According to WENN, Paris was wearing this getup as part of a photo shoot. But for what? To me that?s just a convenient excuse for dressing like an idiot. So she?s dressed like Lady GaGa, wearing her ?I think I?m so hot, I am so turned on by myself right now? expression for no discernible reason. Has Paris ever actually looked at herself? I think she must have one of those trick mirrors that?s fooling her, because clearly she doesn?t see what the rest of us see.
The people inside the hotel room are clearly looking at her like she?s the most pathetic moron in the world. Or else I?m transferring here. Probably both. Kylie Minogue is totally awesome. She was on “Neighbours” and then she sang “Locomotion” and then I think she kinda disappeared for awhile, but she exploded again with her Fever album and has been utterly delightful ever since. She’s super gorgeous and her concerts are escapades of glittery spectacle, and she’s a tiny little elfin thing (only five feet tall) who told cancer that it smells and has fat ankles and then she kicked it right in the teeth. She rocks the casbah, and she’s in the May ‘09 issue of Elle UK.

Disney has decided to create their own version of the oft-mocked 1985 song “We are the World,” which was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Ritchie. The original was performed by a “supergroup” of singers and musicians including Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson, Diana Ross, Daryl Hall, Smokey Robinson, and many others. The Disney version will star Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers and will be called “Pass It On.”
E! News has learned that Miley Cyrus is set to reteam with her ex-flame (and Mouse House coworker) Nick Jonas as part of an all-star recording session for a song called “Pass It On”?a track an inside source calls “Disney’s version of ‘We Are the World.’ It’s about kindness and passing it on.”
Fellow Jonases Joe and Kevin are also among those on board for the track, which is being recorded later this week. The tune was penned by Adam Anders and Nikki Hassman, who wrote Cyrus’ Hannah Montana hit “Hoedown Throwdown.”
Cyrus, the JoBros and other Disney musicmakers will shoot the “Pass It On” video on Saturday.

Twitter isn’t just for 140 characters of useless updates anymore. A suicidal woman’s life was saved by Demi Moore on Friday with the help of Twitter. The woman messaged Moore saying “getting a knife, a big one that is sharp. Going to cut arm down the whole arm so it doesn’t waste time.”
Demi didn’t stop to debate why the woman needed to specify the knife be sharp and burst into action re-Tweeting the message. She wrote, “Hope you are joking” and “Everyone I was very torn about responding or retweeting that woman’s post but felt uncomfortable just letting it go.”
Demi’s 380,000 or so followers jumped into action and phoned the San Jose Police Department about the attention whore. The SJPD confirmed they had received phone calls at around 3 AM and had taken the woman in for evaluation. Moore wrote,
?Thanks everyone for reaching out to the San Jose PD i am told they are aware and no need to call anymore. I do not know this woman,? the actress wrote. ?I am inspired by the enormous response of humanity here and thank you? It is my understanding that the situation was not a joke and that through the collective efforts here action was taken to provide help!?

On Friday, a judge rejected Madonna’s request to adopt 3-year-old Mercy despite support from Malawi’s child welfare minister. Sources say Madonna was denied because of the residency rules that state prospective parents need live in Malawi for 18 months. These rules were waived in 2006 when Madonna first adopted David. She has the right to appeal to the Malawi Supreme Court, but no word on if that’s going to happen.
Uh oh. You wouldn’t like it when Madonna is angry. Madonna is going to go into their jungle and knock out a few elephants. In one night, she’s going to throw their whole ecosystem out of whack. The National Enquirer says that former co-star Lisa Rinna has been absolutely begging Heather to sign on to the show. Lisa?s desperate to be cast, and even went so far as to wear a sandwich board on Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles. It read, ?HONK FOR Lisa Rinna ON THE NEW MELROSE PLACE!? It got her some attention, but she still hasn?t been offered a spot on the show.
“Lisa thinks if Heather takes the part it will open the door for other former cast members,” a source says.
But as The Enquirer has reported, Heather turned down a deal to reprise her role as ad agency head Amanda Woodward. She expected a paycheck of at least $100,000 per episode and was disappointed with her proposed story lines, sources say.
“Lisa has phoned Heather at least a dozen times, trying to persuade her to overlook the salary and story line issues,” the source says.
“She keeps reminding Heather about all the good times the old cast had, and she’s trying to convince Heather it will be a great career move for her.
“But Heather vows she won’t budge unless the show’s execs meet her demands.

I?m sort of surprised Heather Locklear feels she can be so picky. It?s not as though the offers are rolling in, as far as I can tell. Or maybe they are, and she has been picky, and that?s why she?s only doing a few projects here and there.
It?s too bad Heather passed, because I think she?s really the only way the show will be successful. But to be fair, Lisa Rinna was asking her to overlook a lot. Money and bad plot lines? However Locklear would have gotten a lot of press for it, and Rinna was right ? it would have helped Heather?s career. Something tells me there’s another TV movie in her near future.

Yesterday, Reese Witherspoon showed off her classy Southern self when she defended Joaquin Phoenix?s rap career. Today, Reese is defending something that gets criticized a lot - the Southern menu. She’s talking about her love of fried chicken and biscuits, of course. Reese doesn?t mention gravy, but I?d bet she enjoys the whole Southern menu, gravy and all.
In the South, fried chicken is a food group unto itself. If a restaurant doesn?t have it on the menu, it’s going to fail. Even the Chinese places recognize this - every Chinese buffet (in my town, at least) has several fried chicken dishes. As a native of Tennessee, Reese was probably gnawing on a drumstick since she was a toddler.

The Legally Blonde beauty - who is currently dating hunky actor Jake Gyllenhaal - says that she refuses to cut back on her food and whenever she feels down in the dumps she reaches for a bucket of fried chicken.

Madonna won’t be bringing Mercy to her favorite Kabbalah center after all: reports this morning say that the singer’s petition to adopt a three year old girl named Mercy James was denied by the Malawi high court. Court sources explained that Madonna made no attempts to comply with Malawi adoption laws, and that the girl’s living relatives begged for her to stay in the country so they could see her.
Madonna’s application to adopt a second child from Malawi has been rejected, according to court sources.
The pop star will not be allowed to adopt three-year-old Mercy James, ruled the High Court in the capital, Lilongwe.
Court registrar Ken Manda said the singer’s bid to adopt the girl - previously believed to be aged four - had been rejected because Madonna is not a resident of Malawi.
The case has stirred up controversy in the tiny, impoverished African nation where some human rights campaigners have accused the 50-year-old of child “kidnapping”.
They claim she has used her fame and money to by-pass the official adoption procedures.
Madonna, who was not in court for the ruling, can appeal to Malawi’s Supreme Court.
The residency rule was waived in 2006, when she adopted another Malawian child, David Banda.
She was allowed to take the boy, now aged three, to London before his adoption was finalised in 2008.
David is accompanying Madonna on her visit to Malawi, along with her other children Lourdes, 12, and eight-year-old Rocco.
It is not clear why Judge Esme Chombo has ruled differently today. Another judge had handled Madonna’s previous adoption case.
However, when she adopted David, Madonna was still married to British film director Guy Ritchie.
Their divorce was finalised earlier this year and she was adopting Mercy as a single mother.
On Monday, the US singer attended an hour-long hearing in the chambers of Mrs. Justice Chomba.
In court papers made public today, Madonna said the girl’s grandmother was unable to care for her.
She promised to make Mercy a permanent part of her family and spare her the “hardship and emotional trauma” of life as an orphan.
“She is not skirting any legal issues in her application to adopt this child,” Madonna’s spokeswoman has said.
“She is looking to provide a loving family environment and the best education and healthcare possible for a child who has been in an orphanage since her birth,” said Liz Rosenburg.
The country’s Information Minister Patricia Kaliati has praised the singer for her charity work in Malawi and said she had proved she was a good mother to David.
“Very few rich and famous people can take time to fly all the way to Malawi to support our children. We support her adoption process,” Ms. Kaliati said.
Malawi has a million orphans, as a result of Aids, poor healthcare and poverty. Several charities, including Save the Children, have accused Madonna of setting a bad example.
They said efforts to help orphaned children should focus on keeping the children in their own communities and supporting extended families so they can care for them.

Madonna certainly didn’t do herself any favors with this latest visit to the impoverished country - traipsing around in couture clothing, being rude to the press, and basically thumbing her nose at the court and the child’s remaining family. I am sure she is used to getting whatever she wants, but this time she didn’t.
I do wonder what will happen to this little girl now. Clearly, she is not in the best of circumstances. Her family had to bring her to the orphanage because they could not care for her. She could have led a life of extreme privilege with Madonna, but chances are good that she would also be largely raised by nannies, and force-fed the Kabbalah religion. She’s be another designer accessory for the star. But some would argue that being a rich woman’s accessory is better than living in poverty with no parents.

In other Malawi adoption news, David Banda was allowed to visit with his biological father while visiting Malawi this week. Banda seemed not to know who the man was at first, but warmed up to him quickly. While speaking to his father, the little boy expressed that he missed his adopted father, Guy Ritchie, very much.
While there, David was able to visit with his biological father Yohane Banda, but the tot didn’t know who he was.
David and Yohane spent about three hours together - it was the first time since 2006 - but the little boy didn’t recognize his bio father. Yohane was stunned that David didn’t know who he was or that he couldn’t speak his native language.
Yohane said, “He asked me in English who I was and what I do. When I told him, ‘I am your daddy’ he looked surprised. We spent three hours together… he played with my nose and although he did not know who I was he asked me lots of questions.
“David is quite chatty and intelligent. He asked whether I ride horses but I told him horses are for the rich. He asked me why I am poor. He said his mum likes riding horses and told me that one day he and his brother, Rocco, rode horses and fell. He said his mum spanked him because they are not supposed to ride on their own.”
David also told Yohane he misses his nanny, who quit (or fired by Madonna… whichever rumor you believe). “He misses her a lot because she used to read him books. Nowadays he has different nannies and he doesn’t like the situation.”
The three-year-old spoke of his relationship with Guy Ritchie.
“He seems to like his daddy Mr. Ritchie so much,” said Yohana. “I was a sad Madonna broke up with him. I would have loved it if they sorted out whatever problems they had instead of divorcing because divorce is bad for kids.”

Wow! That’s a lot of very interesting information. First, who would have thought that Madonna would spank her kids? Isn’t she supposed to be so spiritual and peaceful and non-violent thanks to Kabbalah? And also, wouldn’t you think she’d just get the nanny to do it? And speaking of nannies - it’s quite telling that the two people David misses are his nanny and Guy Ritchie. Before the divorce, these were probably the two people he saw the most. It’s also interesting that Madonna has made absolutely no effort to teach David anything about the country he came from, or to give the child any background on himself. He didn’t even know his own father, and he didn’t understand why his father was poor.

Lindsay Lohan?s ever-shrinking frame must be a real pain in the ass for her publicist. The poor woman is constantly having to defend Lohan?s eating ? or in this case, not eating ? practices. Rumors have steadily increased saying that Lohan is eating nothing more than candy and Red Bull ? with a garnish of constant cigarettes, of course. Now the current gossip is she?s even cut out the candy and is subsisting on nothing more than three Red Bulls a day.
Of course Lindsay?s rep says there?s no truth to it, though she doesn?t bother to explain the massive weight loss. And she tells us to mind our own business. Thanks.
Following weeks of buzz in the blogosphere that Lindsay Lohan’s svelte figure is not the result of healthy eating and exercise, but instead due to her downing Red Bull, smoking cigarettes and eating candy, comes a new report claiming the actress, 22, is on a liquid diet that consists of drinking at least three Red Bull energy drinks a day.
But Lohan’s rep is slamming such rumors, telling PEOPLE exclusively: “Lindsay has always enjoyed a Red Bull, but she eats. Everybody needs to mind their own business and stop worrying about what Lindsay eats or doesn’t eat.”
On the career front, Lohan’s rep also refutes a claim that the actress doesn’t use her own spray tan line, Sevin Nyne, which launches this month on Sephora.com, but chooses Fake Bake services instead. Says Lohan’s rep: “She uses her own tanning products.”

I bet Lohan?s rep is being somewhat truthful. Her weight loss probably isn?t due entirely to Red Bull and cigarettes. You have to factor in the cocaine, too. Red Bull can?t get you down to skin and bones like that. You need the cocaine to get rid of your muscle mass. How else can you make your legs look like those of a prepubescent? Cocaine, that?s the ticket.

There was a lot of misinformation during the past 24 hours about Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller?s newborn sons. The two-week-old twin boys Max and Bob are still being hospitalized in Los Angeles. Several sources reported that one (or both) of the boys had some sort of heart problem, a report that Sheen?s people are flatly denying.
Sheen?s publicist Stan Rosenfield issued a statement late Thursday. Rosenfield says that Max is being hospitalized because he hasn?t gained enough weight. Charlie Sheen issued his own statement: ?The weight issue is a very common problem among infants who were born before reaching full term.? Fair enough, I?ll buy that. Lots of twins are born premature, and need added time in a hospital. People Magazine has more:
At just over 2 weeks old, Max Sheen is already in the spotlight as questions swirl about why he has yet to leave the L.A. hospital where he was born ? along with his brother Bob - born March 14.
“Charlie and Brooke’s infant son Max remains in the hospital, not because of a heart condition as reported, but because he has not gained the weight necessary to leave the hospital,” Sheen’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, says in a statement. “Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother at home.”
Proud papa Sheen jokes that his son is suffering from a common affliction: aversion to hospital food.
“The weight issue is very common among infants who were born before reaching full term,” Sheen says. “I know a lot of people are not fond of hospital food; I just didn’t realize that they started so young.”
Max and Bob were the first for Sheen, 43, and wife Brooke Mueller Sheen, 31. The Two and a Half Men actor has daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and another, 24-year-old Cassandra, from a previous marriage.
“The Sheens appreciate the outpouring of concern,” his rep says, “but have assured everyone that both Bob and Max are fine.”

I really wonder where all of the ?heart problem? reports came from. Perhaps thin air? Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding. Considering Charlie Sheen is already joking about it (the hospital food joke made me wince though), I suppose there really isn?t anything there besides a baby that isn?t gaining enough weight. Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler have been filming Law Abiding Citizen in Philadelphia since the beginning of the year. We?ve heard some semi-regular updates on filming, especially with regards to Gerard and his nakedness. But Jamie Foxx has been pretty quiet. Someone was keeping tabs on the Oscar winner though.
The guy?s name is Steven Taliver, and he?s Jamie Foxx?s stalker. He attempted to force his way into Foxx?s Philly hotel suite by pretending to be one of Beyonce?s producers. When Foxx realized Taliver was a whack job, Foxx managed to keep Taliver from entering the hotel room. US Magazine’s timeline is a little sketchy, but I think Taliver must have left the hotel, only to continue his stalking the next day or several days later on the film?s set. Foxx?s security team noticed the man, called the police, and Taliver was arrested:
A man who forced his way into Jamie Foxx’s hotel room last week was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stalking and other charges.
On March 22, Steven Taliver, 49, barged into the Oscar winner’s Philadelphia hotel suite after posing as one of Beyonce’s producers, according to TMZ. After realizing he didn’t know the man, Foxx reportedly managed to keep him from fully entering the room and slammed the door.
Taliver was booked after Foxx’s security team noticed him near the set of Foxx’s new movie, Law Abiding Citizen, and called the police. He was then taken into police custody.
Although Foxx couldn’t discuss the altercation due to legality concerns, he said he was fine.
“I?m good now,” Foxx told Access Hollywood Thursday. “Shout out to Philadelphia and the mayor and everybody else to make sure it?s good.?
He added: “Sometimes you have to make sure every move you make in life is the right thing, and that you have people there to watch your back.”

Sounds like everybody did the right thing. Except for the stalker, of course. It sounds like Foxx was alone in his suite when Taliver tried to enter. If Jamie?s security team was on site, wouldn?t they have helped him? So he must have been alone. I don?t care how big and tough Jamie Foxx is, that situation must have been scary. Let?s hope Taliver gets the kind of punishment that will keep him away from Jamie Foxx.

She even held a yard sale in late 2006 to make some money. She then tried to make it seem as if she used her inheritance to buy the inn that was featured on her reality show, “Tori and Dean: Inn Love,” but that inn was rented. Tori’s estranged mom Candy Spelling is set to claim in her upcoming book that Tori got a lot more than just $800,000 in inheritance and that Tori was rich and set for life after making millions on her dad’s TV shows:

Tori said she expected to inherit a sizable portion of the estate, but she claimed Candy, who was the executor, approved an inheritance of just $800,000.
“But in Candy’s new book, she pretty much calls Tori a liar, saying Tori had been left much, much more money, although she doesn’t give a specific amount,” a publishing insider revealed.
“In addition, Candy says Tori was already ’stinking rich’ and had made millions starring in her father’s show ‘Beverly Hills, 90210.’

Candy definitely has an axe to grind after her daughter trashed her in her biography, sTori Telling, and you can see why Tori has an issue with her. Tori is a piece of work too though and is said to not even have visited her dad in the last few months before he died, and to not have attended his burial.
I’m inclined to believe that Tori really was broke before she got her inheritance as I remember reading that someone witnessed her unable to pay for stuff with two credit cards that were both maxed out. After that it’s possible that she got more than a million in inheritance and it’s also possible she blew that too given that she said she was unable to stop spending. Her brother said that he got just $800k too and that they knew that’s all they would be receiving well ahead of time.
Tori is hustling and making money her own way. She still has a reality show on Oxygen titled “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” a jewelry line with HSN and another book coming out, titled Mommywood, on April 14. She’s not going away any time soon. Maybe if her mom had thrown some more cash at her she would have bought some respite from having to deal with tell-all books and seeing her daughter’s grinning mug all over the tabloids.

Demi Moore’s teenage daughters are said to be fed up with the foolish, immature way their mom and her young husband are carrying on online. Moore and Kutcher sometimes twitter back and forth, giving fans a stream of texts on their privileged lives, gripes and intimate chat. This is said to be embarrassing for Moore’s three daughters, and the tipping point came when Kutcher twittered a cellphone pic of Moore’s butt in a bikini when she was bending over ironing for him. Rumer, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah, 15, had a talk with their mom and step dad and told them to cool it.
Demi’s girls… staged a family intervention after their stepdad posted a picture on the social networking site Twitter of their 46-year-old mom bending over in a bikini…
And an insider revealed: “Seeing their mom and stepdad act like teenagers makes the girls cringe! They think their online exchanges are embarrassing and uncool…”
The last straw for Demi’s daughters - Rumer, Scout and Tallulah - was Ashton’s candid snap of the “Striptease” star’s bottom.
“The girls freaked out when they saw Demi’s butt in the air,” revealed the insider. “They sat Demi and Ashton down and told them they needed to curb their immature behavior.
“Demi said it was just innocent fun, but Rumer shook her head in frustration and said, ‘Grow up, Mom!’”

This could be true because I checked out Moore and Kutcher’s Twitter accounts and they seem to be focusing on other things rather than each other at this point. That may be because they’re both in France while Kutcher is filming Five Killers and don’t have the need to keep in touch online when they’re together. If anything their Twitter texts show that they don’t have issues in their relationship and are madly in love with each other. You can see how that kind of modern PDA by their parents would embarrass any teenager.

Johnny Depp, 45, was photographed on the set of his film The Rum Diaries in San Juan, Puerto Rico yesterday. He looked happy and healthy and has gained a little weight. He definitely looks hotter to me with a little meat on his bones and I’m looking forward to seeing this movie.
Depp plays “a freelance journalist who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean,” according to IMDB.
Depp is busy lately, and has gangster film Public Enemies coming out in July, Heath Ledger’s last movie The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus out later this year or sometime next year, and has finished shooting Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, out in 2010. He is also working on an animated film and is rumored to be considering a role in Sin City 3.
I want to add how much I love Puerto Rico. I’ve been on vacation there a few times and the weather is beautiful and the people are so friendly and nice. Depp must fit right in there.

A couple of weeks ago we reported on a story from The National Enquirer that former Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan stripped her trailer of almost everything on her last day on set. Nicolette was said to be upset that she was being written off the show and decided to grab everything that she could before leaving.
The Enquirer may have a source on set as they’re running a story this week that claims that Teri Hatcher isn’t a joy to work with, either. She’s said to be acting snotty and entitled on set and the crew and is supposedly trying to appease her:
“Nicolette was bad, but I think Teri is by far the most problematic at the network,” a set insider told The Enquirer.
“She can be so rude and ill-mannered - snatching things out of crew members’ and assistants’ hands without saying please or thank you.”
Wardrobe department workers recently felt Teri’s wrath. She made them haul all of the clothes, shows and accessories chosen for her character to an area outside of her trailer, and then she picked out everything she didn’t like and told them to get rid of it, says the source.
“It’s truly bizarre - everyone has to cater to her like she is a queen.
“Teri doesn’t eat with all the cast and crew. It is as if she thinks she is above them.
“A runner drives to upscale restaurants such as Katsuya or Armoa Cafe so she can eat in her trailer and drink her many bottles of expensive cabernet that she has stored.
“The woman doesn’t even go to the hair and make-up trailer - they come to wherever she is!
“When fans are driven by the Wisteria Lane set, she often doesn’t wave or smile like the other actresses. She will turn her back,” claims the insider.

I hope this is exaggerated or just someone spreading rumors about Teri, because she always struck me as a nice person and I don’t want to imagine her treating people like crap. She gets a lot of flack for being an older woman with wrinkles and a thin face and I don’t think it’s fair. I also think it was incredibly brave of her to come out and speak about her childhood abuse, and I’ve had a high opinion of her since. Whatever happened, Teri surely pissed off someone on set. It just goes to show that you should strive to be nice to everyone you encounter in life no matter what their position. People from all walks in life have connections and you never know when bad behavior is going to come back to bite you in the butt. Plus it’s just common courtesy to treat people as you would like to be treated.
