which cost them $200 thousand, but the socialite fired back by suing them for a whopping $1.5 million for royalties she was apparently supposed to receive.
However, according to a report put out by TMZ today, the 31-year-old met with the heads of the lingerie company and they came to an agreement that if Paris fronts the line the lawsuit will be nixed.

After attending a concert in Paris this weekend, Gwyneth Paltrow took to her Twitter page to show off her fun night, but instead she got a firestorm of negative feedback.
On Friday (June 1), the "Contagion" actress posted a photo of herself on stage with rappers Jay-Zand Kanye West in Paris for their 'Watch the Throne' tour with a caption reading, "Ni**as in paris for real."
Although the 39-year-old's caption was just the title of a song written by the performers, it sparked a racial controversy on whether or not she was using the N-word in a derogatory way.
Following the weekend uproar, Miss Paltrow once again to took to her social media page to defend herself tweeting, "Hold up. It's the title of the song!"
Regardless of the context of her tweet, Jay and Kanye did perform that hit 11 times during their performance.

Showing off her green thumb, Gisele Bundchen was cycling and plating a tree at Green National Fest in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Monday (June 4).
Pumping her fist and throwing her arms up in the air while cycling, the sexy supermodel looked to be having a blast while cycling in black ballerina flats before planting the first of 50,000 trees for World Environment Day at at the Quinta da Boa Vista public park.
Acting as the Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Gisele encouraged others to help the environment of her home country by saying, "any citizen can do their part."
Gisele's public appearances will continue tonight when she steps out to participate in the ceremony for the UN environmental award, Champions of the Earth.
Amidst pregnancy rumors, the 31-year-old bombshell brought her son, Benjamin, to the event while her husband, Tom Brady stayed behind.
