Always up for entertaining a crowd, Sean "Diddy" Combs performed on Good Morning America's Summer Concert Series in Central Park on Friday (June 4).
The hip hop mogul took the gig as he's hot on the promotional trail - with a new film, "Get Him to the Greek," and album, Last Train to Paris, both to be released this month.
As for the GMA gig, Diddy was in high spirits as he told the amassed onlookers, "I wanna thank y'all for coming out, New York. I know you got work [to go to]."
After churning out his latest single, "Hello, Good Morning," Combs then busted into a medley of his past hits including "Last Night," "All About the Benjamins" and "Mo' Money, Mo' Problems."

In other news, the 33-year-old songstress has announced the first three dates of her North America tour, which will hit New York's Madison Square Garden in late September followed by a visit to Houston's Toyota Center, and L.A.'s Staples Center.
Shakira has been named the most popular Latin musician in the world in a new survey conducted by Nokia's Ovi Music and is one of the most successful global artists in recent history, with more than 214 global award nominations and more than 50 million albums sold worldwide.

The National Enquirer has a big story about how Jennifer Aniston has fallen in love with Hawaii while filming Just Go With It. She?s so in love, she?s considering moving there permanently, sort of. The headline is all about Jennifer ?leaving Hollywood for Hawaii? but really, the article is just about how Jennifer is considering buying a home there. Now, by my estimation, Jennifer is worth about $150 million, give or take $20 million or so. And also, just pulling this out of what I know about her, doesn?t she only own property in LA, and maybe Mexico too (although I think she just rents the Mexico property)? So, she could looking to buy in Hawaii as a second home, or a beach house or whatever. If I had her money, I would be doing something similar. If I had that money, I would have houses all over the place. And they wouldn?t be decorated like Ron Burgandy?s lair either.
Jennifer Aniston says aloha to Hollywood! Fed up with box-office disappointments and fizzled romances, the Friends beauty plans to make a new start in Hawaii, pals say.
The 41-year-old actress - encouraged by close friend Oprah Winfrey - is buying a getaway home on the island of Maui in the hope that the change of scenery will recharge her personal and professional life.
Jen fell in love with the area while recently and quickly realized Hawaii might be “just what she’s been looking for,” a close pal told The ENQUIRER.
“She says the island vibe is just what she needs to counter the Hollywood rat race. And her extended stay inspired her to buy a house.”
Jen has toured several oceanfront homes in the Wailea section of Maui, and she also looked at a ranch in Napili, according to reports. When Oprah heard she was looking, Oprah offered her support, telling Jen the island state is the ?land of new starts,? the source said.
?Jennifer knows that reconnecting with nature and the ocean would be healing.?

Why does Oprah always butt in? Can?t a girl meet with some real estate agents without it needing to be sanctified by The Oprah? Eh. Anyway, this is probably just crap, something made up because the Enquirer was like, ?Oh, she?s filming there. Is that a story?? In the past, Aniston has been allegedly planning moves to New York, London and Scotland (for Gerard Butler!). My guess is that if Aniston does buy, it will just be a second home. Plus, she should probably just break down and buy property in Mexico. She spends so much time there!

Britney Spears is “unlikely” to regain control of her affairs in the near future.
The 28-year-old singer - whose father Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet were made co-conservators of her personal and professional affairs after her public breakdown in 2008 - is due to have a conservatorship statushearing today (03.06.10) but is not expected that the judge will change the ruling.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “Britney won’t be in court for the hearing. It seems highly unlikely that the conservatorship will end by the end of summer.
“Britney’s just not ready, yet. She has her good days and bad days. Britney has complex issues on a personal and professional level, and that is the reason the conservatorship is still in place.”
The ‘Womanizer’ star will only be permitted to regain control of her vast fortune if Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has enough evidence to justify ending the conservatorship.
It had previously been claimed Britney feels “completely out of it” because her father is so controlling.
A source said: “She is so out of it she just doesn’t care anymore. She just does what she’s told and is totally in her world.
“She’ll even call people at all hours of night for a general conversation and acts like it’s the middle of the day or something.”

It?s been a week full of K-Stew controversy, but Kristen has finally given us (me) what we wanted: an apology and an acknowledgement that she was talking out of her ass. It all started when excerpts began to be released from Kristen?s Elle UK cover profile. Kristen was describing the paparazzi experience, and she said - among other comments - ?What you don?t see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction? All you see is an actor or a celebrity lit up but a flash. It?s so?The photos are so?I feel like I?m looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can?t handle it. I never expected that this would be my life.? I told Kristen to STFU, as did many of you, and many other bloggers and readers out there. Rape crisis directors even got involved, saying that Kristen used ?a poor choice of words?. So, long story short, the sh-t hit the fan, and now Kristen has backed down with a statement to People Magazine and an apology:
No sooner did excerpts from July’s British Elle make their way to the Internet on Wednesday than the blogosphere exploded in outrage.
In an offending quote, Twilight saga star Kristen Stewart compared paparazzi photos of herself to images of a woman being raped. Almost immediately, everyone from fans to spokespeople for rape victims’ advocacy organizations were publicly criticizing the actress.
“I really made an enormous mistake ? clearly and obviously,” Stewart, currently in Korea to promote the new installment of the Twilight series Eclipse, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “And I’m really sorry about my choice of words.”
Stewart, 20, is not known as one to mince words. “I’ve made stupid remarks before, and I’ve always reasoned: ‘Whatever. They can think what they want,’ ” she says.
But in this instance, the Los Angeles-born actress feels compelled to address the situation. ” ‘Violated’ definitely would have been a better way of expressing the thought,” she notes.
In fact, the issue of violence against women is one that has been close to Stewart since playing a victim of rape in the 2004 film Speak. She has done public service announcements for the advocacy group RAINN and for SOC.
The irony of the situation in which Stewart now finds herself is not lost on the actress.
“People thinking that I’m insensitive about this subject rips my guts out. I made a big mistake.”

Okay, I?m personally calling off my fatwa against her - not that I was even totally up in arms, I was more disappointed that a young woman who I had thought was intelligent and reasonable made such a dumb Megan Fox-esque move. I wanted her to acknowledge that she shouldn?t have used those words, and I wanted her to apologize, and she did both. She?s back in my good graces (not that it matters to her).

Remember back in 2006 when there was all that controversy about Denise Richards dating Richie Sambora, who just happened to be the very recent ex of her neighbor and former BFF, Heather Locklear? There were no homewrecking allegations against Richards at the time, as Sambora and Locklear had already split up after 11 years of marriage for other reasons. (Locklear is said to have surprised Sambora with divorce papers after finding nude photos in his e-mail of one of his assistants. Richards had recently broken up with Charlie Sheen for more compelling reasons like threatening to kill her and an online porn and gambling addiction.)
Richards and Sambora eventually broke up after about a year, shortly before Sambora went to rehab for alcoholism. (He got a DUI the following year, in March, 2008, with his 10 year-old daughter in the car. He got off with probation and a fine.)
Now The National Enquirer is claiming that these two are back together, and they’re trying to keep it quiet.

I’m guessing this “friend”/source is Denise, who can’t stand it that Richie won’t go out with her for a “quiet” date at the Ivy or a shopping trip to Kitson. You know that Denise would love to make it known that she’s back with Richie so she’s telling the Enquirer and hoping it looks like people still care. We do, I guess, I mean we’re reporting on it. I just wish that Denise would figure out that she can do so much better than Richie, but maybe she doesn’t want to. She seems to have a thing for addicts with serious baggage, although Richie is definitely a step up from Charlie Sheen.

It?s not that I dislike Jessica Biel?s Pucci gown on general principle. I just don?t understand why Jessica always wears full-length gowns to premieres, and I don?t understand how even when wearing a gown, she can still look so hastily pulled-together and budget. The gown itself is okay - I?m not crazy about the weird black lace inset, but whatever, it?s interesting. The cut of the skirt does nothing for Jessica?s famous figure, though. Is it supposed to be that baggy and loose?
Oh, and Justin Timberlake didn?t come. He rarely shows up for Jessica?s stuff, and she always shows up for his stuff. Interesting. Anyway, this was all for The A-Team premiere in LA. I didn?t think Liam Neeson would show up, but he did! He looks sad and lovely. I would run away with him in a hot minute. Look at these lovely eye crinkles:
Bradley Cooper, meh. After a real man like Liam, Bradley just looks like a douchey pretty boy.

As for "The A-Team" movie, which hits theaters on June 11th, Jessica recently spoke with Glamour about her character, Charisa Sosa, saying, "She's incredibly motivated and driven. She's a hard-core adrenaline junkie. She's just as smart and able as the guys on the A-Team. She's their equal."
Continuing on about the action role, Miss Biel adds, "I had this really sexy 9-millimeter Beretta, and I trained a lot with an M4 machine gun. Before, I felt very scared of guns. But you learn about them and then you feel capable, and it becomes an empowering experience."

Clad in a sparkling silver mini dress and heels, the British beauty was chauffeured over to the popular nightspot and ushered inside for the AZ Party and Concert festivities.
Earlier in the day, Miss Cole continued to stir up rumors that Derek Hough may be in town as more than a dance partner as the two were spotted enjoying quality time together in the City of Lights.
Sources say that the pair have grown close after Derek joined Cheryl in Europe after claiming the "Dancing with the Stars" crown with Nicole Scherzinger last month, with reports that Hough is staying in Cole's home and joining her for the rest of her tour.

Once Lamar's Lakers took care of business, the brunette beauty joyously added, "Every time Phil Jackson wins the 1st game in a playoff series he wins the series! #LakerFact Woowhooo!!!!!"

Ready to cheer on their families new addition, the Kardashian/Jenner clan was spotted out at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Thursday evening (June 3).
Leading the charge were the Jenner gang, as Kris and Bruce walked alongside youngest daughters Kylie and Kendall in anticipation of Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
Also joining in on the fun was Kourtney Kardashian, who made a solo entrance before meeting up with sister Khloe and brother Robert at their prime front-row seat locale.
In the end, the E! reality star family had plenty of reason to celebrate - as Lamar and his Laker teammates took the first game from the Boston Celtics by a score of 102-89.

Having a marvelous time as she continues her worldly travels, Paris Hilton is currently spending her days in the country of Egypt.
On Thursday (June 3), the hotel heiress joined a caravan out to the Great Pyramid of Giza as she rode around camelback, danced and checked out some of the priceless artifacts held on the grounds.
Keeping her tweets short and sweet, Miss Hilton wrote to her many fans and followers, "Egypt is Amazing!"
Meanwhile, Paris is soon to be making her way back to the States, as she's scheduled to turn up at gal pal Alison Melnick's birthday bash in Vegas over the weekend.
