Taking care of some promotional duties, Candice Swanepoel showed up at the Victoria?s Secret store in Dallas? Northpark neighborhood on Thursday (April 30).
The beautiful South African stunner was in the house to kick off International Bombshells? Day and there was no shortage of fun and flirtiness as she worked her magic for the cameras.
International Bombshells? Day comes on the heels of Victoria?s Secret?s announcement of ten new Angels. Elsa Hosk, Sara Sampaio, Lais Ribeiro, Stella Maxwell, Kate Grigorieva, Taylor Hill, Martha Hunt, Jac Jagaciak, Romee Strijd and Jasmine Tookes all earned their wings.

Proving that she can do anything, Jessica Alba showed up at a very special event in Los Angeles last night (April 30) to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the partnership between The Honest Company and Target.
Joined by co-founder and CPO Christopher Gavigan, the ?Awake? actress was all smiles as she meandered around the scene in a strapless pastel yellow sweetheart dress with chunky black heels and minimal makeup.
Ms. Alba told More magazine that sometimes she?s not the nicest boss lady-"I'm straight to the point. I?ve made people cry. I have to say, 'This isn't personal. This is what needs to get done, and it's just as simple as that. And ? we're not crying anymore.'?

Having won multiple awards for her Piece of Me Las Vegas residency, Britney Spears has her live performance down to a science.
However, on Wednesday night (April 29) the ?Toxic? songstress ended up taking a wrong step and sprained her ankle while dancing around in a jeweled leotard, tights and high heels.
And though Britney ended up painfully wobbling around to find a seat on the stage, it sounds like she?s already on the mend. After the gig she tweeted, "Thank you for all of the sweet wishes! Had a little scare on stage tonight with my ankle but I'm ok!"

Tom Cruise attended last night’s Giorgio Armani 40th anniversary party in Milan. Other celebrities, like a sockless Chris Pine and a dapper Boy George (wearing Pharrell’s hat), came out too. Leonardo DiCaprio showed up and managed to keep a low profile (perhaps due to chatting up models). Tom posed for countless selfies with other guests. No matter what we hear about Scientology, Tom keeps coming out ahead with fans.
It’s worth noting that Tom made a special point of taking “some time off from his hectic work schedule” for this event. He managed to fly into Italy, although he hasn’t seen his own daughter in over a year. Tom made a grand entrance with Giorgio’s niece, Roberta Armani, on his arm. They look cozy, right? Tom probably wishes he could land Roberta, but hobnobbing with Armani-clad celebs is part of her job. A few years ago, The Telegraph praised Roberta as being an incredible asset to the Armani empire. She “shows up to hold Anne Hathaway’s hand through fitting after fitting” and has helped David Beckham on his Armani shopping trips. She’s paid to make celebrities feel comfortable, and Tom feels uncomfortable without a woman on his arm.
So I’m sure there’s nothing coupley going on here, but don’t get me wrong. I’d have a field-gossip day if Tom and Roberta actually became a thing. She must know better though. The LA Times notes how charitable Roberta is and how she’s “become a lot more than Giorgio’s niece. She’s become a force in her own right.” Roberts has no problem acting as “good Armani-clad arm candy” for the celebrities who wear the label. Tom would love to land Roberta, who is well-respected but would never overshadow the Tom show.

Here are some photos of Emma Stone out and about in LA yesterday. Everyone is talking about these photos? which is what Emma wants. That?s why she?s posing for photos this way, why she?s positioned that one bag a certain way. As you can see, the brown bag has ?ANDREW GARFIELD? written in block-letters at the top. Emma wants you to see that. She wants us to speculate. Why?
Well, at the beginning of April, Star Magazine got the ball rolling on the breakup rumors. Star claimed that Andrew and Emma were on a break and it might be temporary. It took a week before other outlets ? People, E! News, Us Weekly ? followed suit. The explanations given ranged from ?they grew apart? to ?he was working too much? to ?he?s really intense and in a dark place? to ?he wasn?t a good boyfriend lately.? It did seem like there was a wink-nudge confirmation, specifically from Emma?s camp, blaming Andrew for the breakup. We also know that Emma left NYC (temporarily?) and has been holed up in LA for a while.
So does the bag with Andrew?s name mean that Emma and Andrew are fine and there?s nothing to see? Does it mean they did break up but have now reconciled? Or does it mean that Emma put all of Andrew?s crap into a paper bag and she?s dropping it off with one of bros because she?s totally done with him? I have no idea.
Incidentally, there was some confusion last week with the Star Magazine story about Andrew allegedly cheating on Emma. Pajiba linked to our story and did their own write-up, only Pajiba commenters claimed that the whole thing was based on an OK! Magazine story. It was not. The original source was Star Magazine?s print edition (I transcribed the story myself). If the original source is OK! Magazine, I will say so, usually adding a huge caveat of ?this is from OK! Mag so it?s probably crap.? Star Magazine was actually the first to report Emma and Andrew?s breakup, and they?re the first to say Andrew cheated, which may or may not be crap, we simply don?t know. But I gave Star?s report last week some extra weight because they were the first to report the breakup.

Jennifer Aniston has been in NYC for several days now. These are photos of Aniston out last night ? she went out to dinner at Blue Hill, again with Jason Bateman and his wife. She was also spotted out with them on Tuesday night, dining at Omar?s. In these pics, Aniston has been described by some outlets as looking like she?s having a rough night. I don?t think so? She probably had a few drinks, but she?s not fall-down drunk. And it was windy, which is why her hair is all over the place.
Should we discuss the leather pants? I don?t mind the leather pants. I didn?t know she had it in her, honestly. Justin Theroux might have converted her ? Justin has worn leather pants before, although he does seem to prefer skinny jeans and JORTS. I actually like Jennifer?s whole outfit here, that sweater is the bomb. My only minor complaint is that I don?t like the ?matte? look of her boots side-by-side with the shiny leather pants. That?s one of my big issues with wearing leather or vinyl pants (I had and loved vinyl pants in college): what is the best footwear? I think boots are fine, but you do have to make sure that the black of the boots and the black of your leather pants ?go? together.
As for Justin Theroux? where is he? Some say he?s in Rome working on Zoolander 2. Some say he?s in Texas filming The Leftovers Season 2. Season 2 doesn?t air until September so? I don?t know what to tell you. I do think Justin and Jennifer are having issues, but she?s still wearing her ring in these photos.

Blake Lively is still talking. She?s still promoting The Age of Adaline, which is already out in theaters. It?s made more than $15 million so far domestically. Which is not Marvel money, but it?s somewhat respectable for Blake in her first film role in years. The press around Blake would make you believe that she?s this major movie star, up for all of the big roles, battling it out with Angelina Jolie, Cate Blanchett and Scarlett Johansson for the juicy parts. The reality is? she?s an ambitious TV Girl with a great publicist. Which goes pretty far, but not Jolie/ScarJo territory. Anyway, Blake has a new interview with Stylist ? you can read the full piece here. I?ve carved out some highlights of just a some stuff I found interesting. Like, I couldn?t care less about Blake?s thoughts on e-commerce, even though she?s now an ?expert? because of Preserve. My highlights:
Motherhood surprises: ?Just realising that it is all going to be OK. I remember leaving the hospital thinking: ?I have no idea what I am doing. I have a life in my hands and I?m not equipped to do this, because I don?t have the knowledge I need to take care of the most precious, fragile thing in the world.? It felt like being a passenger on a plane and being told: ?By the way, now you are going to be piloting the plane.? But then you take her home and you figure it out. Sometimes you don?t figure it out and even that is a whole new experience.
She?s making people wait: ?It is tough because when you are looking at your child and she?s laughing, it?s hard to do anything else. And it means making people wait while you feed your baby. That sucks, because everyone thinks you are just being a diva. My parents are pretty much the nannies?They haven?t moved in, but they visit for long periods of time and then they?ll go away and make us beg them to come back.
Looking forward to aging: ?Right now I am really looking forward to getting older. The older I?ve got, the more enriched my life has become, from a great childhood with my family, to moving to New York, getting married and having a baby. But ask me in 10 years when I get my crow?s feet? or maybe two years, oh my god! I have learned that until you experience something, it?s hard to get on your soapbox and talk about it.
Whether she?s ?old-fashioned?: ?Yes I am. I only listen to old music. I love Billie Holiday, Chet Baker, Edith Piaf and Josephine Baker. I love fashion of times past, I like modern trends too, but I?m not good about keeping up with them.?
The idea of being a stay-at-home-mom: ?It is great to be a mother and a professional and a wife and a daughter, but to choose only one of those things is also incredible. I love being with my niece and baking with her; I also love it when my niece wants to get out there and take the boys down. We?ll take them down together in a game of soccer or go-kart racing. I like being a woman and everything that means for me.?
The changing landscape for women: ?Look at what is happening with Hillary Clinton, it?s something to be very proud of. It?s so uplifting. But the fact that we have to be proud of this advancement is a bit upsetting. I think whatever side you stand on, the fact that there?s never been a woman leading this country where there are women leading households and leading companies, is a bit upsetting. What makes people think a man is more equipped to do that than a woman? Nothing.
Her dream: ?I have a dream to go to Harvard Business School and one of these days I will do that? in my spare time!?

Harvard Business School? Eh, weirder things have happened. What I find funny is that before Blake launched Preserve, she teased it in many, many interviews and promised that it would be unlike anything we had ever seen, that it would be utterly unique and special. And then when she launched her site, it was just a run-of-the-mill shopping site for twee-precious-hipster stuff, interspersed with poorly written mini-essays about how quaint it was when people could still own slaves. And all of the press around Blake this month, as she promotes her film, has basically said that Preserve is just a budget version of Goop. Every single interview name-checks Goop!! It?s amazing. So yeah, maybe she needs some additional education. Or something.

Star Magazine says Carey Mulligan is preggo. Well, a lot of you predicted this. I threw it out there as a possibility last week, although at the end of the day, I just thought Carey Mulligan loved baggy, sacky dresses. But some of you insisted that Carey was trying to hide a small baby bump, and now Star Magazine says you guys were right.
The ?I Will Wait? song is sounding on cue for Mumford & Sons singer Marcus Mumford, 28, and wife Carey Mulligan, 29. A source tells Star the couple is expecting a new bundle of joy.
?Carey and Marcus are thrilled to welcome their first child,? an insider tells Star.
But they aren?t planning on sharing the news for several more weeks.
?The thing with these two is that they are extremely private people,? the insider explains. Plus, they?re waiting until her pregnancy starts to show, the source adds.
The Mumford couple had been trying for a baby, but the good news still ?took them by surprise,? the source told Star.

If it?s true ? and I kind of think it is ? then congrats to them. I don?t see Carey as one of those annoying ?let me pontificate about how motherhood is the only important thing? moms. She won?t be doing pap strolls with the bump or the baby. Although it will get interesting later this year when she?s promoting Suffragette, a film that many believe will be a potential Oscar contender. Will she shill her bump a little bit for an Oscar? We?ll see.
You know what this reminded me of? We have barely heard anything about or from Keira Knightley. She must be due any day now too (like Sophie Hunter). Keira and Carey are good friends. They?re not, like, pregnancy twinsies or anything, but I would imagine that Carey and Keira?s babies will grow up together.

Well, here?s a late update on the Alice Eve situation. Earlier this week, Alice Eve went on an Instagram rant about Bruce Jenner?s transition, hijacking the focus on transgender tolerance, acceptance and education to make an ill-worded and offensive ?feminist? diatribe about wage equality. I feel like there was some confusion about just what was so offensive, so let me tell you what offended me so much: ALL OF IT. Alice used wording like ?playing at being a ?woman?? to describe a transgender woman. She hijacked an important issue like it was a competition and ?wage equality? was MORE important. She behaved as if women or feminists were a monolithic group with a short attention span, like we can?t fight for multiple issues and causes all at the same time. While Alice had to do a series of Instagram posts-and-deletes, she ended up leaving one Instagram with a message about ?exploring? gender identity, stopping short of actually apologizing for everything she said previously on her Instagram. But she did issue an apology at some point to Page Six:
Eve tells Page Six in a statement: ?I deeply apologize for offending anyone. I support equal rights and equal dignity for all. I have deep compassion and support for Bruce Jenner. My intention was not to offend. My intention was simply to express that, with the overdue and welcome acceptance of us all living on a gender spectrum, we must encourage equality for all.?

Pro Tip: If all of this really is a competition for who is the most oppressed among us, a wealthy, educated, heterosexual white woman in the first world is never going to win that competition.
